Stephanie did a fantastic job on my nails! I showed her exactly what I wanted and they turned out beautifully. The price was extremely fair, and I will definitely be going back.

Stephanie and Sophia are fantastic! They are both friendly and great at their trade. Ive been seeing Stephanie for over 15 years and she is one of the BEST! Sophia has done my pedicures for a few years as well and they do not disappoint. Highly recommend.

From out of town and decided to go to the spa. I did the package deal and it was so worth the money! Everything is sanitized very well, and The staff was amazing!! This was the first time Ive gotten eyelashes done and would definitely reccomend doing that here! This is the most professional, courteous salon I have been too. The staff takes such good care of there customers and is always accommodating! I wish I could rate them a 10!

The service was awesome I got a pedicure and full set it was so peaceful and not rushed. Bao was my nail tech and Lee Lee did my feet. Great place.

Amazing. Relaxing. I thought I was going to fall asleep. Being on my feet all day, to say my feet NEEDED this is an understatement. I got the spa pedicure, and they take off the dry skin and give you a lil massage after wrapping up those bad boys in a hot towel. I felt like 8 months of being on my feet had been rubbed away. It was amazing. I had mentioned I thought my feet were bad (rough and dry), but the sweet lady doing my pedicure told me she had seen much worse! I just laid back in the massage chair and let her do her magic. 15/10. Love this salon and will be returning.

My boyfriend and I went and got pedicures done I wanted a full set and I got him a manicure (never been there before)… I never got my nails done they acted like they couldn’t remember and then the polish on my toes were poor and my boyfriend’s manicure was raggedy

The nicest group of people. I had my first visit to this nail salon today, all the staff was so friendly. They did a great job on my nails.

Had to wait a while, also wanted to get a different color on each nail I was told I could only have one. I ended up getting what I wanted but less than 30 minutes later I looked closely at me nails and 2 of them were chipped. also the employees were not very friendly I was not impressed. There was also a lack of regular polish.

Over priced, no choices on types of services and put the wrong color on. Never again

Great experience! Super nice, didn’t wait long at all, and the owner made sure his customers were comfortable and liked the way their nails were being done. I didn’t feel like the staff was being rushed, and the nice lady who did my nails took her time to make sure they were done in the best way possible. Will most definitely be my new home for my nails. Everyone was so happy there including the customers.

Been to several around the area. This place is the best. Not only are they reasonably priced, but everyone is extremely friendly. Even those who are not assisting you will smile and chat. They also do a great job. They listen and give great suggestions. A+++

Not very welcoming. There was only two people and another that’s suppose to be working was getting a massage. When I asked how much for a fill in with gel, he said “$30”. He finished my nails and I got up to pay. He asked another lady and all of a sudden that jumped to $33 . I asked where the additional came from and she said “because we had to take the polish off” I’ve been getting my nails since 2006 and Ive never been charged or treated so poorly. She shrugged her shoulders and basically said oh well

I dont think ahead to make appointments but have not had to wait for a pedicure. The spa is good, professionally ran and the technicians are very pleasant. A nice retreat.

I dont even know where to begin.. I will say that the only reasons I gave a 2 star was because of the client next to me that was lovely (seemed to be a regular) and the nail tech that did her nails helped to fix mine..I went there in the afternoon, it wasnt busy. I got a whole new set of acrylics (I just took an old set off 3 weeks ago). Im disappointed with the lack of options for regular polish. BUT I was taken back fairly quick. The lady who did my nails (who started them) got right to it, asked no questions, seemed like she was in a rush. I had to stop her to tell her that my nails were very fragile and sensitive from the last set. She was indeed gentle, which was great.She glued my tips on, as she went to trim them, she asked what length I wanted. Then asked the shape.. I asked for coffin shape. I showed a picture of the shape I was looking for. I let her do her thing, there were red flags when she was shaping the tips but i decided to be optimistic and hope that itd be fixed when she applied the acrylic..When she was done with applying the acrylic and shaping them, she asked if it was okay...My thumb nail on my left hand was shorter than the pinky nail on that same hand by a good bit. The pinky, index and thumb were all uneven.. I told her that, then she asked if the length is okay.. I reminded her that the thumb was WAY too short. She tried fixing everything.. by reapplying acrylic to my thumb, three separate times and reshaping my nails.The lovely lady next to mes Tech took over and reshaped my nails (all while my tech was trying to take the Emery board out of her hand) and told my lady to not touch the shape of them.. to file/ buffer them that she would fix them after she was done.My tech did not listen, she kept going into the shape of them, and prying the Emery board edge into the sides of my fingers and the acrylic nail.Now I will say that the second tech did great with the consistency of how smooth each nail is, no lumps or bumps.. now considering my nails were uneven? All 10 of them had something going on with them( which I know, realistically, wont ever be perfect), she did fix them.. when you glance at them, theyre good. When you really look at them, which I always do after I leave until the next fill, not so good. Some are wider, some are flat, none of them are filled to the cuticle, some are shorter/ longer( not by much). I asked to not get them painted. After washing my hands. She asked if they were good. I stared at them and inspected them and felt defeated because I had been there for 1.5 hours already.. I told her that they would have to be fine. I asked how much it wouldve been...25$. I did not fuss. Yes, I tipped.I called the salon when I got to Norfolk, and asked about the money back guarantee/policy. Explained that I really was not pleased with the work after driving and looking at them, that none of the acrylic is filled completely in to the cuticle. The lady whom I spoke to, seemed irritated (which I get, they spent a long time filing these things for me to not like them). She said they could take them off and redo them. I explained that that wasnt an option, since my nails were fragile before the set. That I dont think that would be a great idea. She then got snippy and said that if I dont like them I could go in and get my money back AND that they could cut the nails off.I decided to say thank you and goodbye. I will not be returning to this shop and will let other people/ clients know of my experience here.-Side note: I do hair.. I had a house call at 4 in OV Norfolk.. it was 2:36 when the new tech took over. I did not leave until 3 which left 1 hour to get back if theres no traffic on 264. It was good timing to say the least, and Im glad I didnt get them polished.-I HAVE ADDED PHOTOS OF MY FINAL RESULT
