Needed my toe nails cut. Never ben to a place for nails. My wife refused to help me. Gave me money and told me to go see Nancy at LA Belle Nails. Outstanding. I will go back. Men, treat your wives. Its worth it for the feet. Probably good for hands too. I recommend highly.

I really like this place because of the woman named Janette that works there and I love her work She takes her time and she do not file my real nails down so far that the fake nail can take of my real nail she’s very professional and sweet

Very good mani (Gel) and pedicure. Follow Covid safety with your temperature being taken upon entry and very clean. Safety shields are on manicure tables. Great job on nails. Manicurists are very pleasant.

My first time here and this place was great!! Ive been to so many other nail salons in the area, but this one will now be my regular spot. The atmosphere was great, it was clean, the staff was very friendly, and my technician V was fantastic! She did exactly what I wanted even with my super short nails and they turned out perfect! Thank you and Ill definitely be back!

I love La Belle Nails! I drive 25 minutes just to come here. Everyone is super nice, they do an amazing job, and it is very clean. Plus they always have HGTV on :)

Hands down the best place to go in Wake Forest. They are well-mannered, respectful, patient, and very, very nice. Ive had some of the worst experiences with my nails in Wake Forest but I think Ive finally found a home!!! They listen, you will get what you pay for!!!

Service was sub par. In my opinion the atmosphere is not relaxing unless you are getting a pedicure. You won’t be offered anything to drink I assume because you don’t see anyone with drinks of any kind. My daughter asked for something to drink and received it. I am pleased with my eyebrows and believe that Nancy does them best.My last visit was an attempt to have all things done in one place and establish a second location option that I could choose between. I typically have my nails painted in gel and pedicure done at another salon and stopped here to have my daughter and I nails and toes painted before her return to school. All regular polish was used, with the exception of my nails being in gel polish. Both mine and my daughters toes were painted fine. My daughters nails were not painted completely leaving large areas on the side of the nail uncovered. I told the lady that did my nails and she “fixed” my daughters nails in a very poor manner. The nail polish had already dried and she painted over the sides and it just looked tacky and poorly executed. I also addressed how my nails were not painted on the sides and how some nails were painted fully and others not covering the nail up to the cuticle. It basically looked like I needed a fill in or had had my nails painted for a while. She continued to tell me that what I was seeing was skin and could not be painted. My photos will show this is not skin and she just didn’t want to fix it. I dislike when people use language as a barrier or even at times an excuse to not give good customer service and I feel this was the case this time sadly. Instead of addressing my concern it was stated t was skin and she went in with her job helping someone else. Of course my nails have already began to chip after not even 1 week due to not being painted completely. They are chipping in the exposed edges. I did not bother speaking with management nor did the nail tech bother having someone else discuss with me. I just told my daughter we will continue to frequent our other shop where customer satisfaction is no question. Sadly I hoped to have a better experience with something that I felt to be pretty simple. I will continue to get brows here but that’s about it.

Best ombre Ive ever had!

I always recommend this place when people ask where they should get their nails done. Everytime I go they always make sure that everything is done correctly and looks amazing. I have asthma so its wonderful that their salon doesnt have that strong nail salon smell!!

Love this place! I am always greeted with a warm welcome. I have always been pleased with my nails and time is always considered here. I seldom have to wait, ( I always book an appointment) and in the RARE instances that I have had to wait, it has been under 15 minutes. I drive 45 minutes to come to this salon and it is well worth it.

I went to this salon about 6 times hoping it would be “my fav salon” and I would be comfortable there. I asked for names and recognized the technicians that had serviced me by name on at least 4 occasions and always tipped. I made an appt on 3 occasions and still had to wait upon my arrival. The techs did a good job but I always felt rushed because they obviously had their “favorite” clients waiting. So in short the place felt “cliquish”.

I have been coming to this salon for over 8 years now, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating to their patrons. They bend over backwards to make you feel welcome, and look out for your well being. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PERFECT NAILS EVERYTIME!!I am very impressed with how quickly you can get an appointment, and love Anne, Nancy, and several of the other highly qualified nail techs. If customers respect them, there is nothing they will not do for you.

Edit: went back, fixed nails and refunded me the design charge. Had a very hard time doing simple nail designs and giving me what I asked for. Was there for 2 hours and it still wasnt right. finally just stopped saying something, paid and left

I just went here for the second time and they are truly a great place to go to get your nails done. The people there are extremely nice and experienced at what theyre doing. Ive only had the pedicures there, but Im sure everything else is done just as well as their pedicure services. This will definitely be the only place I go to for any nail needs in the future. Its a clean, friendly place that makes it a great deal for the price.

I have been going to La Belle Nails since we moved to Wake Forest 8 years ago and they keep getting better and better. There has been the addition of newer more comfortable pedicure chairs along with washes and creams that make my skin feel so great I hate to wash it off. Also, the staff stays up to date with the latest nail designs and techniques. Importantly, they are professional and make me feel like I am the most important customer. Love going and appreciate the service!!

Was here for the second time today to fill the acrylic set i got last time. very pleased!! they check that your nails are perfect and you are happy before you leave. very detail oriented and polite and its great work. definitely will be a regular :)

My first time here and this place was horrible. I recently fell victim to not only a horrible manicure but a horrible pedicure as well. I was left with ugly nails, hard heals, and my wallet $50 lighter.

They are so nice, very skilled, I never have had a problem or a knic, Ive gone here for over three years. Just got the best pedicure this week.

Everytime we go they have an excuse. One hour before closing today, and they can only do one service. Last time they had just opened for the day and they were booked. It is so obvious they cater to a certain type. Wynn is so much better anyway.

Have been sent away 3 different times, they do not accept walk ins.

I arrived 2 weeks ago, closer to closing without realizing it. It was my birthday and i wanted to have a mani and a pedi. The woman behind the desk told me they could take me and did i mind 2 people working on my hands and feet. I said sure not realizing i would be rushed to a chair, given less than luke warm water for my pedi, rushed through both a pedi and mani and my manicure was done in the pedi chair to accomodate the time factor. My hands put into awkward positions with me sitting to fit into the nail lite for drying. I had asked for decorations on 2 nails per each hand. I wanted a pumpkin and candy corn. They didnt know what was a candy corn and explained they couldnt do a pumkin as it was too hard. After being rushed with both hands and feet i was ushered to the table to add my decorations to my gel black nail polish which i was upsold on due to the longevity of the nail polish. Being told more than 2 weeks, to a month it will last. After showing the candy corn pic on my phone the lady did a good job. I was then rushed to pay as they were closing up. I was very disappointed with the rushed service and its only been 2 weeks and my gel black nail polish has chipped and my candy corn designs have flaked off. I went back just now to ask for them to redo my nails as Im not satisfied with being told the gel would last almost a month with design and it has not. I was told just now they will not redo, the gel only lasts 2 weeks well its does not and to pay for a redo. This place is never going to receive my service/hard earned money ever again and Ill tell all my friends what a rip off Ive been through. Very disgusted with this nail salon. They have lost my business and I will refer my friends elsewhere. I paid over $80 with tip on my birthday and this is how Im treated. DISGUSTED.

Best Nail Shop AroundToday I went for my usual manicure and face and brow waxing. Nancy made my nails beautiful and the snowflake with the little jewels is pure perfection and so perfect for the season. Diana did her usual fabulous job with the face and brow waxing. These ladies take such care and time to make sure you are happy. Once you go you will be spoiled for other salons that move you through like cattle. They will not let you leave unhappy. You must go and ask for Diana or Nancy and be sure to tell them Alicia sent you. They are the best! Others may be cheaper but dont you want to go where someone takes the time to know and remember your name and how you Like things and care about customer satisfaction. I am a nurse so I can only get gel polish but it last for 2-3 weeks, I usually have to go back because of nail growth and my cuticle beds are showing not chipped polish. And being a nurse my hands are constantly being washed so that says a lot as to how good a job they do. Not sure what happened I posted this Sat 12/15/12...hope it makes it this time
