My life and future outlook has dramatically improved thanks to my diagnosis and treatment by this team. I especially appreciate the ADHD friendly appointment reminders and the availability of video visits.
Favorite doctor Ive had in my lifetime, because he knows a lot of neuroscience and multi-diagnosis to really teach the root of whats going on. Rather than just sitting there listening, saying its a mystery, then writing a random script with little explanation - as other doctors have for me in the past.Multiple types of tests like computer tests, DNA test for genomics and brain structure, analyzing past symptoms and family-line through various written/spoken tests, is empathetic about future plans, and trusts me to make my own ultimate decisions about my treatment by informing with options, rather than demanding that I take certain courses of action. He thinks about how to approach from many angles at once for a speedy plan to improved overall quality of life - and shows how and why my chronic lifetime symptoms were interrelated. I was amazed. After only a few months of medication treatments and discussions, my mom says she hadnt seen me this happy/regular since I was 4. Thats 24 years ago. So thats why 5 stars.[Edit]: A few months ago I posted here saying I wish they accepted more insurances, and they added one. They also took my advice about auto-reminders to patients the day before their appointment. Very receptive.P.S. The clinic has a nice waiting room, but you wont wait more than a couple minutes - guess thats a good thing! They also have a bathroom outside - just ask for the code. And they have ample parking spots, but beware of frequent traffic on the highways getting there. :) Thanks!
They specialize in adult ADHD which is big. Very few psychologists or psychiatrists know much about ADHD let alone adult ADHD. And getting treated has been life changing for me. I never knew chunks of my personality were actually ADHD symptoms.Ive been impressed with their practice so far. The only reason for 1 star off is because they only processes Aetna insurance everyone else needs to file their own claims to their insurance companies.Update: 2018-08: They now accept Blue Cross and they have far surpassed all of my expectations on treatment and guidance.100% 5 Stars.
