I truly love this place, they’re so caring and passionate and respectful. The guy who does my toes is an amazing gentleman who is talkative and very attentive. The women who have done my nails have been extremely respectful of my ideas and even when i changed my polish/idea like 4 times. It is a bit expensive but it’s honestly SO worth it.

I love the people that work here! They are so polite and I experience only top quality service when I come here! Beware though. Doing a walk in, is not going to benefit you. They are booked to the brim regularly! Call in make your appointment a day ahead of time. You will get special treatment for doing so. They really put time in to making me feel relaxed in the pedicure room and I only do specialty nails and they listen to what I want.

Wish could give zero star. Not friendly at all. I got powder gel done and it came off in 2 days. I went back to get it done again and same thing. They were very rude when I didnt have cash. Not going back there ever

I have got my stuff done here forever! Then when my daughter wanted for her birthday we said why not. They did not disappoint! 7 girls mani pedi a full acrylic set for my older daughter and two mom pedicures. I will definitely continue to support them.

Enjoyed coming here to get my acrylic nails done. Felix did my full set and I loved it ! Will be coming back for other services in the future !

I have been going to the salon periodically since it first opened. The staff are always very kind and helpful. The salon itself is always very clean and I appreciate little things they do (letting you pick scrubs for pedicures, etc) to stand out. In addition, I really enjoy the private pedicure room! However, the last few times I have visited for a gel manicure the polish peels off within a week. This is the 3rd time now and sadly I no longer plan to utilize the salon.

The staff is friendly and professional. You can sip on wine while you get a mani or pedi.

Beautiful salon, but what has really sold me is their quiet room for the times you want a peaceful and relaxing pedicure experience. Staff are very friendly and they do an amazing job with manicures and pedicures.

I set my appointment for 115They told me 1Call me as I’m coming into town to be in at 130Start me 145Then my nails come out chunky and misshapen and my nails were burning because of excess gel used where nearly a half hour after my manicure it’s still burningI called trying to get them fixed because they were done poor and there were more excuses about why it was done wrong “oh you have long nails “ yes I have for three years doesn’t change the shape and thickness and condition of my nails

I would definitely recommend the CBD pedicure. The nail techician was amazing. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Left feeling refreshed and will definitely come back again!

I have tried several times get mani/Pedis done here because it is so conveniently located and closer than my original nail place. First time I just thought it was a fluke but this is the second time my pedi chipped after a few days!!!! My daughter also has gotten full set dipped nails with extensions that have fallen off after just a week both times! She was choosing a color and the nail tech said please hurry I have another apt after you. At me regular nail place, I dont even get gel on my toes to last my vacations and they last with regular polish a whole 2 weeks if not more. Dipped nails are thick and color fades in a weird way. Just done spending my money here for the poor quality!

Like many larger salons, quality seems dependant on which technician you get. Came in with a friend, we both got the spa pedicure and I got a dip manicure, my friend a regular manicure.The man who did my pedicure was good at everything but the massage ( I paid extra) he just rubbed lotion on my legs for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, my friend got an awesome massage that made me jealous.My dip manicure was not so good. It started okay, but then the girl decided to accept a walk-in and became noticeably rushed. She gouged into the nail twice and had to repair. My nails were left uneven and crooked. She didnt finish the manicure part, no cuticle treatment or lotion (I was charged for it, however). She just left my hands dry and dusty from filing -- and didnt have me wash at any point. The worst part - she just pulled her tools from her bag and started using. When she was done, she threw them back in and went out to service the walk-in. As I was leaving, she was already working on the new customer, and there is NO WAY she cleaned those tools. For this alone, I will pass on coming back again.

This salon is gorgeous and people are friendly. The reason for 3 stars is my nails. I went and got a full set with gel polish yesterday and so many nails are uneven. Some are SO thick. Some look like and feel like they are going to lift in just a few days. They just don’t look that great. BUT I will still be back and try someone different next time!

I absolutely love getting my nails done here. Everyone is extremely nice and Ive never had a bad set (I get acrylics). Lovely set up and great selections.

I have been going to this salon since it first opened. It is extraordinary. The staff are all amazing. Not only do they give great manicures and pedicures, the atmosphere is fun and incredibly relaxing. The salon itself is beautifully designed in a very contemporary way and absolutely spotless. I could not recommend this salon more highly.

This is the go-to place in Middleton for nails. Very clean, welcoming staff, and great add-ons to pedicures including hot stone massages and wax treatment. Dont want to go anywhere else!

1rst time visiting and was very pleased. I have very healthy strong nails & he gently filed my polish off & gently buffed my nails. Many other salons will over file my nails and make my nails thin & weak.Polish is very clean & close to the cuticle. Which should make it last longer. Warm parifin dip was a real treat too. Will visit again.

LOVED this place! I’ve been looking for a new nail place that I can come to regularly and I’ve found it. I’ve tried several over the past few months and they all have that rushed, get you in and out as quickly as possible factory feeling. I enjoy having pretty nails but I also want to enjoy the experience of getting them. The moment I opened the door I could tell this place was different. Completely different vibe then the other places and I loved it. Had a spa pedicure and dip nails, love them both. If you’re looking for a relaxing place with great techs and lots of colors this is the perfect place.

I am so extremely impressed with the salon, its absolutely beautiful, and Sean/Shawn (spelling may be incorrect) was so friendly and did an amazing job on my nails. I will be back again and again...

Just left the nail salon and not only did this lady rush but didnt even cut my cuticles and I asked and she said it was extra like what? Takes like 3 seconds! I usually go to Happy Nails & spa and they usually cut my cuticles without me asking and only went here to give this place a try since it was new. And her tools were not clean at all, after going to cosmetology school and knowing all the inflections that can happen I will no longer go here. The only thing she did right was leave my nails with no bumps since its so common when having nail dip done. Besides the lady this place is beyond clean and beautiful just wish I had a good experience.

My nail tech was fantastic. I had my kids with me and they were all very patient and my nails looked great when I left.

I love the customer service, they were so nice and offered drinks when we checked in. They didnt make a lot of small talk but that was good for me because Im a socially awkward person. For the first time that I got my nails done, this was amazing.

Made an appointment ahead of time only to sit for 25 minutes past my appointment time waiting. When I asked how much longer I was told another 15 minutes. Why take an appointment when youre clearly already booked.

This nail salon is a hit or miss as far as customer service and nail services. One day you can visit and there will be great service and the people are kind. Another day can be a totally different story. It depends on the person and the mood they are in. With that said, I would not recommend going there. Unless you like the unknown of how you’ll be treated or the services you will get. I think it was more disappointing the way the people treated us. Just over all kind of rude, abrasive.Their sister salon in Fitchburg is, on the other hand, a nice place.

I have had manicures done here three times. Each time I have always felt rushed (and they are not even busy)? Staff are not friendly and today the manicure was extremely sloppy. I was told cuticle cleaning would be an extra charge. For $40, I would expect that would be included. I will not be returning.

I got a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was relaxing and the full set is beautiful. Shaun did my nails and I got so many compliments! Will be back again for sure.

My mother and I went in yesterday to get mani pedis. I have been to much more expensive salons and this is my new favorite. They are attentive to every need! My nails look wonderful and we were out in a reasonable time. The man and woman who did our nails were very professional and communicative. The facilities are clean and well managed, there are lots of pedicure chairs, nail tables, and even a drying station. I hope to go again soon and try their dip powders!

This place is very nice. It has a very relaxing atmosphere for the pedicures. It is a must try.

It was terrible I went like last week and when the lady that was doing my nails she made the shape uneven (I asked for rounded) but they turned out like a square round and also made around my finger bleed and also she wasnt focused on me and my nails she was to occupied talking to another lady. Also she was very rough with me and how she grabbed my hands I will never go back there again!!!!

The pedicure and massage was really nice and relaxing, but my gel manicure lady didnt do a really good job drying it. The layer was kind of coming off after I was done with it.

This place is amazing...clean, relaxing, amazing..best pedi around...separate rooms for different services...drinks to include wine...the ability to have a wedding party..friendly staff..great products....honestly I am not sure if I spent anymore for the services there but I do not care one bit if I did...totally worth every penny!! I will def be a repeat customer!!!

I am not from the Madison area, and had been really excited to go to this salon since a friend has done nothing but talk them up. We both got the second tier (I believe) if pedicures, I believe they were $75? I myself had not had a pedicure in YEARS so I was extactic and had literally been dreaming of it. I had expressed to the man multiple times how I was excited for the “cheese grater” to get all of my dead skin off, but he refused to use it. My friend got it, but I did not.. he also rubbed my calf’s literally SO hard that they were bruised for about 3 days after. My calf’s were very sore and splotchy, and my shins hurt so bad shaving was an actual issue. This was not the kind of experience I was hoping for at all. My friend even said to me “Wow, he did not like you at all.” Will never return, and wish I would have spent my money elsewhere, or wish I wouldn’t have gone at all.

Really bad customer service! Started off with the nail tech using the Dremel on my nails before she did anything else...I let her know we had scheduled a manicure though. She said, “no, you said dips.” I clarified (again) we had scheduled a dip manicure. She said, “you should have told me sooner.” I’m thinking, wait, what!? We did tell tell you when we scheduled the appts. After the heinous mistake of reminding her that we had scheduled a manicure, she seemed really annoyed and was grabbing my hands really roughly. She then told me I just needed “to relax.” And she said “you don’t need to help me.” Ok, sure.... I let her know I really wasn’t trying to “help her”. Then at one point during my dip manicure, I pulled my finger away and asked her to stop filing because she was filing my skin (and it hurt). She told me she needed to shape it, grabbed my hand, and kept filing the same finger. So I pulled my hand away (again) and told her that there was nothing left to shape because she was filing my skin. She said, “you don’t want your nails shaped? Fine.” And she proceeded to put away her nail trimming tools and started using the dremel on my nails (for a second time) leaving the rest of the nails untrimmed. She also started applying the dips without having me rinse off the lotion she had put on. (So now I need to get these removed ASAP to avoid moisture from the lotion staying trapped under the dip.) To finish off the bad experience, the dip manicure I received looks bad and has a bunch of lines and divots through them where the Dremel that was used gouged into the dip. I am not sure why the nail tech was so rude. She must’ve been having a bad day or something. But when discussed with the manager, we were informed that it was just “cultural differences.” Which is ridiculous because I’ve never ever experienced anything like this when i have received manicures/pedicures from other nail salons. Ultimately, no apology was provided. Polite pass on this place!

It was the best pedicure that i’ver had. Staffs are so friendly. The establishment is so clean. They use all the disposal kits for each pedi or mani. I can pick my own scrub and candle wax for my pedi. I do love the relaxing room experience. It was really amazing. I definitely will be back.
