We interviewed many property management companies in our area before we chose Crown Realty Property Management. We were very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Karlie and her team. They were very efficient and responsive to issues that came up and addressed them in a timely manor. We had very challenging renters and Crown Realty went above and beyond! I would hire them again and highly recommend them as an owner or a renter.

Property management does not provide repairs, the building is falling apart. (Washington St in Fairfield CA) Water damage and other serious care is needed for these buildings to be livable. Will not provide the services that are needed for a healthy living environment. Management will not take care of the residence trash and is constantly placing extra burden on residents to provide the management internet and other utilities. There is not sufficient responsibility being taken by the property management in order to live peacefully. Tenants are also unaware and have not been notified about unregulated and undocumented camera and audio recording of the residence.

Karlie and her team are extremely competent and efficient. They are not afraid to take on the difficult process and make them very pleasant for their clients. She communicates all issues clearly and directly and takes all the proper steps in getting things done quickly and efficiently. She is absolutely wonderful to work with, it is nice to know I have a person as concerned as much about my property as I care about it, if you hire her I am sure you will be happy you did so also!

The entire office has gone above and beyond all of my expectations compared to all of the other property management offices I called. I have talked to each of them when I called, and everyone is so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Crown Realty!

I was very interested in a home listed that was available for rent. I was told that before I could even see the place that I would need to fill out an application - which required a lot of personal and confidential information (social security #, employment, gross annual salary, current address info, etc). I waited over a week- no response! I emailed 2 times to try to get some information- was it already rented out? Etc! I then called into the office later (1.5 weeks) and of course got Stevens voicemail! I left a message and a week later still no response! At a minimum I believe I should have received the common courtesy of a response- ANY response! It is SO worrisome to provide personal information like this over the internet and then have the representing agent not even acknowledge you AT ALL!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Kimi showed me a home today. She was on time, very courteous and polite. She answered all my questions.

Makes you complete application before viewing unit which contains a lot of sensitive information. Then never call to view units. I have tried to view two units after completing my application online on August 1 and it is not aug 29 and I’ve yet to view one property even after multiple calls to follow up.Not sure what is the issue or what is done with the information on the application but it is very unprofessional and a little suspect and I will not recommend anyone do business with them

I would not suggest living on their properties. I know someone who has major issues going on in apartments that they manage. They do not care about issues that are not safe. They should be fined. Beyond unprofessional! I would like to know how I can get in touch with the owner about major issues on the properties.

Kimi might be tiny but shes like ah ball of fire high energy motivated and gets the job done she has been working with me an i must say that she has been more then helpful and with this day and time it really helps when u have ppl like that lead ah hand and go above and beyond for u

This is one of the worst property management companies that exist. They are rude and lazy and give the tenants no respect. They send letters out via certified email to document everything but most people work and some even travel for work so when you dont get it they dont even bother contacting you. They evidently got the certified letter returned and then call you after the fact to inform you that the owners are moving back so the lease is being terminated. Giving me three weeks to relocate a family of 6. In this market its impossible as nothing is available. They could have simply contacted me months ago with the owners intentions and given me enough time to find something in a reasonable manner. They lack the common courtesy that I bet they would expect should I be leaving on my own terms. They are what is wrong with America today. It started when they just think they can enter the unit when they want just because they post a notice. Again not everyone works just in the city they live and travel. And without actually knowing if the tenants gets the notification they enter your premises and write a notice of non compliance but if they would read the actual lease they wrote ( which is so wordy and a complete waste of time ) they would realize they are not living up to the terms of the lease creating a tremendous amount of anxiety and hard feelings all because they are to lazy to have proper communication skill resulting in a retraction of the letter. I would not only not recommend them to my worst enemy but I would steer all home owners away from them because you will be wasting your money going through them. They have deficiencies on the property that they have been notified about and instead of fixing the deficiencies they take the cheap way out and create more problems for the actual owner. As a contractor my clients always comes first however it appears the motto of the low class low rate company is to take your money and the owners money and tuck as much away for themselves and treat a respected member in the community like a low class piece of trash. These slumlords should have their license pulled and never be able to deal with another human being. They are a rip off!,

Anna was very unprofessional and rude. We tried contacting her several times threw out the day and she was never in the office. We emailed her and explained our pay stubs and how they worked and she was very ignorant and didnt read any of it. Had to email her more times to even get a response. Would not recommend this company at all if she is the one you have to go threw

Being a homeowner and landlord at the sametime isn’t easy . Before we ran into Crown Realty Property Management we used to deal with our tenants directly.Thanks goodness we met Karlie O. From Crown Realty Property Management in Vacaville. Now we feel a big relief because they take care of everything and we literally just receive our rent every month. This place wants you to make 3x the rent for an apartment in the ghetto smh. Well if someone is making that much they can rent out an actual house.

Most rentals they manage dont allow any pets. No pets, not even with a deposit.

This place will scam you out of your deposit its all about their profits
