Firstly, I had a 5:00 pm appointment in which I notified the person I had made the appointment with over the phone that I wanted a gel polish pedicure and I was removing previous gel polish.Upon my arrival I mentioned I had a 5:00 pm appointment and was told to pick a color. The gel colors weren’t showcased for me to pick so I waited patiently to be serviced which I never really mind. (Just to clarify: I did not pick a color because the gel color was not showcased)I was asked which color I picked in which I mentioned I wanted gel polish in which the staff seemed a little put off. I was given some colors to pick from and quickly sat. The gentleman noticed I had gel polish on my toes and again seemed just a little put off.I was so uncomfortable I wanted to cry!!!The gentleman working on my feet moved so quickly I never even settled in! He was not gentle with the nail file!To be fair I really admired the speed of the process; considering this was the first time I had been here I thought maybe If I had been in a hurry this would be the place to come.Sadly, at the end of this experience I notice my toes aren’t even fully polished. He gave my toes a nice shape but for the cost of gel polish I’d really appreciate all of my toe nails to be fully and evenly polished!Being someone who works in the service field and is constantly standing and on my feet the entire day this is my reward once a month that I save for. The gentleman who serviced me didn’t even ask me how I was. I am deeply disappointed.

Unfortunately it took 3 bad nail shoppes in Casselberry to find my dream nail salon! Very gentle excellent work and the most friendly staff. This place gets 10 stars in my book. My nail tech was Li. Love this place my new nail home.

Love this place! If you are a regular, you are given (as in free) your own personal manicure/pedicure tools. They are stored on the premises with your name on the box. When you come to the shop, pull out your box, pick a nail color and you are all set! The owners and employees are friendly and make an effort to know your name. The shop is very clean and sanitary. All of this and the prices are very reasonable. I know people who have moved out of the neighborhood and still come back to New York Nails to get their nails done. A+

This place has a nice and pleasant atmosphere. The specialist offered me several types of shape for my nails and finally I found the best one. They gave a really useful advises to make your more beautiful.

I have been going to New York Nails for 7+ years. I have always had a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and they do amazing work. The spa is very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely WONDERFUL place to get service! It is rare that they have spoken to each other in Chinese in front of me, They always take their time, are very friendly and everyone says hello and goodbye as I enter and leave. Yes, the restroom situation leaves a lot to be desired as it is out side the salon and is not always the cleanest but the salon itself is immaculate, clean and the sisters who run the salon and client services really know their nail business! I read the one bad review and I can tell you that person is no longer there. Try New York Nails and you will love it. I suggest making an appointment before you go to get in quicker.

Li is awesome. Very personable and does great acrylic nails. Her salon is set up really nice and inviting. You feel very relaxed.

The lady that did my eyebrows (which is one of the two sisters) was in such a hurry that she messed up one of my eyebrows. I called her to tell her what happened and she didnt even say she was sorry. I have been a costumer for a couple of years now and she absolutely did not care. This has happened before but this time she really messed up. Also they use the same wax and that wood stick for the same people and when they clean your eyebrows at the end they use very little product which ends up dragging your skin.

They did my acrylic nails and didn’t even paint fully it wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best nail job I got done if you get your nails done as much as me you can tell when someone does a good job

Nails look great but service was horrible lady couldnt understand a word that was said gave acrylic nails and was told no but she wouldnt listen and kept doing it anyway.

Took my girlfriend here...bomb af 💯💯💯
