I recently moved in and had a wonderful experience with the tour and the move in process. The current management and staff made the move in process seamless -- actually exceeded my expectations. I held off on posting my review until my significant others mother had a chance to visit. She has many disabilities that limit her ability to walk but her smell and sight are intact. The first thing she said when we wheeled her in the elevator was I really like the smell Joshua. This smells nice and it looks new and clean. I have to say I agree with her. Cleanliness and a beautiful fragrance always welcome you into this building. If they every get rid of keeping the place clean and aroma changes, she will be the first to let you know. Lastly, for those who need a nice large bathroom due to physical limitations, AdMo Heights won her over for the accessibility of the bathroom. Thank you for making this place feel like home and keep up the good work.
AdMo Heights is a new building, nicely appointed, in a great location with grocery, pharmacy, and even a clinic on the same block, but its biggest asset is really the people running the place. John Bailey manages responsively and is particularly helpful. Hailee fills in and is also very helpful. Charles handles maintenance adroitly. Everyone is unfailingly polite and cheerful. You could not ask for better support staff. We feel blessed to be here.
Beautiful place to live in. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend living here. Customer service is very good and issues are resolved quickly.
After living at AdMo Heights for over a year, Id like to thank Charles, the service manager, for everything he has done for me and the other residents. He provides the best customer service and has the best demeanor of anyone Ive encountered in the property management business. I couldnt speak more highly of him.As for the property itself: beautiful views, great rooftop area, fantastic location. There were issues stemming from how the building was constructed, and Charles went above and beyond to resolve any and all issues that I experienced. Five stars for Charles, three stars for AdMo Heights.
AdMo Heights staff is absolutely incredible; the atmosphere is serene and welcoming! John, Duane and Charles are so friendly, kind and helpful; they are always prompt in responding to all questions and concerns. Our new home at AdMo Heights has been great so far!
I had the pleasure of meeting the new Property Manager John Bailey. He was professional and knowledgeable about the building and neighborhood. The building has great amenities and newly renovated. I will highly recommend AdMo Heights if you are looking to rent in Washington DC.
Had an excellent experience touring this building with John Bailey, the property manager; the apartments and common spaces are clean, modern, well-priced for the area, thoughtfully curated, and there are fantastic amenities including a rooftop with wide-open views of the AdMo neighborhood, including a lot of greenery, and the surrounding city. John was incredibly knowledgeable and well organized and will make the process of looking for an apartment community as straightforward and convenient as possible.
Admo Heights has been great so far! I recently moved in and the property manager, John, has made the entire move in process seamless. John has been super easy to communicate with and has answered all of my many move in questions regarding parking, internet, reserving the elevator on move in day, and much more. I’ve also interacted with Dwayne, another staff member, who facilitated my move in day. He had everything ready and reserved to make my move smooth and efficient. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. This is a very resident-centric place to live!
Ad-Mo is a new, renovated apartment complex - the management made my move smooth and stress-free. I love that all of the things that make a move that much more convenient have been thought of in advance, down to to-do lists, plenty of apps that ease everyday life, and a permanent dolly in the lobby!
My wife and I just recently moved out of AdMo Heights. The apartment was modern and very quiet. Our view of the Line Hotel was gorgeous. We loved taking our dogs right across the street for coffee or a late dinner. Below the building is Tail Up Goats new restaurant, Revelers Hour, which is an excellent eatery. We were in a junior one-bedroom. Plenty of space for two people and two dogs, but it was time to move with a baby on the way! Ryan and Charles really go out of their way to make it home.
Ryan is a great building manager! I’ve never had any problems with my unit and I have been living there for over 6 months. I was worried when moving in that this would be another building that was built quickly and not done well, but that has not been my experience here! The quality holds up against the price of the rent. I would 100% recommend if you are thinking about moving here!!
I lived here for one year and I did not renew my lease. The building fell short in many areas. However, it did improve as time went by. But that said: the elevator was out of order for four months; the grills on the roof did not consistently work; access to the roof was not consistent; the fire pit on the roof never had propane; the garbage shoot has frequently been out of order leading to the piling of garbage in the garbage room; there are no policies about breaking down boxes in the garbage room; there is consistently bags of trash laying around the stair wells; thin walls so sound travels easily. Thats all I can think of at the moment. Its a very nice looking building but has been the worst experience since moving to the DC area.
We toured this building yesterday and it is definitely beautiful with so many amenities and perks. The rooms are soundproof, and the rooftop view is amazing. However, we were told on the tour that all of the apartments qualified for a special deal of 2 months free rent. When we went to apply, though, we learned that the units we were shown did not qualify because they were already reduced prices. We were upset to know we centered our search in this area only to learn that it was wasted time. The saleswoman was so nice, however it would be beneficial to relay accurate information to potential dwellers.
Great place to live! I just moved here a few weeks ago, and I keep getting surprised by all of the new perks that pop up. Everything about this place says modern and high-tech. 100% recommend.
Truly gorgeous building with phenomenal views of the city. Depending on which side of the building youre on you can see either the Washington Monument/Capitol or the National Cathedral. The building is brand-new with all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Love this place and highly recommend to anyone wanting to move to the heart of Adams Morgan!
Management does not care about COVID. Staff rarely wear masks, get in elevators without masks, let people tour the building without masks, and hire contractors who refuse to wear masks.
Looks like a very modern and beautiful apartment from the outside. Numerous issues will not become apparent unless you are very diligent in your research or experience living here for a couple months. Unfortunately, most of my interaction with residents involves complaining about mutual issues and some have already managed to terminate their lease. This is an example of a building that was constructed poorly and quickly to supposedly maximized profits. Property management is skilled in avoiding your concerns and providing generic responses as you will see in the reply to my review. The heating and cooling system in the units are plagued with issues, the property is heavily understaffed, and repairs typically take months to complete. If you enjoy the neighborhood, there are many other nearby options. Avoid this building unless you want to get stuck in a lease termination battle.
I had a great experience looking for my new apartment today with Ryan! He was so helpful and put me at ease and I was able to get in early enough to lease an apartment with an awesome view of monument, close to the elevator and great rooftop deck! I move in next week I am so excited!!
I would honestly give them no stars if possible. Management was terrible at communication. Several calls and emails went ignored. Even after speaking to the regional manager nothing was solved and none of my concerns were addressed. Truly disappointed.
Ive watched the construction of the nest gem to AdMo! I manage your local cafe/community hub, Philz Coffee, just behind the building. Id love to connect to be involved in welcoming your current and new residents. Whom should I contact?Cheers,
Admo Heights is the best place to live in DC! I love how modern and chic it is and so close to everything to need!!! The staff is so Friendly and kind!! I love living at ADMO!!!!!
