Great experience! Based on the other reviews, Id recommend going when its not crazy busy if possible, and to speak up if youre unhappy with ANY tiny thing before you leave. My two nail techs (Vivian and Holly) were absolutely phenomenal, suggesting a few things that made my nails better, and they listened and immediately fixed anything that I asked them to. (My glitter gel polish had a chunk of glitter stick up making the nail rough, Holly fixed it right away on the spot!)It was a little pricier than some other places Ive been, but worth it for the atmosphere, attention to detail I received, plus the complimentary drinks and very attentive service. They also have a generous selection of colors in both standard and gel polish. Ill definitely be coming back.

I love this nail salon so much. The different pedicure options are so great. I always get the Bella Dolche pedicure (I think thats what its called) I get the Milk and Honey.

First time visitor, waste of money. The girl I had didn’t massage my legs, feet or use all the tools. There is still dead skin on my feet and toes. She really only painted my toes and rubbed my legs with lotion. She didn’t file my nails or anything. She also put an extremely hot towel on my legs without warning. Wouldn’t recommend going here. I want my money back but made the mistake of not keeping my receipt.

Hands down the most welcoming nail salon I have ever been to. Was greeted multiple times, offered something to drink and had beyond excellent service!I got the deluxe manicure with the hot stone massage.Tina was very through and made sure I was comfortable. I will gladly be returning. :)

Decided to stop by in the middle of a week day for a pedicure and was impressed with the service and selection at this salon. They have a wide variety of polishes and many different services at varying price points. There are even beverages (even alcohol!) for purchase. They did a great job with following the current restrictions while making you feel relaxed.I was especially impressed with the time and precision that went into my pedicure. I will defiantly be back.

This was my daughters first time getting a manicure and my second time getting a pedicure. These guys were great!!! Made my daughter feel right at home (she was sitting across from me since she was getting a manicure) I feel great walking out of here! The toes and fingers look fabulous! Definitely recommend!

I’m really picky with my nails unfortunately so it is hard for me to find someone that can do my nails thin to where they feel like mine. Short and thin. Nancy did my sns application today for the first time and she has a great personality and did amazing nails in no time! I tipped her a twenty that’s how much she shocked me.I will be back to see Nancy for sure! Amazing work and I wasn’t sitting there forever waiting to be tended to.

Cool atmosphere. They offer complimentary beverages, but all they offered me was a warm water. I thought it was Covid, but then I saw other people getting mimosas, so I guess you have to ask. Manicure was lovely, but didnt last as long as other gel manicures.

Great service every time! Make an appointment with your favorite or walk in, doesnt matter. They do get very busy on weekends, but you get what you pay for. The quality is worth a little wait if you forgot to call ahead or secure an appointment. Also kid friendly, I love treating my daughter occasionally with a nail date 💅💖

I have been going to Bella Dolche Nails and Spa for a year now and find all of their services to be top notch at a very affordable price. All of the employees are very sweet, polite and take good care of their clients/customers. I would also specifically like to call out Anna who has done my nails twice now and she is amazing at her work. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I love coming here for pedicures so I thought I would get a full set for my birthday since my regular nail tech was booked. Sad to say my high hopes for having beautiful birthday nails was shot down quickly. The woman who did my nails let me know several times throughout my service how much she hated doing nails! All while doing a very rush job and making my fingers bleed. On top of that I watch the cleanliness of how this nail tech kept her implements after she had already used them on my nails! Not ok! My nails are now throbbing in pain, uneven after I asked her several times to fix, my cuticles look ruffed up and dry, no care was put into this service at all. I am highly disappointed and upset to say the least! I hope I don’t get an infection after this experience honestly. I was given a discount by the front desk. Even she said she wouldn’t want these nails! But it was not enough. I wouldn’t pay a dime for these. I work in the beauty industry and this is just sad and so disgusting. My regular nail tech was horrified and moved things around thank God to fix them for my birthday. I will not be back to Bella’s for nails again.

I have been going here for over six years and I have always gone to Nancy, she does beautiful work!! I am happy with my nails and enjoy the salon and everyone there very much.

I went in expecting my usual mani and pedi, it’s usually a hit or miss at this place. This time around was absolutely horrible. I had a gentleman who was so rough and in such a hurry he literally cut a small chunk out of my ring finger, and made me bleed out of another 4 of my nail beds. He kept over extending my ankles because he wanted my feet to lay flat on the tilted footrests where you put your feet, that’s not how your feet are supposed to go. He kept yelling at me to relax but I was in too much pain from him being so rough it was hard to relax. This place has really gone down hill and I will not be back.

I really had high hopes for this nail salon, but was disappointed yet again. I don’t understand why it’s much more important to get as many clients as possible rather than keeping many customers for a long time!The work always seems rushed. I went with my daughter and she got a mani-pedi with a red nail polish. The feet looked nice, but the hands... she didn’t even bother cleaning the cuticles.My feet...Tracy was very nice, but rushed. She accidentally hit my toe with her elbow and damaged the nail polish, rather than taking the whole nail polish off she repainted it...well it looked terrible, so i made sure to let them know, so she came back and actually UGHed that she had to do it again, this time removing the whole nail polish, but again did it in a rush, the nail polish was clumping, i didnt want to deal with it so i just paid and left, but i will make sure never to come here again with my 4 daughters and will never recommend this place.Pros: very nice clean place. Large nail polish selection.Cons: workers rush the work to get the next client and the result is a poor job done making the client never to go back.

Came to have 3 pedicures. The staff was friendly and wanted to upset which is fine. As soon as the polish was on, the technician just left us. Waited around, but the technicians never returned. The front desk guy came around and we asked if we are good to go and he said yes, it was long enough the polish is dried. Got home and as you can see, the polish was not dried. Contacted the spa to see how we can resolve this they offered no solution. Very disappointed.

Ive always like this nail salon. Its out of the way for me but when I come here I know what service to expect. Their facilities are very clean, they have good hygiene practices, are very professional and seem to genuinely care about your experience. I always love the way my nails look after coming here and I cant say that about other nail salons which can be very hit or miss, so I take the extra time to come here.

I have been to this place two times the first was with a friends my nails and toes turned out ok but she was unhappy with both. The second time I went alone. I was there over an hour before closing for a fill and pedi. Rebecca was rude to me about being there so close to close. I work right down the street got off and raced there. I asked if there was enough time I was told yes by the front desk and was seated. Rebecca came over she was chewing food in my face, gave me a hard time about there only being an hour before close, asked me for a tip and when she wasnt happy with the tip she didnt earn already was even worse to me, she intentionally got even sloppier after that the color and clear coat dont match up and the color discolored after a day. I have had some bad customer service and I have had some bad Mani pedis but this was the worst of both. I have never written a negative review but I just couldnt let this go. This place is expensive and the work is shotty at best. I went here off of a refferal and would never go back. On top of how bad the Polish and fill job in only two days I needed another fill. Dont go here save yourself the money I can think of other places I would rather give my business. I work hard and Im sure all of you do to.

This was my first time here, and I must say, I am beyond impressed! As soon as I sat down I was offered a beverage and a wide selection of colors and mani pedi options. Location was absolutely spotless with beautiful atmosphere. Tracy, my artist, was such a sweetheart. She was kind, attentive, thorough with both my massages and the toe nail art she did for me. She made sure I was comfortable at any given time and that towels/water etc was never too hot. She was gentle during the exfoliation massages as to not hurt my sensitive skin. All around really amazing experience. This is now my go to salon!😍

Today my mom & I came and got French SNS powder dip nails with the fake tips. I called in the morning and was able to make an appointment for us both a few hours later.I saw Vivian and my mom saw Emmy, and both ladies were very professional, very nice and did excellent work.The place is classy, beautiful, and relaxing on the inside and seemed very clean.My mom and I LOVE our nails and are very happy! This was our 2nd time going here for manicures and we’ve been very pleased both times.I highly recommend both ladies and this place in general! We will be returning for sure!It cost $48 for SNS French powder-dipped nails with the fake tips.

I love going to this salon. I especially enjoyed a Mani/Pedi by Anna today. She was not rushed and did a great job on my tough cuticles as well as an excellent massage.

Very bad and rude service. I’ve never seen service like this at any other Nail Salons. Their relationship to customers as like I forced them to work as NAILS TECHNICIAN. I asked to do Tip+Color and it cost $44, but they are charging $20 extra to clean cuticles. After that, I decided to do just gel Manicure and again to clean cuticles she asked me for extra $5. Honestly I was shocked, because how can Manicure be done without cleaning cuticles? Anyway it was my last time visiting this Salon.

EDITING TO ADD:. After emailing the owner about getting my nails redone for free they only offered that service if I removed my bad review. NO THANKS. If you didnt want a bad review then you should make sure everyone that is doing nails actually knows how to do nails 🤷🏻‍♀️I will be going elsewhere and will warn anyone who asks about this place.I got my nails done earlier today. I came in with pictures of how I wanted it and it came out as an uneven sloppy shape that I wanted. You can see through the acrylic where my real nail stops and the colored french tip begins. NOT cute. I was cut on my cuticles a few times when she was shaving down the acrylic. There is a bubble in the nail polish and its trying to rip off. There is another nail where the center of the polish is uneven. I didnt want to make a huge fuss because they were busy but I almost wanted to cry when I left. I was so excited and they came out horribly. I wanted to ask for my money back, and still do. I am not happy and these arent worth the $55 I paid

I have been going to this salon now for a few years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are professional, clean, courteous and just willing to help where they can. I have been to a few other salons the last 10 yrs and I could honestly say this little piece of paradise to relax and be pampered is the BEST they have around 💅🏻

Im a giant cheapo so I only go a few times a year and opt for the cheaper options in between. I dont mind not having a chandelier and bring my own drink so its not a huge draw for me.

First experience here was really nice. My second experience, I wouldnt consider getting acrylics here again for to the multiple hours of fixing we needed to do because the Polish wasnt setting. What kind of scared me is that they used thinner in their older polishes which isnt very good if you want a good coat or strong acrylics. It makes sense why my nail polish kept cracking. 2 days after having them and relaxing at home, my pinky and ring finger nails just pop off.Dont get me wrong, foot treatments here and dip polish were great. But I just dont see myself going back do to so many errors and time.

I came by for a manicure and was told the wait time was 50 minutes. I left my phone number and went walking. I waited an hour and a half and finally decided to call back. The person who answered said they called three times and couldnt get through. I verified they had the correct phone number. I had no missed calls and and no voicemails. I asked about still being able to come in and she had already scheduled someone over my timeAnd said she didnt have any time until another day. This was so disappointing.ive never had issues here with returns calls or service before.

I gave this place another shot after having a negative first experience. Sad to say that the experience still fell flat. I felt rushed (even with an appointment), a drill was used on my nails to remove gel polish (which I’ve never needed in the past), and the techs (both times) were too worried about who was coming through the door and burned me multiple times. Not acceptable, and I will not go back or recommend. This makes me sad because it’s convenient, has a great price point, and has a nice aesthetic.

I recently moved into the area and have been looking for a new salon. My daughter recommended Bella Dolche. I was immediately impressed. Very clean, great decor, extra amenities, friendly staff. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Manicure and pedicure were very well done. This may be my new go-to place. A bit more expensive that Im used to, but I think, overall, worth it.

Not very happy about the service provided here. They rush a lot and communication is really tough due to unclear English. This was my first time doing manicure pedicure with nail art in US so I needed proper information but was not guided so well. Its like you should better do some research and go & have well enough idea of what you need to do. Pedicure was done nicely but manicure I felt was not that good.

Nails are poorly shaped and the polish is uneven and bumpy. I could paint my toes better on my own on my bathroom floor. This place has really gone down hill and I will not be back. Im going out of town and just wanted my life to be easier. Now Ive wasted an hour and still have to go home, take my polish off and repaint my own toes. Waste of $40.

I enjoy getting a pedicure and on occasion a manicure and this place is nice, clean with a good ambience and I enjoy the service. They are full service with many options, gel, powder dip, acrylics, hot stone or paragon wax. They serve complimentary drink. You can purchase a alcoholic drinks. They are located off Bothell Everett Highway. There is lots of parking, disabled parking and good accessibility for Wheelchair and walkers. Ive gone several times, wether its been during the week or a weekend, on my own with others Ive never had to wait for service. Tips are only accepted in cash. I would have gave 5 stars but I felt they are a bit on the pricy side which I consider a good part of reviewing a place.

This is my go to nail place. I usually call in to make an appointment but they do take walk ins. The atmosphere here is very nice. Clean and organized. They do nails and waxing. Even tinting. They probably do more but thats all Ive been here for. They bring you free drinks while they pamper you. Nice place over all.

This place is quite a ways away from where I live and I dont have a car, but I will beg, borrow, and steal a ride to get here because they are hands-down my favorite place to get my nails done. Wow! I have been coming here the last 4 times I needed a eyebrow wax and they always do the best job! Nancy, by far in my whole 15 years of waxing has done the best! Thank you nancy. I will be recommending this place.

I have given this location several chances because it’s convenient however after multiple instances of their poor customer service I refuse to return to this nail salon. The quality of service is inconsistent and rushed yet they continue to raise their prices. One time appointments were made for three of us women to go for the same treatment they serviced two of us and made our friend wait for 45 minutes despite us all having appointments with no apology. This last visit the lady doing my nails told me how much tip she wanted when we saw me pull out cash to pay and then stood there and waited for me to give it to her In that amount, I was appalled by this customer service. Also this was only after I sat there while she told me she disliked the customer sitting next to me a refused to do her nails the entire time she was doing mine. I will no longer use this salon, they seem to have forgotten they are in a customer service industry due to there luck of staying busy simply because they are in a convenient location.

I have been having my nails done for 38 years. Belle Dolche Salon in Bothell is by far the best experience I have ever had. I have been going their for approximately 2 years now and their staff is consistently professional, friendly, personable and very attentive without interupting your relaxing experience. The salon is elegantly designed, organized, safe and clean. The fees are reasonable. The salon is often very busy but they seem to accommodate everyone with ease. Your business model is exceptional ~ Thank you!

I have never written a review before however my experience at this salon was just bad overall. It started with some not so great customer service and a guy who worked at the nail salon taking pictures/videos of my friend and I. The overall experience there was quite uncomfortable which is a shame because the salon itself is quite nice. The quality of the nails is also really not good, my acrylics are already lifting after less than a week of having them.Overall, I just wouldnt recommend visiting this business.

Its about as good as any other nail salon. There are good and bad people, unless you know who to ask for youre chancing it. Ive had good manicures and bad ones. The one thing that i hate is they only take cash tips...kind of weird.

I loved my manicure and gel nail dip. My Brazilian wax was very good, however there were a few missed spots that Ill make sure I mention (to ensure they arent missed again). Overall, I was very happy, and am definantly going back! Nice atmosphere, quick service, great prices!

Worst nail experience EVER! i got dip with tips for the first time and after just a couple days ALL my nails started cracking right in the middle. in the first week, i got one nail fixed after it broke, then i had to come in the very next day to get another one fixed. AND THEY CHARGED ME. half of my natural nails broke in half which was extremely painful. terrible service, quality, experience. if i could give them zero stars, i would.

I came in for a full acrylic nail set and within two days they started to fall off. Within one week, seven of my nails had fallen off from doing every day tasks. This should not be happening, acrylic nail sets should last 3-4 weeks. I went in to receive a refund, and they would not give me one. They did give me a gift card, but obviously I do not want to return after this experience. If someone pays upwards of $60 for a service which was poorly done, you should refund the customer.

I love this nail salon! Every time I have the chance to swing this way (I live in a nearby city) - I do. The salon is large and spacious but still personal. I love the amenities like a glass of wine or a slushee. Trinni helped me today for my pedicure and did a wonderful design, plus a superb job on the pedi itself. I feel pampered and happy - exactly what you need and want !

I got a French pedicure and it was pretty good. The lady I got wasnt super attentive to detail but she did a good job with the pedicure. The massage could have been better, they did great on the legs but not so much the feet. Their options for how luxurious you want your visit to be are great. Ill probably go for a manicure but Im hesitant to go for a pedicure again. They are conveniently located but the prices are high so Im still on the fence about this place.My mother came with me and waited 25 minutes for her pedicure to even begin. They gave us 10% off for the wait but then we had to go back because her lady forgot the pink lacquer and top coat. They fixed it for free as soon as we went back.

I have been coming here for about 2 years now! I have been to many different nail salons over the years. The first thing that made Bella Dolche my salon of choice is the level of cleanliness. Probably the cleanest I have been to. And of course, the service has always been Great!

I have never made an appointment and able to walk in with little to no wait to receive service. The manager is always present and offering drinks. He pitches in to get customers started when they are very busy. I have been there 4 times so far and intend to continue. I have been helped by Tony twice and another lady twice who I cant remember her name. (My suggestion is employees wear name tags as it is helpful) both times the young lady helped me, she seemed rushed, cut a cuticle both times, did not massage my upper arms, and did not get the shellac all the way to the cuticle. The shape and length was ok but I am not sure how to tell her exactly what I want. Tony, however, always does a phenomenal job and I always leave smiling! He always gets the length and shape perfect as well as giving the best forearm massages with a smile and engaging his customers. He also helps advise on quality products as well as his professional opinion on what colors look best with your skin tone. I will be booking appointments with Tony from here on out!

Lee is absolutely amazing! The salon is extremely clean and friendly. They offer drinks upon arrival along with several different services. The lotions and polishes are all top grade. Wont go anywhere else.

They are clean and its usually not too long of a wait as they are staffed well and my daughter loves the free drinks!

I have been coming here for a few months I typically get either a manicure or a pedicure. Ive had a great experience every time and am happy with how my nails look and feel after. I have even referred my mom (who lives farther away) and she has had a similar experience. I have made appointments, and walked in, both are easy to do. My most recent experience I was getting a manicure for an upcoming work presentation, and had my four month only son with me. During my manicure, he woke up from his nap and became quite fussy. I was very embarrassed, but one of the available technicians came sat down at the chair next to me and held him, which immediately calmed him down. I was very grateful for the kindness and understanding. I would definitely recommend!

Made me sit with hot water in my feet for 20 minutes to only come and say it will take 15 mins more. Like my feet were wet for like almost half hour. If you don’t have technician available let the customer know before and they can make a decision of not waiting.

I have been coming here for a few years now. Its true, sometimes you get someone who is just riding the clock and not all interested in quality service, but they dont last long. I have learned that the core group of employees truly care about the work and take an interest in ensuring the customer is happy.Im not going to say who my favorite is because she already has a very full schedule, but if you ask for someone who has been there a long time you should get great service.

Very fancy atmosphere, at the same time laid-back and inexpensive. You walk in and your Pampered from the minute you get in. You are offered a beverage while you get your pedicure and other spa treatment. This place is very affordable, without sacrificing service, quality or decor. My wife and I have been here several times and we will continue to come for the great service, the hospitality and a great value.

Went in for a full set of acrylic nails, sloppy job, bumps on the sides and poor application of polish. I asked the manicurist to cover the sides and tips of the nails with shellac and she seemed bothered by my request saying it was hard. Not sure the name of the lady, she was older one in the salon

Ive been here twice and got nail fungus from the tools they used each time. I went to get my nails done for my wedding day and got a cut above my thumb nail from one of the workers that was bleeding a lot. Also my nails clipped two days later. Such a bummer since the atmosphere is great...

I had horrible experience getting my nails done. The tech was so rude and almost hurt me multiple times. The nail paint he put was so thick and blobby. It’s already coming off and it’s not been even one day. Never had such bad experience, will never recommend them or go back.

Nice place. That is about it.Full set of acrylic look terrible and I dont know what to do about it.I asked her for the length of what her nails are and almond shape. She made them long and pointy. I figured she would shorten them as she shaped them, nope. She said it was too late to change the shape. I figured the shape would be something different… Still left long, even though I asked her to shorten themThey looked ok when left but, as we all do, afterwards we all look at them closer later. Different shapes, not even close to what I was looking for. If you want to go here, I would try to go during the week.
