Really happy with my experience at TH Nails in London Bridge! We got our nails done by Jacky and Lynn. Jacky did a fabulous job shaping and cleaning up my nails/cuticles. Both ladies were attentive. Highly recommend.

This place is SO amazing. Thai did such a meticulous job on my nails and toes, massage was so wonderful and the techs here clearly have extensive knowledge on nail care. I learned more there than I ever had and I’ve been getting manis and pedis for years. My new salon!!! (Also, free dranks👀)

Went in for a couples pedicure, we chose the rose & champagne spa pedicure. Came with 2 mimosas, hot towels, extended foot & leg massage and more. The nail techs were extremely sweet and gentle! Can’t wait to go back for our next pedicure. Great music and overall great vibe!

Love this place. My daughter begs to go for the princess mani/pedi. They get a popsicle and a necklace for am extra touch. I like getting dip sets for me and the free drink with service is just fun! This is my go to spot.

My pedicure was nicely done and all of staff here seem very nice and friendly. I’m a very busy person, so I really like how this place has the option to make appointments online. Very good customer service.

My first experience a month ago was good. Lina performed my pedicure and she was so gentle. Plus, the nail salon was very clean and the staff were professional.Unfortunately, my appointment on 5/18/2021 was disappointing. I didnt even finish my pedicure due to the unprofessional service I received from a nail tech. When I scheduled my appointment, I forgot to request Lina.Well, this nail tech acted as if she barely wanted to touch my feet, the water was cold, and I had to instruct her to cut my toe nails. At that point, I got up and complained to the manager. Instead of the manager  being proactive because he didnt want to make a seen in front of his white customers, he suggested I reschedule and ask for Lina.I will never return to this nail salon! If I could pay Lina for mobile pedicure services I would because she was awesome. Its a shame to face discrimination from anyone, but especially from another ethnic group.TH Nails need to reevaluate the purpose behind AAPI!

Three of us went for pedicure, they were so accommodative to make sure we are seated next to each other. Took Deluxe spa pedicure, loved the hot stone massage they did as part of it. Will definitely go back again!!

TH Nails and Day Spa is located along London Bridge Rd. in a strip mall at the entrance to our neighborhood (Lake Placid). Since I live in this neighborhood, Ive passed the place countless times over the years, but have only been in here a few times for some massages. You can only access the strip mall when heading south on London Bridge Rd. Coming out, if you need to head north, your best bet is to come out at the traffic light for the neighborhood. My most recent visit here was on December 31, 2019.As others have said, the place is small, so make sure to have an appointment if possible when you come in. The view from the outside is somewhat unassuming, with just the name of the place and such that you can see from the road when looking at a seasoned strip mall. As of the time of this visit, they were still working on getting a full day spa together for the second floor of the building. They will have both full day and half day options.Before my most recent visit, I have been here before. I have had a few massages done here in the past, and the experience was great each time. I didnt expect anything different this time. My mom had given me a few massage gift certificates for here at Christmas. I decided to use one of them on this day. My mom also came in to do one, as well as a pedicure. Her massage was first, but they were running behind.Since there was a wait for me, my mom offered for me to have a pedicure in the meantime. This is not something I would have ever thought of doing, especially when youre a male. The pedicure was a great surprise and went with the basic one since it was the first time. It started out with the feet in warm water, and also got a mimosa during this as well. You can get up to two drinks free per visit as well. After the feet had time to soak in the hot water and other things in it, it was time for the pedicure. They take great care when doing the pedicure. Going into this, I thought it would be just the nails, but it actually includes a massage of the feet as well. This part of the experience was great, and I would look to do this again in the future, maybe every few months or so. It definitely felt different and fresh by the time it was done. It even felt like things were flowing better afterwards too.After completing the pedicure, it was time for the Swedish Massage. They have several massage rooms. Having done one before here, I already had an idea of what to expect. After prepping in the room, it was time for the one hour massage. The one doing the massage was great. She was able to hit up a lot of the knots in areas of my body, especially in the neck area, where I have Myofascial dysfunction (has to do with trigger points). The time while this was being done was relaxing. After it was done, I did feel sore, but that is to be expected after a massage, as it helps with relieving stiffness and other pains. Within a day or so, I was back to normal, but felt better than I did before the massage occurred.Overall, I have had great experiences here. Ive only done the massages and now a pedicure too. Although I cant afford to do it on a frequent basis, this is definitely worth doing a few times a year at least. The staff are very friendly and have your best interest at heart. With excellent experiences here several times, I highly recommend checking this place out if youre looking for a manicure, pedicure, or massage. Enjoy that time for yourself. This is the place to do it.

I absolutely loved this place. Went in for a pedicure and it was the most relaxing experience I think I have ever had in a salon. The massage chairs were amazing and the ladies were very friendly. The price of my pedicure included a glass of chilled wine which was a very nice touch. I am definitely going back again.

Tina and Yoshi are amazing at nails! Yoshi gives the best pedicures that will put you right to sleep! Highly recommend! All of their techs are superb at what they do!

My favorite nail shop, the level of service and attention to detail I receive is great! And they serve drinks as well, it’s like going to a high end salon in terms of nail service and you don’t get the same atmosphere but you also don’t have to pay the same price as a fancy salon. I love Andrea she always takes a lot of time with my nails to make sure they are perfect and I get so many compliments.

I am extremely thorough when doing my nails or what I expect from a salon... But Lisa impressed me. She was meticulous to accomplish perfection. Job well done. They look fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was so nice. I will definitely be visiting again. Pay the extra for the hot stone, you will not regret it.

This place somehow gets better and better every time I go! I went with my fiancé today to treat ourselves with a pedicure and it was unbelievable! We both got the deluxe option which is well worth the $40 price! This will always be my go to nail spa as long as I live in the area!

I had such a horrible experience. Went here to see if it was worth bringing my daughter and I will not be returning. I was forgotten about not only once but twice, was asked to move to the dryer before I even had paint on my nails. I had an appt and when I gave my name they didnt know what my appt was for. Was sat in a chair for a pedi and it took a while for someone to come over. After stating that I wanted french multiple times the tech said she was not able to do it and had to have someone else come over. While waiting for someone I was asked to move to the dryer so my nails could dry even though I was still waiting for someone to paint my nails. I had asked for a mani as well but was asked to check out and leave prior to having it done. After being put in a corner to let the white tips dry I was told someone would be over to finish my mani. 15 mins later I had to look for someone to help me so I could leave. Polish only lasted 2 days. Worst customer service. Over crowded and most werent even wearing a mask. They have signs saying they were at 50% capacity... Id be afraid to see the place at full capacity

If I could give this place ten stars I would. This place is amazing and they really care about their customers.

Friendly, clean and professional atmosphere. I feel right at home and refreshed in the newly renovated shop, sipping a cold beverage while getting a pedi in the massage chair.

I had to drive all the way to Virginia Beach (almost close to the ocean front), just to get the nail length and style that I wanted for my fill-in all because she “only wanted to do short nails” and that it will “take a long time and that she has other appointments”. How does she have a job there but yet doesn’t want to do what the CUSTOMER wants on their nails???. I didn’t get her name but she was wearing a light pink shirt today and she was 10 minutes late to my 12:00 appointment. At least the London bridge location treated me better. But the girl who worked the front desk was helpful.

Spent all morning searching for a new place to relax and get my mani pedi. Read through reviews and choose TH Nail and day spa. I truly enjoyed every bit of! I was relaxed everyone was very friendly, my nail tech spent time on my problem areas, she was gentle and polite. My nails and feet look and feel amazing! Thank you!

I like my manicurist, Mercury a young lady mother of 3. She was efficient in getting my pedicures done. I do not like the fact that this nail place scheduled an appointment at 6pm but I was only able to have Mercury did my nails almost 6:30pm. I gave 5 stars for Mercury but not the salon for not being able to fulfill the scheduled appointment on time. I hope the next visit will be right on time.

Everyone here was extremely nice. The rates were reasonable. My nails turned out great.

The only reason this has stars is because the people are friendly. I paid 20 dollars for nail polish worth 4 bucks. The color was pretty and the woman applied it nicely, but the NEXT day it was chipping like crazy and I was only on my computer for work that day. It is not professional to use cheap nail polish that wont even last a full 24 hours on a customer, especially if they barely did anything that could chip the polish. Not worth the price at that point. Additionally we had an appointment for 2:30 and they couldnt even start on half of us until after 3pm.

I cant even express highly enough how awesome this place is! They have been my GO TO nail spa for over a year now. Ive cheated on them a couple times when they were too busy to allow walk in and I didnt make and appointment and I regreted it each and every time. The employees are all professional and more then that the product they use is professional and long lasting. I git my nails done in February by a random nail spa and they were chipping as soon as I walked out and I paid over 100 dollars. Here mu nails last practically forever and the prices are more then fair..if you are wondering if this place is worth your time and money the answer is YES!

Went in for a pedi and waited 30 mins after my appointment to be seen. Bad quality. My feet feel ever worse and not social distancing. My nail lady also was not wearing her mask properly.

I got gel nails and a day later the polish started to peel off my nail as a whole. Not happy.

Really very good place. Yoshi is so professional, always deliver great nails. On top of that, you have a drink of your preference. Mine is a Mimosa, but you can have wines, coffee, soft drinks or water. Prices are very reasonable. You wont be sorry if you go.

Nice stop for a little TLC! they have a kids room where they can also play games and have their own little me-time while also getting their nails done. They have a quick dry spot as well and provides disposable slip ons if your feet needed to dry a bit more. They can also do massages, and a lot of other things. Just check their website! They also come with complimentary drinks as well which I felt was a huge plus. Ill definitely come back here for my next TLC.

Had a great experience for my first visit. A free mimosa, relaxing stone massage, and friendly nail techs. They spent a lot of time and attention on my pedicure. Cant wait to go again, would highly recommend. Theres even a kids spa area!

I called 2.5 hour before they closed, and they still made an appointment to arrive in 15 minutes. After arriving, I realized how busy they were, and patiently waited for a few minutes. I was brought to a chair, and got a good soaking until Marie was ready for me. I must say, it was well worth the wait. Marie was personable, focused and professional. I recieved the best pedicure ever, and she will be doing my feet from now on. Its been 3 days, and they still look and feel good. I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for professional and focused work.

Cutr place to bring your daughter for a mani pedi... this kids are on the other side of the divider so u dont see them while u are getting your nails done which I did not like but they where very nice.

My go-to nail salon. I’ve been coming here for years, and the consistency here is great. No matter which nail tech you are with, the end result is always top notch. I have acrylic with gel polish. My most recent visit, Grace took care of me. She was amazing. You can tell she really cares about the end result. I will be sure to request her next time. Thanks Grace!!

Myra is very amazing! She is the best hair stylist in Virginia Beach. I will never let anyone touch my hair, only Myra. She will make you feel relax and will do an amazing job on your hair. I started bringing my two granddaughters and they all love Myra!

I absolutley love this place. I cant find a place that does a good job with kids but these people defiently hit best of both worlds for spa day for mom and daughter. They were so sweet to my daughter, actually did her nails the correct way instead of just throwing on nail polish just because shes young and doesnt understand. They trimmed her nails, gave her a popsicle and while I had my mimosa and got my nails done she played in the play area. Will not go anywhere ever again. Amazing staff!!!

I honestly LOVE Th Nails! They are always super sweet and hardworking! Me & my boyfriend went to get pedicures together today. He enjoyed an ice cold beer, while I enjoyed a nice glass of wine. It was super relaxing and the nail techs did an awesome job on our feet! Very meticulous and patient. They are serious about their craft. I honestly would definitely reccomend them! 10/10!

Took my two young children here for pedicures, the staff was overly welcome. Very kid friendly, they even gave my kids popsicles :) They turned the tv on, gave my daughter “rainbow” polish on her feet. The employees went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Most nail salons don’t make me feel too welcome but they most definitely treated us like royalty and they were all smiles. Thank you! I will be passing the word along and we will be back for more services.

Made and appointment at 12pm called back the next day to change to 10:30 no problem. It was a bridal party so there was four of us one had to go alittle early at 10 when we got there they said we cancelled our appointment (idk how or where they got that from). Sat soaking my feet for 30 minutes finally more people come and take care of us. we get a gel manicure, they never once soaked our fingers which was really uncomfortable when she pushed my cuticles up, never cleaned under our nails, one of the other girls got cut and her nails our absolutely terrible idk if the rushed because they were running late but it was unacceptable unfortunately we had no time to get it fixed as we were going to rehearsal. The worst part was although some got deluxe pedicures and some didn’t all the prices were different, two girls paid $70 something, one paid $88(maybe a discount for being cut) and one paid $90 Just for gel mani pedi now this might be normal but not for the quality we got especially once they pulled out their bath and body works lotion. Im going to try and upload pictures if I can figure it out, the pictures don’t do justice but those were the outcomes.

Always a great experience when I go, took my mom this time and they did a wonderful job on her nails. The only thing is they might want to expand their location...my mom is in a wheelchair so it was tight. Overall we were treated great, I come here often and never had any issues.

This place has exceed my wifes expectations. From all the places in Virginia Beach area, this one sets the bar up high. Youd wonder not everyone does the same job, there has to be someone who excels at that place, well youre right. According to my wifes standards on manicure... Micah is the one that does the job. Shes been consistent and very professional at what she does. If youd like to see your wife smile and be happy, this is the place gentlemen!

Swung in on a whim while waiting for my son to finish practice. I really enjoyed myself! Mina did my pedicure and was fantastic! Their customer service is great too! There’s no reason to even waste your gas to come here. They never have anyone working to do your nails, so they’ll literally turn you away midday. It’s happened to me more than one occasion. Just go somewhere else.

Today was our first visit. My husband & I started our date night here with a pedicure. The staff was friendly and did a wonderful job. I also had a shellac set completed with Gigi, who is an amazing nail artist. I highly recommend TH Nails on Battlefield.

While I come here often, however today the technician that handled me ( not sure of her name. Spent more time texting on her phone than concentrating on What she was doing. I was surpose to get nails done but didnt stay. I found her behavior unprofessional. However I like the shop and will return.

We made an appointment the day before and when we arrived, we were seen immediately. Its not a glamorous upscale nail salon, but the staff was welcoming and friendly. We were in and out in an hour. They did a great job and they serve you alcoholic beverages while your getting pampered. Definitely will be returning in two weeks.

I made a reservation here for my daughters birthday. I told them that I wanted the whole deal, her hair done, makeup, manicure, pedicure, all of it. When we got there... there was no one working on the childrens side of the store. She had to get a manicure and pedicure on the adult side... no one to do her hair or makeup. I had to leave and take her to a real salon.

I have been going to TH at London Bridge for years and they are the BEST! I recently moved and make the trip across town to go to my appointments. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I wont go anywhere else. Friendly staff, clean, and you get up to 2 glasses of wine or mimosas or 1 beer with your service (as long as your 21 of course). Kids services are awesome....they get ice pops and cute necklaces with their service and get to sit in a fun kid decorated area. Only thing that can be tough is availability. You really do need to make an appt. My daughter and I have gone on a whim and been turned away cause everyone was booked solid. This was at the Battlefield location. I think the Kempsville location may have more availability. They also have a nice location out off London bridge I think, same services, some of the same technicians, but recommend an apt as well.

A moms dream! I took my 4 and 7 year here and completely enjoyed ourselves.I was greeted with a beverage of my choice and had a free Mimosa included with my serviceMy little ladies were in another part of the spa that was just for kids including toys mini size spa pedicure bowls and Popsicles.It was completely relaxing and carefree as I got to enjoy my service without worrying about if my kids were behaving

The place is nice and has a good selection of colors. They took me in and fixed my nails. They did a better job than my previous place I went too. Offered beverages while youre being pampered is a bonus. The price is decent. I cant complain. Im coming back.

The ladies here are professional and kind. They always do a lovely job. My girlfriends and I often go together and they work hard to accommodate our group every time. Walk ins can sometimes take a minute so call ahead, they will call someone in to take your appointment!

Love this nail salon and am always pleased with how my pedicures turn out, especially with Ari as my nail tech. The best part is that they offer you complementary drinks, including wine. Recommend you make an appointment because they stay pretty busy, unless you go towards the end of the day.

Never disappointed. Make an appointment- when theyre busy, they are BUSY. But there are no shortcuts. They pamper the shirt out of you, taking time to make sure youre comfortable, have something to drink (free wine or mimosas, coffee, water...oh, yeah), like the work theyre doing, etc. Loads of color options. If you have the time, get the hydrotherapy pedi. I couldnt walk for sore muscles when I went in, but I walked out with no issues.

Gigi gave me a whole set of acrylics. She did a great job!!She added some free-hand nail art with rhinestones, a beautiful shellac polish. I am so happy with her work!! I will be returning for a fill in a couple weeks, and from here on out.Im so happy I found her!!

Took a chance on this place as a walk in on a Saturday and I was not disappointed in any way. I took my mom to get her hair done while I looked for a nail place nearby. Friendly, clean, busy and honestly one of the best mani pedis I have ever received.

Had originally scheduled an appointment but the girl was out sick. One of the other technicians took me in her spot even though she has other appointments. I was having my nails done for my wedding so I was really particular about what I wanted and I was completely satisfied. They were exactly what I asked for! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I came in for a pedicure and the women doing my pedicure cut my nails down too short. I told her about it and she had the nerve to tell me soo. Waist of my money and time.

I love this place. They take their time doing your nails and feet and theyre always professional and friendly. Their shop is clean, parking is convenient and if you have an appointment theres hardly any waiting. The variety of libations are nice too to kick back in their comfortable chairs and relax.

The massage chair didnt work that I was sitting in and the jets inside the tub didnt work for my husband. The tech cut my toenails too short and messed up my pedicure. She made 4 of toes bleed from cutting my skin. The hot stones were not hot. I told her she was hurting me 6 different times and she wouldnt stop what she was doing. Saying oh Im almost done. I asked her to just stop dont touch me anymore. The deluxe was more like a regular pedicure. I wasted time and money. This is my first and last time coming to the Chesapeake location. This was not a good or relaxing experience.

All of the the staff were very friendly. Several people checked on me while I waited to see if I wanted a drink or needed anything. My manicurist, Shampayne, was the most professional and knowledgeable manicurist I have ever met. I will be a faithful customer thanks to her and the other wonderful staff members!

I always have an enjoyable time here. Although I dont go very often (maybe one every two months or so), I would highly recommend it. They always do a great job, especially Shampagne, Sarah and Gigi! Only thing I was slightly upset about was that they dont have a military discount.

I initially gave 5 star review as I had great experience with pedicure and manuicures at this place. But now I am giving 1 star as more than pedicure and manicure I need eyebrows and upper lips waxing. I liked their service and it was always quick for me. But one random day I went in and the lady came to do my waxing, looked at me and said that she won’t do my eyebrows and upper lips. She was rude and I didn’t know why she said that. I went again few days later, thinking the lady might be going through a bad day or something. But again the owner came out and told me they won’t do my eyebrows. I was shocked. I never complained and always tipped so what happened. He had no answer. My guess is I am being a victim of identity mismatch. It is really shocking.

My daughter and I went in to get full sets of tips and dip powder. The lady who did my nails kept having issues with the glue and getting the tips on. The dip powder process went pretty quick except they turned out so bumpy looking. My daughter’s nails turned out ok. The only problem was they all fell off less than a week later... and my tips were literally snapping off. It’s a shame because I’ve been there a few other times and had other ppl and didn’t have an issue. But after this time idk if I’ll be going back.
