Normally I like this place but I just had the worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. I entered around 12pm and left 3 HOURS later after just getting dip powder and polish on my toes, nothing fancy and should have taken at most half the time. Apparently the powder wasn’t drying, but nevertheless horrible experience will not be returning.Update: After waiting for 3 hours to get a simple dip powder service, less than 12 hours later the nails start to break. Horrible quality.

This was my first time going here. I pampered myself for my birthday. The pedicure was great nice and relaxing. I got liquid gel nails and they look amazing! The lady that did them for me was really good and friendly. I will definitely be going back no doubt about it.

I made an appointment 3 days in advance. I was there on time. Overall, I felt very rushed as more and more people came in the door. I started first with my “OhLaLa” pedicure, which started at the same time as another person there. Somehow I was finished way before this other person with very little leg massage given. We proceed to my gel manicure and cuticles were not removed fully. Wrong gel paint color was pulled and manicure was very rushed. I corrected the gel color for my hands. Language barrier made this difficult. Sadly, the worst part is the disappointment after the appointment. The gel manicure didn’t even last 4 days. Normally a gel manicure will last me anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Perhaps the gel didn’t adhere well due to being rushed through my appointment? I’ve never had such poor quality, rushed atomsphere, and a lack of attention when getting my toes and hands done. Would not recommend.

Really poor job for how much I paid. I paid over $100 for myself and my younger sister to get full sets of acrylic. The acrylic is bulky and uneven, some of the nails are crooked, the nails are misshapen (probably due to the fact that the tips were not filed prior to acrylic) and they stick out straight. I also asked for coffin and got a coffin/square hybrid. We were rushed to the table as soon as we walked in and had no time to browse colors. The tools used were unhygienic and old. Will not be coming back here again. Very disappointed.

Ive gone here a number of times but this time was really disappointing, it has only been 4-5 days and I can already see the bottoms of my brand new acrylic set peeling up when they usually can last about a month. the remainder of my glitter polish from my last set is still visible underneath the acrylic (I had a French manicure) and I had to ask multiple times for the set to be shortened ultimately to leave with my nails still longer than I wanted. I ended up cutting some of them down because I wear contacts and couldnt remove them, and I feel like I had to beg my manicurist to please shorten them more only to feel embarrassed to ask again, and then ruining the set by cutting them. I wont be coming here again especially because it is super overpriced compared to other salons. The price kept going up as I was already sitting in the chair and I dont feel like it was worth it

This place is AMAZING! I came here from NC to visit and I found this wonderful place. I had a spa pedicure and gel manicure with cute designs on them. During this pandemic I was really concern about my safety and this place did a great job with spacing people apart and keep things clean and safe. They checked my temperature and asked to wash my hands and everyone was wearing masks which I really appreciated. I am glad with my treatment here and recommend coming! You would not be disappointed. :)

Went with 2 family members for a wedding party. Had an appointment. Took 30 minutes to get started. Pedicure was amazing. When it came to nails we wanted simple ombre French nails. They got super irritated and said only person there could do ombre. After waiting 20 minutes, we decided to just do regular solid dip color. That made them more hateful and irritated. By the time they came to do our nails my ombre specialist came and tossed the nail color swatches down at me then told me they didnt have the color I asked for even though they put it on my toes. They talked so much trash about us, my nails were the only ones that were decent. And he still tried to give me ombre. And they are all literally the same solid color. It took 3 hours. And we were all unsatisfied and they were very hateful. Paid 350$ for 3 pedicures and 3 nail sets. Will never go back. Ridiculous. Dont go unless you want basic, lumpy nails. They apparently dont have anyone with skills there.

It was okay. About the same price Ive been finding for acrylic fillings and gel polish. Rough spots noted on the sides of my nails. Maybe my expectations are too high but I remember back in New York your cuticles being done first then the acrylic nice massage at the end now its thank you next. Seems its like that all places I have tried in the last few months in Wake Forest.

I scheduled an apt the morning before I went but I still had to wait until other people got done. got dip and she made them coffin when I asked for square. she filed them so hard it hurt my fingers. took forever because she was talking on the phone and do other things the whole time. top coat is not shiny and nails were sticky. do not recommend if you want pretty and clean nails

I go see Tiffany every two weeks for a gel manicure and I am always satisfied with my experience. She does a great job and so does the rest of the staff. The salon is clean, modern, large enough for big crowds, and has a great selection of color choices. Everyone there is super friendly and I will never go to another nail salon. Their glitter polishes are super opaque which you can see by my last 3 sets ;) Definitely recommend!!

First time getting my nails done since the onset of COVID! I was very disappointed and wish I went somewhere else after waiting all that time and hoping to feel wow’d. I came in for a pedicure (upgraded - not the basic), gel manicure, eyebrow and lip wax. Nail tech was extremely RUSHED from the get go - even though the place was nearly empty and no one was waiting! Sloppy/incomplete job and extremely rushed (I was there for 45 minutes tops, for all those services). Wish I went elsewhere for the money spent. I won’t be back.

I asked for a dip manicure with tips, being a hairstylist, my hands are always in water and dip seems to last the longest with my profession. I picked out my color and then showed a picture of how short I like my nails and the shape. The woman didn’t even really listen to me and told me that they were short enough, everyone has an opinion of course, but I wanted my nails shorter as I am the paying customer. And the shape isn’t even close to what I asked for. When I’m paying $50 for a manicure, I would like to think that I’m getting a result that I will be happy with and that certainly wasn’t the case. I’ve been such a loyal customer to Heritage Nail Salon over the past two years, never really leaving “loving” my nails but at least satisfied but I think this is the final straw. As the holidays are approaching I wanted to treat myself and left more upset with my nails than before. I would like to get them fixed. If anyone reading this has any recommendations of a nail salon in Wake Forest, please comment and let me know.

The man that did my nails filled them too thin. The acrylics were also extremely thin. The gel on my acrylics started coming off a week later. A week after, one nail cracked and ripped along with my nail making my nail bed bleed. Another just ripped the whole top of my nail off. It is bleeding a lot and I just had to bandage my whole finger. It was extremely painful. I am very disappointed. I am going to go back to Idol Nails across the street. Very good service, prices, and great work. Will not be going back.

I would say I’m very disappointed with this nail salon mainly because the nail tech I had was incredibly rude. I came here the Monday before Christmas with an appointment for myself, my sister, my mom, and my cousin. They were very timely and sat us quickly. I needed my acrylics completely replaced and the lady doing my nails used a chisel like tool and tried to completely rip the old nails off of my real nails. When I kept pulling away because it was hurting, she told me “you’re going to have to just hold still”. She didn’t offer to soak them or apologize for ripping my nails off.I have chronic eczema on my hands that I have been to the doctor many times about and have prescriptions for that she brought up about 3 different times during the appointment. She first said, “your hands are extremely dry..” and I explained why. Then she brought it up again and I told her it was again because of my eczema and she said, “yeah well you should probably see a dermatologist.” I was baffled that she would bring this up to me, especially since I am a paying customer. It was none of her concern.My mom was getting a pedicure behind me and I would occasionally glance back to speak to her and my nail tech continuously told me to stop and that I was moving far too much when I was completely still just not looking at her.After being told to wash my hands, I asked my mom if she enjoyed her pedicure and looked at the color. This took maybe 30 seconds and then the nail tech told me to “come on” and rushed me back over. She then asked if that was my mom and I said yes and told her who else was with me and she said, “that’s nice but you can talk to them after, ok?” I was shocked. I have never been treated so rudely by someone let alone someone who you are paying to do a service for you. When you go to a nail salon with a group you want to have a good time, not be rushed out just so they can get their pay.I will not be coming here ever again, thanks to the woman with the cream paisley pattern mask.

I got my nails done here, they were crooked and bent and chipped, and see through, honestly it’s kinda funny because we went back the next day because they said they could fix them, we went back they gave me THE SAME LADY, AND SHE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM, i’m so shocked never come here, horrible service and rude, she was going to hard with the drill and i asked her to stop and she said i didn’t know what i was doing. don’t go here, she might have aswell been blind, i would have had a better chance of the cockroach on the floor so them.

This is the only nail salon I go to! I get outstanding service from Tiffany and Scott. I’m very indecisive so they help me pick a color and I never leave unsatisfied. If I hate it, they are more than happy to fix it or change the colors- you just have to speak up. Sometimes they go as far to test the dips on tips to ensure satisfaction. Thank you Heritage Nails! I had some of my gel start to peel off a fresh manicure and when I called to see if they could fix that nail, they told me to come in and they completely redid my manicure. It’s been almost three weeks and my nails still look wonderful. I will always recommend this place.

I tried a full set of acrylics, just a solid color, worker was in a rush, nails were shaped unevenly, no work was done on my cuticles, paint & gel was sloppy & left under my fingers, color wasnt applied thoroughly & there were areas without enough coats. my fingers got burned with tools & workers did not care whatsoever about the overall service.

Felt rushed from the moment we came in. I have gotten pedicures before and this was not nearly as enjoyable. Almost due and was hoping to get pampered and relax before the baby got here but that was not the case.

Although it seemed to be a slow starting PROCESS, in the finale l was serviced nicely.

Clean and well organized nail salon. Walked in and was able to get a pedicure no problem.

I am BLOWN AWAY by my experience here! I walked in and was immediately told to pick my nail color. The selection of colors was awesome and no two colors were exactly alike. The woman who did my nails was phenomenal! She cut them to the perfect length and the color is beautiful. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. My first visit and they made a repeat customer out of me! I have been getting my nails done religiously for years and this is the best they have looked, and felt, in that time period!

Truly a pampering experience. Pricing is confusing, but other than that surely a treat! The powder dipped nails are so worth it!

The gentleman that done my nails was very rude. It was my birthday and I told him that I was sorry several times am when he told me to relax and then he said I dont listen. He was very rude.

This is my favorite nail place ever. Clean, doesn’t stink, spacious, and nice people. Lily is amazing with powder dip! Also she shapes my nails exactly like I like them - she will shape and ask “how is this?” and I’ll, inevitably, say “oh just a TIDGE shorter on this one” or whatever, and she happily does it. I’ve been going there for almost 2 years. Highly recommend.

Dip gels were horribly thick and didn’t last but 2 days. Wasn’t offered any lotion or any hand skin care at all. When I went to pay I asked if that was supposed to be included as my hands were incredibly dry at this point. Was treated like I was being annoying. Slammed lotion pump bottle down on counter and said, you want lotion? Here! Will never go back. If they offered free manicures, I would drive right past this place. Their reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star. Notice this. Must be your “luck” with who you get when you walk in the door.

Being new in town, Ive tried several nail salons trying to find my go-to. My search is over! Heritage is always clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Theyve all been great, but Tiffany is my favorite....her pedis are magical! The prices may be a tiny bit more than other places, but its worth every penny for the far superior experience. So glad I found this place!

I just needed a simple color change and I apparently work the guy up who did my nails as he was not friendly at all, did not greet me, didn’t speak to me or anything. I had gel color that needed to be soaked off and he used a dremel after I asked him to just soak them, he did as I asked after dremeling anyways but instead of letting the soaking process work he filed the remainder of the color off but left a few spots and just painted over them. And it shows through with the color I currently have. He filed my nails so much they are tender and left prickly nail pieces that I had to ask him to remove after he started painting. The color is sparse in some places on my nails and clumpy in others and down the sides of my nail which means it will peel in no time. He was in a hurry bc I woke up (yes he literally was asleep in a chair while when I got there) I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be going back. It’s just a shame to have to pay for a service this terrible.

Its a nice place with friendly staff. They tend to swap around the employees working with one customer from time to time but I more or less understand why. Some employees have the credentials to do certain types of nails while others have the license to do other kinds of nails. Rather than finding it frustrating, I encourage and support the act. It lets them find an employee who is well-suited to giving me the nails I want.

Best nail salon in area! Sophie and Tiffany do an excellent job for nails and toes! I’m a regular and would recommend to everyone (men, women and girls) . If your a native or new to area, it’s your go to for nail care! 💕😊

I was overcharged, my pedicure was not finished, my technician did not do what I asked him to do. When I showed him a picture of nail design he told me it would be extra money but then he did it incorrectly. When I told him I did not like it because it didn’t not come out correctly and that I wanted something different, he attempted to reprimand me and got an attitude about the time he spent and started to talk about me in another language to the other employees. He then became rough re-drilling my nails to the point that my cuticles were cut up. Finally after leaving the shop I further inspected my nails and my paint job was simply mediocre. I have had experience getting my nails done in professional shops for over 10 years on a consistent basis so I have a strong understanding of what a quality experience should be. For the money I was charged, the quality of my service should have been much better and I felt cheated. This was my first and last experience at the Heritage Nail Spa. The one star I gave this facility is only for the location and appearance of the salon. Find a different salon !!!!

The guy that did my nails was terrible. He was rough and made my nails uneven... at one point he coughed in his hand and tried to continue working. Definitely won’t be returning. My nails look like i did them.

Abusive work policies. Employees engaged in a strike after demands for more ethical work practices were not met, demands were refused.This company chooses to abuse staff rather than pay an equitable wage and ensure safe environments. Workers deserve rights.If a spa is unwilling to practice basic human decency with its employees, I doubt they have significant concerns about customer safety either.

Girlfriend was here and got her nails done a bit ago. The staff was super relatable and fun to talk with. I was just sitting around but all kinds of services like drinks and massage chairs were offered to me. Definitely would recommend. Large space to fit everyone with a side of friendly banter between employees and customers.

Do not go here the WORST experience EVER. Customer service is nonexistent. Rude and Disrespectful. Don’t be fool by the high end decor.

Heritage Nails is where its at!!!! Great customer service, and Lee and Scott made the whole experience fun and exciting. We went to get our nails done for my best friends wedding on Saturday.. Lee and Scott where so sweet and kind to both of us and made our hands look picture perfect for the big day.. Oh!! And did I forget to mention Lee fixed the God awful dip job that was done on my nails from another establishment in Florida?! If I could show you the before and after I would... I am visiting from Florida and when I come back to North Carolina I will be getting my nails done here only. ❤

Lee has been my nail tech for 8+ years. I have followed her more than once and I am so happy she now owns her own place. Salon is clean, girls are friendly. The place is always busy even weekday mornings!

Went in to get acrylics and they look good but I know they were talking bad about my sister and I, the immediately after, he asked me to pay BEFORE I got them painted, and he had already put the acrylics on, what’s the point? They did not ask my sister or my friend to do the same. Like I said, they’re good, but he was rude for no reason because o was kind to him.

The service was good and the polish looked nice when I left, but after running around and doing errands, cooking, etc. I stepped on my rug and the polish on my big toe and the one next to messed up. Mind you this was about 3 hrs after getting them done. A couple hours later,after simply walking around, the polish on my other big toe then messed up. Highly disappointed because I paid for the upgraded pedicure, but Im going to have to repaint my own toes when I just got them done.

I followed Lee to Heritage Nail Spa from Raleigh! I love coming here to get my nails done. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The space is beautiful and clean. Totally worth the drive!!!

Very spacious in there, the biggest nail salon I have ever been to. Workers were friendly and super nice. A great variety of nail polish to choose from. And the lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job. Definitely found my new nail salon. :)

They scammed me trying to tell me that my gift card was only 25 dollars when i paid 40 dollars for it. then proceeded to argue with me about it. me or my sisters nails were way over priced, my sister has acrylic powder all over her fingers and they charged her $55 and charged me extra money for the length of my nails which i have never experienced at any nail salon even at heritage which i have gotten way longer nails then i got. also i had an appointment for 4 but didnt get until at least 4:30. will never be going back.

Completely dissatisfied with the service my daughter received after being a loyal customer for years. I will not be going back. Unfortunately, it seems that Heritage Nails is more concerned with their profit than making a customer happy. After recently taking my daughter their to get her nails done with gel polish, I was unhappy with the service she initially received as it seemed rushed and unprofessional. The person who polished her nails got paint on her cuticles in multiple places and then took a file to the curticle trying to scrap it off. This clearly was painful. After completing the service, we went on our way happy to just be done. The next day though while at school, my daughter noticed the gel already coming off of multiple nails. Returning to the salon to report this and ask for a refund, we were denied this request. I explained that she was not happy and did not want them to fix the multiple nails. She wanted to go to a different salon where she had a much more positive experience. So, we are very disappointed that they did not refund the amount-which was from her allowance-and do the right thing. We will not be returning to them in the future. There are many other salons that take the time to do a correct job and care about customer satisfaction.

Love this place I have been 3 times and so far so good.... Gel pedicure lasted 5 weeks. Its extra but worth it and the last time I went I was so relaxed I fell asleep.... David is the best but everyone is super nice.

I will not be coming back here. I have been disappointed all three times I went to this place. The last time, after being in the water for less than two minutes, the technician began the pedi, didn’t clip the nails at all but said she was just going to file them instead. Next to me, my daughter already having the paint put on (we were there for less than 10-15 min) and her technician was applying the color without first putting the base coat, when I mentioned that, my technician dug around for a base coat and starting applying it to my toenails (I am sure she would have skipped that step too, if I hadn’t said anything). I thought - why? Either they were simply being lazy or trying to save $$ by using less product. Either way, I have been unsatisfied for the last time at this salon. I am heading to New Vision up on S Main where I have never been disappointed.

They couldnt handle the crowd. I was there for 2.5 hrs it was crazy. Like cattle in and out. Go in Sunday after 330pm. The person that did my nails was pulled all over very stressful.

The first time I went, I had a great experience but today I went for a fill in and to get the polish changed on my ring fingers and they charged me $40. I might as well have gotten a new set for that price. The guy who did my fill in messed up the shape of my nails, didnt put the primer down before the gel polish and I asked him if they had blue glitter polish and he grabbed to colors that werent even blue and one wasnt even glitter!! When I asked him to fix the shape of my nails he gave me an attitude. He is the reason Im giving a bad review and wont be coming back here.

Every experience i have had going here has been amazing. but the most recent time, my nail tech, nancy, changed it for me. not only is she funny and sweet, but she is incredible at her job. she paid so much attention to detail. and when i accidentally bumped my nail and messed up the polish, she didn’t get frustrated- she cracked jokes and fixed it perfectly. i have never had a better experience getting my nails done.

A really great salon. They offer you something to drink, they are the cleanest salon Ive ever been to, and they have so many technicians there is no wait. I just wish the prices were lower, but you get what you pay for!

Not happy with the service. Came in with two other people to get pedicures. We were never offered a drink or anything even though we sat there for quite some time with only one person working on our pedicures... On a Wednesday afternoon. After getting a French pedicure I ended up having the technician fix one of my nails that got messed up, but he just painted over the part that was messed up, instead of redoing it...so it still looks bad. Now only a few days later two of my other toes have chipped areas, which is really disappointing since it could have been prevented by putting on one more coat of clear coat at the very end. I will not be returning.

I have been to the salon several times & this will definitely be the last time. Although the staff is pleasant the final results of the work is not to the standard of the salons in the area for the same price. The water was cold in the soak tub, The pedicure was hurried & tech rushed through the process - the trimming of nails is substandard, the removal of calluses, etc is really pathetic. I paid the same amount of money as other salons & did not get the same results - AT ALL!!I would not recommend this salon. You get a much better pedicure at other salons right up the street for the exact $$. I only went there bc they are open always.I will not be back .

They were able to fix the horrible nail dip job that my friend had. Her nails look perfect now and don’t even look like they have chips or cracks in her real nails. If you go, ask for Lee. She’s really good at her job. My nails look great too. Scott picked out a good color and did really well on my solar nails. Tension isn’t high here and they weren’t rude. They said “hello” right from the start when we walked in.

Came here on 2 different occasions, a month before my wedding to try it out (satisfied with the experience) and a second time for my bachelorette party to have my nails done for the wedding. Had called to book for my party, but everyone got spread all around the placeSWe were not offered a drink or anything like they usually do.I had a full set on and just needed a fill, same color etc, but the lady decided she was going to PULL everything off, obviously hurting me and destroying my nails, and was just acting plain rude the whole time. Started just putting on a gel color when that was obviously not what I had asked for.She then proceeded to try and charge me extra for whatever reason.Terrible terrible customer service and experience

I I liked it but paid for something that Im quite sure I did not get. I paid for the $45 extra 10 minute leg and foot massage and I did not receive that.

Dip powder in the color Selene. I like this, keeps your real nails looking cute without having acrylics. Will be back soon to try another color.

The availability is great. Its a large salon with many technicians and I have never had to wait for services. There is sometimes a lack of detail or attention.

NEVER AGAIN! All the negative posts are true. The people there are beyond rude especially Mike who did my nails. I mean if you dont like your job find a different career not in customer service. He was so rude I had to ask him if he was having a bad day. Never again and I will tell everyone that I know not to go there as well. Luckily, I found another nail salon further down from them called Oasis Nail Spa.

Love this salon. Super clean and pretty. Best and longest lasting pedicure ever. Great eye brow wax as well. Prices are comparable.

Service was great but the quality in the nails didn’t match unfortunately. Gel nails peeled off that week.

They were accommodating in taking me a little before my schedule appt, however, they rushed through the whole mani. I did not get a hand massage, the nail polish was painted unevenly, the edges of my nails are rough and jagged. I rarely treat myself to a manicure so when I do I expect a little more. Very disappointing.

Wouldnt say it was an amazing experience, maybe it was just my esthetician because my friend loves this place. But I wouldnt say the manicure was worth $45 honestly. my nails do look nice, but no different than another salon. So their high prices must be due to the experience, but I wasnt very impressed. My toe nail is already smudged, i noticed after i left and didnt feel comfortable enough to go back in there to ask for it to be fixed.

Soo I had gone to another place for my FIRST acrylic nails....and turns out they were horrible. i just thought my expectations were too high. LOL. Anyways, I came a little late and the nail lady (I think her name is pronounced “T”) and she did PHENOMENAL. We talked and laughed and her goal was to make me happy and fix my nails. It took an hour and a half, but i enjoyed every minute. The store is nice and very clean and also has many choices for what you want. I will definitely be coming here again ;))

I am super disappointed with the pedicure I received. Nail by polish job was shotty, nails are uneven and I had to go home and buff my feet because they were still rough. My sister got thebasci pedicure and I got an upgraded one. No difference😠

Completely disorganised nail spa, not relaxing, very rushed, manicure was fair at best, doesn’t compare well to local salons. Look after your customer service better and not so much about rushing people
