Work the same hours everyday but get paid different everyday... was paid “the wrong amount” and now is responsible for paying back y’all’s mistake? Ridiculous and unprofessional

Great staff, good place to go if looking for part time work.

I hope this branch finds new management soon. Its hard to work for someone who doesnt care about your basic living needs. There was a discrepancy in my pay and when I tried to go to this in particular branch Tamara was very hostile and unprofessional. I hope I will not be retaliated against for my poor personal experience but this is the truth. I waited 17 hrs before inquiring because it was lunch time the next day. And I missed lunch

I went in for my interview and got placed at a job right away. yaya and tammy at the 1200 location on camp bowie st fort worth were super helpful and friendly.

I just want to say something about the customer service at store 1200 right on from the manager down to your customer service girls they’re amazing they are on the ball there pleasurable and the manager is off the chart awesome. I have never been in there and been missed treated or talked to ugly and I love 1200.

Dont dare go to this place and let these folks know you have a car or they will hound you to drive everyone else to their assignment. This happened to me. I usually didnt mind, however, there was one morning where the weather was awful and the roads were in danger of freezing over. It was sleeting and very cold and I really didnt want to drive a long distance in that type of weather running others to their work sites because they didnt have a car. However, the person behind the counter asked me if I would take this man to his work site which was about a 30 mile drive away. Over slick freeways. She assured me that she would make sure I went out to work that day and save me a spot if I did. I said yes. The pay was suppose to be $5.00 which wasnt nearly enough to go through the trouble but I needed to be included in the lineup and so I did it.Later that evening when I called to make sure the $5.00 was to be added to my paycheck the white guy became incredibly rude with me. He told me the man didnt have to pay me and that they would not take the money from his check to do so. Now I had used well over $5.00 in gas driving the person to his work site because the first labor ready employee who worked the morning shift begged me to do so and assured me I would be paid. Those roads were SLICK and it was FREEZING COLD. I drove him roughly 30 miles. Only to have the evening worker tell me tough luck we dont have to pay you the extra $5.00.I am black and the man I took to his work site was a white man and the man working in the company who told me youre not being paid was also white. I was like, What the heck is going on here?! So I ended up cursing them out and although they fired me in their system it really didnt matter because the way they treated me was so disrespectful and callous I knew I would never work for them again anyway. They basically LIED to me when they said there would be a $5.00 fee. they only wanted to earn their money from the job and they didnt care about anyone else. It was the LIE that I took offense to.I would not use this place at all. Besides - they only have about three places that call them on a consistent basis and 90% of their jobs require traveling long distances for MINIMUM WAGE PAY. ONLY IF YOU ARE TRULY DESPERATE.

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. We booked 4 days in advance and had a confirmation, And then their temps did not show up to a job site. Then they had the nerve to try to blame us and say it was our fault because we didn’t call! We had it scheduled on the calendar. We shouldn’t have to call to remind people to do their job.

I went there on one occasion and we were assigned to work at a car wash. I helped with washing but couldnt drive because I didnt have my drivers license then. The other guy I was sent with lied and said I wasnt working. Instead of rewinding the camera or asking the other employees to verify my working, the representative took the liars word and came and brought me back to the office. We argued all the way back to the office because of the lie the guy told. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone.

Service getting started was slow, but if youre patient and persistent they will set you up with great work opportunities and they are very friendly just busy.

Called at 8:49 am and was told they would send me a proposal with hourly rate shortly. 11:11 still no email. So I called....directly to VM. Thought maybe they were on lunch (they are an hour ahead) so I called back at 12: 20 straight to VM again. After calling head quarters to figure this out we finally received the email at 12:49.
