For my 1st visit, Katie was my nail tech and she IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was greeted immediately as I entered and offered a beverage as I was seated. Katie is patient and paid attention to details, giving me a perfect fall look of matte & shiny chocolate & gold nails. I can’t wait to revisit!!

Highly recommend this salon! Very clean & nicely decorated. Everyone is so nice! I needed a last minute pedicure (got there at 6, they close at 7.) They seated me quickly, Tracy did not rush, she took her time & did a fantastic job. Super sweet owner and will fix things however fake nails are NOT their strong suit. Every time I ask for something simple they dont know how to do it or try and poorly execute.I went for SNS and the young woman couldnt do it so I allowed her to use gel. They were bulky and the shape wasnt good so I had to come back to get them reshaped. Over half popped off less than a week later and this was a $70 set. They fixed them with a new set free of charge but those nails took my entire real nail off on several fingers.My last visit felt rushed and the tech seemed annoyed.I would only recommend for basic things like gel manicure with no tips at all unless you can book Johnny. I absolutely love their gel pedicures and the ambience of the place though.

Met Tracy this morning on my first visit to this nail salon. The business is very nice, and clean, and conveniently located. The people working here are so sweet creating a very kind and relaxing atmosphere. It obviously comes from the top down because the owner is a doll. Ill be back!

I loved going here for manis/pedis. Love visiting Johnny, but it seems like he’s the only one who can do designs or paint with gel polish without it peeling off within 24 hours. I hate to say it, but after years of visiting Kellsey, this may be the end. Things have just gone downhill since she left the shop.

The service was quick! I was able to get my services done as soon as I walked in and was out within 30 minutes. The establishment was clean as well.

I went to Kellsey nail salon for the first time yesterday to get a pedicure. I wish I could remember the name of my technician because she did an excellent job and paid so much attention to detail. My polish got messed up twice by accident and I probably wouldnt have even noticed, but she caught it both times and corrected it. I also really liked how relaxing and calm the environment was. I will definitely come back to Kellseys again.

Covering all the basis with Covid precautions while still making you feel pampered. A great team there, totally professional, warm and attentive. I whole-heartedly recommend.

I started coming here right when they opened and loved that it was close by and they were clean and professional and decently priced. The last time I went it was $93 for a basic pedicure and manicure and eyebrow wax. Never in my life had I ever been charged that much. That was without a tip nor any special treatment. The work is great, but I cannot deal with the inconsistency of pricing.

Such nice people and even gave us free masks because we didnt have any. We will be back for sure.

I went in for a gel manicure. The guy used the drill to remove my polish which basically took a layer of my nail off. This was only my 2nd gel manicure( in a Long time) so my nails were In great shape. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes which I’ve never experienced- no bells and whistles here! But same price 🤷🏻‍♀️ A week later more than half of my nails have split and/ or broken because they are so thin from being filed down. I won’t go back.

I’ve been searching all over wake county for a nail salon that was professional clean well priced and customer focused, wow is all I can say about this location. I am completely blown away by how well my technician listen to me and gave me exactly what I was looking for that three previous salons didn’t even come close to.My services were performed by Johnny and Kim, I got every penny that I paid for in a perfect service!

Very friendly staff. Ive been here twice after my old salon stopped having Sunday hours. I typically bring my 6 year old daughter with me for pedicures and this place is more kid friendly than any other place Ive been. Quick and well done nail services.

It was clean and nice but I felt rushed at the end when I didnt upgrade my manicure and my polish was not dry and it smudged.

Love going to this salon! Always greeted with a smile! Their service is always top notch. I like that the owner always checks on you during your appointment and offers you a beverage and even brings a magazine! Couldnt ask for better service! I have the dip nails and have enjoyed them so much!

I had a great experience here! The owners, Kelsey & Eric, are so nice and professional. The salon is extremely clean, which is very important to me. My pedicure was amazing, so relaxing, and my manicure turned out great! They used a powder instead of the traditional gel on my nails and it is so much better then the regular gel finish. It has been 10 days since my manicure and my nails still look great. I highly recommend this salon!

What a great place!!!! My daughter and I arrived after 6pm, they welcomed us in without question. We didnt leave until after 8pm, they close at 7pm. They didnt rush to get us out. Our nails look amazing. I have found my new favorite spot. The staff are all super friendly.

They were able to accommodate 6 pedicures within 5 minutes. My mother wanted to spend time with her grandkids & daughters and it was a total of 6 of us. I called, thinking I would have to call alot of shops to get us in on short notice, but Kellsey nail shop were the first ones, and able to take us ALL without any wait!!!!! That did a wonderful job.. My niece didnt like her toe design ( she is a teenager). And they didnt charge for it. I applaud great customer service!!!! Thank you, Thank you 👍👍👏👏

VERY PUSHY. I called ahead of time to ensure they had the color SNS dip I liked. I was told they did so I made the trip. Turns out they didnt have what they said and then insisted repeatedly my husband get a pedicure.. (which he had no interest in) We then left with no intentions of returning.And in response to the owners apology, its accepted. But I called ahead of time and was told the color was available and DID plan to get my nails done until they informed me they had nothing even close. They had never even heard of it.. but had it 10 minutes earlier when I asked? No excuse for lying to customers. 🤷

Love going to Kellsey’s! They are all so nice and friendly and have a clean salon with a calming atmosphere. I’m able to walk in and not have to wait even with no appointment. Johnny does a great job with my gel manicures and makes sure they are perfect! Definitely give them a try!

Very nice, very comfy chairs, lots of gel powder colors. They have great customer service and don’t just rush. They have good quality pedicures that aren’t rushed either. Jon and Marcella do the best pedicures especially if you need a little more care. The lady ( didn’t catch her name) that is Vietnamese with long black hair and pretty brows is great at eyebrows. Oh and they have kids pedicure chairs. The only thing that’s missing is the mimosas.

I’ve been going to Kellsey’s Since they opened and have never ventured away. They know my family and treat me like family. I get dipped nails and they are the best here and last the longest I’ve ever had! The staff is so friendly and they have special chairs for kids! I highly recommend!

This salon has been my first choice for nail services until today. A friend (that I do not get to see often) decided to go get our nails done to catch up, but when we arrived we were rushed the entire time. After less than a minute of trying to choose a nail color we were being rushed along to make our decision. After the 4th-5th push we just grabbed a color that wasnt what we were wanting and went with it. We were not even given 3-5 minutes to choose our color. Then we were hurried to our seats and they rushed the service so much that they were painting our nails in a no time. We did not get the typical care and attention with shaping, cuticles, etc. They had one nail tech working on both of us which made for not an ideal experience. We should have been notified that they were too busy to do our nails if that was the case. My nail had a fuzz from the cloth stick in the polish, so when I showed him he just decided to add an extra coat. In the meantime bumped the nail beside it. Then I had two nails that were bumpy. I kept being told that the top coat would make it unnoticeable and smooth, but unfortunately as I type this I have bumpy uneven nails from a manicure less than two hours old. My friends nails are similar. This was very discouraging and most likely will not return because we did not get our relaxing fun afternoon that we were going to pay for nor did we get smooth nice looking nails.

Decided to give this salon another shot after 2 years.Ill make this short and sweet. Do not come here! Didnt get what I asked for and the owner is PUSHY!! He will go back and forth with you the entire time you are getting your nails done trying to convince you to get dip nails. This makes for an uncomfortable environment. There are so so much better options in the area. In conclusion, I made an appointment for a pedicure and a full set. Paid for a deluxe pedicure ($45) which I feel was rushed and not worth the price. Left with a sloppy gel manicure on my natural nails. Disappointed and will not be returning.I was really excited when this salon opened! The inside is very nice and the people are friendly. Unfortunately, every time I get a gel fill in, my nails break and lift. I took their advice and got the dip powder because they said they wouldnt break. I got tips and dip powder for $45 and tipped $10 even though I was bleeding from the drill cutting my finger- because he was so nice! Less then a week layer two of my nails are broken. I dont even hit them on anything they will just come right off? Very disappointed I wanted to love this place. I would recommend them for pedicures just not nails!

Best expierence I have ever had in a nail salon by far! They stayed late just to finish my toes and nails well! Such kind and wonderful people!! My nails were dipped and look amazing!! They took great care of me phone charger, drinks, even pizza if you need something just let them know!!:) I would highly recommend this place over others I have been to in the area!!

This place is great! I have been multiple times now for manicures and pedicures and I am always pleased with how my nails turn out. The owner, Kellsey, did my nails. She is an extremely sweet woman. She took her time and made sure that I was satisfied. She suggested the gel nails. Told me that if I was not happy with it...to come back and she will do whatever i choose to have done. I am happy with this visit and will definitely recommend them and return. The manager was also very welcoming. Some places want you in, take your money and then rush you out. I was not done until 30-40 minutes after closing. They did not rush me. We actually had nice conversations. It was worth the time.

Man nail tech is horrible. Just to get a base pedicure is $28. Which is just to touch your foot. He didnt even file my toes nail and my polish look like my 5 year old polished my toes. He got mad when I asked him to to scrub my heel some more. He stated a good pedicure is 65. Got my eyebrows wax and it burned the hack out of me. Never again!!!! Not worth the money. I will go to an older nail shop for better service. These new nail shops are just trying to make money to pay off their debt.

Great customer service! My toe nails last forever. However, my hand polish never seems to hold up. However, they have no problems making repair inside 12 days if you do dip polish. Recently I decided to revert back to regular polish as Im tired of getting nails redone every 2 weeks. It really shows how paper thin my nails have become after gel polish and dip color. The nail color has not lasted 24 hours. Very dissappointed. They are closed today (holiday) However, I will return tomorrow.

I the salon on problem had the last time I went. The young lady that was doing my feet and nails was very rough and seem like she was upset at the owner and was taking it out on me. Left the shop sore and in pain. And the reason I gave three stars because my first visit was great. And the shop is clean and the owner is very nice.

I got my nails done at Kelsey nails A gel Medi last Thursday so eight days from now when I was getting my nails done I said to the women can you please get the edges of my nails because it bothers me well she was like if I do that then the nail polish will chip off I was like oh no I don’t want that they looked really good at first now eight days later when I run my fingers through my hair I can feel my hair going underneath the polish and they have chipped some I mean It does bother me that the edges aren’t filled in but I rather them not be if my nails chip it was $32 and I paid $40

I’ve been going to Eric and Kellsey’s salon for at least 7 years. They started in Rolesville and then relocated to Wake Forest and I’ve followed them without hesitation.When we started coming, it was my monthly nails date with my 90yr old grandmother. They treated her like a queen and they now had a client for life. :) I now come with my mom and it’s always a treat. We never have to wait for a chair and everyone is so accommodating.I also love the more spa-like atmosphere- even the bathroom is relaxing! Eric and Kellsey have created a place that you can get great, affordable service without skimping on the little details that truly make a difference.

Got my nails done 2 days ago and they were very pretty I was VERY HAPPY WHEN I GOT THEM DONE.. the thumb nail looked off and I said something about it and told them well if it comes off I’ll be back it came off a few minutes ago I will be in there tomorrow to get them repaired....

My wife and I came here for her birthday. She comes here regularly and loves it. The staff is friendly and makes a point to know their regulars. Appointments are not required but on busy days you really should set yourself up for success and make one.The music inside repeats a lot but who cares their free wifi is screaming! 150mbps down 12mbps up 16ms ping. You could stream anything including the library of congress while getting your toes done!Everyone was very nice I saw every age range from tweens to seniors. All were treated with respect and dignity all left happy and satisfied. I wish I knew more about nail work that I could talk about the quality. From the customer service side which I do know. They deserve 5 stars.
