I enjoyed living at the Mission Apartments for over 3 years. The building is well maintained, and provides great access to 14th Street (cant beat the location). Byron, the community manager was incredibly helpful, and was always accessible if any issues arose.

Great apartment, great staff, and great location! Beck was so helpful with all of the logistics for moving in. I had one small maintenance issue and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Overall, I highly recommend the building!

We recently rented an apartment at The Mission Apartments on R Street north of Logan Circle. Great apartment, great staff, great neighborhood. Beck, one of the on-site staff, has been incredibly helpful - from showing us the apartment, helping thru the lease process, and helping make moving in smooth. A small maintenance issue - a stopped up sink - was fixed very quickly. All of the staff we have met have been kind and helpful.Neighborhood filled with restaurants, shops - hardware store in the next block, 3 big grocery stores within 5 blocks in different directions (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Safeway), new Asian grocery store - Rice - a block away.

These apartments are absolutely beautiful. I made an appointment to view a one bedroom apartment and signed on the day of the viewing. Wardell was really accommodating to my schedule and took the time to answer all of my questions. I have not moved in yet, but so far the service has been great.

Wardell was terrific to deal with. Very nice building in a great neighborhood. 10 out of 10....would recommend.

Love my new apartment here. Wardell was fantastic and worked closely with me for months to find the unit that was just right for me. He was super responsive and proactive, and wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my new home. Mission accomplished.

I met with Wardell to take a look at an apartment that I had actually considered over a year ago. He was very helpful on the phone, in person and was happy to accommodate a few requests. This building has excellent finishes! High end condominium finishes! Concierge at the front desk and very well maintained. I love living in a historic building that has been lovingly restored.

I have been living here for a year now and I absolutely love the place. I must say NaNa ( the concierge ) is AWESOME!!! Her and her associate Wendell gave me great customer service. I LOVE IT HERE!!!

I liked the location and the apartment unit. Although slightly far from metro, I vibed well with the feel of the building and the location. So, I asked the touring leasing agent to send me the essential paperwork next morning to get me moved in. I did get an email next morning but it said the unit had been rented out already. So between 6 pm the evening before and 10 am next morning, within an interval of 16 hours ( almost all of it not office), a designated vacant unit had been rented out. I must have missed something. Anyway, to cut to the chase, decent enough building and location but unprofessionally managed or rather professionally mismanaged — if you like —as it seemed apparent to me. Since apartment hunting is ( not can be ) tedious in DC, I advise prospective tenants to at least entertan reading some reviews to save your most valuable resource — time. Good luck!

Had an appointment to view a potential apartment at the Mission today and I cannot believe how atrocious the service was. The front desk person was completely incompetent and acted as if he knew nothing. Further, he was of no help or assiatance. And, the person who was suppose to show the apartment never showed up. They lost a potential client, and I will never come back here.
