This Internet is by far the worst I have ever used and that’s saying a lot considering I’ve used suddenlink. You guys may need to rethink your business model and enter a different field other than being an internet provider.

Would recommend using any other wifi service in the world than Vyve.

Ive been a Vyve customer for about a year now and I feel foolish for looking anywhere else. Installers are kind, professional, and neighborly. The staff at the office has never had any bad news for me. Speeds are as advertised, and at a GREAT value. If youre in Atchison, look no further - seriously.

Switched my service to my name from someone elses name, no change in address, equipment or anything else but ever since I lose service a couple times a day. Extremely irritating.

I cant rate them 0 stars unfortunately. Trying to get thru to their technical support department is a nightmare. good luck getting them to respond to emails also. Im paying for the gigabit internet and only getting 30MBPS. go figure and thanks for the terrible service...

I called to see if they could install the WiFi modem earlier than I was allowed to press online, the earliest date was 5 days after order. Beth picked up the phone and got me in for the next morning!Very pleasant expierence.

Brent Meeks arrived on time, made his way quietly through our rowdy pack of dogs to my computer and went straight to work. He fielded all my questions, pinpointed the problem, made recommendations. His recommendations were not vague opinions but specific and detailed, well-reasoned. Brent walks on water and should be given a raise immediately!

Worst company hands down, definitely switching too direct. And most of these reviews are probably being posted by people who work at the company I’d say judging on how long there reviews are. They are a waste of money and they slow your WiFi down every month and I even bought the unlimited data package at 100MBPS and when I run test it shows me getting KBPS....Vyve broadband is a joke.

The call center representatives at Vyve are almost always amazing.. but our local guys are FANTASTIC!!!!! THANK YOU BRENT!!!!ANOTHER NEW opportunity to comment on how AMAZING Vyve employees are... my recent encounter started with a call to an agent at the call center.. who went above and beyond to assist me.. THANK YOU ALAN!!!!! He scheduled our upgrade and the Tech came on time, was VERY professional, quick, efficient, polite, patient.. he didnt leave until he was SURE I was connected and everything was up and running properly... THANK YOU MATT!!!!!!!It would NOT allow me to post a NEW review so I have to amend a previous one..... We were experiencing some issue with WiFi.. BRENT was the tech they sent to our rescue... He went ABOVE and BEYOND (seems to be a thing with this company :) ) and checked EVERY possible tech thing he could check...he was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, thorough and did not leave until he was SURE that he had done ALL that he could do and the issue was FIXED!!! As i have said before... I so WISH that every company had the quality of customer service that VYVE has. THANK YOU BRENT... Thank you Vyve Customer Support!I wish EVERY business had customer service as AWESOME as my local Vyve!!! Randy and Kevin went above and beyond to assist me when i had to exchange my modem.... I didnt know what to ask.. or what to do.. and they professionally .. eagerly.. patiently volunteered ALL the information I needed and made sure I knew what to expect, what to do, and what else they could do for me in the future. A++++++ In addition to the gentlemen at my local office... i must say that Vyve has THE best customer service across the board.... In the past week i also had to contact Tech support.. I am not sure of the young man that helped me but he too was AMAZING ... then after I the modem was exchanged, I called back to reset password and spoke with yet another WONDERFUL agent.. I believe her name was Millie.. but NOT sure... all i know, is that she too was FANTASTIC!!!! I HOPE that Vyve is GOOD to their employees... bc...from what Ive experienced since being a long time Vyve customer... I was charged $425.00 for a reconnect!!#!!!!!!#!!! She said a guy has to climb a pole again to reconnect!!! She pushed a couple buttons and said your service will be on now. How can a guy find locate unload and climb a pole in 12 MINUTES???????? I live way north of town!! They have a Great Working SCAM !!!!!!! Watch out Atchison Kansas!!!!!!!!
