The New staff in the office is the best we have had in YEARS..... Chris is very assertive and helpful. Carlos is the man when it comes to getting things fixed. We had a maintenance guy there before I wont mention names and he did absolutely nothing. But when Chris and Carlos came on board stuff started changing for the better. I just wish the other residents would give them a chance. It hurt my heart to hear how some of them treat Chris and Carlos. Some people are just miserable.

Peaceful environment. Very clean and the management is always on top of everything. Any concerns I have, they’ll take care of it right away!

Very clean and peaceful area and I called about twice recently and everytime I called the lady there was so sweet and patient, made it feel very at home and will definitely be moving in so as my old lease it up,

Very nice place to live in. They have new management and they’re fantastic!!!! Chis is a very understanding manager and he always gets the job done!!!

I definitely recommend living here, great service and apartments are great and have a lot of room. Everything is clean, I also have seen no bugs at ALL.

Do not rent here one of the worst places to live there is no maintenance of the apartments if you make a complaint the manager does not pay attention to them they do not care about the welfare of the tenants, everything is old and in poor condition, people smoke inside of the apartments and they make a lot of noise the laundry room is the worst dont even think about living here.

DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE, UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES!!!I was in a pinch and needed to find a place to live quickly in DC, so a place with a month to month lease seemed ideal. Unfortunately, this was a big mistake. I first started seeing roaches a few weeks after moving in, despite having a very clean apartment. After speaking with an exterminator that came by twice per month, he informed me the problem had been going on in the building for several months before I moved in. The exterminator also told me there was an underlying problem where the roaches were able to get in the building that was not being addressed by the management.DO NOT LIVE HERE! There are plenty of other options in the area.

I have been visiting my relatives who reside at these property for over 20 years now, i witnessed that management does not do any improvements or repairs for existing residents who are loyal and decent even in these circumstances. When i asked why they live with all these problems, they told me they have complained to management for repairs several times and still no repairs to their bathroom, bathrooms look horrible which i wouldnt even use as a dumpster, its very bad unlivable, kitchen is always full of roaches and mice problem all over the building, management is quick to raise rent without making any improvements, residents should report the bad management practices to DCRA, this is a health hazard issues. They could not pay me enough to live there. Management needs to improve the living conditions in each apartments asap.
