Went to Lush Nail Bar with my bridesmaids before my wedding and didn’t know exactly what I wanted. They made relevant suggestions and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted throughout the entire time I was there! Best nail shop I have ever been to and all of our nails were perfect! Thank you Lush for taking care of our needs and being personable to make a wonderful customer service experience!!

Let me walk in for an emergency fill and eyebrow clean-up. Prices are more than reasonable for the quality of work and materials. Nail tech was super nice and the establishment was unbelievable clean and stylish. Loved it there. Will never go anywhere else

Recently moved closed to this nail salon. My Mom and I had an appointment for 12:30pm. But were still waiting much after that. Ended up leaving without getting any service. When I inquired about the wait and having an appointment I was told it was a holiday weekend and thats kinda how it is. I will say it seemed like a nice shop. Cute interior etc.

Absolutely wonderful!! I have been going to them for almost 3 years now and I will never go anywhere else. Every single one of the ladies is so nice and friendly. They also do incredible work! They make you feel comfortable and truly want you to enjoy your experience. Highly recommend!

Called twice and received a call back and told to come in by. Jen was the first to greet me and was also my nail tech. She did my eyebrow wax also. From beginning to end everything was perfect convo atmosphere etc. Im definitely coming back and I have definitely considered asking Jen to be my name tech. Thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰

I called and arranged for my sister to have a mani/pedi combo $40. Made her an appointment for 2pm. We arrived early and they were able to start early. Without her knowledge they boosted her to a $55 mani/pedi. Being seniors we are on a limited budget and can’t afford for planned costs to be increased without or knowledge or consent.The girl who did the mani/pedi was very nice. But should always check. For some that could mean the difference in eating that day.I arranged because it’s getting hard for me to do for her. As I can’t bend down well.

They did a great job for my birthday! Nikki did my pedicure and Frankie did my full set. Price was reasonable and it lasted a good while. Already scheduled for my next two appointments.

This is the first time Ive been to a nail salon/bar where it is so culturally diverse. All the ladies there were very nice and welcoming. Id recommend this nail bar to everyone.

Staff were so friendly and funny! Leslie did amazing work and was super helpful. She made sure I liked everything she did. Will definitely be back!

My nail tech is Frankie. She is always punctual and engages in pleasant conversation. Clean and COVID awareness is practiced during visits.

I’ve been going to this salon for about a year now, and they ALWAYS do an amazing job. Whether it be a fill in, gel manicure, pedicure, or waxing.. they’ve always done great and their techs are super sweet and friendly.

Went here for the first time and was sooooooo happy with the service from start to finish!!!! Kim did my nails and did an AMAZING job!!! I definitely recommend her!!!!! The salon was really clean and cozy and even played some great music. Perfect experience can’t wait to go back.

Had an appointment for 5:30. Did not get seen by anyone and I left at 6. The point of an appointment is to not have to wait but obviously nobody here understands that.

The place is closed for business. I came thinking they were open as it stated on Google and when I got here all I saw was a sign that said “for lease”

The staff was VERY nice! My nails didn’t turn out the best. I got Dip powder and they came out thicker than normal but I’m not upset about it. Still great service!

Great Salon! Clean and the ladies there are so sweet. My nail tech is Lynn and she is amazing! Took my awhile to find a nail tech like her she is quick and always does a good job!

My daughter wanted to come here to get her nails done and she loves it. The atmosphere is very nice and I really like the racial diversity of the nail techs. I go to another spot to get my nails done but if I need a back up nail spot Ill definitely come here.

Came here just for a simple pedicure, was told it would be at most 20 minutes. Waited about 25 minutes then waited 10 more minutes with my feet in luke warm water while my tech talks about lashes to the person beside me for 10 more minutes. What a waste of time and their own money 🤷🏼‍♀️ Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere.......

The nail techs are friendly but one of them came too close to my cuticle and made my finger bleed and the one Cat, who did my feet, cut my cuticle on both of my big toes and now I have a cut on both toes.

Jennifer is the bessssssst. She has such attention to detail and did my nails exactly how I wanted.

I love this nail salon. I recently went to a nail salon closer to my home. Boy did I regret it. A friend of mine suggested to come here so I would never have to sport ugly nails ever again!!! I will never go anywhere else. The pedicure basins are beautiful. I know that’s random but they are. Kim did my nails and I am very happy. Thank you Kim so much for restoring my trust in a nail tech. They are reasonably priced as well. I’ll never ever go any where else. EVER!!!!

Great atmosphere

No problems for me. Leslie does my nails and she’s amazing. Professional, patient and knowledgeable of her craft. Haven’t tried anyone else there but the atmosphere is cozy and clean.

Lush Nail Bar is fantastic! The staff is so welcoming and friendly, and do a great job at nails. When I get my nails done, I dont go to any other place! Highly recommend!

This place never disappoints. Absolutely worth every dime. There’s one lady who does my nails as perfect as ever (pretty highlights in her hair and sis of owner) Just too shy to tell her or ask her name. 10/10 reccomend to anyone that asks!!!

Jen is amazing

I got to this nail salon at 3:52 and a young lady assisted me really quick, she told me that the wait was going to be 30-35 minutes. I waited over and hour just for another young lady to tell me to wait 45 more minutes. First and last time coming to this place. ( I didn’t get my nails done btw) they need more organization or at least be honest and let the costumer know that they’re not able to do the job because in that whole Hour I wated I could have done something else 🤔

Do you not render services because a customer comes in 615 and shop closes at 7. Especially for something as simple as a mani & pedi. Im just saying.

Simply an awful experience! I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early and the proceeded to wait for 15 minutes. I was treated rudely when I asked if the wait would be long. I came in for a powder dip. The tech wanted me soak off my old one. I haven’t seen anyone use a soak off method since the 80’s! I asked her to wrap them as it’s less drying to my skin. She did but wasn’t happy about it. All the techs seemed to be having a bad day and there was an awkward uncomfortable feeling coming from all of them. The tech clearly did not know how to do a powder dip and my nails look horrible!!! She didn’t file them or put a correct top coat on them! What’s more they charged me more than $10.00 more than I have ever paid for a powder dip anywhere. The salon was clean but that’s the only thing I can possibly say good about my experience here. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will never return.

Jen,Kim, and Frankie are AWESOME!!! They exceeded my expectations. Me and my daughter went in for mani and pedi and left out with great service, personable yet respectful conversation. Not to mention, full of delievered Thai food from next door !! Yummy... Cant wait to come back for a bridal party.

My daughter and I made appointments for pedicures for noon. We arrived 10 mins early so we expected to wait. We were soon shown to the chairs by a young lady who appeared to be the person preparing the pedicure equipment. We were soaking our feet for 20 mins and when another customer walked in, was seated immediately and serviced. My daughter said, “I’m confused but we let it go. Another customer who had come in 15 mins after us was waiting in a pedicure chair and they chose to also service her before us without explanation. We dried our feet and left. As we were leaving, “sorry” is what was said. Now if I say race was a factor, I’m using the race card. Well, I’m calling a spade a spade!!! Will never return!!! And will spread the word to all who are looking to get pedicures, do not patron “Lush Nail Bar” in Va Beach on Diamond Springs.

Schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments come first. Great service.
