Literally the worst practice in Polk county. Rose Negron-Munoz is a liar and is not contracted with advertised insurance providers. I have screen shots & emails. They sent me a bill years later while refusing to pick up the phone since March 2020. The front desk clerk never tried to HELP anyone, despite working with people who NEED help scheduling etc. They are ALWAYS unorganized & the therapists she hired (since shes never actually in the office even pre-covid) are not great. During my 15 minute check ups the Psychologist (Bellenger) wouldnt stop eating her sandwich & blamed me for things that resulted from me having a disability. The only people who would even communicate no longer work there. She should be stripped of a business license in the city of Lakeland at the very minimal.

Dr Negron is amazing! I have been seeing her for my son for a couple of years now and she is awesome. She always has a positive outlook even when I’m falling apart. She is my sons Dr but she is a huge help to me also. I always recommend her to every one I know! Best psychiatrist ever!!!

I feel like I would recommend any family or friend to them. They are very educated and informed about healthcare and really helped me in a time of need. I do think they are really good people, who could help anybody. A real asset to our growing community.

Giving 1 star, without ever even having gone here, because Im looking for a psychiatrist and it is obvious all of the reviews made previously are fake. Theyve only made one other review for the same Pediatric doctors office. Truly shameful.

I was a part of this wonderful staff, I must say Dr. Negron is the BEST OF THE BEST. I miss working with these ladies. All the staff there is amazing and caring. Keep it up ladies 💕

Dr. Negron is the BEST PSYCHIATRIST EVER. She cares about each and every one of her patients. She figures out the problems and isnt quick to give you meds. Her staff is super friendly and very welcoming. Cheri B is one of her psychiatric nurse practitioners and she is also great and great with kids. The therapists are also caring and value each time with their patients. Everyone is just aweome here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ❤
