I love coming here because of the calm, relaxing environment, absolute professionalism and never feeling pressured or rushed. Also, the owners are super nice and welcoming!It is a family run business led by a wife/husband team and her parents. Together, they listen to the clients wants and needs and I leave happy each and every time! Theres no BS chattiness among the techs other than a simple translation to the owners parents as they do not speak english well, but they are equally a great asset to the family business.Depending on what event is happening that prompts me to get my nails done, I trust Pinky Nails, 100% and I come knowing that my nails will look amazing 10/10 times. Nail care = self care! Make an appointment!

The first time everything was perfect and my nails stay perfect for almost 3 weeks then I went again the second time on Sunday and they put me with an old guy who didn’t know what he was doing, I have around 6 layers of gel nail polish on each nail when he did the last one with the top coat it had bubbles and I told him and he did it again. Of course my nails are a mess now the edges are empty nail polish I had it all over my skin around my nail and under my nail disgusting.. I told the owner and she said “I have something wrong on my mind and I was unhappy because she didn’t do my nail “ she was so disrespectful and I only tried to tell her for the next time I didn’t want to have the same guy but now I don’t go there anymore.

Pinky, has been my nail tech for 3 years and all her work is nothing but the best. She definitely loves what she’s doing. If you want a beautiful SNS give Pinky a chance you’ll never regret it.

The guy did a wonderful job on these nails and he definitely hyped up the look throughout the process. I left feeling confident and a bonus is that he was gentle but fast so I have no nicks or cuts and I spent just under two hours doing a full set, mid length French with regular polish.

Everyone was nice, they were quick and did a wonderful job.

I have been going here to this salon for 4 years for a reason. Theyre the best. They are timely which I love. And It was due to a friends recommendation. The whole staff is professional and kind. I usually come with an appointment because they can get quite busy.

My sister and I have been going here for the past year and the service is always great, very friendly and they make you feel so comfortable. They provide quick and calming services, great place to go if you want to get pampered and relax. They always leave my nails looking fabulous.

What can I say?! This quaint little place off of Aloma Avenue in Winter Park is the BEST! I have had the most Amazing Deluxe pedicures done by Linda!!! Linda and her husband are the BEST ever!! She puts her whole heart into her work and is very attentive. Also I would like to mention How Clean & Sanitized they keep their store! Its not only relaxing but it is CLEAN! I have been to places before in the WP area that did not properly sanitize their pedicure bowls and utensils so I was so delighted to see that Pinkys is extremely clean! I have not had a manicure done here yet but from what I have observed while Im there is that Pinky does excellent work and her customers appear to be very pleased! Im just moved here from out of state and absolutely love this place. I finally found a nail salon I trust. Great customer service, great work, clean. Lovely setting, awesome massage chairs pedicure.

Rude! The man answers the phone is so rude. I was kindly asking for an appointment as a new customer and this man acted like I had the plague as soon as I said I had never been there before. He told me to call back next week then hung up. Okay, thats fine. But please change your tone of voice and how you speak to potential customers on the phone. But thats not all! I walked into the shop that next week to see about scheduling an appointment for another day, hoping you were nicer in person or maybe you were just having a bad day when I had called, and you were STILL rude. You acted like I had two heads. There is no need for that. You seriously need to change how you treat future customers. You are not going to survive as a business unless you change how you treat customers. I will take my money elsewhere.

My daughter introduced me to Pinky’s a year ago. At first I was skeptical to the whole SNS concept, however after the first manicure with Pinky, a year later I continue to go back every two weeks without fail. She does a marvelous job in a very relaxed atmosphere. She also did an amazing job with permanent make up with my eyebrows.

Permanent Eyebrow Make-UpI was referred to Pinky Elegant Nails from a friend who has gotten her eyebrows permanently done by the owner. Had I known I would trust her this much, I wouldve came to this place A LONG TIME AGO! She was very informative of what to expect during and after the healing process. It is a nice, clean and restful place.. There is music, a TV with subtitles for those not intrested and massage chairs. Staff work at a good speed and do a good job. They also have a diffuser with lemongrass which is light smelling and calming. Apts usually pretty easy to book.

Absolutely love my service. The best pedicure I ever had! Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good pedicure foot massage.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment for my daughter and when she had an unexpected event come up, I rescheduled my day to take her appointment out of courtesy to Pinky as it was very late notice to cancel. When I arrived for the appointment, Pinky informed me that I couldn’t fill in for my daughter but she also had another client come in at the same appointment time.It came across as though she was double booked and though I was more than happy to not have the appointment, and completely understand that mistakes happen, I left with the thought that there could have been a much more courteous way to have informed me and handled the situation. I can no longer recommend Pinky’s or go back because of the poor customer service that I received.

Family business. Clean salon. Very good pedicures and manicures. They want to make their customer happy. I prefer to make an appointment but I have walked in as well. They will tell you how long the wait would be.

Pinky is a hidden gem! I struggled finding a great place to get my nails done. Not only is it very clean, Pinky and her staff do amazing work! I travel for business and I love that I can push my gel set to 3 weeks without a fill and it looks like Ive only had them for a week! The quality of work is truly phenomenal and its an added bonus that their prices are one to beat! So much so Ive made it a ritual to go with my 3 year old and they make her feel like a queen for the day! Thank you Pinky! Ill see you in 2 weeks!

Pinky and staff are very kind, the shop itself is cozy but relaxing. I typically opt for the dip powder manicure w/regular pedicure which is very generous & inclusive of a gentle massage & hot towel.

Worst experience ever. I asked the lady that did my nails to cut my nails shorter and to cut my cuticles more and she got upset with me and had the owner finish my nails. He was exceptionally rude as well and was very aggressive and went to the extreme and cut my cuticles so short and pushed the back so much they are in pain. When i realized he was not happy trying to fix my nails i just asked to just put clear on my nails and to not worry about putting gel polish on them. He just threw one coat of clear on and even that looks awful, 2 hrs later it already started coming off

Nice people, comfy atmosphere. They do a great job and care about the customers and their work. I got a standard pedicure. If I lived here, Id definitely go back!

Donna is absolutly wonderful! one of the best. Ive been going their for a year now and was very happy until her husband acted very rude towards me! it was unbelievable how rude he acted keeping in mind that i was one of their permanent monthly customers. again donna is great, but other than that her husband was very rude to me. completely hurt my feelings. even made me cry. neither of my friends have liked her husband who (also does nails their) ...
