This place was great very gentle and kind Im very picky on where I go and I am trying to find one I love and I think I found it .. I ask them if they could do wat I wanted and lady could not but they had a person that could... They made me feel welcome and comfy will deff go back.... Not high neither....

Very unprofessional. Too busy to even acknowledge I walked in and signed in. Terrible customer service. I sat and waited 25 minutes - no one ever greeted me. I guess their business is so good they can just ignore customers. I will not be back. There are way too many choices. Learn how to treat your paying customers with excellence - or you just might not have any.

I went in to this establishment, T Nails in Georgetown, Ky to get a color polish change on my toes and my acrylic nails with gel taken off and redone. I get my nails done every 2 weeks. Ive never had just a gel manicure so I was unsure of the process so when it got to the point for her to put polish on and she told me the price for everything. I wanted to know why she wasnt putting the tips on. She said I didnt ask for that. I was clearly unhappy as my real nails are extremely brittle FROM HAVING TIPS for so long. What sense does it make for me to get a manicure on brittle nails for $50?! So they said theyd fix them. But I had to pay $25 more dollars. When my friends got the exact she service I wanted for only $10 more than I paid. Now Im not an entitled or unreasonable person. I run a business. I know if you put your time in to providing a service youd want to be compensated. I also know if a loyal paying customer is unhappy, you fix the issue and make them happy. Period. I basically paid $75 for a polish change on my toes and a manicure. Im sorry but I not happy. They sat me down to fix it and wanted me to pay $25 more for their misunderstanding. I was not rude or unpleasant until they refused to make it right as long as I paid more. Thats when I walked out. Im sorry. Im a very unhappy customer and thats not right. I will never be back nor will I ever recommend. They just lost 2 loyal paying customers that spent very good money at this nail salon. I realize our money isnt going to break their business but What upsets me is I really liked the establishment and the people until today. Sometimes its not about the money but the returning customer and the positive word of mouth. I never make public complaints or make bad reviews but this was terrible customer service. Terrible treatment. It needed to be said. T Nails you should treat your loyal paying customers better.

Not happy at all.. never again will i go here... It hasnt even been 24 hours and my nail is already chipped as well as the nail polish is already coming off(gel polish) and my nails are looking lik they need a fill in already. Also while getting them done I had to say a few time that they need to be fixed because they was filed down Crooked and yet they r still Crooked...!!!!

Ive come here for a couple years and never really had a problem. This last time I went to get my nails done we were 90% done when i noticed my nails were very bumpy after washing my hands. I mentioned it to the technician and he apologized and had to redo a number of steps to smooth them out. I felt like i was there forever. Went home. They were better but still kinda bumpy. Not gonna lie I was a little disappointed.

Had such a great experience! While they were a little busy, the employees offered me water while I waited and promptly came to check on me while I was waiting. I got a pedicure and SNS. HANDS DOWN the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. I love my Ombré nails too. Their business is very clean and sanitize very thoroughly. Can’t wait to come back.

I do not typically leave negative reviews, but after 4 trips to this salon with mediocre or worse results, I feel obligated. I will say that the salon is always clean and staff if usually friendly. However, each and every mani/pedi I have received has been subpar.Yesterday, I scheduled an appointment, was taken back promptly (which I appreciate) but was then rushed through both services. I had to ask for an additional coat of polish on my toes, as the coverage was clearly not sufficient with standard 2. I will spare you pictures of the bottom of my feet, but upon leaving the salon I still had dry patches and areas of peeling skin.The pedicure was the highlight of the visit, unfortunately. The manicure was a complete waste of my hard earned money. They did not push back or trim my cuticles (went through the motions, but were not effective) and the polish doesnt even reach the overgrown remaining cuticle. Additionally, layers of polish are uneven resulting in jagged lines across the bottom of each nail.I had these services performed in preparation for vacation. I called to ask what the options were to make this right and the only option I was given was to come in immediately or sometime today and have nails repolished (not manicured), which my schedule does not permit.I will not be returning and would suggest that you take your business elsewhere if you expect good work.

I got a manicure and pedicure today and the salon was clean and pleasant but unfortunately im not very happy with my nails ): my legs are gritty and sticky, my toe nails are weirdly oval shaped, and my nails just look horrible. a lot of peeling skin left around them and uneven shaping.. was visiting this town and salon so wont be back anyway. will just fix when I get home.

They really do provide the best pedicure in Georgetown and do a very good job on gel and SNS depending on which tech provides service. It is the cleanest nail salon around. My only complaint is the long wait times. They have added staff so they are trying to meet demand, but it’s still packed all day everyday.

I normally dont leave reviews but I felt the need in this case. My daughter had nails done 3 weeks ago. They were not filled in or trimmed. Looked awful!! I did not complain just decide wait get fixed next time we came in. Brought her back with a friend yesterday hoping for better results. With COVID I sat in my car and waited. I had gave them my credit card to pay. When the 2 young girls came out I looked at nails which were very poorly done! Then i saw the bill. Being absolutely furious with being over charged. Knowing they were just taking advantage of these young girls by over charging. I went back in to ask the cost of fill in and polish. I was told $25. At this point I ask why my daughter and her friend charged $45 each. Immediately started making excuses why had to charge extra. I was told it was over and wasnt getting refunded! Im not sure what my next step will be but rather than causing a scene I left (not over). I do hope with this review many of you will not return to such a dishonest and rude place to spend your hard earned money. Besides the quality of work was very poor too!To the response of the owner. Wow!! I am not regular customer. We come couple times a year. So for you to say you remember so much details would tell me you make a habit of doing this type of business on a regular basis. My daughter DID NOT have 5 nails missing! She did have 2 missing. As far as her saying she wanted gel polish, She said she ask if a different color and was it same price? The response was YES. She is minor and you took advantage of situation. May want to be looking for safe place for parents to wait COVID or not. I will not be allowing this to happen again.. I thought would be safe sitting right outside door. At this point I will be taking further actions. It is not about the money but the dishonesty. So if I do the math according to what you are saying, wouldnt the total be higher??

This place was so amazing when it first opened. Now however they are basically too big for their britches and the quality is what they sacrificed. They rush through and pay no attention. Its definitely not the same relaxing and satisfying experience it once was. Such a shame the potential is there. Quantity over quality ruins a reputation every time.

T Nails is excellent! I just moved to Georgetown and have been looking for a new nail salon. The staff is friendly, fast, and professional, and the services are reasonably priced. I walked in during the afternoon while they were pretty busy and only had to wait 5 minutes. My SNS turned out great. The procedures they practice to protect clients and staff against COVID are top notch — plexi shields between client & nail tech, masks for all, social distancing, hand sanitizer, and cleaning after every service. I felt safe and comfortable. Looking forward to visiting them again!

Sitting here for the first time getting a pedicure in Georgetown at an Asian salon. Told tech, Sam, what I wanted and he kept asking me what I wanted. I asked him if he understood English and he stated yes. Told him I couldn’t explain it any clearer. He said they all understood English and maybe next time I should go to an American salon. I told him conversation was over and just do what I requested! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS SALON! Don’t know if they are not used to Black people coming here, but this is one Black woman that won’t be back and prayerfully no others will come here either if this is the way they treat their customers!

Best nail salon experience ever! First time getting SNS and will never get anything else. Plus, first time a nail salon has EVER gotten the length right first time. Super friendly staff and very quick! I would go early in the day though, like before noon, because even at 2 they were really busy. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming here since they opened. I really enjoyed the salon was so clean. The new awesome pedicure chairs and kids panda chair that my daughter loved !!The last couple times I’ve come in over the last months the service has been pretty bad, long waits and terrible customer service. Today, I came for a relaxing pedicure. I arrived 25 minutes after they opened and I waited 30 minutes to even soak my feet. Only two chairs were in use. I could have soaked until a person was ready. Then the girl that came over was nice. She started the pedicure, and let me tell you my 7 year old daughter could have massages better. The massage was short, terrible and the French manicure was so thick it was half of my toe nail. While in there no one greeted or said a simple “Thank You” to any of the patrons. I know I spent $70 on a crappy pedicure and manicure, I will be spending it else where. #pandachairornot

And this was the first time they had put me next to the friend I had Went with and they had both been talking to us and that was the first time I had a nail artist communicate with me and not just sit in silence. Only downfalls at all are they are a little pricier than other places, there is usually a wait and a few of the employees are not the most friendly people in the world.

I got a pedicure here and it was ahhhmazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and they were very friendly. The woman who did my feet was great. The foot/leg massage felt incredible and my feet felt soft and looked good.

I’ve been a faithful customer of LaBelle since they opened. I’ve never had a problem. But today, February 26, 2019 I had the worst experience ever. The man doing my nails first cut [the length of] my nails after I REPEATEDLY ASKED HIM NOT TO. Then, he cut my skin/nail bed not one but THREE SEPARATE TIMES. And told me it was because I pressed the home button on my phone to check to time, then proceeded to charge me for his terrible work. I was extremely upset to tears because it is/was the day before my birthday and I was getting them done for the occasion. No one would let me speak to a manager or anyone with any real authority. I’ve never had one ill word to say about this place before today. And I don’t know if I will ever go back.

Very clean and calm atmosphere. My mom and sister drive from Versailles to come here. Good at shaping nails. Pedicure is relaxing and unlike some places, you dont feel like youre taking a beating with your leg massage!

I have been going here off and on since they first came to Georgetown, and over time the quality of service had declined. There is so much i could say, to way you shouldn’t wast your money, but everyone has their own likes and dislikes. I have noticed how they treat certain people. I personally say 2 thumbs down on nail services and one thumb up on pedicures. But I want go back for any service.

The male nail tech that did my nails was Great! But he charged me $60 for a fullset and gel! I have never paid that much to get my nails done and I will not be going back.

The pedicure was Heavenly. The massage chair was like an anesthetic. I thoroughly enjoyed the pedicure experience. But the young guy, who applied my nails, hurt me (like 5 times) and did not do a great job. I explained that my nails looked too wide. I felt that he rushed through, after that, and did not listen to me. - __ -

Redoing SNS left me with a chemical burn on all fingers. Had to actually use benadryl and anti itch ointment for 2 days.Went back in and was told I was allergic. I said it was probably the 30 minutes the tech soaked my fingers while he did a pedicure. They offered me nothing to make it right not even an apology. Wont go back.

It was relaxing and my wait time as a walkin was only 10 minutes. The lady who did my pedicure/manicure was thorough and nice.

I had a great experience at La Belles. My manicure is beautifully shaped and perfectly polished! It costed a little more than other salons and the wait was pretty long.

Every time I go for a pedicure, I feel so pampered. It is my me time. The techs are great, listen to what I want and then pamper my legs and feet. I used to go to another local salon, but their chairs were always broken and the polish smeared before I got home. La Belle is clean and well maintained with a great staff!

Its clean. I was there during their shut down process and they clean EVERYTHING!Best thing is their chairs are in great condition. No lumpy, sagging, non working chairs.Prices are similar to all the other salons.They are extremely busy on the weekends so plan ahead and they do take appts.

I was very unhappy with my services. I went in for a pedicure, fill-in, and add on manicure. The pedicure was so-so. It was as if they were doing their very first one and werent sure what to do. The fill-in was the WORST! My nails were crooked. I asked him to fix multiple times and he just stared at me like I didnt know what I was talking about. Then, when he painted the nails, the paint was nowhere near the edges of the nails on either side or at the cuticle. I was left looking like I needed a fill when I left the paint was so far from the cuticles. It looked silly. I ended up having to repaint my nails at home.

This was my favourite salon in Georgetown, i was a loyal customers for a long time. I loved the staff, they were always so friendly. But everytime i got a pedi, i would get ingrown toe nails and since ive stopped having them done there, ive stopped getting them. I also always got SNS, but something in their polish causes my nails to get so thin. Im talking that they were breaking all the way back also to my cuticles while putting on a shirt! Like daily life things became impossible to do. Im in several nail groups on fb and they talk about how salon use something (idk the name of it or what it is) but its illegal and ruins your nails. I had to stop getting them done for a good 6 months bc they were so thin and brittle.

They are great when they arent rushed. If they are busy then you are not getting the best nails.

This place use ti be Bella Nails, not sure why they changed the name. Horrible, nail technician was not nice, didnt talk to me, ask me questions,..nothing. Staff looked unhappy. This place went down hill.

Pros - very polite. I went on a Tuesday. So, there wasnt much of a wait.Cons - as mentioned in other posts. Wasnt very focused on me. She bounced from one task to another all while trying to do my pedicure. Continually picked at tender areas even with confirmation from me that she was hurting me. I had an ingrown nail that I asked her to leave alone. She did not. Then when she continued I insisted she did so. Id have it checked by a doctor or physician. Everything from beginning to end on the pedicure had little to no attention to detail. Didnt get all cuticles. And I now have 4 infected toes. Which happened a couple hours later at work. And now... My manicure. It was rushed as well. No focus on me. Very poor buff on my nails. And they to did not have all cuticles removed. No swelling of the fingers. All, In all... The best parts of the pedi-mani ( foot rub, hand rub) were lightly skimmed over. And the massaging chairs is the only thing besides soap on my feet that kept me from walking out. And my wife wouldnt have been happy. If Im being honest. This is only my experience. Yours could very well be different. And Im a picky ass whole that pays attention to the small print. So to speak. Also this is only my first time at this location. And to conclude my review... They charged me twice for the services they provided. And when they caught theyre mistake. It was fixed. But, not before insisting on placing that over charged balance on in store credit.... I hope they learn from my review and hopefully upon further inspection of other reviews theyll earn my respect. But, not this time.

They spoke great English but I had no idea if/when they were done they just started helping other people. They also did a horrible job and made me feel stupid for getting Sns on my fingernails. They didnt do anything with my cuticles. Worst place Ive ever been. I will drive back to Lexington anytime now which is not convenient just because they were so awful.

NOT HAPPY! Complete silence when I walked in. Even though I had an appointment I felt as if I was an annoyance for them to deal with. I tried to start a conversation with the design artist many times during the appointment and I was only shot a glance. I told the nail artist several times that my nails were sensitive and the more he got annoyed with my presence the more he aggressively filed them. I reminded him again that they were sensitive and again I was only shot a glance. My nails are crooked. They are not the right shape. I even provided a picture of what I wanted them to look like. I had a base color and a triangle in gold and the edges are not straight they are different thicknesses, they just plain look bad. They dropped me off at the nail drying station and FINALLY spoke to me and said he would get me when time was up. Sat there for 30 mins, no word! I checked my nails, they were done. Sat for another 10 mins, no word! I got up and walked over to the registers myself and they noticed i was there but felt it better to sit and text till they were ready to walk over. Rang me out it was 10 dollars more than the lady that sat next to me that got a complicated floral design. I only had two colors and it was not a complicated design. Needless to say no tip!

Made an appointment for 2:00 to get a mani pedi, by 2:25 no one acknowledged me. So I got my purse and started to leave. One of the workers jumped up and stopped me and said “she will be right with you”. I told him it’s going on 2:30 and I had places to be after. He kept trying to keep me from walking out the door. I told him I had to go, they are already 30 minutes late.

This is the only place I go to, always very pleased with the results. Dont mind having to wait sometime because it well worth it.

I am so pleased with my time at La Belle, they handle a busy Saturday quickly, cleanly, and better than anyone else in the area imo. If you want over the top crazy design or youre a prissy whiny princess go to a place Lexington and get out of my way gurl! Great SNS, wonderful pedicure service with massage and hot towel & moisturizer treatment. Ask for a full manicure with SNS and they will clean up your cuticles, shape your nails, and give you long lasting color. Dont listen to the negative reviews, Georgetown is lucky to have this place.
