This is my favorite place to get manicures, my tec always does the best job ever i cant thank him enough!

The set up is nice. I think they use too much acrylic on the nails. My nails are so think Im afraid of getting a fill and the nails being thicker. Idk if I would go back. I do like they are open on Sundays and can do the ombre affect with any color.

I came here one time to get a fill and they did SOOO much better and did an amazing job with my nail set and i have been coming back ever since, pretty affordable definetly nothing crazy or suprising and they are so kind and very put together. every nail set ive had from here are always shaped sooo well and precise, not thick and not too thin

This was my first time here. Its right across from my house and never thought about going. I came in 01/01 to get the good nails for the new year. They saw me right away. Explained what had to be done to get the look I wanted. Once I started to finish up it started to getting super busy. I love the fact that my nails arent thick like other places do they did an amazing job on my ombre and I will definitely be going back 100%

I did a pedicure with this place. I had the guy with the earring. He seemed very rushed and didn’t seem to care about his current client (me) that he was servicing. He walked away for 15 mins during my pedicure. He also touched someone else’s pedicure chair/feet with the same gloves that he used to touch my feet, and went back to touch my feet again. During Covid or at anytime, that is unacceptable and unsanitary.The nail salon is taking precautions and using dividers between the clients and the nail techs. I am rewarding them 2 stars because of the precautions they are taking, not because of their quality of service.I just feel like I was not cared for during my visit as well as I should have. I was also offered a free eyebrow waxing or lip waxing when booking my appointment. The man who did my service did not offer this service, nor did he even say one word to me during my service. No smile, nothing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

First time at Luxury Nails II, definitely not my last! This is by far the cleanest nail salon I’ve been to in my area of Virginia Beach. Plus the chemical smell isn’t insanely overpowering and the temperature is perfect on this hot summer day! My daughter and I were greeted by the sweetest receptionist and all the technicians were friendly and professional. Really glad we took a chance and stopped in.

I’ve went to this nails salon 3 times in the last two years! I was recommended by my aunt! The first time was good! The second time was horrendous! I wasn’t told the press before I got my nails done! The price that they charged was high-priced! A week in after I got my nails done, nails were coming off left and right! My mother called in to make a complaint and to see if they can fix it! Which they agreed to and I made a appointment! When I get there the receptionist asked what I’m getting done and I said I’m here to get my nails fixed! She said ok! The lady that did my nails told me to pick out a color and I did! Me thinking the she must be doing a full set for free! I was wrong! She takes the rest of the nails off and does a full set! Now mind u I’m thinking this Is for free since they messed up! When the lady isDone my nails, she’s telling me what she’s charging me! I’m confused bc this should be for free! She didn’t have to do a full set! She’s telling me she’s charging half! I’m paid! But trust and believe I will never being going back! U charged me to fix nails that you’ll messed up on! I would not go here! They scammed me! Never again!

Always clean but extra precautions taken now. Dream did my pedi, first but not last time for her. She was so personable & gave me one of the best pedis Ive had in a long time.

Been going here since they opened. Freddie is amazing as is Tiffany. Theyre up with all the trends (dip powder in so many different colours) as well as traditional colour and gel.I pick and bite my nails so if I dont have something on them they quickly become wee nubs. My dip powder lasts a solid month, and other than the growth on my nail beds, it still looks amazing 30 days later.

I liked the place because they do a very good job but this particular incident has made me change my original thoughts about this place but hopefully they rectify this issue before I leave. Update. I cant Rave enough about this place and its Staff! This place is well-managed, provides great services. The staffs here are so funny and fun to talk to. Did such a good job on my nails. A must go, this is a diamond in the mine. I recommend giving them a try.

The nail tech that did my nails was awful, not friendly, and rushed through my pedicure. The pedicure is sloppy, he kept hurting me and my toes are swollen from him rushing to trim them and plucking at them. I wasnt told a price beforehand and when he finished he got up and walked away and I had to wait for someone else to ring me up. It was posted that we had to sign a waiver but they didnt make us sign a waiver. My sister who was with me got taken back first and I waited about 15-20 mins before it was my turn but yet he finished way before my sister was done.

My dip powder manicure lasts 3 weeks every time and I love the wax and massage at the end!

I drove in 30 minutes to this nail store! And was not disappointed. I stepped in and they took care of me immediately! They again kept checking in with me. And made sure that things are done right. Tools are clean which is most important in my mind. Will just go to this spot. Worth EVERY penny.

I brought my two daughters & my oldest daughters friend here to get there nails done, my oldest & her friend got a full set & my youngest got her nails painted with gel nail polish,there was no wait,they were seated as soon as we walked in, they were all very nice & the shop was clean, I would have gave more stars however it took over 2hrs. For my oldest daughter to get her nails done, so my youngest daughter & my other daughters friend were already done & we ended up waiting over a hour and a half for them to finish her nails & I think there overpriced, I paid $20 just to have nail polish on my youngest,my daughters friends nails were $45 & my other daughter who got the same as her friend was $55 + tips for all 3 nail tecks.....we will probably be going to a different nail salon from now on

I always like the job done but the employees are a little soft-spoken which makes transactions difficult. Not to put anybody down. Everyone is friendly and the job is always exceptional, but I dont like having to ask people to repeat themselves and strain my ears to hear the response.

Luckily I found this place after trying so many others, I have had three different people and everyone of them are just as good as the other. Tony, Tiffany, and Freddie are amazing I will never go anywhere else

Linn and Kaley are the best here. They are all very nice. They don’t do your nails like you ask. They always say no I do like this for you. I want my acrylic down to my cuticle. Not halfway down my nail. I asked for a specific nail art and they say they can’t do it. Then I see on their Facebook page that they did it for someone else.

Awesome! I stopped by this afternoon, decided to give them a try since I was in dire need and our office just opened up next door. I have to be honest, I know that Im picky when it comes to my nails. SON helped me out today, he did a fantastic job! He actually listened to my request and was very nice!! I love my nails, thank you SON!

I’ve been coming here since I moved but after today, I will absolutely never come back here again. I came in the night before for a fill and had asked for an ombré. Paid $35 and thought that was a bit too much but it was too late. Still paid and even tipped well. But before I paid I showed a picture of the nails I was aiming for and ASKED if this was something they could do. 1.It was not what I asked for 2. It was rushed because it was the last hour before closing and just completely looked rushed and messy. The guy who was originally doing my nails had to ask someone to help him. If it wasn’t something he couldn’t do, then I would’ve kept it simple but the proceeded trying to do the ombré. Since they were closing I didn’t want to ask them to redo it since I’m sure it’s been a long day for them and assumed I can come back the next day. I’ve gone to multiple nail salons and they’ve always done this as a courtesy ESPECIALLY if it hasn’t even been a full day. Anyways, I came back the next day asking if they can redo my nails because they were not what I had asked for and even told them it was messy. The lady I spoke to said it would be another $10... it does not cost $45 for a fill! And on top of that they were making such a big deal that I wanted them to fix it. I was being courteous by not telling them at closing to redo everything and If I would have known they’d try to charge me more, then I would’ve just asked despite the fact they were closing. Ridiculous. If you can’t do something, just be honest so either parties aren’t wasting their time or money. Never again.

The staff is always friendly and does great work. You never have to wait long, even for walk-ins. New renovations have the place looking great with a very relaxed atmosphere.

I went here since it was close to my house. Asked for a simple manicure. The young man that works there did my nails. It was rushed and messy. He used the grinder on my nails, which ended up leaving divots. Also, he put 2 coats of polish and a top coat on my nails without letting any coat dry. He put on one coat and immediately did the second. They were thick and chunky. He then rushed me out to pay and I messed my nails up just trying to pay. By far the worst experience of nails I’ve ever had. Who doesn’t let nails dry between coats??? Who is this guy and why is he doing nails??

My grandmother got a gel manicure and 4 days later the polish began to lift. She decided to go back and let them know because it normally lasts two weeks. She washes the dishes with gloves on and doesnt do a lot of vigourous work. They kept blaming her for her nails being messed up, they only fixed a few of them and when she was done, the lady got up and left from her table without saying anything. When she told one of them, 4 of them began to talk about her and look at her as if she wasn’t even there. It was a waste of money. I personally went a couple of weeks ago and I was also treated poorly, my nails were messed up and they talked down to me. My grandmother and I have been a regular customer for a couple of years and never in my life had either of us been treated so poorly. This establishment has a lot of room for improvement. Their rudeness was unbelievable, my grandmother and I will never go back. If you care about your nails and the value of your money being spent, do not waste it here.

My daughter Alexis and I have been going to Lynn at this salon for years. Whether it’s lashes, pedicure or manicure she ALWAYS delivers. I love this place!!!

My boyfriend and I went in to get pedicures and we both got the hot stone pedicure the MOST expensive one on there list. The people where very nice and talked to us. The foot tub was very clean but they used tools that had been previously used on other clients. When you can see white debri on the nail files its been used on someone else, by law they should be using a new file on every client, theyre not expensive at all the purchase. My boyfriend and I spent $110 on this stone pedicure and didnt even receive the hot stones ! I was furious. Dont call it hot stone or have a picture of hot stones on the filer if your NOT going to use them! We couldve easily spent maybe $60 tops for both of us and got the same pedicure. I will not be paying for pedicures there anymore.

Already had acrylic nails on when I came in. Instead of soaking my nails the woman popped them all off with the tip of another fake nail. It was painful but she did my nails beautifully. Still I will probably not be returning.

Just received the worst experience Ive ever received at this salon. Me and my wife live in the complex and come to this salon all the time to get pedicures. Today I got there and waited 30 minutes which wasnt a problem because they were busy. The problem came when i went in the back sat in a chair waited another 20 minutes just to see people coming in after me be attended to while I was still sitting there!

Service was horrible! Went in for a pedicure with a friend, they put us both in the water and my friend got her complete pedicure and nobody ever even came to me at all. Nothing was said to me about why or anything. Needless to say when my friend was done I got up and left! I will never return and both of us always go there for pedicures, and eyebrows.. NO MORE!!

Ive been coming to this shop for a couple years. Not necessarily because they do a good job, but because its so close to my house and theres hardly ever a wait. Ive also told several people about them, bringing even more business. However, the last time I went there, the tech INSISTED that I get gel polish almost the entire time I was getting my nails done after I told her I was fine with the regular polish. She asked me about 5-6 times. After she got the hint, she was extremely rude and rushed thru everything. After she was done, I sat down at the drying station and she said Ok thatll be $___ and proceeded to reach into my jacket pocket, grabbed my wallet, opened it and asked Which one? Is it this red one?. That day I had on a jean jacket and my wallet was kinda sticking out so it wasnt hard to grab. She took my card up to the front and brought it back with a receipt.Honestly, I was speechless at the time because I couldnt believe what was happening. I cant believe that she was bold enough to go into a customers wallet and pull out their credit card. To me, that’s the equivalent of going in someone’s purse. So not only was I disappointed with my nails, I was appalled at her behavior. Completely disrespectful. I will never step foot in this place again and I let the people I recommended them to never goes there again either.

I totally recommend this place if you like the following things:a. listening to the nail tech talk about you, your fellow customers, and his Chinese coworkers in Viet all the while thinking you cant understand him.b. watching one co-owner continue playing on his cellphone while you spoke to him about the incident.c. listening to the 2nd co-owner disbelieve you and insist that you pay even after you recite the conversation to them...in Viet.d. wiping off the paint from your awkwardly crooked pedi the day after.If thats what youre aiming for, this is the place for you.

Not impressed. Was going to get a mani & pedi (the Marine) but it didnt actually address any concern areas, your minimal foot scrape & scrub, the salt scrubs went on and came off with barely any rub in, I asked the tech to address a specific area on my foot that had excess skin- she looked at the area, then completely disregarded my request and instead just started polishing my nails. Then, when we first arrived to the salon and picked colors, I asked about an over the nail polish glitter that would be minimal and still show the polish color; the woman told me which one I should do, but one application completely covered to polish color. When she asked if it was ok, I told her it wasnt what I wanted. Another tech piped in and acted like I was being indecisive, so I just asked they not do the glitter. Decided to skip the mani for fear it would be as crappy as the mani.
