Went for a walk in and they got us in immediately. They were super gentle and attentive to detail. We absolutely love how our nails turned out and are definitely planning on coming back. Thank you to our nail techs, Nancy and Lynn!

I had an impromptu stop since I happened to be in the area and had some time before another appt. Helen was ready for me right away and did a great job of removing the dry skin from my feet. I also opted for the package with 20 mins massage and my lower legs and feet soaked it all up. Place was big with ample space between pedicure chairs. My Covid concern was that some staff did not cover their noses and wore their masks around their neck ;(. Helen wore a mask and gloves. They also place a clean plastic cover over the pedicure tub for each new patron ;). Even though I’m fully vaccinated, and they probably are too, it’s nice to have everyone mask up..

This is the best nail salon In Wake Forest. They exceed my expectations every single time, and I can count on them to give me a beautiful set every time I go. The staff is very friendly, the owner is a wonderful lady, and the salon is always clean and welcoming. I’ve had my nails done by multiple different technicians and each and every one of them has been amazing. I’ll never go to another nail salon again. This place is fantastic.

I have used this salon several times & even though it is always very busy, the owner Nancy quickly greets people as soon as they come in the door. Ask if they have an appointment & if not gets up to book them that day or another day if necessary. Large color selection dipping powder which I use as well as large color selection for gel polish & regular polish. Also several choices of pedicure flavor treatments. I also like that Nancy the owner remembers you & who your nail tech is when you come in. In a previous appt I added eyebrow waxing & was very happy with the service that my nail tech Chappy did for me. Friendly, clean & professional atmosphere.

My daughter-in-law and I had a great experience! We made last minute pedicure appointments on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Cindy and Tina were wonderful. So relaxing!🙂

I schedule my appointment for 6pm with Tee. Nancy told me that Tee would have a client and she might not be able to see me till 6:15pm. I asked Nancy if I can schedule for 6:15pm but she stated that Tee doesnt like to take appointments after 6pm. I had to leave another appointment early to get there on time . I got there but Tee was busy with another client. I waited and waited and asked her how long it would take. Tee responded that if I didnt want to wait I can schedule another appointment. I told her I was already there and why does she think I would want to reschedule my appointment. Tee didnt get to me till about 6:30pm. Neither Nancy nor Tee had the decency to apologize to me for waiting for so long. They just acted like it was not a big deal and they didnt care at all.

This was my first time coming to this salon, and my experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the shop was very clean with a wide variety of polishes to choose from. I got a fill in for my acrylics, and the man who did my nails did a great job. He was very thorough with his work, making sure my nails were even, smooth, and well shaped. He really took his time, and I really appreciate it. I’m beyond obsessed with my nails. This is probably going to be my regular salon now.

Came here for the first time two weeks ago looking for a new nail salon, and they exceeded my expectations. They gave me the best manicure of my life— I received gel French tip acrylic nails and she shaped them perfectly for me, and they came out looking so elegantly beautiful. Was here again today with my boyfriend’s little sister, and the nail technician worked her magic again. We showed her a design and she did even better than the picture :) 100% recommend

It was nice, even the wait wasn’t long for it to be a holiday weekend… everyone was very professional, kind and courteous.. very satisfied

I called already and they said they had a spot available in 30 minutes, when I got there 30 minutes later I still had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and do my nails. Then the person who did my nails did not listen to me about the length and made them too short after I tried to correct her 3 times. She then messed up the shape and when I asked her if she could fix it she said later then never fixed them. The acrylic gel was even and never fixed. Finally when she was doing the nail polish she did not take her time and did a sloppy job. Worst experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon. Do not go here.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done after having a bad experience at another establishment. Everybody was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable. Lam and T were amazing and did a Wonderful job on our nails. We will definitely be back.

Received a great pedicure, but they did the wrong color on my wifes fingers and toes. We told them about it, showed them the correct color from their samples, and they did nothing about it. They did not offer to change the color, to come back later so they could fix, or adjust what they charged. Will not return here again.

I highly recommend this place. Not only do they do a great nail service and pedicures but there quick and professional. They are polite and always remember your name and they always do the best job. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and this is the best place by far I have been to!

I’m not coming back to this place! I asked for something and she still did what she wanted after I told her how I liked my toes. And my massage???? Was very uncomfortable, started beating my legs.... I kept getting funny looks from the man there from the time I walked in to the time I walked out.. they also left products on my legs and had 2 different women working on my feet ! The list literally can go on & on I’m never going back !

I have nothing but nice things to say about this salon. The atmosphere is nice and has an upscale feel. Every time I enter I am greeted warmly and Im acknowledged by name by the owner when I call to book appointments. I never have to wait when I schedule an appointment. They still offer acrylic which is a plus for me, many places Ive been will only do gel. My nail tech T is extremely friendly and helpful. I always schedule with her and she is amazing with shaping and polish. They have a nice color selection and offer many options. Ive been to a lot of nail salons in the triangle but this is by far my absolute favorite.

So my sister and I went in to get our nails done. Manicure says $15. Acrylic fill in is $20 with a $3 nail repair. I checked the website and talked to a nail tech over the phone to confirm prices before going.However, at check out for an acrylic fill in and a nail repair came out to $43!!!!! My sisters Manicure was $20. When I asked the nail tech checking me out she said the prices were correct and very rudely told me I needed to check the website.

I walked in today for a Gel polish change and Nancy greeted me pleasantly. Tia did my nails and they came out beautifully. Their attention to detail is awesome. I will certainly return, they may be my new nail salon.

We got there right when they opened, we’re seated for our pedicures. It was a great experience. I had gel done for my manicure and it turned out well, also had my eyebrows waxed. 4 stars because the person who had done my sister’s acrylic nails made them super wide and they didn’t look very realistic. She was too shy to say anything, but it had already been done when she noticed them.

Very clean place and the staff was very nice. Mine and my daughters nails look amazing too!

Im surprised by all the great reviews, and I wish I could say good things. However, I requested gel nails but got acrylic. When I questioned them about it, the woman acted like I didnt know what I was talking about and said she was confused.. I thought gel nails were a pretty common request. I was charged for what gel would have cost, even though thats not what I received. I also brought my 7 year old daughter with me. She wanted mermaid looking nails. I showed a picture for the woman to go off. They went off in the other section to do them and when she came back, I thought my daughter ended up changing her mind with what she wanted because it did not resemble the picture. I expressed my disappointment with the woman there, but she was not very pleasant or accommodating. She didnt attempt to fix either problem, and thats why Im writing a poor review. I understand mistakes happen or people have off days, but the lack of effort to fix these concerns is what really bothered me. We paid $75 and neither of us got what we asked for

I recieved service twice and it was good. Although I found the next three times I tried to get service Nacy refuse to do my nails. I see other (white) women walking in with no appointment and she make sure she take care of them. I will not be made to feel my money dont spend like they money spend. Its a shame that my daughters and I will have to go elsewhere.

Came in the other day for the first time and T did a spectacular job on reshaping my nails along with a gel fill in. So pleased!!!

Waited over an hour when I was told 15 mins also my nails were super rushed and painted terribly.... don’t go there for artsy nails . My 3 year old sister could have painted my nails better ..... on top of that charged my 55$ for poorly done rushed nails .. unacceptable.

Guess i came on a bad day .. came in Mon 8/3, my usual nail tech (somewhere else) was off so i decided to give them a try.. Went in for dip powder, nails looked terrible. Waste of $40. Had to spend another $40 to get them fixed somewhere else the same day. The lady that did them was nice but she rushed, burned my nails with her drill and my nails were misshaped and the color i picked was a totally different shade that was on my nails. Should’ve waited for my usual lady. Probably won’t come back.

This place is terrific, even when they are busy I can always seem to get in. Hope Im not sorry I share this; but Tina is unbelievable. Her hands + oil = heavenlyfoot and leg massages. She is a perfectionist, takes her time and obviously cares a great deal about her clients. She did a wonderful job waxing my eyebrows as well. I live in Cary and I go to Wake Forest for my pedicures...What does that tell ya!

I would really only give a 4.5 BUT this is such an awesome nail salon! The best pedicure I’ve had besides my cuticle being cut (Hence the half star I would’ve taken off). My pedicurist was kind, very thorough, gave the best massage and took his time. Not to mention my toes look and feel great.•I was greeted when I walked in.•No wait time. (love their sign in process...quick and efficient)•Very clean (they use plastic to cover the pedicure bowls)• Friendly and provided great service and the wine was great too.I found my new salon! Love this place! This is the most perfect gel manicure I’ve ever had. This was also my first time trying a chrome polish. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Hai did an excellent job. Although I live 45-50 minutes away from this nail salon I will definitely be back. Additionally, the decor is beautiful and It’s very clean. Love my nails!!

This was my daughter and I first time here. We moved here about 2 yrs ago and I think weve finally found the place to get our pedicure.We had such amazing service from Kim and Helen..Great CUSTOMER SERVICE from them both!

I went here on a Saturday morning right as they opened. I let the first person who greeted me know that I wanted an eyebrow wax, gel full set and pedicure. She said to pick a color. Nancy seems to be the shop favorite because for the three hours I was there she was the only name I heard people asking for. I quickly found out that there’s a reason she’s most requested. A man did my nails. I don’t know his name but he was younger looking with gray hair. He was too rough and seemed impatient and jittery almost. I didn’t want to complain because I didn’t know if something caused him to be that way that he couldn’t control. However he won’t be able to do my nails again. The facility is clean, they offer drinks and it is a quiet place to relax and get your service done. I got the fruit-tea-tutti pedicure and it was just what I needed. Their masage chairs were great and the woman who did my pedicure did perfect. My gel full set is good too and my eyebrows were fine. Nothing to right home about. I wish their wax room was bigger and nicer but it definitely wasn’t a bad spot. If you go here, maybe ask for Nancy for best results.

I had a great experience here. My grandmother, daughter, and I all had pedicures today and we were all very happy with how are toes came out. The staff were all so sweet. I will definitely be coming here again.

Went to get an acrylic full set and the people here were absolutely lovely. Even though I waited around 30 minutes, it was well worth the wait. She offered me a drink and I was not in a rush so I didnt mind waiting and talking to other people there. I asked for a coffin shape nail which was $5 more, again I didnt care because this is the best coffin shape Ive seen in my life. She even took extra good care of my very tiny nails. I believe I had Nancy (sorry if im wrong) and when she was filing them down, she even filed the underside of my nail which is a huge plus for me because I hate the buildup Ive had left on there before. She was so sweet and it was a HUGE plus that she knew what I wanted and made sure to get it. I ended up leaving her $15 tip because she deserves every bit of it. I highly recommend and will be going there from now on! Ill definitely be asking for her again and Ill wait all day to have her!! 10/10 would recommend!!

This was my first time going here and when i tell you i am so impressed! I was a little late coming in and was scared that they would have rushed my nails because it was almost closing time and they did not! The nice lady took her time and did an amazing job on my nails. Had a great experience. My time there was a little longer than I expected, but no problem since I wasn’t in a hurry. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedi! It was amazing. I’m sad to say I was not impressed with my nails. I was rushed and the guy even painted the wrong color, then instead of removing it, he just painted over it. I had to come back the next day, which was inconvenient but they were gracious to correct the matter. To be honest, I’m not impressed with the quality of their shellac polish. For the extra cost, it’s not holding up very well. Otherwise this is a nice place. Just be mindful of who is doing your nails.

Nancy is the BEST!! I have been with Nancy for over 12 years. The salon is clean and beautiful and in a great location. They offer all of the services you could want. This was my first visit and I will be returning. Trang did a wonderful job with my pedicure and manicure. The atmosphere of the shop is top notch.I have to tell you I came in today May 2 because of my first experience. However this is not the same as my first visit. I came in and was told to pick my color. Then I sat down for about 30 minutes was never approached or say sorry for the wait. Nothing. I was very disappointed and probably will not return

I waited until I visited 3 times to make sure that the service and satisfaction was consistent. After shopping around multiple locations in Wake Forest and never being 100% satisfied all around, I think I have found the place. This is what I would consider a small family ran business that cares about customer satisfaction. Nancy is the owner and is so nice and willing to correct anything that you feel may be an issue. She is honest and not all about the money as some other locations are. Nancy is always booked and I came bc I saw such great reviews including her name. She must be pretty good based on not having same day availability.I only see Lam, as I lucked up and got her on my first visit there. She is the best around for a good pedicure. She is actually fast and thorough. I regularly get a deluxe pedicure and gel polish and of the 3 times I’ve gone, I’ve never been disappointed. My mom did not enjoy her experience with the man that works their, even then Nancy was willing to correct the issue. I had my mom start coming to see Lam as of today and she had nothing but great things to say about her experience also. If I could change anything, I would have them offer mimosas lol but that’s just something that I personally like :). Overall no complaints and hope to continue to have a great experience there. Again I say that I recommend Lam for the 2 services that I receive.

Got what I wanted with the pedicure. I like their massage chairs compared to other places. Nice technicians. Not as much happy with the manicure. A different technician did it. The massage was decent but paint did not turn it well.

By far the cleanest nail salon surrounding the Raleigh area. I have two salons within 5 minutes of my residence, however I traveled 40 minutes to this location instead. Very accommodating. I unfortunately didnt like the initial gel color I picked as it was different on my nails vs. the swatch which required the nail tech remove it from the 2 fingers she had already painted. This frustrated her and I felt slightly uncomfortable... but at the end of it all, she did a great job and this place will probably be my go to for my nails!

I have been coming here for awhile nowEveryone does good work. I specifically let T do my nails. Every time I take a pic into my appt, she replicates whatever I show her. Awsome nail salon, awsome work, awsome nail techs!!!

The pedicure was good quality, but they were so busy that my water was cold by the time they got to me and the massage chair had gone through an entire cycle and cut off. I still had to wait about 20 minutes after that for my manicure, which was rushed, again likely because they were so busy. I ended up being there for almost three hours for a basic mani/pedi; it was a frustrating experience. It would have been nice if they had another employee or two, or if they hadnt continued to take clients when they were already full.

For me, this was exactly what I was looking for. I wish I had a chance to get the girls name. She has a small smiley face tattoo on her hand. I got a pedicure today. Usually I spend all day on my feet in steel toes, and have neglected getting a pedicure for WAY too long. She was fantastic. Very fast. Very professional. And absolutely thorough. Got out my ingrowns, smoothed my calluses. Rubbed out my knots. And polished my toes perfectly despite me having small nails. Im no stranger to having my nails done, and while I wouldnt say this is a top of the line ritsy place... It was definitely worth the money and I definitely would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good pedicure. (Probably should call ahead if you have more than one in your party, everyone inside was staying fairly busy with customers).

Fantastic nail salon!! it is very clean and I love that is small. makes it easier to talk to friends when we get separated. after going to multiple other salons that provided subpar manis that were overpriced, this place is a breath of fresh air! my friend and i typically don’t get there until 6pm and even though we are there after closing, the quality does not lack. most places rush through because they want to leave. not these technicians! it is much appreciated!! will definitely be my go to nail shop!

Im so disappointed and very upset! I went in with healthy looking natural nails and came out with uneven short nails. I didnt want them clipped down so instead they were filed down with one hand shorter then the other. I wanted to cry! Now I have to wait for them to growback just to cut them even! All I got was sorry. Save your money and disappointments.
