We lived in Brunswick House for two and a half years and loved our time there. (We only moved because we left DC.) Our one bedroom was a nice size and a great deal compared to other buildings in the area. The building itself is well built and well maintained. We hardly had any issues but Lora and Keith addressed any requests efficiently. You cant beat the location with the proximity to Dupont and Logan Circle. Everyone here -- staff, residents -- is super friendly. Rent here!
Have lived here for almost three years and loved it. Location is excellent, with many transportation options, high walkability, and great entertainment options like museums/restaurants/events nearby. The rent for a one bedroom is very reasonable for the area. We have had almost no issues of any kind living here and when we have, the staff (Lora and Keith) have been super helpful. We appreciate all the extra work and thought that they put into building management during the pandemic. Strongly recommend living here!
One of the best older buildings in DC. Since DC is an older area, the apartments are as well. However, these are very well maintained and nice. HUGE windows and very quiet. There is also a rooftop that is stunning. Lora at the office is the sweetest lady and helped us with everything we need.
Fantastic management that is very responsive to maintenance requests! Location is a big plus too!
Ive been living at Brunswick House for a little under a year and I loved! The building staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, as our the fellow residents in the building. The building has a great location and is around a ton of great restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. And its a very quiet building, which has been great as working from home has become a major factor in many of our lives. I couldnt recommend this building to prospective residents more!
So far, my experience with the Brunswick House has been phenomenal. Lora has been incredibly informative, helpful and kind. Full disclaimer: I do not live here, though I hope to soon!
I have lived in this building for a little more than three years and only have good things to say. The location is great, close to grocery stores and drugstores, and to many great restaurants and green areas. The staff is great and super efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
I loved living here! I moved here without being able to see the place in-person and hoped that it would be a “best case scenario” situation. And it was! My apartment had beautiful wood floors, amazing natural light, and sturdy walls (so I rarely heard my neighbors). I really enjoyed the location—steps away from multiple grocery stores (Safeway, Whole Foods, TJs), CVS, coffee shops on 14th St, and many local, delicious restaurants on 17th St. Lora was super kind and went out of her way to help me out multiple times (like when I forgot my keys across the country). I thought my rent was an great value for the square footage and location. The only reason I moved out was because I was moving cities, but I really enjoyed the 15 months I lived here.
I really enjoyed my time at Brunswick House. It was extremely accessible, with the orange and red lines just a few blocks away, a bus stop right outside, and some of Duponts best restaurants across the street. The building was well-maintained and quiet, and the staff members were nice and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.
I lived at Brunswick House for a little less than two years and then moved back to Florida for work. Perfect location right in the middle of everything and steps to the grocery store, CVS, restraunts and bars. The building is very well maintained and quiet. Dont think twice about living here. You will love it!
