Walked in with my family (4 people including myself) we were helped promptly. All nail technicians did an amazing job. These are my favorite nails I’ve ever gotten. I chose acrylic and my family did gel—they all look perfect. All employees were more than friendly and I’d happy recommend this place! Thank you!!

DB Nail Studio was able to accommodate a gel manicure and pedicure on a walk-in. My nail tech was great and the service was reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I have been coming here for about a year or so now. They do great work!!! They have been going up on their prices every two weeks. I dont think I can continue to be a customer. Their work isnt amazing for the prices that they are asking. They also charge for the length and shape of the nails these were $60.00.

I have been using this salon since they have opened. Kourtney is hands down the best in Hampton roads. Love her!!!! She always has a smile (even behind the mask) and makes you feel relaxed and confident your nails are going to be exactly like you want. I had Krystal do my nails, just a plain manicure with gel. It looks good, she was super nice, and even gave me advice for my thin nails. If I could say, I also overheard two customers talking about how they liked this nail salon more than most and will be coming back. Everyone seemed happy with their service. It’s close to home and I will be back.

JT is the best! Incredible experience! He is quick but thorough and really knows what he’s doing. I tried something new and he worked with me to find my perfect color, length, and shape. Worth every penny!!!! Ask for JT!

Usually really good. I go to then every two weeks. Usually very spot on with the photo. Last one was pretty off but not terrible, just not what I asked for.

I had a wonderful experience here! I had gotten my nails done for Easter and wasn’t happy with how long I had gotten them from another place (completely my fault) but I went to get them fixed here and was very pleased with the service. I was greeted right away and sat down immediately without an appointment. The staff was super welcoming, I will be back soon!

I came to get my eye brows waxed today and I ended up getting a different arched eyebrow I never wanted and they are uneven. Not all the way cleaned throughI came inside to attempt to speak to someone because I wanted my money back for screwing up and not completely doing my eye brows. I was looked at as if I was speaking a new language to them. I do not recommend this business because of the lack of understanding a customers request and doing a poor job

First time going here because my tech is not available and wow can I just say that, besides being so gorgeoussss on the inside I was treated with great hospitality and my nails are gorgeous!! I am obsessed, and not to mention - WINE??? Definitely a 20 out of 10 for me. I was greeted and asked to sanitize my hands, which I LOVE TO HEAR and the wait was very short. I got exactly what I asked for and more and I will be back for a pedicure, fill and more. Highly recommend

The dip powder has held up amazingly over the last week and I am confident in my nails staying perfect until my next appointment. Excited to see what she does with my nails next time! When I called for appointment they were very pleasant, got me in early, salon was emaculate, required mask and clear fiberglass for added protection. I felt at ease and will definitely return for that excellent service.

The manager is rude and nasty. She was yelling at a customer because she didnt like her complaint about her nails. She painted a design on my nails that chipped off the same day. Terrible service and she didnt want to fix the fill they cut off under my my new fill.

Ive been going DB Nails for years in Chesapeake. The owners are an amazing couple who always makes sure their customers are happy with their services...I recently moved back to Virginia Beach so unfortunately I lived too far to keep going to the Chesapeake salon and had been struggling to find a solid nail place. Much to my surprise, they had a vb location as well. I couldnt be happier! Every service I received today was perfect! Thank you Mike and Dan for your committ to quality service! Its why I will continue to patronize your businesses. 🙂The only thing that Ive noticed recently is that it appears as though Im not receiving my points correctly for my service discounts....

DB Nails is the best place I’ve been to get my nails done. They’re polite, clean, and will give exactly what you ask for when it comes to any service you ask for . I love this place and will continue coming here.

I would usually go to this location to get my brows done. It was always a hit or miss. One day I even went there and had to pluck a bit more when I got home. The manager is the best tech but she is usually doing nails. This particular day a young lady who I had waxed my brows crooked. In some places there was left over hair and others I actually was missing hair. I pointed this and a few other things out to the young lady and she said, “Oh...” Not even a “I’m sorry” then she proceeded to want to charge me for the poor service. I wrote a review within the service they use hoping for at least an apology but never received one. I now use 757 Nails on Laskin Road and my brows look better than they ever did. I was truly impressed and have told others of the great service they provide.

I had Amy she was so detailed it’s the best gel manicure I have gotten, it’s been two weeks and my nails still look legit perfect. Can’t wait to go back and see Amy against highly recommend.

Nice place with wonderful service. They had me bleeding in a few spots and weirdly the lady put super glue over it. Ive never had anyone do that before. Also after asking for the basic $25 acrylic white tips, they used the clear saying my nails were too short for what i wanted. I told the lady that was fine and that i would get a regular color. Before i could get up to pick one when it was time she told me not to worry that she would bring them to me. They were sample colors from which i picked and continued on. Well when it was time to pay she tells me it is $40 not $25 like i had asked. Her reason was because it was $25 for basic and $15 for gel. Wait a minute i never asked for that! After reminding her of my exact words she says well your nails were too ugly to get what you wanted done. So... I guess she just decided to do other things without telling me it would cost more. In the end she only charged me an extra $5 for the polish making it $30 and i left her a $5 tip. Its not that i wanted my service free but if i asked for a certain price, i expected to pay that in the end. Anyway, even if you ask for something please make sure you keep asking if thats what you are getting. Our conversation was fine during the service so speaking English wasnt the problem. I would go again but Im giving 3 stars for making me look crazy infront of everyone there and saying my nails were too ugly. Talk about embarrassing!

The salon is very relaxing. Amy is awesome! But then again, most of the staff who Ive had is too. Hint... Its best to make an appointment. They stick by it, but will try to fit walk-ins in. This business is VERY clean and adheres to all guidelines. Ive now been here a couple times and they maintain professionalism.

I saw a guy named Henry for a SNS dip nail set. He was very nice and took his time. Even after he finished one hand and I changed my mind on the color, he was incredibly polite and started over so I got what I truly wanted. I absolutely will be coming back again in the future ❤️

I went in to get my nails taken off today. The employee rushed to get them off . Secondly he left acrylic on a couple nails . My real nails look terrible. I won’t be going back to get it corrected . I’ll just do it myself . Won’t be going back again!

Wonderful service great work on my eyebrow wax and tint today. She wasn’t rushing and made sure I looked picture perfect before she completed me. It’s gonna save me so much time for the morning rush not to have to pencil fill my brows.

The nail tech did not shape my nails right and charge me too much for the length and did not give any designs and the place was very nice I would never go back there ever.

I made this my regular nail salon because they never disappointed but recently i went in for my usual and was satisfied but the gel came off after the first day? I thought that was weird being that it was over my acrylic set not my natural nails.. but i didnt see it as a problems because things happen. I called and told them i was just by and my gel came off the receptionist was kind told me to come in they can take me now. I came in and they made me feel completely uncomfortable like i lied about getting my nails done by them. I literally have been coming since last summer. After she sat me down being kind i asked her if she thinks it was the gel that made it lift and she responded I dont know if you even got them done here. Despite of it all I still tipped because she redid my nails even if she did a rushed job. I wont be returning.

Some would not like this but I do bc no one has done a bad job and I like being able to trust everyone there instead of waiting for one person. This past visit was the best! Wow is this place accommodating! Needed a mani, pedi and brow wax.....I was in a hurry and these ladies were on it! One worked the pedi while one did a gel manicure. Another came out and waxed....they took me in even though they were about to close....still got the massages and was done in about an hour. Also...FREE TO USE ATM
