The did ok. When I go get my nails done I’m excepting a relaxing experience. It’s my me time. Not really relaxing at all. I was rushed 🙄. I got a pedicure. The lady who did my nails burned me trying to take off my gel polish. She cut me with the cuticle remover because she was going so fast and not paying attention. They kept asking if I wanted my hands done to I told them I’m not interested lol. But they were nice. And took me and my sisters as walk ins so 2 stars. Ok now named Paris nails. Slow down!

If you’re a perfectionist (like me) you may want to try someplace else. Very nice staff but quality of work is less than par.

My girlfriend and I got pedicures and neither of us walked away happy. She got a basic pedicure, no polish and the guy that did her toes clipped them horribly. I got a gel pedicure and the lady rushed on my feet so much that she polished my feet poorly. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my pedicures so for me it was very disappointing. I also had to ask her to do things that come with a basic pedicure. They were both nice, hence the two stars, but the quality of work isn’t worth the money we spent.

NOW CALLED PARIS NAILS & SPA WITH NEW FAMILY AS THE CREW AND RENOVATED SALON!!! So clean and comfortable...so pleasant and no drama...no toxic smells or fumes. Welcomed me in as a walk-in for mani-pedi and sent me off with the kindest smiles under their masks. WILL DEFINATELY COME BACK 😄!

I went In with pretty furry eyebrows so that they could get evenly done. I ended up with a hack job and didn’t realize until I got into my car. But at this point a chunk of my eyebrow is missing a refund won’t do much considering they charge like ten bucks secondly they didn’t even bother to ask how I wanted my brows but I assumed they would follow my arch and shape I had. Never again ever!I don’t know if y’all can see the picture but I highlighted where my brow should be . I look like someone who traveled back to the 1990’s for eyebrows. So to the lady who did my brows I’m coming back for an explanation on how you could hack someone’s brows so miserably and checking credentials because there’s no way your licensed. if it helps I attached a chart to help you.

Awful pedi experience! Plus they want to cHarge you for removing your old gel polish!! And they don’t mention it, until your paying for your services.Don’t waste your time! I should have waited for my usual place ANTHONY VINCE is the best !!

Staff was kind.... pedicure was fine. But polish isnt as good as I wouldve liked. Not enough coats.

My wife went here and had a horrible experience. She came home crying because the service she received was absurd. Summary of events:1. The technician used a GRINDER on her cuticles rather than a cuticle cutter, causing so much pain my wife pulled her hand back.2. The gel is so thick, it looks like toenails on the tip of her fingers.3. The technician used scissors to cut her fingernails rather than fingernail clippers.4. My wife wasnt even allowed to dry her nails. The technician held her hand in the air to apply the last coat. Then, immediately sent her to get her eyebrows waxed with a, youre done. And shooed her off.5. The wax for the eyebrows caused significant pain. It was unacceptably hot.6. She was the only one in there. A second customer came in and was told to come back. The second customer had been there previously and pointed out a gentleman sweeping the floor whod done her nails prior. The main trchnician argued that he doesnt do nails. Raising licensing issues. Were definitely bringing this up to the department of health.

I love this place! They always take such good care of me :) The staff is super friendly and its very adorable! The wax treatment after a manicure is awesome!!

Seemed very racist. I brought my daughter in to get her nails done, there was hardly any customers, but me and my daughter sat there waiting to be served for about 35 minutes.. in comes a white woman and her daughter, they sat down for about 10 minutes and they were assisted before we were. I felt that there was no need to complain, we just simply got up and left. They will not get any of my money.

Best pedicure Ive ever had. The guy who did mine was meticulous painting my nail polish and made sure it was a clean job, the massage was great. Definitely coming back

Have been here bunches of times. Don’t think we will ever go again. Very disappointing when there is not a customer there and very slow. My granddaughter and I went for pedicures. The only reason I get them is to sit in the super nice massage chair. Well, not this time. I got the chair that was broke. She knew it was we didn’t offer to have us move to the other side where there were 5 chairs. Never understood that logic. My granddaughter was sat down first. She proceeded to start with me first. Why? I don’t know. Finished with me didn’t apologize for the chair not working or anything. We there for about 1 1/2. Then I went to pay and she expected me to tip her. I know these women and men work really long days and see some really nasty feet. But the customer experience should be much more appreciated for us to spend our money there. Not sure I will ever again.

Ladies were pleasant & attentive and my girls. Pedi was quick and came out with pretty toes! Cant beat it at $15 a pop!

They do a great job on a full set and fills. Pedicure also very good.

I asked how much a gel fill and nail replacement would beShe said $30Then it was $38 plus $4 for replace and my lengthAsked how much the pedi was $23Then it was $28 cuz she swore up and down I had gel on my toes which I didn’t it was a regular polish French toeThen she wanted to charge me during my fill when I switched to regular polish $8 to take off the polish I had on ...ummm isn’t that part of the fill price???? Never again!!They swore up and down I had gel on and I didn’t !!!

Lovely people but I went in for a service Im paying for . Im a former nail tech so I have more than idea of how it goes . A day later my pinky chipped the top coat was on my cuticle which is going to cause the nails to late chip . The color was not even through out the nails and hang nails in almost all my nails. I felt the need to now say something beacuaer its not like I went for free or cheap service. I also got my eyebrows done and we both agree that I would ONLY be getting a clean up not new shape or size . I also know how to wax eyebrows bc like I mention worked in a salon for 5yrs but I also like to get pampered and I know eyebrows are never going to be exactly alike but this was noticeable that I got asked by two different people who did my eyebrows because it was noticeable how different they are .

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had. My toes look like a four year old did them and that’s after I waited almost 45 minutes soaking. They made me think it was gonna be a five minute wait. I will never go back and I recommend you don’t either.

Absolutely will not be returning. I’m new to town and saw a sign advertising $20 full sets & pedis... I went in, got a pedi & a fill in. Both with gel polish. I was expecting it to be about $50... get to the register and my total was $73!!! Not to mention, a week later my GEL polish is chipping and coming completely off. I’ve NEVER had that happen before. Also, the lady who did my pedi was very nice but she is not great at her job. I’ve never had a pedicure that hurt until this experience. Needless to say, don’t fall for the advertisements, & don’t waste your time or money.

Only people with negative experiences ever take that Time to look for this in order to comment. Well... Ive tried 5 mail salons in proximity to my house Ang this in is by far the best. Im NEVER disappointed.

Wouldn’t even give it one star. Worst pedicure I’ve ever got. The lady was rude, rough and couldn’t wait to get me in and out with no quality in the service whatsoever. I was the only customer in there and she did the bare minimum. Do not waste your money go elsewhere

Independence Blvd: For my birthday I got misled and ripped off $60. I made the mistake of telling the man I didnt ever get my nails done and I was an easy target. He led me to believe I was getting gel on my toes and hands. I returned today because my toe had already chipped plus theres a big gap on at least 4 fingers with the gel. I told the owner what happened several times and she said she didnt know what happened after I just explained. She was the one who informed me that I did not have gel on my toes but she refused to correct the problem and instead wanted to argue and fight with her customer.

This place is dirty and slow. There were nail clippings on the floor and I did not see her clean the soaking basin. Stay away!
