My Wife and I are new residents of VA Beach and I wanted to surprise my wife with a Spa Day.....After riding around I found this place. I walked in and they helped me decide on the prices and best way to pay so my wife can just be dropped off and enjoy herself.....Well this was short lived. I thought my wife mentioned that this is a place she would go and I was incorrect. So, I called them to get my money back and they told me the Gift Card was Nonrefundable! Really??!! So, I explained that I made an honest mistake that my wife didnt want to come to this place and they refused to refund my money. So, I mentioned to my wife no worries use it for something quick. Lo and Behold the time came for my Wife to have the need of a quick nail repair. Not only did they try to overcharge my wife for the $4 service that was advertised, but they disrespected her and told that they could not service her because we placed a Bad Review. Really....so you do not want to make it right and satisfy a customer, but rather disrespect and refuse to service them. Wow.....what happen to TRUE Customer Service.....Respect for the Customer....So short lived at this place and yes they were forced to return our money and no more shall we use them for anything!!Be Warned!!! No...you will not Disrespect My Wife. PERIOD!!!

I had a quick and easy gel manicure with Mimi today. When I arrived her daughter, whose name I did not catch, helped me find a sweet spring pink for the overlay. Once I had my colors I was promptly seated and Mimi went right to work. She did a great job of working with my desire for short and round nails. The gel is nicely, not too thick the way some spots do.The shop is cutely designed and plays up the fact that it is in Virginia Beach. They have large plexiglass screens between you at both the manicure and pedicure stations. I will be back, and next time I will take photos of the shop. Prices are in line the with the area, 37$ for a gel french manicure.

I have known Paul and Mimi for years. They are a wonderful couple with a superb business. Always accommodating, professional, and on time. Great selection of colors, a beautifully relaxing atmosphere, and a great location in Hilltop to get lots of little things done in one stop. They are currently appointment only because of COVID staffing issues, but well worth the time to make an appointment, even if you have to wait more than a day. Do yourself a favor and stop on in!

First time there the gentleman was very impatient with me however. The young woman and her mother were very accommodating and very friendly. I absolutely love my nails and they both helped me pick out the colors.very knowledgeable about nails and helping to maintain them. I may actually go back.

757 Nails always does such a good job on my nails! Their prices are great and they really take the time to make sure your nails are perfect! Mimi did my gel nails and I absolutely love them! She is also very sweet.

This was the first time coming to 757 Nails and let’s just say… I FOUND MY HAPPY PLACE!! I prefer going to a salon that caters to my needs and not try to nickel and dime me for every unnecessary service or charge. They won’t try to sell you something you DON’T need. They are friendly and treat you and your nails/feet with respect! Thank you Mimi and Paul for a great experience… FINALLY!!!!!!

I am a regular customer because every time i go my nails are perfect. The technicians are very meticulous and go the extra mile to make them look that way. My nails are much healthier because of the consistent care, professional treatment, and quality products.

Got my eyebrows waxed and they did a great job. The place was clean and inviting.

I really wish I could attach pictures, this was not the best experience. I am extremely unhappy with my nails, the gel doesn’t even cover the entire nail. The wrong size tips were put on two fingers. The polish does not cover the entire nail. If it’s close for them to close they will rush your service. I wish I noticed this before but I was already irritated with the service I didn’t even pay attention to the poor nail job. I will not be back again. Definitely do not recommending this place. After reading these reviews I am not the only person of color that has had this kind of issue. That speaks loud and clear about this establishment!

I had an appointment at 4:15pm and by the time I walked inside it was 4:20pm. When I got inside I was told my appointment was given to someone else who was considered a walk in. However, I was told over the phone that they did not take walk-ins. I am an African American female and my appointment was given to a white woman. So, Paul my husband and I were prepared to spend money at your shop for our couples pedicure and leave a generous tip. I am disappointed that the business relationship had to end like this but, you will Never have to worry about me recommending this business to anyone and I will never come back again.

I scheduled a couples pedicure for my husband and I and we had a great experience. We were provided with excellent service and Paul and Mimi did a great job on our feets. The location was cleaned and the sanitized the seats and tools. When ever we visit Virginia Beach again we will definitely come here.

I really enjoyed my first visit. Its very clean, quiet and relaxing. They are doing great with COVID precautions. Ill definitely be returning

Nails fell off my wife after 2 days. She wont write a review but I will! Horrible do not use.

I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now and I’ve always had an amazing experience. It’s one of the only salons I’ve gone to that actually does my acrylics well and doesn’t goop it on. My pedicures are always amazing and thank god they can handle that my eyebrows are naturally 2 different shapes and wax accordingly. I went today totally curious to see how they’re handling COVID. They are cleaning every surface And every customer is required to wear a face mask at all times while in the salon. They have also installed acrylic shields at every station so that there’s a barrier between you and them. They are taking every step they can to make sure that their customers and employees are safe.

I have never had a bad experience I strayed away once and I will never do it again ! I love them I have been going for 5 years !

I went here to get my brows waxed. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. My brows were the best I have ever seen them! I have recommended them to everyone in my area for eyebrow waxing.

I asked her to keep my naturally thick eyebrows and she not only thinned them out she made them unevenly shaped ... she is very rough with the cuticle cutters as well (sorry i didnt catch her name but beware)

Went there and showed a very easy design. I wanted medium length coffin and instead walked out with short little nails that look like nubs. I tried telling the person that did my nails that they were to short but he said he had already started cutting so. My nails are also uneven and looked like they were rushed on. I’m not happy, especially because of how much I had to pay for them.

I loved the atmosphere and the lady who did my nails. I do however feel I was over charged even after asking for a breakdown of what I got. I think it would be nice to have a price chart of there services so you know what your paying

Im very picky with my nails salons & techs and this salon has won my heart for years now. Paul and Mimi run an amazing salon! Its super clean and there is a procedure for everything. Get your nails done one day and the next day you mess up a nail? Go in and they will fix it no charge! Relaxing atmosphere. Love the new chairs. I always ask for Paul. I should come in more often. I definitely will be coming more over the holidays for parties. Especially good idea since cute open toe boots are now so fashionable.

Perfect nails. Mimi is an artist and spends the time to get it just right. Best pink and white gel in the area. My regular toe paint job lasts forever, too!! She tends to run a little behind because she hates to tell people no, but the results have always been worth a little wait!!!

Mimi is a wonderful technician as well as owner of the spa.. try one of the great herbal spa pedis along with your manicure...all new trendy styles of color and applications...!!

New management needs another try 55 dollars for a pink and white set.....I waited for my appointment to be seen for almost an hour making me extremely late the owner pacing staring cleaning and turning off lights as they finished. Then four broke right at the seam two days later. They agreed to repair them and I stood them up apologetically and prepared now to pay them asking for another appointment silly me the owner hung up on me not once but twice. Currently headed to nails only right around the corner how rude. Never again.

This place is awesome. I love going here. Its always relaxing and the ambience is wonderful. Its not like all the other nail shops that are loud and people chattering away. Getting my pedicures is a time for me to unplug and let the world melt away. Love this place. I almost let the bad reviews of this place turn me away 2 years ago but I am thrilled that I took a chance.if you want to feel like your stepping into a day spa and not just a nail shop, then you should go here.

Take your money elsewhere. There are plenty other mani pedi places in the area. This establishment wasnt worth the money paid or the unnecessary rudeness received from their employees.

So, I made an appointment this morning for my daughter for homecoming, but then based on the reviews, decided to call back and cancel. They didnt care that I was cancelling, didnt ask why, just said okay, Bye. Wow, this place was highly recommended by a friend of mine a few years ago; guess maybe it has changed. I had Mimi and $45 later, I experienced the most disappointing massage for a pedicure I have ever had. The actual place itself is nice, but I wont be back. She literally just rubbed lotion on my legs, what a waste of money.

I normally just go there for the nails and my nails are always perfect but I went there for a pedicure today and it was the worst pedicure I have ever received! Maybe the ladies do good but the guy, Paul, is terrible! He was sloppy and it was a bad experience, and he tried to do my nails but I couldn’t. I paid and left !

I had Christina, she did an amazing job and was very funny . I recommend this place 100% . Great job!

The pedis are good here ...my only complaint is you always have to wait. The last two times Ive been here Ive made an appointment for me and my daughter....the first time we waited about 15 minutes then my daughter got her pedi while I waited...then I got mine when her pedi was finished. Apparently someone called in sick which I completely understand but no one told us anything until after we were done. The second time we waited 45 minutes. Staff is friendly but be prepared to wait.

Im glad Im not the only one who has been so displeased with this place. I had been going to these people for a few years (every week when I was pregnant) and now I dont go at all. THEY messed up what I wated and only did half of a manicure before I made them stop and then told me I was wrong. And then still made me pay full price. The rudest people! And when I said I will NEVER go back again, I meant it. I now love the service I get up the street at Sassys nails :D
