There a lady in the office who help us out when we first moved in she was a very special person took her day show us around the apartment we was very pleased about are apartment she was very sweet and kind loving person. I admire her so much.. we never had this problem before every bend the rules and tonight on October 2 people who played there music loud and people wants be very loud when people who has go work early the next day. 🤔 I put in a complete order in 7 times about my slide door they still come over. College people think they can bend the rules that is wrong for them do it. If loud music needs goes back very back. Wow wow. Now we have a new property manager and she will hear me out on Monday about this........

These place is not worth it. Parking lot is horrible. Maintenance is hard to get a hold of and do not return calls, same as the office. The office staff is a joke except for Valandra, who just recently resigned. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and want you to come in person and state they will have someone come check out your unit but they never show. There is mold in units, mine was worse after the snow storm. My apartment was flooded and took months to get everything looked at and some what repaired. My mailbox was missing for almost a month and in August just recently got my correct mailbox key after requesting a new one, I did have access to my mailbox for 4 months. In other words stay clear of this place!

My experience at Colony Park Apartments has been a good experience with the help and attention of Valandra the office agent, she had made my transition from one state to another providing assistance in ensuring my new apartment was ready and available for us to move in, we are most grateful for her kindness and appreciate her hard work, also Valandra took extra time out of her busy schedule to show us around this new environment ....We thank You.

Please be honest people especially if youre from the Caribbean islands. Dont settle for less because youre a student. Gareth was right on point much respect for his honesty. The management team is horrible and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau if the opportunity arises. Their safety concerns for tenants is downright attrocious. If you need reference go see tenant 358 she has been living in CP for 14 years you will get the full 411. This compound can be nice if they invest in the property. The caribbean vibe is the best here in wichita falls for sure. Ralph the head waste man in charge really sucks. Ask my fams in 362 his opinion.

I currently live here and DO NOT recommend this complex or any other housing facilities his company owns. They own PARK PLACE and BRENTWOOD Apartment complexes here in Wichita Falls,Tx.1.The roads inside the complex is terrible and will damage your vehicle.2. The washing and dryer machines frequently break down or dont wash properly and often times steal your money.3. The 24/7 emergency maintenance number will ring out and no one would return your call until the next morning with poor excuses.4. They once raised the rent mid lease with water charges and forced current tenants to adhere.5.The balcony and stair areas are all fighting to hold on to its bolts (not safe for kids especially)6. Head management does not care about tenants well-being and is money hungry.7. Kitchen and cupboards are old and dont close.8. Mold is ALL over!PLEASE DONT COME TO LIVE HERE :(

I love my home. I just dont like the fact that my rent went from $424.00 a month to $550.00 thats way too much money for me to pay rent and utilities and have any money left to live on.

My experience at Colony Park Apartments has been wonderful. The staff is great, very friendly and willing to work with you. Just an all around great experience.

This place is very horrible. They treat their residents horribly and you have to wait 6 years before they come fix a maintenance issue. Wouldn’t recommend it however if you are a student it’s reasonable but take what you get from them.

I had a wonderdul time during my visit today. The young women in the office were very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to at the sane time. I very much look forward to calling this my home.

The lady in the office is very kind and customer service super-b. She helps you out the best way she can. The units are also spacious and nice. Id recommend to anyone.

One of the worst apartment to live in. I mean poor management, mold on the wall, leaking toilets, dusty vents and leaking sewages outside the apartment. Very gross and disgusting. I’m not just moving out I’m taking to my heels and running away. It is just a waste of resources. Even the washer and dryer hardly works. Also, they are always having water interruptions. Please do not waste your money it is always better to pay the cost living in a good apartment than wasting a penny here bc even if it’s cheap it comes with a lot of health disturbing issues.

This apartment complex is awful. Also the time frame from the 4 starts and 5 stars persons are all resent because they were asked to post good comments. Just look at the trend within the messages. Even the manager of the complex leave a review on both here and Beentwood thats how desperate they are to get people to move in here.

It’s a good place to live if you’re trying to save some money. It’s not too fancy and strict. The office staff are nice and understanding. The lady working there right now Lovella has helped me tremendously and answers my call 24/7.

I’ve been living at Colony Park for two years and I must say I can’t complain! Customer service is great, and maintenance team always shows up on time and gets the job done! Plus the rent is reasonable.

Texas state law states that an apartment complex can only go back 10 years on a background. I had an incident happened over 15 years and this apartment complex told me I lied on my application. Denying me residency. and if they would have read the information on my record properly from that far ago they would have read that it was the deferred adjudicated.

I have lived here for over 4 years, and just got a job transfer to Dallas in December. I loved living here at Colony, the folks are nice and always with a smile. the office staff is truly hardworking people who care for their residents. Good job and keep up the good work.

Colony Park is absolutely terrible. Not worth the time to look in its direction. Their business practices are extremely unprofessional. They raise rent and add water charges mid-lease and want residents to amend their lease to squeeze more money out of them. Their maintenance is trash. I requested my window screen to be fixed two months into my lease. No one ever came to fix it. The buildings are run down, the appliances frequently malfunction. The laundry area barely has machines working. The roads throughout the complex will ruin your vehicle. 100% avoid like the plague. The apartments are very comfortable; I really like the new floors in my apartment. The staff are friendly and maintenance works really quick to resolve any issues.

Great place to live, the staff is very helpful, neighbors are friendly and quiet, this area is near many restaurants and a walking distance from MSU Texas if you are a student looking for an apartment!

I have lived here for almost 8 years. One of the most affordable place in town. The manager and staff are really nice and they have always addressed my concerns right away.

It is a good apartment for students because of the low cost and the close proximity to MSU Texas. Literally a 7 minute walk to the uni.

Id just like to point out that every positive google review was staged by management. They literally made up several fake google accounts, in order to come on here and try to personally boost their google ratings/reviews. Notice that all of the positive reviews were made in the exact same one month window, and came from users that have only reviewed Colony Park and Brentwood Apts. FYI, these two complexes are owed and operated by the same people. My point is.... this is the type of deceptive/unethical behavior you can expect from Colony Park. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

Worst complex ever dont even waste your time or energy. The workers dont care about the tenant and also steal from your apartments. When things need to be fixed or not working they hesitate to fix them. Mold is in the bathroom, kitchen fridge, living room and they thinks thats normal but still look for there rent every month.

I got cheapest rent which set into my budget with best facilities. And near to the Midwestern State University.

Worse maintenance EVER,and their office staff is SH*T..my daughter got jumped at the pool by girls that didnt even live there, office didnt care. Tonight i have called maintenance 15 times because our AC quit, absolutely no answer,will not return my calls.

They only care about money.Very bad maintenance.They will charge certain amount while leaving apartment in name of leasing policy, which they will never discuss with you at time of signing lease.Bed bugs is another issue.Very old and some apartment in broken condition.Inspire of cplain about door lock before 15days, nobody showed up and I tried to reach out through voicemail also but guess what, they dont even get back to you.Not at all worth the money.Ignorant staff is another issue.

Awful front desk, awful communication. Been calling for two weeks without a return call. They will charge you for things that never happened and wont return your calls to get them settled. Will be taking this location to court in the next couple of weeks due to this.
