I could not be happier with my toes and nails. I stopped by Stewarts Bistro for coffee and happened to see Idol Nails in the strip mall. Needing some TLC I stopped by and they were able to squeeze me in. The shop is very clean, they strictly adhere to COVID best practices and they do an amazing job. Will be back when Im in the area.

Eric corrected (actually a complete redo) a mess of a manicure I’d had done elsewhere. I wish that I’d found Idol Nails first.Eric is gentle and did a wonderful job. The shaping is wonderful and he didn’t hurt me at all — that might not sound like much, but the technician at the other shop hurt me on multiple occasions and left me with nails that didn’t look right.I’ve had “nails” of all sorts for decades so I know when I have received excellent service or not. I received excellent service from Eric at Idol Nails. Eric did a beautiful job. I’ll be back.

I started going here about 2 months ago (during pandemic) and always felt welcome, safe, appreciated & not rushed. They really take their time & the foot/leg massages given here is heaven. Its that little added attention & not rushing is what did it for me. Bigger places I always feel rushed & like another number. Not here. I pray it stays that way

The employees were actually pretty nice to me. Although I was not impressed with my application. As a person who loves pointy and long nails, I want my nails to NOT be crooked. I mean who would? I kept asking the employee to fix the problem and they ended up just making them shorter and STILL crooked. I would not recommend this place. I don’t mean to be rude or mean. I’m just giving my honest opinion!

I went for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. Eric did a fantastic job and worked in a fast manner. He was very friendly and helped me decide what I wanted. I highly recommend this place! I’ll be back.

I started going to this Salon shortly after moving to Wake Forest in 2015. I had tried a few other places first but once I found Idol Nails I never went anywhere else. Hayley has done my nails for a few years and I absolutely love her. Last year I moved out of Wake Forest but made the trip just for Hayley. Recently, I made the decision to try some new salons closer to me in hopes of finding someone who compared to the service and expertise I get from Hayley and the environment at Idol Nails. It hasnt been successful. It is worth the commute to head back to my favorite salon and my favorite nail technician. Ill be back SOON. If youre looking for great service at a clean and friendly salon with great staff - Idol Nails is the place and call to reserve Hayley!

My daughter had her first Manny petty. They treated her great while I got my nails done. She cant wait to do it again and love that they have a child pricing list. My nails look great and I have been in the pool the last week. No yellowing or separating. Did a great job and I love how natural they look. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I took my 9 and 3 year old daughters here and the gentleman who did their nails (just paint, not manicure) was So wonderful to them! He was kind and smiling and went above and beyond for these little girls! It was such a treat! Thank you!!

If your looking for a nail salon in Wake Forest, Idol Nails is it! Always professional, friendly, and clean. I have never had a bad experience. I am not a regular customer, in the way of I go every two weeks. But I go off and on for pedicures and gel manicures. You can tell that the owners have put their heart and soul into the business. I had the pleasure of getting a gel manicure recently by the owner. She did a fabulous job! A week and two days later and my nails still look great. Prices are similar to surrounding salons.

My absolute favorite nail salon!!! I’ve been going here for about 5-6 years and wouldn’t change where I go ever! Such great service and such nice, welcoming people. I only trust this nail salon to give me pedicures that will LAST and to wax my eyebrows. They do both perfectly!!! I’ve also gotten gel on my nails and lasts such a long time, along with acrylics! Cannot say how much I love this place anymore! Go here if you’re in the Wake Forest area!!

Finally found a nail salon to come back to! Gel lasts over 3 weeks, regardless of who does it. Very clean and they enjoy their customers - they ask you how your does was and how life is going. Thats a plus to me.

Bad communication very rude. Wouldn’t recommend going there.

I am a little disappointed in my experience here. My first visit was for a pedicure and the gentleman who helped was nice and helpful. He did a great job. But when I walked in earlier today, I was not greeted until I had stood at the front for a few minutes. A woman finally greeted me and informed me it would be an hour wait with no one else in the waiting area. I was not waiting that long with another nail salon across the street who took me right back. I dont know if it was a fluke but I am disappointed that these two experiences were so different.

I was not impressed by this place. Lots of tension among the staff and nobody seemed happy in the spa. They were rude to us and told us it would be a 3 hour wait. We walked out. Go some place else. You deserve it. Heritage Nail Spa is 100 times better.

Been going there for 8 years. Ann and Eric are excellent as well as their staff.

They were rude to me and my friend when we walked in.. they seem not to care about their customers at all, only about the bottom dollar.. my friend called a week ahead to make an appointment and they told her she would not need to since they are very slow on Wednesdays.. we went in yestorday and they told us the wait was three hours, and as I mentioned before they were rude about it, so we just left and took our business to Heritage nails.. if I could give them no stars I would but one star will suffice.

At first, they were great! then every time after that the service was getting worse. you feel all this friction & anxiety in there, so you cant get comfortable.

We were served by a very professional woman who fix my nail... and my wife was happy there too

It was THE WORST nail experience of my LIFE! I went to get a fullset because my regular nail salon was busy at the time. Idol nails is the worst. The acrylic & nails looked VERY CHEAP. I will never go again.
