Nicole and Kim are amazing! Nicole did my gel pedicure and Kim did my SNS manicure. They were both really friendly and had me laughing the entire time. Nicole got me to try “fairy dust” on my fingers and I’m obsessed. She also spent forever on my feet and got out a ton of ingrown nails. Kim spent extra time to make sure my nails were perfect before she put the fairy dust on top. I wish I could take them back to Atlanta with me. Highly recommend!

My husband took me to get my nails done professionally for the first time yesterday evening and we had a very pleasant experience! The front desk guy was funny and friendly and my nail artist just awesome. Thanh did an amazing job. Walked and signed in and showed her pictures of what I wanted (milky white full acrylic set), she took a quick look and got me started. She was so professional and gentle and very attentive to detail. Overall a 10/10 experience ❤️! Great value and quality. Will definitely recommend. Absolutely love my set it’s just how I wanted it! I can’t wait to come back, thank you so much Thanh💕!!

The place looks beautiful but dont let it deceive you. The manager is extremely disrespectful, prices are outrageous and the whole experience was extremely unpleasant. I will never go there again. The owner’s response is completely false and extremely wrong. She is trying to protect her salon from bad reviews, and I would do the same in her shoes. Whatever cameras she reviewed definitely didn’t show me or my experience or my actions of falsely splashing water in employee’s face and other false accusations. The bottom line is that the service that I received was terrible and I will not be going there ever again. Good luck with your business

I absolutely love Nicole, who I’ve been going to for years, but I think this place is extremely too high. Maybe because of the location, but even with that in mind, they nickel and dime you for everything. Five dollars to remove gel polish that you all put on, five dollars for the black room. I would love to tip more but after spending close to $100 every time makes it difficult to even want to tip. I would love to continue to come to Nicole but the prices are extremely too high in my opinion. I definitely rate Nicole five stars for great service, only four for extremely high prices.

The staff were very friendly. They were fairly busy during my visit and I felt a bit rushed. Not very impressed with my nails but I did get a chance to speak with the owner about it and he offered tofix it for me. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I felt like my nail artist could have painted on the design I wanted instead of telling me I would have to get a full set for a look. Ive been getting my nails done for 15 years and have been to many different salons so I know there is a way around having to get a new set just for a look. Anyway overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nail salon, and I would go back again.

I’ve had the best experience doing my nails here. I always get my manicure done and I don’t even live in Savannah anymore, but every time I come visit, I have the best fun, the best service and the best nails afterwards.Angelica is my girl and I their schedule is so flexible all the time. Everybody is nice and they have a wide selection of nail polish colors. I get mines done with dip and they make their own colors too!!!!— love this place

I decided to try this nail salon despite the negative reviews. I went into the salon about 12:20. The nail tech was very nicely and friendly. I asked for a soak off and a new full set. She proceeded to clip them off with cuticle nippers. So, I reminded her that I wanted them soaked off because I didn’t want to damage my nails. She started the soak. Every other time that she pulled my nails out of soaking, she would keep saying that my nails were cracked in the middle. All 10 of my nails were cracked in the middle. I explained that my nail technician had put clear tips but she was convinced otherwise. She then proceeded to put acrylic on half soaked nails. I told her that wanted them to finish soaking and asked for the manager. The manager was nice and asked me to set to the side, finish soaking and someone would be with me shortly. 30 minutes later, no one came to help so asked for a paper towel, wiped my nails and I walked out with half-soaked acrylic on my nails. My worse nail salon experience ever and a waste of 1hr 40 minutes.

This was literally one of the worst mail experiences I’ve ever had. It was chaotic (far from relaxing) and it took three hours for four people to get their nails done. I also walked out with three bleeding cuticles and my gel polish lasted just a little over a week. If this is your only option for nails save yourself time and money by DIYing it and go get a massage instead. It’ll be a way better use of your time and far more enjoyable.

Nicole is the best at filing I have ever had . She is so meticulous. My nails are perfect! I get compliments every day! I had a gel fill with gel nail polish with fairy dust and gel nail polish on my toes. My nails and toes are gorgeous! Thank you Nicole!

Worst nail salon I ever been!First when I walking in, there is no receptionist, who answered me was some girl working in someone else nails. Everybody busy that can give a properly reception. When I asked for regular manicure, I couldn’t understand her right because of the masks, I do have accent and just because of that she started to talk to me in Spanish, ( nothing against Spanish people ) but I don’t speak Spanish, I speak Portuguese and german, you can’t deduce just because Someone has accent they are Spanish. The place is dirty and she literally just asked me to go to the back and sit on dirty old chairs. After 40 minutes waiting a girl came in to attend me. She asked me if I already choose the colors, I said I didn’t and she answered me very impatient to go pick it up the color I want. I was 40 minutes waiting, why they don’t asked me that before? I was also in a rush because I have dinner reservations, and just showed a picture of how I wanted my nails done. A light pink in 3 fingers and the others 2 fingers is light pink almost a nude with some glitter. She showed me some polish that was similar to it, but when she started doing my nail that was kinda orange. I said that is not the same color and she said that was the color you pick it up, I answered I don’t think it is, it’s orange and I am not color blind! She answered me very rude why don’t you go pick the color you want? Seriously, why you are in this job? You definitely don’t have the patience to work with public. I am sorry that you miserable, just quit and do something else, and the place is dirty, and has bad structure, and please hire a receptionist just to for that, don’t put the girls that are making the nails to also do reception!

I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. I paid $80 for the deluxe pedicure, and all I got out of that was nails that are so poorly done I could’ve done a better job myself, they are already chipping (mind you I was told they should last two months) and more importantly, a burn on my foot from the hot pumice stone that was placed on my foot WAY too soon.

Never had a problem with my nails, staff anything. If there is a problem with your nails, they offer a one week warranty on the work.

Amazing service! My husband and I went for pedicures and I got a fill in. The techs took their time doing our feet. Molly did my fill in and re-shaped my nails. She did a FANTASTIC job! I truly enjoyed my experience and will be back.

I have been going to another nail shop in Savannah for over 8 years and was extremely nervous about trying somewhere new for the first time in years. But I must say, I enjoyed everything about my experience at Envy. The staff really did make my experience comfortable. Envy is one of the best salons in Savannah. Great atmosphere

This is my first time getting my nails done and I have no idea what to do so I told the tech to do whatever he wanted just make em look nice. I didnt even know they could do so much on my little nails. I was refer here by a friend and david did her nails and her nails like something outta a magazine. The wait was alright but i it was worth the wait for the quality and service received. A+++

I love everything about this Nail Bar. I have been several times and always had a pleasurable experience. Samantha is, by far, my favorite tech. She listens, friendly, personable and she makes sure the job is done right.Their prices are a little higher than where I use to go, but they are worth the extra money. I have made this my regular two week spot. They are so good, I travel an hour for their services.

Im sorry, but it sucked. I came there on my appointment time and no one greeted me untill I came up to the person and asked. After the nails were done I payed $65 just for the fill in and a design on 2 nails. They started chipping after 3 days of wearing and I had to paint them myself. I didnt like the place. But to be fair it is fast service

I was here on vacation. The staff was nice and friendly. They were eager to help with polish selection. The service was good but nothing spectacular that is any different than other shops that charge a much lower price for equal to better services. I gave 3 stars because the price is too high and the cleanliness is subpar. For my party of 3, we had 3 deluxe pedicures with two getting gel polish. One manicure, one gel polish manicure, and fill with gel polish that totaled a whopping $408 (including 20% tip). I’ve been to more upscale nail shops that charge less with better services. What I expected was $70 - $80 a person which should have landed around $252 (with 20% gratuity) - $288 (with 20% gratuity). I would not return or recommend due to cost and cleanliness. You can get the same or better services elsewhere in a cleaner environment.

We stopped here on Vacation and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We came in without an appointment on a weekday and were taken care of immediately. The young lady that did my nails looked at a picture I had on my phone and replicated it exactly. I’m convinced she could create anything... I struggle to keep a gel manicure on my finger nails for longer than a week. (I wash my hands a LOT and am tough on my hands.) It’s been over three weeks and while they’ve grown out a bit, they still look great. This place isn’t the cheapest, but I felt the prices were comparable with what I’ve paid at other salons and felt like the quality of the service was better. Every person we encountered were wearing masks, unless we were drinking the free drink we were given, we were encouraged to wear ours.

Simply put the service I received was not worth the price. I for a pedicure and a full set. My full set already looks well grown out and its only 4 days later. My pedicure was ok but there was minimal time letting my feet soak. But I feel like thats at all salons now. And there was nothing spectacular about my pedicure. No massage or warm towel. The person who did my nails worked pretty fast. But she really didnt clean up around my nails that good

Would not recommend. Dirty, cold water in the pedicure baths (they didnt have any hot water left??), and messy mani/pedi. Very confused how they are sanitizing/cleaning the tools if they do not have hot water in the facility.

My service was OK. I had a mani/pedi. When I got to the pedicure chair, the water was cold, so I asked if she could make it warmer. She tried for a few minutes, then said, we’ll just have to use cold water- that’s all we have.... well ok then. Pedicure was good and nails looked good.For the manicure, that is where we went off the rails. The service was ok, but the quality was awful. She left polish all over my skin and nothing about the polish on my nails was smooth. I asked her 3 times to clean it up once she had finished. Then I finally accepted defeat and left. I thought I’d get a chance to discuss at checkout, but the lady that did my nails rang me up. Overall, I do not recommend.

Traveling through Savannah and stopped to get my nails done. After seeing the reviews and pictures i decided to give them a try. Anna delivered beyond my expectations on the picture i showed her. The price was fair for what i asked. The atmosphere was friendly and chill. The other nail techs we’re friendly and social as well. I would definitely recommend and will be returning for sure especially now that I’ve found a gem that can do beyond basic designs and un afraid to be creative!!!

I decided to get a gel manicure today while I was in town. I’ve been here once previously when they first opened, the owner did my nails & did a great job. That was not the case today. The woman doing my nails, along with a few other employees, including the man sitting at the check in counter, were not wearing masks. It didn’t bother me too much, I just found it odd & unprofessional considering it is required in the city at the moment. The tools my nail tech was using, were also not sterilized. They came out of a dusty tin under her counter, where she put them right back after using them on me, not washing them. My manicure itself, was also just not good. The overall shape looks nice, but the paint job looks rushed. First, she didn’t remove my previous polish all the way on a couple nails, you can still see bits of purple around the edges of my nails. The new polish is also not painted all the way to the edge on most of the nails, leaving weird unpainted patches. The tips of my nails are also bare, making it look as if it has already started to chip, the same day. I think she could have done a nice job, if she wasn’t rushing for whatever reason. It does not look like a $60 manicure, that’s for sure. I didn’t notice just how bad they were till I got a good look after I left. I shouldn’t have to go back to have them fix them, it just should have been done properly the first time. I don’t like confrontation so unfortunately, I’ll just have to deal with the fact that I wasted my money. Just know that you can get a much nicer manicure for the same cost, elsewhere.

LOVE this place! Both the set up and atmosphere are different in the best way. I went an hour before they closed on a Saturday. There was no wait. My nail tech came over to me to help pick out a color. She was SO nice. I’m bummed I never asked for her name so I could mention her here. :( She did a fantastic job on my nails, conversation was good, and she was just generally pleasant to be around. Price is a little more expensive than where I live a couple hours away, but I don’t think it’s too expensive for the area, convenience, and it’s probably competitive. I’d definitely plan a day around getting my nails done there.

It was honestly just okay for me. First impressions are important for me and the girl at the front desk didnt seem confident when I asked her a few questions about services. I got powder dip (or sns as they called it) and the work just wasnt very clean. When she was all finished I could put my nails at an angle and see bumps and a rough surface on my nails. I have had powder many times and expect it on a couple nails not all. They also tried to charge $5 more than what they told me when I first walked in. The pic I posted is the same day I got them done. Not sure I would go back.**I 100% wont go back. The last two pics are less than a week since going. Most nails are peeling/chipping in such a short time. I have never, ever had this happen. Disappointed I will have to go get them fixed today.**Update- I appreciated and was satisfied the manager reimbursed me. I had to get my nails fixed and the money went towards that.

While the concept of this nail bar is great, I had a very bad experience. I called in advance to ask for an artist who could do NAIL ART. I am a designer and I had a concept in mind, and I selected a bubblegum pink color that would look good with the details I had selected. When I arrived, I asked the artist if they could recreate an image which they said yes. They could not, and blamed ME and my selected nail shape as why. Had she simply said she could not have done the mani, I never would have paid 50$ for a manicure and walked out with someone I disliked. It was not truthful and HIGHLY unprofessional.

My pedicure looks really bad and I felt too bad to say anything because the lady was nice and then when I checked out, I think she overcharged me. I got a deluxe pedicure (which was not half the time as my friend who got the same and was happy with her service) and a buff manicure. I would not recommend - I could do a better job and I am not a steady hand. I feel like I wasted my money.

Unfortunately, myself and all my bridesmaids had our nails done here before me wedding. This was the worst and also most expensive nail service I’ve ever had. Everyone in my group agreed. Mine and one of my bridesmaids pedicures were already coming off less than 3 hours later. The man that did my nails was SO unprofessional and kept talking about his personal life to me. He was very rough with my nails and it was painful. Also, all my nails were so uneven which was embarrassing for my wedding day.Additionally, this place seemed so dirty and almost no employees or guests were wearing masks. Would never ever recommend to anyone. It was my most important mani pedi but the worst by far.

Went in to have my nails done on Friday, Dec 4th. Signed in and was taken to the bar to sit down for my mani. When I sat down, I was tired from a long day and did not immediately clock the fact that 1/2 of the staff was not wearing face masks, even though the tech next to mine was not wearing one either. My bad! After my mani started, two other customers walked in, neither wearing masks. The other customers were sat less than 2ft from me with a non-mask wearing nail tech. It dawned on me and I was immediately uncomfortable with the situation (had mani not already started, I would have walked out). I had to ask my tech if they all wore masks, that I thought it was a state law. She told me that they only required/wore masks sometimes (mind you, she had hers on the entire time). ALARM WENT OFF IN MY HEAD! The tech picked up what I was laying down and moved our station further away from other techs & folks not wearing masks. She also went to talk to her manager and ONLY THE did the mgr get up to ask customers and other techs to put masks on. NOT A SAFE PLACE!!! The mani was okay overall but there is NO WAY Id visit this nail salon again.

Completely overpriced for subpar service. My pedicure was chipped when I walked out and my eyebrow wax was the worst one of my life. I had to actually ask the woman for the tweezers to tweeze the last few hairs myself after she tried to get them three times. (The last of which she actually pinched the top of my eye.) They arent following through with the mask mandate, and it is not safe in their salon. People who worked there could not answer basic questions about masks, and other people who worked there werent wearing masks. It says that you have to wear a mask on the sign on their door, yet they let their customers do as they please, and they do not prioritize safety. I would not recommend this place at all.

A sweet lady by the name of Amy did my nails today. Ive been going to Envy for almost 5 months but my first time with her she is amazing. She treated me exceptionally and made me feel like a queen. She is my new person. I just love her personality. And my nails are beautiful 😍😍💕

My friend and I were in Savannah for a weekend get away. We chose Envy Nail Bar because of its unique environment compared to other nail salons. We were walkins, and we had no wait to speak of. My nail tech was Sam, and she did an AMAZING job. My nails have never been shaped more perfectly. She was very friendly and personable. I will definitely go back the next time I’m in Savannah.

The workers were nice and we walked right in. But my technicians station was dirty and she missed spots, painted on my skin. She seemed in a rush.Recently moved down to 2 stars because my nails started chipping yesterday, one whole day after getting them done. I basically paid $20 to have someone do a worse job of painting my nails than I what I can do myself. I understand a regular manicure isnt going to last long, but it should last longer than 24 hours.

Went in and got a dip powder manicure done with gel tips...not impressed. I’ve seen some of my friends go here before and their nails turned out beautiful, but my nails are not shaped well, the dip powder was layered on way too heavily and my nails are thick and lumpy. I payed $55 dollars and was not happy with what I got. Nail tech was polite and friendly but I question his amount of experience considering the quality I received.

Best place in Savannah for nails. Theyve never let me down! They have so many selections in colors and designs. I had to move states and Ive been trying to find another salon thats similar to this one and its literally incomparable. This is the only salon that Ive ever come across to suggest fairy dust which is kind of a sparkly powder. I still havent found another salon that even knows what it is. Nicole did my nails the first time and did a great job, but everyone else that Ive been with there also did amazing. Needless to say, I miss this place so much!

They took us as walk-ins which was great. Overall prices seemed good, place wasn’t the cleanest and the staff wasn’t super professional. The girl who did my nails was very nice and she did a very good job (regular manicure). My sister had a different girl and hers were kind of subpar.

Nicole was recommended by two local boutique shops. She was wonderful! She did a very detailed and excellent manicure and pedicure for me. And she was very friendly and a great conversationalist. Thoroughly enjoyed my services and I will be back again next time I’m in Savannah!

Walked in after trying 2 other nail salons that didnt take walk-ins. The place had a cool hip vibe. There were 80s, 90s music videos playing on the TVs. My nail tech Yvonne did a great job on my manicure & pedicure. She trimmed my nails as requested and did my french nails using the pink clear polish like I wanted. I enjoyed our conversations while she worked on my nails. If youre from our of town and visiting historic Savannah, go here for your nails. They had 6 or more pedicure chairs and manicure stations to accommodate more customers. I will definitely go here next time I visit Savannah.

Talk about leaders in the industry! Great place to get your nails done! One of the ladies was unsure how to do a technique and her manager (Anna- I think) helped her though the process! Was surprised after I read so many good reviews of this place but I walked in and was immediately overwhelmed by a horrible chemical odor of nail products which I realize is sometimes typical of nail salons but this was so overwhelmingly potent the only way I can describe it is noxious. I had a headache immediately and wanted to leave but I already told the technician what I wanted to I thought I’d just try to endure it. Walking in you can’t tell employees from customers. Everyone is just sitting around doing their own thing on their phones. Pretty unprofessional...I didn’t get a great vibe when I walked in. I asked for dip and they said it would be $35. Then when starting to do my nails my technician asked if I wanted a manicure as well. Because apparently that’s not included! She said it would be $50 with a manicure. Yeah no thanks. She didn’t have me wash my hands or anything just immediately went to work on my dirty hands (kind of gross since I had been walking around the city all day) after the finished the powder and the shavings from the buffing/shaving down of the powder was all over my hands and she was just like ok you’re done. No rinsing my hands or anything. I had to ask to go to the bathroom and wash it off. She also filed the HELL out of my nails. Like went to town and nearly broke my skin a few times from the extreme friction. It hurt. Also the nail file was used so that was nice.Oh and while she was doing my nails she asked me if I also needed my eyebrows waxed (admittedly my eyebrow could use a wax but I thought this was incredibly rude to observe my eyebrows looked bad and try to sell me a service. Thanks for telling me my eyebrows look bad. It was embarrassing.)Overall not impressed and don’t get the reviews at all.

I am NEVER disappointed great service, friendly staff, reasonable pricing and STELLAR WORK. I AM HERE EVERY 3-4 weeks for my routine nail art by David! He is amazingly talented and pushes his staff to practice and train, as I hear him coaching them regularly. I LOVE THIS salon and even though its only been open since March, I can not wait to continue breeding a lifelong client. LOVE IT HERE!

This was my first post-Corona mani pedi experience. I was so disappointed in the service, especially for the premium price. The tech messed up my nails with an old top coat. My nails all feel rough and textured. She didnt remove all of the previous color polish from my nails, missed spots with the new color, andi witnessed unsafe practices by sole of the techs doing nails. One lady took a tool used during my daughters pedicure, swished it around in the used water, and put it on a new tub where someone else was sitting to get her nails done. Also they buffed my 4 year olds nails after I asked for only a polish change, no buffing or cuticle pushing. She didnt tell me until 2 hours later, she was afraid she would get in trouble for them buffing her nails. I will never be coming back to this gross place.

I usually don’t do this, but I think it others should know. I was disappointed with my experience. My friend and I visited to get our nails done for an event in the near future. My nail tech Nicole did amazing! Exactly what I wanted and we had a great conversation, my friend finished before me and went to pay, we are both on a budget and from what we saw on the Facebook we brought enough cash according to the prices listed. Nicole was very transparent about the amount id be spending, while Anna, my friends nail tech was not. She asked my friend if she wanted her cuticles trimmed and my friend said “sure”, and that adds an extra 15.00 apparently because it’s considered a manicure, which was not said. Her nails ended up being uneven and different lengths, she was overall dissatisfied. When I mentioned the issue to the my nail tech she told the owner and he comforted the nail tech. She basically argued and singled out my friend in a loud fashion saying she had told her, when in fact she offered and did not imply the extra cost, and the owner did not mediate or ask what had happened, just carried on. My friend was embarrassed and confused. We are both new clients and only planned financially from the posted prices. Please don’t assume your costumers know the prices when coming in, and definitely handle the situation better. Transparency is key, and letting the costumers know how much they will be spending would be optimal. There should never be a moment where the costumer is getting yelled at and questioned when she was unaware in the first place. That being said this is not a terrible nail salon, it’s actually one of nicest in Savannah but I would expect things to be treated with grace and dignity when given such a good reputation for being such a nice nail salon. I do hope something will be done about this.

I have never loved a nail salon more. The designs, the prices, the techs, the ambiance. Amazing. I love walking in and everyone speaking to me like theyve known me for years. 10/10

I went to the salon and Samantha was my nail tech. She is very professional and knowledgeable about new techniques. I really was impressed with the look of the salon very modern. I also appreciated how nice Samantha waa dressed shes an asset to the nail bar.I recommended my friends to the shop. Anybody who needs a Nail shop go visit Envy Nail Bar.

Molly did a great job on my nails, very friendly, double checked to make sure the length and shape was what I wanted, did an awesome job with the acrylic and polish application and didnt damage any of the skin around my nails, I highly reccomend seeing her.

My service was ok but for the money an i couldnt even get a design is awful. The quality of my polish on my feet looks like my 1yr old baby did it. I will never go back sorry not worth it at all!!!!!

I ended up getting a decent regular manicure, but the whole staff seemed to be a mess. They didnt seem to know what was going on, or who was next in line, in fact, if I hadnt said anything, they probably would have forgotten about me. The staff was also dressed very unprofessionally. White see through t-shirts with black bras, and translucent tops with sparkly bras underneath. It just seemed a bit trashy. However, the young lady who did my nails was very sweet and I would have her do mine again.

This place was amazing! Another local spot “lost” our reservation for mani/pedis for the bridal party and Envy Nail Bar was our savior. They accommodated the bridal party in a private room (with wine!) and the quality of the pedicure and gel manicure was top notch! Request Samantha - she is amazing! Thank you Envy for making our bride’s day amazing!

I didnt have an appointment was a walk in and they took me straight on back to get my nails done I was very impressed on how nice they look and how long they lasted they lasted a month everybody was very nice there and I felt very comfortable and the prices are good

So I’ve been going to envy for three months and I am getting my nails done at a new place and the lady said that I was given a fungus... I am so mad that they didn’t even say anything plus I paid too much to be getting a fungus just due to people wanting to get paid... if I could leave a 0 I would... this place looks sanitary and like everybody knows what they are doing but I guess not. I don’t recommend going to this place... also my nails would fall off within a week.. don’t waste your time or money

Let me start by saying I absolutely love my nail tech Evonne @ Envy Nail Bar. She recently relocated from pooler to Envy and I followed her of coarse! As a nail tech she goes above and beyond for her customers in real life♥️ She answers my text late at night or early mornings about appts that I can’t remember when she doesn’t have to 😫 She is not only my nail tech but every three weeks she is my personal psychologist 🤣 she lets me vent, gives advice and always makes me laugh..... So yes I recommend her to anyone hands down not just her but sitting in her chair every 3 weeks and observing everyone @ ENVY are great her brother is the Nail King super talented and funny very down to earth to be the owner. Tanisha is my moms nail tech if you know my mom you’d know Tanisha has to be a Angel to do her nails 🤣🤣🤣 and my mom loves her! Just to name a few but if your looking for a salon to relax and get pampered go to ENVY ♥️

I refuse to get my nails done any where else ! the customer service is always great and friendly! My nails always look amazing. I also Took my 3 year old to get her first mani pedi and they made her feel so comfortable and were super sweet! She loved it! THANK YOU GUYS !

So first off the price was NOT what i was told when i called. Second the foot massage was lackluster at best . Honestly it was not a very satisfying experience to say the least . The place seemed well kept and clean .

If you have nails on and want to get a soak off, dont come here! The girl basically ripped my pinky nail off.... this has never happened to me before. Then on top of that you put products on top of my nail that was ripped off! You should know better that you should not being doing that, that can cause an infection. Will never be back for anything after this

I went to Envy Nail Bar in the past and I thought it was cool place to go. I got my nails done twice and had no issues but this time I was very disappointed. The person that did my nails was this big girl and she acted like she was so scared to touch my hands. We had a little conversation trying to ease the tension and considering it was just a fill-in, it wasnt going to take too long. Well, after a while I could tell she was either not confident or didnt know what she was doing. So they had to get another girl (who KNEW what she was doing) to fix my nails.Here is the reason Im givin 2 stars. The big girl started telling the other girl she didnt feel confident and she really didnt know what she was doing etc. etc. The other girl had just ignored her and was fixing my nails. Im sitting here like wow, she didnt know what she was doing and had the NERVE to say it like it was just the thing to do. And when the girl got finished filling in my nails, she asked the big girl should she finish and the big girl said no. I shouldve said something then. The big girl once again was acting like she was so nervous and painted my nails.I really wish I shouldve let the other girl finish so I could pay her instead. It was REALLY unprofessional for stuff to go down that way. I dont know if Ill come back, but if I do I dont want ANYBODY that doesnt feel comfortable with doing certain services.

Loved the design of the building...Different...But the nail art....I wasnt impressed...My nails were alittle crooked. But i was the last customer in a rush from work...and they welcomed me.

Considering Im super picky about my nails I usually dont love a nail salon but Ive been to Envy 5 times and have left happy each time. Not only is the Artists all sweet but theyre all funny and make sure youre comfortable. I love them all.

My nail technician seemed very rushed, did the polish very quickly and the polish is thin. The pricing is misleading and confusing on the menu. Went in expecting a $25 gel manicure and it turned out to be $40.

I came to Envy about 2 weeks ago and I wanted a manicure and regular polish to give my nails a break from gel. I paid $32 and before I got out of the building my nails were messed up. The lady fixed them and it was fine, but then by the time I was back at my place the polish came off again. I fixed it and I wasn’t too upset, but not a day later my nails broke after she placed nail strengthening solution on them. Basically all that is left now are little spots of polish, so I tried to get it off using acetone remover and they completely stained my entire nail and my fingers pink. I’m extremely insecure about my hands and this just entirely ruined my confidence today. Definitely not going back.

I go here often after work. Friendly vibe. I went in one time to get a gel manicure, and to fell apart 3 days later. I called and explained the situation to them and they immediately offered to fix it free of charge. Professional and everything Id want in a nail salon.

I made an appointment and went in for a gel refill Friday, 6/14 at 10am while on vacation. One nail also needed repair. While there the experience was fine and the lady who did my nails attempted to be friendly so I didn’t complain about the sloppier-than-I’m-used-to work, however as of Wednesday 6/19, 2 of my fingernails have come off and three others are broken, cracked in corners, with the gel peeling up-UV GEL, not a basic gel manicure. This was by far the poorest refill I’ve received (no hot towel, lotion, not so much as offering to allow me to clean my hands!) and I spent $50 for the refill in addition to tipping the two different technicians that did my nails ($5 cash to the lady who filed them and $9 cc to the lady who finished them for a total of $64) LESS THAN a week later, back home in a different state, HALF of my nails are broken, have come off, and are bleeding. I wish I read the negative reviews especially those of out of town guests because they are spot on. Very disappointed; as a frequent visitor of Savannah with friends/family in the area I’ll advise everyone to steer clear.
