Call early to get an appointment. Each time I go here I feel relaxed and pampered. The only times I was turned away is when they are busy and you have not made an appointment, which is understandable. They are my #1 go to place.

Couldn’t get into my other nail place. Gave this place a try. Absolutely friendly! Husband and wife team. I feel welcomed and treated well! Their prices are good! They offer you a drink and I love talking to them! Sweet people!!

I dont go to nail spas on a regular basis, but when I do I go to Creative nails but sometimes I just need a pedicure. I have gone to them for pedicures since they opened years ago and even though so many places keep opening up. I feel very safe during this COVID time. They take many precautions that make me feel safe. It is a time to relax and treat my feet(and me). They are so very kind and professional.

For a relaxing spa treatment, Creative Nails 1 is the salon to visit. The salon is COVID-19 clean and is disinfected after each customer. Ive had manicures, pedicures, eyebrows waxed and gel refills for a year now with very satisfying results. Jenny and the staff are friendly, professional and punctual.

My appointment was at 10am when I got there the technician was there to greet me to my spa and had everything ready I was so shock and she even offer me, what would I like to drink I thought that was very nice, cant be more happier than, I enjoy coming here over and over again. Thx creative nails

I think I found my go-to nail salon! This place is my ultimate favorite nail salon in Wake Forest for acrylic nails with gel polish. They have an impressive color selection. The ladies were was so meticulous. I always feel very welcomed and taken care of. Thank you very much ! Ill definitely come again in the near future!

Creative Nails IS THE BEST! ! ! ! ! The technicians placed a little sunscreen on the top of each of my hands for the UV light and did each nail flawlessly. I feel like my gel nails stay on consistently long here and are super well done. I had a wonderful experience and my nail and toes look GREAT! I would not hesitate to return and would recommend them to anyone.

This place is a true gem, about a 15 minute drive from my house--its well worth it! Kim made gel manicure for me and she had great attention to detail. Service is on point, experience is seamless. BIG PLUS : BIG PARKING LOT! I cant stop staring at my nails.

I stopped coming here for a while because life can get really busy! Same day appointments are possible. The thing I love about the staff here is that they are super easy and fun to talk to! They treated me with much love like as a bff. Quick and a decent price. Which is probably because of the efficiency of their work! Their business have been booming so make sure u make an appointment before you go.

I feel like the quality has gone down drastically the past year. Got a pedicure this last week and the tech who did my polish rushed, and applied a quick and messy top coat. When its applied carelessly and thick like it was done, you get bubbles and streaks. I could have done a better job, but since Im pregnant I cant bend over like I used to. Its a shame that they dont take the time to give out a quality product like they used to. Its a really good price, but there is no value to the service.

Omg, found this place due to anothers bad service. The main draw for me here as well is that all of their products are non-toxic! Also, they did my nails/toes very fabulous. pleasant environment and space clean and well maintained. Will plan on coming to this place from now on. The work I had done was great!

I found this place while searching for a nail salon that did gel nails close to home when I lived in the area. The gal in front was super friendly and sweet. Price is similar to other nail salons but the quality surpasses the rest! Its almost becoming my regular place to go.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!This nail salon discriminates and picks and chooses who they want to service. My regular nail tech at another location was on vacation, so I decided to go with this spot as a backup.I walked in, and no one greeted me. I finally asked if someone can help me and the lead woman reluctantly agreed. After the fastest manicure attempt in history, about 10 minutes into it she was ready to polish with clear coat, and I asked her to cut and file some more asall my nails were crooked and uneven, not to mention the cut job she did on my cuticle was TERRIBLE. It looked as if I chewed my cuticle off with my teeth. She refused, so I asked of I could do it myself. She let me and when I was finished she tried to give me the sloppy polish job, but I had to coach her through that process as well. I paid my money, and said thank you, and no one responded. A few weeks later, my regular tech at another salon was out sick, so I called this place back to try and schedule an appointment, but the owner got on the phone after the same woman answered, and the owner told me that I need to find somewhere else to go. I asked him why, and he said in his very thick asian accent that my cuticles were too much and I need to go somewhere else. I was incredulous to his statement as the owner of the business.I want to mention that I am 62 African American male and I have never been turned away from a nail salon for my cuticles being too much, LOL!!That being said, if you have cuticles that are too much like me😉, this nail salon may not be the place for you. ZERO stars!!

Had a set of nails done and they are not even. One side is more slant than the other I wanted rounded and they said it look fine. I tried to tell her thet nails were not even or shaped the same. The person was doing another set of nails while doing mine. When I tried to tell her the nails are not even she said yes they are it just dont look right because you are not use to having nnails. Where the nail was painted there were pieces under nail polish I showed to her and she said I told you to look at your nails. She got mad and said you will complain if I get the nail polish on your skin. Do not go here! Terrible service!!

They are in too big of a hurry. Last night got manicure and pedicure they spent a long time on pedicure, but because it was closer to closing I got 1/2 manicure she saw some of my nails were wrong said he (her husband) mesed up your pedicure is why, I will do your mainicure. She was doing nails and a couple of them and it were bumpy and she filed some polish off. She tried to say nothing was wrong, I had her fix it but she wasnt happy. I get home and my pedicure was messed up. I did give them the benefit of the doubt since it was close to closing. I go today to have my toes fixed took my mom, she got a full set of nails, and they look terrible. She didnt listen to how she wanted them done. I had her fix my toes today and they still dont look right. She didnt have nail polish on complete nail of my moms and she tried to argue nothing was wrong, one of the nails was sharp and 2 had buckled up or bubbled up. They try to do 3 different people are 1 time. Then when my mom told them it was messed up she started talking in her nattive language and the other people working there kept looking at us so Im sure they were talking about us. Do not waste your money go somewhere else where they will actually take care of you and listen to the person who is paying them. I will not return. Oh and last night she kept trying to get me get my eyebrows done!! But she didnt want to fix my nails.

Worst service ever ...no satisfaction guaranteed. Poor painting skills. Bad customer service and forced me to pay for a service that was below standard.

I wont go anywhere else. Love this place.

My nails look pretty good besides a few places where the sides aren’t cleaned up, and they were prettt nice however you could tell they were in a rush and the place i sat down to get my nails done was dirty and there were nail clippings on the table and an old magazine was used in place of a towel to catch nail trimmings...
