This was the best car wash Ive ever had and on a horribly hot day. They did a fantastic job Cleaning & vaccuming the interior, something I often find lacking at other car washes! Five star recommend ation!

I went in to get a car wash and left with a massive piece of paint missing from the top of my car. The owner/manager was extremely patronizing and unhelpful in the aftermath and denied that his car wash was in any way responsible. He treated me awfully and really ruined my day. I would NEVER recommend this carwash.

Great job but the windows was streaked up

I went to this car wash on Saturday and they did cleaned my car fairly quick so i thought they were just really experienced and just fast, but once i looked my cup holders were still dirty. They did not vacuum my carpets which i paiddd for!! They did not wipe down the wheel, dashboard, and even my middle console. There was still dirty on my doors! Everything was still dirty and the guy who did it was expected a tip?!?!? As if. Worst car wash for the price and quality!!

Stopped in with a very dirty car from salt in the winter. I was pleased with the cleaning. They cleaned the floor mats also. When Im in the area again I will be back. Very happy.

Takes a while because they actually clean your car.

Brought my brand new week old car and left with a huge scratch mark in the rear view mirror and was told “ it was already there & they don’t even wash the mirrors” completely disgusted and will NEVER be coming back.

Its a good washer at West Caldwell,so fast and so clean.

In one word this place is awesome. I got a super saver package package and they got my car real clean, leather seats conditioned. The owner went out for way and made sure some small scratches on my car gets treated. Thumbs up to the work they are doing.

Paid $41 and they didn’t even finish vacuuming the back floor of my car, had to go home and do it myself. Super annoying

I went there based on reviews. Got the full service for $20. When I left I noticed the front passenger window was only cleaned in the middle. The rest was filthy. Later when I got out I saw the door under the window was dirty. And there was dirt all across the top of the back bumper and also in other spots on the car. And for $20 they don’t even clean the interior. They “dust” the dash and console. If you want more the price jumps to $34!!! Never again!

Not sure how this place gets such high reviews since it’s just like most other machine car washes.Did not put on any tire shine while they were suppose to. Paid in cash and got less cash back than I was suppose to.I guess it’s highly rated since there are so few options around but I won’t be returning.

Exterior Special Triple Polish? I went in for an Exterior Special with Triple Polish (about $13+ tax) My car was done in less than 3 minutes. Theres just NO WAY a car can be decently polished in less three minutes in any way, shape, or form. NO WAY. Might as well just called it a regular car wash and be honest about it. What EXACTLY was the triple polish involved? No answers. Have no idea what the high rating is about. WHEN YOU ADVERTISE, BE SPECIFIC, DONT BE VAGUE ABOUT IT.

Staff is very friendly and pleasant. They are courteous and attentive. And they are also very busy. I got the exterior and interior selection, and the exterior was excellent. However the interior left a bit to be desired. Granted, my car is old (1997 Toyota 4Runner) and would have been a challenge to clean at ANY car wash. But as they quickly dashed through the interior, they left areas on the dash cleary untouched, dust that I was able to easily wipe up later with baby wipes. The floor and seats were fine, but I would have appreciated a little more attention to the dashboard area and the dust.That being said, I would definitely go back and recommend, they are better than the average. Maybe next time a better dashboard cleaning 😉

Got the VIP. $30. Worth it. They did a terrific job on the interior. Vacuumed before it went in for the wash then vacuumed again after. Dash and Windows washed great. They even used an air blowing tool to get the cracks and crevices of the dash etc. Only plus plus would have been if the detailed the rims.

Owners are great people. Staff are meticulous.

I am not sure how it was voted #1 in the country. My car came out with bird spots on it. As they dried the car they ignored them. I had to ask them twice to address the spots. Very little care in the product.

Excellent service! Something had spilled in the back of my car without my knowledge and the smell was atrocious. They deep cleaned the carpets and the owner introduced me to a product that completely cleared up the problem. Great service, highly recommend!

The “Full service car wash”They do an okay job at washing the exterior and then completely disregard wiping down the dashboard and screens. Definitely not worth $20+.
