I love going here and love the energy of the shop!! The main person I love to have do my nails is Tracy I feel like she takes her time and is all about making the client happy and enjoy the work she puts in on the nails!! The one person that works there that I feel doesn’t even try is Jenny. I feel like she just rushes through and doesn’t care what kind of job is done! Every time my nails are done by her they are lifting within a week or they are all different lengths and shapes! She also looks as if she is just not interested in doing the job! Everyone else in the shop is just as welcoming and such amazing customer service! I do recommend this place because it is a awesome and relaxing atmosphere!!!

Very nice and reasonable prices! I showed the tech a picture of the marbled look I wanted and she kept fixing it till it looked right! I will definitely be returning!

I visited this place today (1st time visitor) i was a walk in and was seated quickly why they have 1 star... my toes look like my 8 year old niece painted them they arw not smooth to the touch and many spaces on my feet are without polish.... there is polish all around the sides of toes.. I asked for a design but it was horrible so i had her take it off... i paid for spa pedicure but received regular pedicure... this was just a horrible experience

We have been frequenting this store for years. Owner and all the techs are super nice. They do an outstanding job and reasonably priced. Get in there, your hands and feet will love you for it!

I absolutely love this place I have been going the for over 6 years. I moved out the area and that was the first place I went back to. I love it when a business remembers you and what services you love!

This is my favorite nail shop. Today my 6 year old granddaughter had her 1st pedicure and loved it too.

This was by far the coolest pedicure ever! Tracy and Helen are so funny and helped me translate Vietnamese words, we joked and laughed and had a great time. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!!

The young lady who did my gel polish was awesome. However, when I went to check out.... they informed me that I had to pay an extra $3 for a nail file & buffer (I did not ask for these), and they also charged me a $2 Covid cleaning fee. WOW. Therefore, they added an additional $5 to my charges I was not aware of when I went in. First and last time. Ask ahead of time before you walk in! Seriously sketchy!

Had my own nails gel polished. Its been 12 days and they havent chipped or faded. They still look beautiful. Booking another appointment now.

First time customer.. Called was told that they accept walk-in...attempted to walkin and was stopped at the threshold and told that they were busy and told to come back for pedicure. I turned around and left as no further dialog was needed.. but I WILL NEVER return. Lady behind me walked up to my car and apologized for the behavior because she WAS ALLOWED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 30 MINUTES. Again I will NEVER RETURN.

Helen is great!!! I think most of them have done my nails at least once but Helen is my favorite!!!

Horrible experience! I came in to receive an acrylic overlay on my real nails... had to dip my hands in acetone for over 45 mins, then was repeatedly told my nails were fake as the lady shaved my REAL nails down and continued to agrue with me in a loud tone along with her co worker then they proceeded to speak back and forth about the incident with an attitude. I decided to stop receiving service from them because they were so unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I’m a regularly at getting my nails done biweekly and have never came across such a bad experience and rudeness

Went in for an eyebrow wax and it was a rushed job so much so that 3/4 of one of my brows was waxed off. Shape was off and there was no attempt to fix it. Never again.

So, I went back last week to have my nails done, and let me first say, I understand Covid prices and everything, but I am highly upset this time. I had 2 very important shows last week and I came here to get me nails done, paying $30 for a fill-in and my nail and the paint chipped THE NEXT DAY. I went back that Saturday to get it repaired and the front desk lady, though she didnt charge me, she didnt check the shape of my nails. First off, the guy thats there, doesnt know how to finesse a woman. Hes very sharp with his words like youre in a concentration camp. He says Pick your color and sit down. I almost forgot who I was for a moment and had to talk myself out of blacking out on him. Not comfortable at all. I knew I shouldve left then, BUT I was pressed for time. So, the nail tech, she filed my nail, semi buffed it, put only 2 coats of polish on my nail, got up and went back to watch her show on television. The UV lamp she used, felt like I put my hand in a sand box. Letting know that the thing had not been cleaned. Normally when I have my nails done, they last ATLEAST 3 weeks before I need a fill. Not only have 4 of my natural nails chipped and one broken, but the polish has peeled off!! This has NEVER happened to me. I have walked around embarrassed by my nails all because of the nail techs not caring. I dont have the time to frequent the nail salon and give them all my money. This is VERY disappointing. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT be going back to this spot. VERY disappointing

I went in for a set and pedicure. First off, I couldnt even enjoy my pedicure because they start glueing the acrylics on.. As I try to enjoy my pedicure this rude lady sticks a paper towel role and ask me to put my arms there one at a time as she glued away...The pedicure lady was good her name is Sally. The lady that did my nails is HORRIBLE-BAD-RUDE-CANT DO NAILS!!!I asked for round and one hand the nails are a tad shorter.. Then she did t even really do anything but glue, cut, add powder, and paint. I asked her arent you going to push it back and clean it up and she said no, thats $10 extra you only asked for a set, but the other salons Ive been too clean up my nail bed prior to glueing on the nails. She also missed several spots and when I told her she said do you want me to paint under the skin so Im like look so she painted were there was obviously no nail polish ... It looked liked an amateur did my nails not professional at all!!!!! Ive been to the nail salon in Kempsriver shopping center and the nail salon in Pembroke Mall and wanted to try them since I was at Starbucks.... What a horrible horrible mistake!!!$50 + $5 tip was not worth it!!! Dont go here! Go somewhere else... I paid and added the $5 tip before she painted my nails I told them $3 for the pedicure lady but after the disgusting nail job and the unprofessionalism I told the nasty lady who was doing my nails to give the entire $5 tip to Sally who gave me my pedicure... I really wanted to like this place because I live 3 min away, but as amarketing professional who has frequented salons in NYC, South Florida, and here, Ive got to say this was the worst nail salon visit.They will be out of business soon. They dont care about providing quality work or customer service... Only take your money and too bad if your not satisfied. Save yourself the time, money, and energy and DO NOT GO HERE. Go somewhere else but here!

I got a manicure and pedicure. my manicure felt rushed. my nails look bulky and theres polish left on my fingers. didnt even reach fully to the cuticle. my toes were done nicely by another woman there, took her time and made sure no polish was left along cuticles

Sweet clientele! A regular paid for my daughter to get her nails painted. She said, For being a good mom. I almost cried! I think she has rocked my son in his carseat before too. Staff is fast, friendly, and music is relaxing.

Absolutely fantastic! I stopped in here while out running errands, and I only had a small amount of time, but Tracy immediately took me to her station, and did a fantastic job manicure on my nails! She took care of all the hangnails, all of the other small issues my nails were having, and shaped my nails beautifully before painting them. The shop was clean and calm and comforting, and I had an absolutely amazing experience! I will absolutely be back for my pedicure later this week! Highly recommend!

Always immediately get sat down at a station and provided service. Whether it’s a Friday night and they are slammed or a day during the week where they are slower. They always have adequate employees taking care of customers. I’ve been offered water to drink, they always provide great service too. My usual is a gel manicure and I add pedicures during the summer.

Ms. Tracy is very nice and did an excellent job on my nails and toes. I was her last customer and she did not rush to get me out of the salon. I will be back real soon🥰

Ive been coming here periodically for several years. I always get great service with usually no wait. They do a great job conditioning the nails and skin before the polish, and do a great message as well. Many salons have a strong smell, and this one does not. The recently got new chairs for pedicures that are very comfortable and have multiple massage settings. Definitely recommend.

They rushed through everything and took no pride in their work. I’m very disappointed. Nails looked uneven and crooked. When I asked them to take off the acrylic nails they carelessly butchered my own nails.

When I wrote my first review, I was mostly visiting this place for pedis. I had an amazing experience. I was always offered a beverage during my process. Perfect staffs! And I didnt know what scrub they used on my hands. The atmosphere is relaxation AND bright. In fact, I dont know go anywhere else! Thanks very much.

They usually do an adequate job and are mostly quick and cheap, but I went in today to get my usual gel fill and it was a completely dissatisfying experience. “Jenny” did an awful, rushed, and careless job. She seemed more interested in the movie playing than what she was doing. My nails are so uneven and sloppy. I won’t be going back!

Went here yesterday for the first time. Horrible experience!!!! The young man working on me was nice enough but clearly did not know what he was doing. I went in for a manicure, was talked in to gel polish, after applying two coats, he said there was a problem with the polish and that he had to start over. Soaked and scraped that off, then had a problem again while applying a different polish. Another employee stepped in to help. My nails looked awful and I asked the polish be removed. I was there TWO hours, left with my nails looking worse than when I arrived and feeling sore and thin from all of the acetone, scraping and filing. I will never go here again!

There was a time when this was my go to place. Sadly services have gone down hill. Ladies wont hang up their phones before services and when they do they act less than professional, knowledgeable technicians. From nails to waxing services, Im sadly disappointed.

Terrible service! Technician barely spent any time filing or trimming my nails... She even left nail polish on and was ready to repaint my nails. I had to ask her to finish removing... Quickest pedicure ever! She was distracted the entire time greeting customers walking in the door... Seemed very rushed. Definitely not worth $25. The salon is dirty and dingy looking. The man that came to the register to take my payment still had on gloves from working on his client. He took my credit card with his gloved hands, took a bite of his milk shake while waiting for the credit card to process, then handed me back my credit card... Gross! Totally feel ripped off... Just wasted $25.

So if I share the best pedicure massage ever from Jackson then will he ever again be able to fit me in! Hmmm.

The owner was just as rude as the other employees who work there, I could find better customer service at Walmart. Save your money for a better nail salon.

First time going to this place. I liked it but I did not love it my message could have been better. It took about an hour for me to get pedicure and full set.

RUDE, RUDE & RUDER!! I stopped by bcs I was shopping nearby. NEVER AGAIN!!! Rushed me to pick my color. NO SMILE. Left my thumb nail she was supposed to fix crooked, did not care about my concerns & told me, Its just a fill-in. Pass them by! I see why they only have 3 stars....

Filed my nails to uneven and crooked stuvs then gave me the wrong color, I tried to point out the color and the tech kept telling me the 2nd coat would darken it, 2 coats doesnt change bubblegum pink to mauve. Not surprised that the gel polish bubbled and peeled within 2 hours from leaving the salon.

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON. IT SHOULD TAKE MORE THAN 11 MINUTES TO HAVE A FILL IN. WORST JOB EVER. SUPER RUSHED AND IT SHOWS. I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER SALON TO GE THEM REDONE.

A week ago, I got a full set with GEL polish, and while my nails were being filed down, they kept popping off. When they were filing my nails down, they were rough, and impatient and didnt take the time to make sure they were correct. They added glue back on the nail, and went directly to filing and it popped off once again. Needless to say, these nails were obviously not put on correctly. I go home and less than a week later, I put on a SHOE and the nail just pops off, at the exact spot which they had reglued it multiple times. A couple days later, another one simply POPS off when my hand hit a wall... gently. Its as if they were stick on nails from claires.. not pleased and regret paying $40 for my nails to fall off...

She completely ruined my nail. Told me I was wrong and then confirmed if I still wanted my toes painted bcs she knew I was dissatisfied. Did not say thank you. Pass them by. I will NEVER return and if youre looking for a nail salon with FRIENDLY customer service and integrity, I suggest you dont waste your money either.
