First of all my car was not parked in a designated spot there was no sign. Only sign says “parking with permit only” well i have a student permit and if i need a different one it is not specified. OVERPRICED im paying 140$ because they decided to take my car. man on the phone is delusional and started comparing towing my car to speeding..? definitely not professional and for sure taking cars illegally. would not recommend to anyone especially college kids.

Just got my car towed by these and they are very professional highly recommend. Came with a rollback and was completely satisfied. Car was rolling on all 4 but I had a pulley issue and they showed up on a holiday! Thanks so much!

AMAZING!! The most efficient and handy Car service i have used, i was in need of a battery jump and no other towing service would help me out. Right when i called PRS, they sent an employee right over and didnt even charge me for a jump just came to help as a concerned employee! Definitely would recommend 10/10!! Will be using again

Just had to pick up my car that got towed Saturday night. Guy told me if I would’ve picked it up yesterday there wouldn’t have been a fee since it was towed on private property, but when I called they tried to tell me it would cost $157 when it hadn’t been there for more than 12 hours. Anyways, the guy today helped me out and made sure I also knew an overnight holding fee should never be more than $25.00. Great customer service and wish I had gotten his name!

Over charged big time and outlandish added on charges. Even added a holding fee and it was only there 13 hours. Reviewed the laws and its looking as if some of of these charges just may be illegal. We all are contacting the Better buisness bureau, and the towing review board. My friend is from out of state, Im local, I will let every one know how they ripped her off.

Their honesty and merit shows with their services. They stick to the rules, yet will help you out with whatever you have going on in need of a tow. I was set up for a tow and wasnt able to be there for the pickup, so when they showed up and found that the tow was unnecessary, they called me back and told me about it to give me the chance to save my money. A lot of other businesses would take your money and let you know about it the next day.

These people go driving around looking for college students cars to tow, Ik a lot of people that have had to call the police just to get their cars back from them. They are definitely grey area people. At all costs stay away from them, if I could give zero stars I would.

PRS is a very pleasant towing company. They were able to answer all my questions when I called from how much my bill would be to an estimate in time as to when they would get to my vehicle. They even went as far as to ask if I was in a safe location with my vehicle. The one thing I was so thankful for was the fact that PRS had the best prices around. Unlike all the other companies I had called around to, PRS was very reasonably on their prices. I will definitely be using their services again if I ever need help. Thank you PRS for all that you did for me!

I needed my vehicle towed from Pulaski to Radford. David towed my vehicle as if it was his own. Not only did he tow it, he went to pick up the part and he fixed it when we got to my house. Then refused to take money for fixing it. Said and Donna are both professional and friendly!!!!!

Another towing company that has no idea what they are doing. Doesn’t keep logs of how long your are parked for. Owner has no evidence from his drivers how long cars are parked. Even admits to scamming students cars who were parked and using the business they were parked at. Terrible run business I would put 0 stars if I could.

Unfortunately, there are people in the world that have a love of money, have no empathy or compassion in their hearts. We encounter these people daily, some hide behind their own ingnorance and others freely and openly display it. Either way when you love money and it is your idle, it eats you from the inside out. I pray that the folks working for and or own this company find peace and salvation. Helpful towing and recovery is a blessing when it is needed. Predatory towing is an issue that cannot be overlooked or dismissed, especially around college campuses! Don’t fall victim to these folks, not even an inch or a second over your parking limit. They will tow you even if your standing there asking them to let you move your vehicle. Park perfectly or PRS will be watching to take your money!!!! $135 for a 6 minute tow and almost refused to let the vehicle go within 1 hour of the tow. Had to get the police involved. Sad expenditure of tax payers money!

Really easy on my vehicle. Took there time and i could tell they took care of my car. The people in the office are really nice. Very informative on the whole process of towing cars. The best part is you cant find another tow company in the area to tow ur car any cheaper! Trust me i shopped around

Awesome wonderful friendly caring upstanding all around worth it

Had to use them as a tow service and they were wonderful to deal with as well as handling my car with care. They were by far the cheapest of the ones that we called. As far as the bad reviews on here...nobody wants to have their vehicles towed but you need to understand that they are hired by property owners to tow vehicles to keep parking lots cleared for their tenants... if you followed the rules and have your parking passes in your cars then you wouldn’t have to worry about being towed unless you are parking where you shouldn’t be anyway. There are at least two other tow companies in Radford that are no where near as reasonably priced and that price gouge their customers.

The people at PRS are very caring. They will try and help in anyway they can. Unfortunately they do have to pay for their equipment and they have to pay for the insurance to be able to operate their buisness. The insurance is a lot higher than you would think I know this as a fact. PRS is probably one of the cheapes if not the cheapest towing company in this area. Check around for yourself and see. Also if you live in a Price Williams property check your contract you are responsible to have a sticker on your car or if you have guests you are responsible to make sure they have a guest pass. The only reason PRS patrols the lots is because they are contracted by Price Williams. If you dont believe me read your contract or go ask. It is that simple. Have a great day.

Another predatory towing company that preys on students because they do not have a proper business model to sustain themselves.

I stayed couple hours just talking about Pulaski history with a retired guide. Im retired and worked in the town 34 years. Really enjoyed it. The railroad is awsome as well as the old cars. Nice place. Go there and meet the people there. Well worth it.

This company along with other partner towing companies in this town as in other college towns act as predators or vulchers this practice should be considered illegal. They are not called to tow vehicles they just drive around in tow truck and walk in apartment parking lots with flashlights looking for vehicles that might be missing a paper in windshield or parked in white line . Really? You better take your little tow truck across the bridge to the local Kroger and rural king you will be busy towing vehicles 24/7 but no you don’t want to prey on locals you target the college student and parents I guess you assume they all have money and what is sad the local authorities have your back condoning it and also the apartment businesses all have a hand in it as well. I can only wish you the best in your predatory endeavors and hope all your equipment has issues so you have have your own troubles in troubling people for the hell of it and your business doesn’t deserve a one but is necessary to write this review

Crooks. Even if you contact them telling them you’re a tenant and that you will be printing out parking passes to use temporarily they will tow your car, charge you $150, and ruin your day entirely.
