I lived in this place for 10 years. NEVER had any issues with management until the current manager, if thats what you can call her, moved in. There are multiple tenants that have complained of lost or missing rent checks. Then were manipulated and forced out. Seems suspicious that so many people would have lost rent checks, and they all were people that had problems with the manager. Maybe an investigation into this situation should happen. So many claims of fraud, disrespect, mismanagement and a complete disregard for the position held. The city or even the state should be looking into this place. Definitely should be looking into this manager.

Kinda ran down from the outside looking in. Lots of piled up garbage furniture everywhere. And excessive amount of cars that clearly are just taking up space.

The recent upgrades are a great improvement. However there are roaches everywhere and tenants are told thats their responsibility. Not a very compassionate management team. Just overall slumlords.

Im handicap and they tried towing my car and demanded 156.00 to put it down while I was parked in a handicap parking . Wich is WRONG . I called the office and was told they cant do nothing about it . Im a resident here and was robbed for 156 .00 $

They do not check every tenant background ! They allow people who have felonies./ strikes stay on premises! Also when calling to report section 8 fraud !!! They didn’t seem to care!!’ They main concern was continuing getting the money from section 8 ! Lastly there are drugs being sold out of a unit ! The response I received from the office was simply call the police to further investigate!!!! Beware before trying to rent .

Well i dont like or understand why i have to wait intill 4pm to get into my room i travel long distance but to reserve a room 3, 4 days ahead and still have to wait till 4 to get in isnt cool.

The apartments are renovated, they are nice inside. And they have great air conditioning and heating now. I never had huge issues. Management is great now and on top of their duties. Cortne is friendly and helps you when you need assistance.

The biggest problem with this place is sometimes finding individual apartments can be troublesome. Would be great if they made it easier to navigate around and redid the parking lot.

When I came into the office at Alamo Garden inquiring about available apartments I experienced great customer service I was helped quickly and with urgency. The staff greeted me from the time I walked in the door and answered all my questions without hesitation. The young lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and professional. I’m hoping to be able to apply as soon as I obtain two pay stubs!

I want start off by saying thank you for having merciful & patient individuals in authority that can help you in times of need. Living at these apartments I have had no problems since November 2018 I have had a great experience living here. The communication is very well & the care for the apartment building is well taken care of also. As long as you know how to respectfully communicate & appreciate what you have there will never be a reason why the things you need in return don’t get handled. It’s all about patience & living here the staff is very much so! Allot of times when people have isssues you have too see both sides of the story.✅💯👑

Ive lived in this complex for 5 years and Ive seen different management come in and out. New management has taken time to improve the look on the inside and outside of the complex itself. They try hard to keep it clean. Management is very polite and helpful.

Courtney was very compassionate and friendly towards me, she stay in touch with me throughout the whole application process and made me feel comfortable which I appreciated because I was going to be living there. Great staff overall 😊

Courtne has exceptional customer service and is always patient and willing to help. Pricing, and the property it`s self to be excellent. These days it is hard to find affordable pricing in the area without comprising and I would definitely say this apartment complex has it all and sure hope they continue to keep a more affordable rate!!

Courtne went well and beyond for me and always kept me updated with the process. And never failed to return my calls or email even if it was to just inform me that they were still working with on the unit. She had gave me a rough estimate of possibly getting the unit anytime within days after 02/05. However i received a email from her the 5th to inform me a unit would be available Friday. She made the rest of my experience amazing and go so smoothly she allowed me to look at the unit before signing my lease. I would definitely recommend Alamo garden, the ladies (Courtne and Bethany) in the office are amazing!!!!

I moved into Alamo Gardens December 2018. I haven’t had one bad experience. I had a issue I called the office and maintenance came the same day. Courtne went above and beyond with the application process. Everytime I have spoken with her she has been amazing and very helpful. You can tell she has a big heart and is a genuine person.I would also like to add that Alex is an AMAZING maintenance man. He keeps up on his job and is doing a great job around the complex.

I lived here 22 yrs ago. And at that time when I finally moved out I swore I would never come back. But last year my apts were sold and I was forced to move. I couldnt find anywhere so came here.I have to say that the manager Courtne was amazing !!! She was very compassionate and understanding. She went above and beyond to help me through the whole process. After being here for almost a year now I have to say its not bad. I really feared leaving here again. But between Courtne and her staff they have made it comfortable. Whenever I need anything or have a question theyre on top of it and get it handled.

The property is very nice and clean. The ladies work there are nice.

Ive lived here for years and the management thats taken over recently is awful. Very unprofessional, when tenants come in to ask for something or complain they get brushed off and sent away if they get talked to at all. Oh my favorite thing right now? I love waking up to take a hot shower and the water comes out cold for the next hour. Never did that one before they took over.

Wooow, it’s obvious the only people writing good reviews are the people working here or courtne herself. So heres an honest review from a current resident and i hope this reaches as many eyes as possible. 1st and foremost Courtne is absolutely and unapologetically rude, inconsiderate, dishonest and definitely thinks of herself as better than the people who live here, which is ironic because she also lives here. For being the person in charge she is extremely hard to get in contact with if you have a problem or just need to talk about issues pertaining to your apt. On multiple occasions i have gone into the office to talk to her and she directs her employees to say she is unavailable, which is insulting considering the fact you can hear her say this. The only time you do see her is when shes putting 3 day notices on peoples doors. The staff here is inexperienced and it definitely shows when talking with them. Now regarding the apts themselves. My apt and Ive also heard from others is infested with giant german coach-roaches, half the outlets dont work, you can tell the carpets havent been replaced when need be and everything else is extremely dated. My bathtub water still puts out rusty water after over a year of living here and the water quality is horrible, i wouldnt let my mothers dogs drink it let alone my kids. The parking lot does not have assigned parking and is extremely cramped which has led to my cars getting dents and dings. While living here i have seen fights outside, heard domestic abuse next door, and had one of my vehicles vandalized. During all this i have never seen police presence or security presence, not once. At times these apts seem extremely unsafe especially for kids. People are constantly coming and going all trough the night. Bottom line is dont move here unless desperate and dint have anywhere else to go. Management sucks and are borderline scam artist. And if you have any kind of problem dont go looking for courtne because she will be of absolutely no help, you would be better off asking one of the people digging through the dumpsters.

Im not a residence here, but I am a frequent visitor to family who lives here. Let me just say, that parking is horrible. It seems that no matter where you park, you will get scratches and dents in your car. On one occasion, my vehicle was parked in the lot for maybe 2 hours and when I headed to my car to leave, someone had hit my front bumper which cracked it, dented and scratched the right front quarter panel, and shattered the right headlight. There was no note with insurance information or even an apology letter and to this day, no one has fessed up. In another vehicle incident, same thing. Parked my car for a few hours, came out to leave, except this time someone had hit my right rear view mirror which smashed it inward and broke off small pieces which holds the mirror in place. Once again, no note with insurance or at least an apology. On another note, neighbors that my family has experienced. There are quite a few very loud neighbors. Once the clock hits 9AM, the music will be blaring through the neighborhood with the bass too high. Management doesnt do anything to try and control the situation to make the sound a bit more bearable. It seems that no one is considerate of others and its horrible. Parents are letting their children roam free with no rules which leads them to a lot of screaming, throwing trash near other peoples units and walking up to look into units if the blinds on the windows happen to be pulled back for some sunlight/fresh air. Also, if anything goes wrong in your unit and you need maintenance to check it out, they wont fix anything for about 3-5 weeks even if you call the office and remind them an appliance isnt working. Sure this place is cheap, but people are very inconsiderate.

DONT WALK, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE(Lived here for over 20 years & was transferred into a remodeled apartment)The new management here is cruel, unkind and hardhearted. The have incited a venomous hatred in the tenets that I have never seen before. The tenants are treated like a nuisance when theyre not being completely ignored.This is a very abridged version of my experience.I had started the process of getting an apartment here in April, my credit and background check came back and it was all good.Around May I had been told that I had an apartment only to have them tell me they had given it to someone else.About a month or so later I was brought in to sign my lease at which point they told me my deposit had not been paid (I thought it had, I was never told otherwise) and that I had 30 minutes to give them almost 1000 dollars as a deposit or Id loose my apartment. The thing is loosing that apartment meant I would likely loose my section 8. They had 3 months to make me aware of the deposit. Based on their previous actions toward me and other tenets here I would have to say this was done on purpose. By the end of the 3 months of dealing with this management I felt mentally and emotionally battered.The several people that I know who moved here including myself where moved into dirty and apparently unsafe apartments, as this place has asbestos in the walls and the apartments have large holes, cracks and gaps in the walls often hidden by cabinets.Elderly, pregnant and disabled persons were moved in duriing a heat wave and did not have working AC and were ignored by the management when they asked for help. And this is normal for this place. Its so bad a petition was started to get one of the managers removed. Several people had to get lawyers to get the management to meet basic needs. Not even if section8 says they HAVE to fix something do they fix it. They treat the people here like cattle. Its sickening.This is supposed to be a non smoking complex. But its not. There is and abnormally high number of smokers living here. I literally have never seen so many smokers in one place in all my life. Management will do NOTHING when you tell them your neighbors are filling your apartment with pot smoke. My apartment permanently smells like a skunk got run over during a forest fire. They dont care if you have asthma and they really dont care if its making you ill.If you have pretty much any complaint at all nothing will be done about it if you dont get a lawyer. Also bizarrely, I was told by management that to make a complaint you have to email them. They refuse to except complaints in person or over the phone. I have emailed them multiple times about problems. I have never gotten a response back. I 100% know I have the wright email.I know a woman who lives here, her neighbor smokes pot filling her apartment with smoke and plays music so loud it vibrates her walls and bed. She hasnt been able to sleep in her apartment since he moved in next to her. She complained... guess what management ignored her.People here are not normal or right in the head including management. For example in July or August there was and arson by some of the people who live here. Its not a safe place.The renovations have been poorly done. A few examples being, in the beginning some the the windows were put in backwards. Im constantly getting electrical shocks from the switches and Im not the only one. When the tubs were repainted large chunks of visible grit became stuck to the fresh paint. It looks bad but feels worse on your feet.Nails, screws, and razor blades where left inside and on the grounds of the apartments.The one bedroom unites are advertised as having walking closets but only a portion of them have this.Some of the apartments have significant mold and water damage from leaking roofs and pipes, none of which was fixed in the renovations. They just paint over the mold and caulk over the leaks.If you value you sanity, health and safety dont move here.

Management and all staff are professional and expect tenants and their guests to abide by the rules and guidelines outlined in the contract, this is what keeps the community safe. Thank you!

Where do I start about this place, the management is terrible, I applied and turned in my 35$ application fee I got a call by maggie telling me to come in to come signs papers for the apartment she was so nice over the phone .. I assumed she that I was a different race by my voice after I came in the office because she started being rude and I told her who I was and mentioned I was the one she just talked to, she looked at me up and down and told me it wasnt going to work and I not able to move in,so I kindly asked for all my information back with my money order and she told me no..not to mention she was yelling at her assistance jenny because she was telling me that I was able to move in there .. I asked for corporate number and she told me no
