They made me feel so comfortable, answered all my questions and made it a near painless experience for me. The service I had done was a “non surgical nose job” where filler was injected to shape my nose. Turned out amazing - I literally could not be happier. Very pleased. :)

Jamie is amazing! Super knowledgeable and has completely transformed my skin. She knows exactly what your skin needs- she got me hooked on microneedling. No downtime after the treatment and noticed such a difference after one treatment! Seriously life changing! Her skincare products are great too and I’ve completely switched over to a routine she has me on. She also gives the best massages to top it all off. Worth ever penny!

I absolutely love the RN/injector, Jennifer Sassi. I had never had any injections before but I had the worst troughs ever by 33 and was seeing the standard signs of aging after 2 kids so I decided to see what it was all about. Jenn has continuously steered me in the right direction every time by not over doing it and making me look like my best natural version of myself. The Laser Lounge Spa has a great feel when you walk in the door. The staff are professional and friendly. I went to Paris for laser treatments to help me deal with a skin issue. She is amazing. She got me laughing so I wasnt so self-conscious or nervous. She walked me through the procedure, gave me different options and took a creative approach do help me with an issue no dermatologist has been able to solve for 10 years. She was also conservative in her approach, so I never felt pushed at all. I felt relief right afterwards and though its only been a little over a week, things keep improving. I highly recommend this Spa.

I have been to the Laser Spa in Estero many times. However, last time I went to the one in Naples. I had Botox injections on my forehead and a laser treatment on my face. Had to return for a second laser treatment, which was ok as I was told that I might need two. The laser treatment was for some age spots on my forehead,, which, as the technician stated, were not bad at all. Its now been a few weeks since the 2nd laser treatment and it looks exactly as it did after the first treatment.The Botox injections on my forehead and for the 11s did not take all that well either. I have been getting treatments for a number of years and never before had a problem. The thing that really upset me was that the Laser Lounge sends you an email stating that satisfaction is their main priority. However, when I called and said that I was not satisfied, I was told that I can come in for another treatment at my expense. Why would I or anyone else ever do that? I have spent a few thousand dollars over the years at the Laser Spa. However, I will not be returning. The people are nice enough, until you are the least bit dissatisfied.
