They did my nails good one time and all the other times I was not satisfied with my nails, when you ask the nail tech to fix something you not satisfied with they will be rude with a nasty attitude brushing you off like they trying to rush you out there chair and another thing if you not satisfied with your nails they will charge you more to redo your nail I experience that from the owners wife that did my nails. Basically if you not spending $100 or more you not gonna get good service neither and jimmy and his wife was the only people who did my nails.

The salon was dirty. I was seated at a station that had dust and fingernails on it from previous customer. I was getting a toenail polish change but decided not to after manicure. I wanted a regular manicure then realized the tech was giving me gel without my knowledge. Just a way to get more money. My daughter and I wanted a relaxing day out but was anything but relaxing. Also the gel nail polished chippped and peeled off not even a week after. I will never utilize this business again.

My nail tech was friendly and I know he took his time. The shape is problably the best oval Ive had and more round than the photo. Anyways, I should have asked the price before getting services done but I didnt expect to pay over $80 for the nails ans basic pedicure.. let along $105. Maybe its the polish. Is it common to do just one coat of gel polish? For the color chosen 2 was necessary or it would look blotchy. Idk if the photo will upload, its an IG picture from a nail salon in TX. That’s what I wanted. I just think the lines could have been cleaner for what I paid.

I went here for a fill because my reg nail tech I go to was sick so I found this shop. The lady I went to in the back left dis my nails and they was lumpy and uneven. First and last time going there and they charged me 50 for a fill smh. But i did hear the only person that does really good nails is the man in the front.

As a single mother of four children I spent $100 to enjoy myself and then was harassed about a five dollar tip that I just do not have sometimes you just need to appreciate the tip as a tip I will never be returning I would recommend people do not use their service the man was just rude. As he was doing my boss said I proceeded to tell them that it was burning my fingers he laughed and told me I need to get tougher I will never again use this company or other services and this is ridiculous

It’s my first time doing my nails here in Virginia. This place was recommended by my cousin. So we drove from Norfolk to Virginia Beach and the place was not busy when we arrived. My cousin and I went to get a full set and pedicure. We both had the same technicians. So I did my pedicure while she was getting her full set done. We both left happy with the work that was done. Jimmie seems to know all his customers by name. The music was on point as well as the atmosphere. He definitely has two new customers. Never have I ever been at a salon like this one not even in the Bronx.

I went to this place for the first time to get a pedicure. First off When I walked in they instructed me to sit in a pedicure seat Right next to someone else. When I told the technician I wanted to make sure we were social distancing he replied it’s OK . How long have you been in a pandemic. This should not be an issue. Next, They kept pushing me to get gel nails on my toes. I don’t get gel my toes because regular polish last me a really long time on my feet so I have no need to spend the extra money. Respect customers decisions when they tell you what they want. I feel like the pedicure was rushed and they did not take the time to fully exfoliate my dry skin on the bottom of my feet. Also I got a spa pedicure which includes a mint masque which was rubbed entirely on my legs and none on my feet. This was done to save time because as the mint masque and hot towels was sitting on my legs she was putting polish on my toes. I came here to get a pedicure I want to focus to be my feet. lastly I’m probably the most disturbing. I could see the technician who is working on my feet under where the entire time because she were really short dress. This is definitely a professional we should be wearing a really long dress or pants when performing peoples pedicure. Oh not to mention one of the nail techs was complaining about other customers the entire time and cursing with some of the other customers. This is so unprofessional. I will not be returning

A new favorite of mine! This place gives you beautiful nails at an affordable price. Call ahead to check wait time because there are times they are packed. I had the pleasure of having Tiffany do my nails the night before Christmas. The rest of the staff is wonderful but I just have to give her a shout-out because I told her to surprise me and she delivered! She is talented and dedicated to this, she will not disappoint you. My gems are still very much intact even with all the daily tasks I have to do with my toddlers. She also introduced me to glitter powder which I am so grateful for, it is seriously the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. I am 100% satisfied, I will let everyone know about Us Nails when they ask me where I got my nails done. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work!

My sister came here to get her nails done and they did an awful job there is even a hair inside the gel of acrylics that you can see very clearly. They were also crooked and lines in the paint. Do not go here!!!

Absolute best nail salon Ive been to! The nail technicians are super nice and way easy to talk to. They do a great job and there may be a wait but it is ALWAYS worth it. I got a special with a full gel set and French toenails for $57 and my nails will likely last me a month. My friend (white and glittery nails) got a full gel set with designs and pouf ball (a little extra) as well as a gel pedicure which ended up costing her $95... every penny and minute of time was worth it Im never going anywhere else. The nail technician has an instagram (jimmieusnailsspa) where he posts lots of pictures and will answer private messages about price!!!

Literally have never been happier. I usually pay so much and I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg but it was so inexpensive and he was so nice I was able to actually give a good tip I’m so happy. I’m definitely coming back

The man was trying really hard to get the most expensive pedi out of my boyfriend and I even when we picked what we wanted then started talking in their language! I heard them call us cheap, laugh and continue talking About my boyfriend and I ... so then he asked me to pick a color and gave me the gel polish the option to pick.. although that is what I would usually get I politely declined the color and asked for clear coat.. After the disrespect and rudeness of these people I decided to not pay for anything else.. Now her comes him and two other Employees trying to make me chose a color then laugh and asked if my boyfriend wanted red... I don’t like how pushy and disrespectful they were being so ghetto I won’t recommend this place to my grandmother! SMH

US Nails has all the latest nail art at a great price. I been a customer for a couple years now, I’m excited to see that they have recently hired more techs for pedicures and acrylic nails. Jimmie and Lee are my favorite but all the nail techs do good nails, you will not be disappointed with this shop.

Love this place!!! Mad chill and everyone who works there are cool. They do stay packed though but totally worth the wait! Jimmie is really good but he always has a line of people waiting for him. Lee is great as well and Danielle is the best with freestyling designs. If you want your nails done right go to Danielle!!

The place is just overall clean and very well decorated. Jimmy, and the team do a outstanding job with both acrylic and regular manicures . I have been going to US Nails for about 2 years and and i don’t plan on leaving any time soon !

So I’ve came to this shop 3 times and each time I’ve spent a good amount of money for my nails. The first time I waited over 2 hours but still decided to come back because of Tiffany. My nails has never stayed on for 2 weeks. I mentioned it to Tiffany each time and would just get a new set never a filling because 2+ nails would be off. I got my nails done New Year’s Day and my first nail popped off 1/8. I reached out to her to let her know that my nail popped off already and she said just come in and she’ll fix it. I worked the entire week so I couldn’t come in that week but when I did 4 nails had popped off since then and I haven’t been doing much for them to. I came to the shop and was told by the owner Jimmie that I’d have to pay for a filling which I feel like I shouldn’t when my nails popped off super fast and I paid $60 for this set. It was very unprofessional on his part and I will never come here again. I love Tiffany’s customer service and personality though.

I went in for the first time to get a full set and they literally all fell off in 6 days. All I do is work at an office. They were supposed to be coffin shaped and every time I told the guy that it still looked square he got an attitude . Two nails were shorter than the others, my nail polish was bumpy and he didn’t even complete the filing. At one point a small hair fell in my nails while he was putting the polish on and he didn’t want to take the hair out. Maybe 3 nails out of my set were smooth. This was completed by the older guy, so I’m not sure about anyone else. I was just so upset I never went back.

I love coming here everyone who works there is so nice and funny. I did not catch the girls name but she was so nice and I am absolutely obsessed with my nails.

I loveeeeee Jimmy and his wife they treat you like family. The service is fast and exceptionally done. They know how to do all the latest techniques and they fix a broken nail free of charge. Also I’ve been turned down at many salons for having my kids but they welcomed me every time. They have a customer for life! I forgot to add this place is the cleanest place I’ve been to in a long time.

Moved from Norfolk to the beach and need my nails done and this place is close to my home, they’re too pricey and there work isn’t worth the price within a week my daughter and I nails started to break we went back before 2 weeks and had to get a full set once again it was too pricey, it’s like they just tell you a price because the prices aren’t listed in the shop and the next day my nail broke again, I had to pay $120 for two full sets and a regular pedicure that’s too high for my nails to be breaking the next day. Charge what you think it’s worth but it needs to look like it’s worth it also.

Not my first time visiting this place but it’s definitely my last. My nails are shaped incorrectly and the color is patchy. When I told the guy doing my nails I didn’t like this or that he replied “why are you picking with everything”. I didn’t get anything complicated just a full set with white acrylic powder. I didn’t think anyone could mess that up but clearly the nail technician was either inexperienced or just didn’t care. I even told him I wasn’t happy and he just looked at me. Very disappointed I wasted my money wish I could leave 0 stars

I’ve recently moved here from New York and I don’t trust easy when it comes to my nails. Someone I work with recommended that I should come here and they are amazing. The area is clean and the prices are affordable. They also offer a 1 week guarantee so if something happens to your nail they fix it for free.

My first time going had to wait an hour for a mani,pedi.The manager there Not professional, very embarrassing conversations and statements that come out of his month. Shouting out employees and customers business very sad. I wish I could give this place a zero star.

I’m from Out of state and while I was visiting my boyfriend here I wanted to get my nails filled in. Someone recommended we try US nails and spa out so we did. I got a fill and he got a pedicure and we loved it! Not only does this place do great work but the atmosphere in the shop is amazing. They make you feel comfortable, I wish I lived in Virginia so I could always get my nails done here lol

I REALLY wanted to like this place because it’s right next to my job. However, being charged $45 for dip powder nails to break within a week, is NOT worth it. I got a basic solid ONE color dip powder, full set and I was there for 2 HOURS! They weren’t busy at all but she left me multiple times and also had the audacity to RUSH through my manicure. Not going back.

Jimmie is the bomb! Yes you have to wait a long time but thats because most people who go only want to see one person and Jimmie is always busy. The shop is fast pace and has a fun environment. Personally I dont like going into a shop where no one speaks English and I sit there the whole time talking to no one. Everyone here speaks perfect English and they talk to each other in English as well and make it a huge part of your service to talk to you as a person not just a customer. I will always go back ☺️

I’ve seen their work from other people and decided to come. My nails are nice but not what I showed her I wanted and the acrylic is very thick. Pedi was short and very basic for the high price. Overall, they are okay but would not go back due to the over pricing vs quality.

You will not leave this location disappointed, a friend recommended me to this specific salon and ever since then I have not gone anywhere else. I drive 30 minutes every time I need my nails done, the staff is great and make you feel welcome, truly some wonderful service. Also the prices are always very reasonable. You tell them what you want - and best believe they make it happen!

A boy of about 17 or 18 gave me a pedicure which was weird for me. They dont use anything in the water to at least soften your feet and smell good and that really disappointed me and left me feeling like something was missing. I believe the products that they use are inferior because within the first few days strips of the color were literally peeling off my toes. That has never happened to me in the place I normally go.

Paid $35 for gel polish and shellac on my natural nails. The technician painted over my cuticle on almost every nail so when the polish separated from the skin, it all peeled off in sheets. This was within 4 days. Called to ask if I could get it redone and they refused. Very disappointed as it would have lasted longer and looked better if i had saved the money and done it myself. Super unprofessional. There are many better salons in the area.

First time getting nails done and it was horrible quality! Im honestly surprised seeing the quality some people leave here with, maybe my friend and I had an unlucky day. I came here about a year ago and asked for a natural ombre french tip look. I had pictures and everything but the lady gave me a standard french tip. Our nail tech heavily talked my friend out of what she wanted also. At first I was a little ok with standard french tip, but then I realized my nails felt like they had sand in the polish. Nails definitely shouldnt feel rough and like sand, and I knew that even though it was my first nail experience. I have since tried other salons and never had that happen. Guess I had an unlucky time, maybe if you see specific people youll have good results, but the day I went they said they only took walk-ins so Im not sure how you would handle that. (Giving two stars because atleast our nail tech was nice)

Jimmie and Lee are fantastic! They do great work and the price is nice. Its always a good time and has a good atmosphere, and even when there is a wait theyll let you know so you can either come back a little later or just hang out and watch Netflix.

The owner is a major control freak, but the tech I was assigned to was good. I wont mention her name because I can tell the owner is a petty like that and would cause her trouble because Im complimenting her. Ill go once more to see what my final impression is.My first attempt was garbage and I walked out. I cant even believe I tried a second time. The salon itself it filthy. It is utterly disgusting and the most disorganized nail salon Ive ever been to.I dont get anything done that involves exposing me to their severe lack of the most basic sanitation practices.Actually, scratch that, I just wont come back. This place is wrong. On every level. Expose your skin and nails if you desire, I do not.

Obsessed with my nails every time I come here. I recently moved out of the area, but travel back every two weeks to get my nails done by Lee. The staff is super friendly, and no matter how busy, my nails are never rushed and always done to perfection. The pricing is super fair, even when I get designs and gems. Ive been to a ton of nail salons, and they are most definitely the best.

My mom got a manicure and the owner told her he couldnt guarantee it and her polish started peeling off 3 HOURS after she left the salon. By the 2nd day all of her polish had peeled off. Not worth the money.I got a gel fill in and by the 3rd day my gel polish started peeling off. Went back on the 3rd day and was told the polish I chose for my nails had broken. So I had to choose another color and I asked the owner if I would be charged and he was not that friendly about it. Needless to say I did not pay to have the chipped polish removed and another color put in.We will not be returning.

Dont come in expecting to be in and out in 30 min cause its a rarity. Prices are great and the people there are awesome. I always leave loving my nail shape and design.

It was absolutely horrible. I asked for coffin and the lady gave me straight up square. She first laughed at my thumbs (seeing as I have wide thumbs) then way too aggressively filed my nails. I asked for longer nails and she straight up told me no and gave no reasoning. Will never be going back and I feel sorry for people who do go there.
