First time coming here after my old salon went bad. Rose did my nails perfectly and I was very happy with my fill in! The place was very nice and well maintained! I will definitely be back again!

While I have never had a bad pedicure here I will never go back for a manicure. Cuticles are a mess, gel polish is see through and already chipping after 2 days. Wish I could get my money back.

Ive been 2x once with my grandaughter. Last time was great although you can tell when they are running behind . Im not a fan of the timers. I pay for a service I shouldnt feel rushed. Prices have increased dramatically since the renovation so I feel we should get the service we pay for. One time the double booked me and the young lady doing my pedicure gave me to someone else half way through. She didnt finish the bottoms of my feet with the grater thing and I came home with rough pieces standing up from grater on my feet. The girl that did my hands didnt even massage them and I paid for the creams and such. On top of that they have gotten very pushy on trying to sell there services. Get gel it lasts longer they just keep asking, eyebrows the same.ive been going to nails plus since it opened years ago. Lots of changes. Some not for the good.

I went with a friend and got the basic spa pedicure. It was anything but basic, let me tell you. Lots of shops talk about “spa” services but this place walked the talk. Amazing experience and Susan was a brilliant technician. I would highly recommend this shop.

I came in 2 hours before closing and felt rushed, they did not cut away skin or treat myHands before applying the acrylics. Was not well lit and my my polish is not even, the cuticles suck, and are very ugly. It looks like I did this myself. They are also too thick and look slapped on. I will not be returning. My pedicure was fine, my sister got paint covered skin in the process. Decent mimosas. Her gel manicure looked also DIY….

Lee is the only person I go to, I have been to almost every nail place and no one really wow’d me or felt satisfied after. But let me tell you, I’ve been going to Lee for 8 months now consecutively and I have never been disappointed. Just tell her exactly what you want and how you want it and she will do it. & her massages during the pedicure are out of this world lol

Nina is amazing!! She came in and took control of the situation and left us satisfied! We always come to this location. Nina takes great care of me and does it with a smile!! She gives the absolute best pedicures and knows just how to make me feel at home and comfortable. Her demeanor is so professional and pleasant! I recommend this place to everyone. The owner is very nice and professional.. Another bonus is they are open on Sundays and the service wine and mimosas!! Great nail salon, in an ideal location, with a great staff !!! I have been coming to this salon for atleast 4 years now and i am always satisfied with their service. Ms. Kim is the one doing my nails and waxing my eyebrows. I dont like other people touching my eyebrows but Ms. Kim did a good job with my eyebrows! Highly suggested! Everyone in there knows what theyre doing.

Nails plus has been the place to go for the last year. I even got my friend hooked on going there. I will be honest, I wasnt quite satisfied after the last trip there, however when I called and asked to get a do over I was welcomed back and superb job was done. I am relieved to have a place where I am comfortable to go and I have no qualms endorsing their services. In interest of transparency I had given 3 stars before, but I thought Id give 5 as once they get the job done it really is a superb job.I appreciated the customer service - it was nice to see Elina wanting to make things right. I highly recommend the place. We all have off days, but the ladies and the gentlemen there really want to make it right!!

I am literally going to rip these acrylics off even if it makes me bleed out through my nail beds. Do not go here unless you want a single color. I had chichi so maybe not everyone is bad at designs but the salon wouldn’t even refund me after I sat there for hours literally crying because of how bad it was. On top of that as I was crying my tech kept acting like it was my fault and yelled in my face while I was trying to get money back

Nina did an amzing job. She offered me something to drink during my pedicure. I asked for the milk and honey deluxe pediucure, she really took her time to make the service truly relaxing. My gel manicure came out wonderful. Will definitely be booking again.

Was with a group. Got my nails done by a Joe. Thought that my pedicure looked off because I never get my nails done but when we got to the manicure I knew it was just him. Nails didnt even last 10 mins after I paid even though I sat in a dryer for 20 mins. Nice salon and atmosphere but wont be going back.

This is my new nail spot for sure! I’ve been coming here on and off for the last several months and Sandy takes great care of me! Never had to wait more than 5 minutes after checking in. I always get a mani/pedi with gel polish and it comes out amazing everytime! Sandy definitely takes pride in her work! She doesn’t harass me into getting a more expensive service or adding on other services, rather, she will suggest what she thinks is best and leaves it up to you to add it on. She is kind, respectful & makes sure everything is perfect before I leave her chair and I appreciate her attentiveness!

EDIT: I have to say they have great customer service at this location. As soon as I expressed I was not happy with my nails, they called me back to redo the design. Elena who did my designs came in on her day off to work on my nails. They truly do care about their customers. If you need a dip, I highly recommend Tina and design is Elena. At the end of the day I was happy with the results.Meh. If you want to get a regular mani/pedi this place is good. However if you want to get designs, this place isnt for you. Every time I ask for a design everyone panics; their work isnt clean. I get bounced around with technicians for a design. One time I got a simple heart design for Valentines and it peeled off the next day. I told the front desk about it today and she said I should have came back, I live 30 min away and its not easy for me to go back. Unfortunately, I dont think this place is for me. Ill have to look for another spot.

Amazing job. My fingernails are kind of weird and the skin of my fingers comes up the sides a good bit, and not evetyone adjusts for painting my nails so I end up with big spots of missed polish. Not here.I was also treated myself to a pearl pedicure because of a special occasion, and it was AMAZING. Elena did a wonderful job.

Okay so where to start..... Ive been going to nails plus for about 2 years now. Getting my nails done is literally the ONLY thing I treat myself to after working full time & taking care of a newborn. I take pride in my nails & a company that knows what they are doing & know how to treat long term customers with respect. Nails plus DOES NOT DO THAT. the photo from yelp is what I asked for the day I came in to get my nails done. (It had been 6 weeks since the last time I had been in) I was sat with Tim. when my nails were finally done this was the out come. I was devastated and was very hesitant to complain, as I never do so and normally just suck it up until I return the next time. Originally I had asked for pink & white ombré. This man literally tried to paint the ombré on my nails instead of taking the time to soak off my old acrylic & give the proper care to my nails. To keep this review somewhat short & sweet DO NOT, Let me repeat, DO NOT LET TIM TOUCH YOUR NAILS. There is also another photo of the crappy shellac paint job that had already chipped a day after I got them done. And also these are my real nails, no tips.... so how does my nail just snap off randomly.... today just makes it a week since Ive got them done... can you say crappy acrylic job as well. If you go to nails plus any other person working knows what they are doing.... but for this being the 2nd time Tim has destroyed my nails & the way they handled the issue last Friday I will no longer be spending my hard earned money at this salon. Best wishes to anyone who wants to try them out !

Not all the staff were wearing masks .The technician spoke no English. I have one toe that is very thick and needs to be filed down. Instead of holding the emory board vertically so it went between the toes she held it horizontal and shaved off a layer of skin of the toe beside it. She didnt understand what she did wrong and didnt apologize. When I checked out I told the receptionist and she didnt apologize either. Will never go there again

I have been coming to this nail salon for over 9 years and it’s the best in town! I am always treated royally and always greeted with a smile and a HELLO from all of the employees. I have always been very happy when I leave and I have a standing appointment with Andy every 2 weeks. He is so gentle and kind and I would follow him anywhere! The facility is very clean and modern! I highly recommend getting your nails done there and if you have the time..... Treat yourself to a spa pedicure! Ms Rose is absolutely my FAVORITE!!!Ive been going to her for years. Shes got to be the best and most caring nail tech Ive ever had! Shes wonderful at doing eyebrows. I refuse to go to anyone else I just feel like Im cheating. This nail salon she moves to is absolutely WONDERFUL. It is so much better for her and they are so welcoming and just overall happy. I cant wait to make many many more trips here to relax. Ms Rose also makes a KILLER mimosa at their bar inside!!!

My gel nails look like they are at that least three to four weeks old. I wont be going back to get any service from this establishment. This was my second time going. I wasnt 100% satisfied the first time, but I wanted to give them another try because the location is convenient for me. I also told the nail tech I just wanted a gel pedicure and my nails painted with gel polish I go to pay and Im told I had a manicure which was a regular polish change at all other nail salons. My total was $77. Never again

Went there last night, walking in, got pedicure and full set, I ask for a thin round French, toenails and fingernails, white tips are missed up, looks not professional, and Ive asked for regular service, but they charged extra for gel, hich i didnt ask for, theyre either misunderstanding, or they just overpriced Their brand new customers, IM extremely DISAPPOINTED!

I went to another nail place today and got my nails done and they were horrible. I immediately called Nails Plus, having gone to them before and always being satisfied, and they told me to come in. They looked at my nails and had Rose (this woman is a godsend) fix my nails exactly how I had originally wanted them to be. I paid and made an appointment to see Rose again in two weeks and will be having a do over as I had taken my daughter for her first experience and it ended up being not what we expected at the other place. Thank you for taking me in last minute and fixing my nails!!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about this place and the people who work here. My nails always look great and everyone who works here are so nice. I get the SNS powder dip on my nails and it holds up nicely. I work with my hands and having a polish that lasts as well as this does is well worth the money. I am constantly getting compliments from others. Rose is my usual technician and she always does an amazing job.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I go here for SNS manicures, spa pedicures, facial waxing. My schedule doesn’t allow me to be able to make appointments. So I always just pop in and take whoever is available for what I need that day. I ah ent ever been disappointed. When I have had an issue like polish peeling too quickly- they always fix it with no problem. Very clean location.

Friendly atmosphere, the nail technicians care about doing a good job and ensuring you are happy. Kim does the best brows and is always making sure I look great. Been coming here for many years and Im never disappointed. If the nails dont come out right or you noticed something wrong you can come back the next day and theyll fix it. Highly recommend.

I usually love this place. I’ve gotten my nails done quite a few times here but my last experience was awful. I asked on the phone to be scheduled with a technician who could do intricate details. The receptionist set me with Gigi. She was very nice however there were a lot of issues. I asked Gigi if she could do a specific nail (Dark blue with fall leaves on the ring fingers). I gave her a picture, and I even told her if she can’t do this nail I have other simpler ones we could do instead. She said she could do it. She looked at the picture for reference. As she was doing my nails she made mistakes. As other technicians crowded around us they started to make fun of my nails. Even one told me the leaf looked like a turkey kids draw with their hands. Gigi even put sparkles in it when there wasn’t any glitter in the picture. Technicians crowded around us folding towels next to me and she started rushing to finish my nails as they all talked, laughed, and called my nails turkeys. I was so uncomfortable and embarrassed. Im not confrontational. At first, I was just going to leave and never come back and find someone who would fix it at another salon. But after showing my nails to friends and coworkers, I am even more embarrassed and now even more upset and am trying to stand up for myself for once. That was my birthday gift and your salon made fun of it and gave me weird sparkly flames/turkeys on my nails. I was so uncomfortable after being made fun of I was just gonna leave it alone but then I reached out to them and they offered to only give me $5 back or fix only the turkeys because it had been 2 weeks since my appt(sorry I was too shy and embarrassed to call you and complain after getting made fun of by your staff) They apologized in general but didn’t address the unprofessionalism and then never responded again once I readdressed their staff making fun of the nails and still charging me after making fun of them in front of me.... Good for basic nails. But don’t ask for anything hand drawn and don’t ask for gold flakes either.

I had a nail emergency and visited here. The ladies were patient and polite. The other techs seemed really concerned with me being satisfied. Just not the tech who actually worked on my nails. Lol. Like, the other tech guided and advised the younger tech who did my nails while doing a great job on her client! I dont like clunky chunky nails and Im really into good shaping of acrylic nails. Even though they were gel, it peeled within a week. The salon is clean and well kept, I had the pleasure of chatting with nice ladies who were getting their nails done as well.

Great experience! We came due to a recommendation from a family member and got a couples pedicure together. We both got the champagne & rose pedicure. Great service and worked around my allergy to lavender. We will definitely keep coming back!

I was greeted immediately as I walked in and seated with my technician. I got dip nails done as a birthday treat to myself. I dont normally get my nails done at all so I was unfamiliar with the process. Tim helped me pick out colors. I felt comfortable and at ease. He did an amazing job. I walked out absolutely thrilled!! I get compliments daily on my nails. Everyone I encountered was extremely nice.

*update* changing to 1 star. The night I left this review I was called by the owner and told to take down my review. I said no. This was my experience. He said Ill refund you. I said no again. He said you take down your review I give you free gel nail. I said no a third time. Very rude man demanding I remove my review and calling at 9 at night. Then came the spam texts, that I didnt sign up for. Text stop to stop. I never wanted to sign up for text alerts any way. ffs* Underwhelming. Disappointing results. Overpriced basic services. Mediocre customer care. When I called I asked if they have rose gold chrome powder and would put it on gel nails. I was told yes. When I arrived I had to explain what I wanted to four people and show them pictures on my phone. Once it was established that it was much more than, pick your color of the wall I was showed the selection of metallic pigment. No rose gold. OK. So I chose the mirror silver and pink polish because Ive seen it done that way on Instagram. Mimi took 3 phone calls in the hour I was there. My nails where filled, put in a bowl to soak, cuticles trimmed and kinda buffed. She asked two of her Co workers how to do the powder and at one point Lindsey came over and say next to her. I asked, had she done it before? Lindsey said, oh yeah she knows Im learning. Apparently playing on your phone is learning to her. They exchanged a few words and she left. After an hour of being the guinea pig I was treated to a oily, apathetic hand massage for about 5 second each. $35 gel manicure said the ticket. Ok. $15 special services. Special? Nothing about this made me feel special, comfortable, relaxed or less than an inconvenience. I dont understand how taking phone calls when with a client is acceptable. One of the other ladies conducted a video call during the manicure. Unprofessional. First and last time there.

I tried dip powder for the first time instead of gel after my tech recommended it to me, and I love it! This was my first time coming here, and Ill definitely be back. The place was clean, and all the staff is friendly. Nina did an amazing job on my nails!

Since December I have been coming to Chi Chi every two weeks for my SNS manicures, feet and waxing. I will only go to her!! Shes amazing! Everyone there is great and so nice though! Chi Chi is just so thorough and detailed. She makes sure youre 100% happy with the finished product. This is the first time Ive found an amazing nail tech that Ive never been unsatisfied with and is just consistently awesome. Ive seen Lee every two weeks for the last 3 years and shes awesome. Always accommodating with appointment times. I always get complements on my nails and toes. She also does amazing eyebrow waxing. Walk in was easy & got seated fast. For the French manicure, the tip is too thick. I got the worst pedicure ive ever had. The paint is great but the overall service was not. The technician smacked my leg maybe in a playful way because I didn’t tell her I had gel on my toes. It was weird. Normally when you get a pedicure, they put your pants up to your knee but that was not the case. She massaged my foot and that was about it. It was a very unhappy experience.

Me and my friend had an appointment at this Solon at 3:30 and we didnt get seen for maybe 40min. Ive been getting my nails done for years now and I know bad prices when I see them. They charge $12 extra for gel..... Gel should only be $3-10 max. The lady who did my nails was going so slow and I wasnt sure if she was taking her time or she didnt know what she was doing. By the look of my nails she didnt know what she was doing. I am okay with paying 12 dollars for gel if and only if my nails are done top notch...... Will not be returning due to prices and the timing was horrible. Should have never tried this place. Literally the worst place Ive got my nails done

I came a week ago and got a set and was having issues with them so the owner sonny offered to let me come back in and get them fixed. This was my first time coming here and my neighbor loves the place. Im glad they are offering to fit them and hope to keep coming back..
