I usually do not write reviews but this nail salon deserves it. The shop have a very nice atmosphere, the staff are very professional. They’re always spot on with the nail design and service. Highly recommended

Best Pedicure I’ve ever had!!! Jennifer was outstanding! She spent 45-50 minutes on my feet. I’m from Rochester, NY, they don’t do half as much up there as they do here. They cut, clean, massage, hot rock message, and finally hot towel message you feet!!

My manicures, acrylic and gel, both have been long-lasting and beautifully done. All types of pedicures put you in a massage chair giving you all the control. There is consistent care across the artists. However, be sure you check out the additional services... The hot-stone pedicures are heavenly!

It was great. They have remodeled since I was last there. Place looks great. The tech were super nice and friendly. I originally went for a pedicure and added a manicure and there wasnt a problem. Great way for me to start my birthday. Will see them again.

Lily the new owner of Sassy is amazing! I have followed her here and she has been doing my nails for over 4 years! The only person that can doDip nails perfectly! She gives mine extra attention because I spray tan and my nails never change colors! She opens an hour early because of my schedule! I’ve been seeing Lily for about 3 months now recommended by a friend. I seriously am amazed bu Lily’s work every time I make an appointment with her. I seriously love Lily, she is so nice and funny. She really listens to what each customer wants and makes their dreams come true! I never leave disappointed. She always exceeds my expectations! I’ve been going to sassy nails before covid and it was upbeat fun and I recently went back and they have a new owner and it’s no where the same as before and the owner seems more interested in creating more clientele them actually pay attention to the clients that are there. And when did it become a pure Vietnamese mail shop when all they speak is Vietnamese and that’s rude and unprofessional because we as clients wonder what they are saying about us. Please go back to the old sassy nails before you loose all your clients.

Made an appointment to get my nails done at 5:30 and when I got there on time and signed in they wanted to make me wait for 30 minutes. The whole reason of making an appointment is so I don’t have to wait. I wouldn’t mind waiting 5-10 but definitely not 30 minutes. They didn’t even care or try to find someone to help me. I had been going there when my husband was stationed at oceana base. I moved away and went back when I got back to the states at the end of January 2018. I got a full set and told her I want narrowed tips, so that way they dont look too wide. I assume Maybe there was a 5$ charge on top of the full set price, which is 25$ ... when I got to the register Ashley said it was 40$ .. I realized they overcharged me(idk why) when I called back a day After and asked over the phone How much a full set would be with regular polish and if I was to ask to get them narrowed down at the tips. The owner answered and said it would be 25$ plus Maybe 5$ if I get a different shape. I wont be going back, because I know there would be some kind of argument if I went back to ask why it came out to 40$.

I have been looking for a nail tech for awhile and luckily I found Ashley! She is the bomb. I ALWAYS enjoy getting my nails and toes done by her. She even does a little hand massage when I get my nails filled (most nail techs dont do this). Stephanie also does a great job at eyebrows. She is the only person in the 757 that I will let touch them. She has literally brought my eyebrows back to life after I had a lady completely screw them up at a different salon. Check them out and hopefully your experience is as great as mines have been. No matter where I move to in Va Beach I will continue to visit Sassy Nails ... It is worth the drive and the prices are decent (Fill and Pedicure for $40).
