This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived at. The apartments are clean and nicely maintained. You really get what you pay for and the building maintenance is excellent. I needed a couple repairs (both of which were my fault) and maintenance fixed them within 24 hours. The ladies at the front desk are exceptionally helpful and I miss living there. My one recommendation is for them to add more parking if at all possible. There were few reserved spaces/garages available for rent when we lived there. They do have a waitlist for reserved spaces and they do try to accommodate you as quickly as possible.

Lived here for about 3 years. Overall it was a good experience. Parking can be rough to find at times and that would be my only complaint.

It was a lovely place to live. Nice apartment. I felt safe. Great having a garage across the hall. The downside was it was very expensive and the office staff were not that friendly.

I lived here for ~2.5yr and overall had an excellent experience.Apartment Complex: Newer and aesthetically pleasing, great pool/patio area with nice grills and lounge area. Gym area is convenient and clean. Locker system “Package Concierge” for deliveries is also a bonus, don’t have to worry about packages sitting outside your front door for several hours. At night the lighting outside is great for visibility and not causing too much light for residents indoors.Parking: I saw a lot of complaints here, and I would just like to say that these things (lack of parking availability) can all be easily observed before you choose to move in. I do recommend getting covered parking, I also did have to wait several months before getting the best spot for my building, but it is the logical thing to do to secure a spot. Plus, I’ve been to places where you can’t have guests park inside the gates without a parking pass, so this is also a bonus.Apartment: I loved the apartment. Appliances are all newer models, the bathtub/shower is large, the washer and dryer are in-unit and very nice. Maintenance is quick to respond, I never had issues with them and they always fixed whatever needed to be fixed. I only placed two minor requests (in 2.5yr! That’s amazing) in I think.Community: The people here are friendly, neighbors say hello, no obnoxiously loud vehicles or parties that I can think of. The leasing office notifies residents of upcoming social events at the complex.Staff: I never had any issues with the staff, they always were able to answer my questions and provide me all of the information I could ask for. They were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. My additional thoughts: People should know what to expect when moving in to an apartment complex... hearing upstairs neighbors walking around at all hours of the night (are they playing croquet, bowling, wrestling.. who knows?) it happens at every apartment complex. Parking, like I said above, it’s not perfect but with some planning ahead you (resident) can make things work. It’s a modern, clean, safe, and quiet place to live, and that’s worth the cost for me.

I highly recommend looking somewhere else. Management is nice and all, but when dealing with complaints and issues between residents, they don’t help. Never in my life have I dealt with worse upstairs neighbors: two different families here. The first had young kids who essentially ran the house and it was ridiculously loud all the time. The new neighbors are young, dumb, and inconsiderate, and they stomp all hours of the night and play loud music constantly. When trying to engage with the neighbors in a considerate and neighborly manner, neither family was cooperative. When management was notified on multiple occasions nothing happened. Point being: management really doesn’t care about you as a resident and the structure of the building does not allow for peaceful living. Furthermore, everything cost money here - to include covered parking (most places around here give you at least one spot included with rent), and you need covered parking because parking is stupid.

Interiors are very nice, maintenance requests are usually followed up within two days in my experience. Leasing staff was extremely helpful with moving in almost 3 months ago. HOWEVER you must PAY to PARK. Essentially this complex does not have enough “free parking” to accommodate all tenants. Quinn Crossing does not provide every unit with 1 car port upon move in. You must typically WAIT, for a carport to become available which can take up to ~2 months depending if there are avalible spots by your building, until then you must park in free parking that is EXTREMELY limited. Personally i do not feel like i can have several guest over because they won’t have anywhere to park within a somewhat close distance. I would also like to add you must PAY FOR RECEIVING PACKAGES, yep that’s right. You must pay a registration fee to recieve any packages or you may not retrieve them what so ever. As an added bonus, which i have not have this come up with other “luxury” complexes i have lived at, you must pay 3$ for every day your package is not picked up after 3 days of them receiving it. I don’t know why nobody else has mentioned any of this in previous reviews. My husband left a negative review when we moved in unhappy with the parking situation and i was confronted with this by the leasing staff, felt it was unprofessional.

The apartments itself are beautiful and well landscaped but the staff are disorganized and unprofessional to say the least. If zero stars was an option, thats what it would be for leaving us homeless today. My wife signed an application on April 16, 2016, and expressed the move in date would need to be no later than April 24, 2016. After filling out the application the staff couldnt figure out how to process the payment so instead, she wrote down the cc information and said she would process it the following day (Sunday). On Wednesday evening my wife received a call from staff, needing more information on the cc. At that point, my wife gave her the information and requested the payment to be processed first thing in the morning. The following evening (Thursday), staff contacted my wife stating the ONLY thing they needed was verification from the current apartments and they couldnt get a hold of them on the number they were given (as if they dont have access to google). The staff requested for her to go into the apartments leasing office and get their fax number and let them know the application for Quinn was being held up because of it. Friday my wife attempted to call them several times to give them information and couldnt get through to the staff, only their third party answering service. Saturday morning (day before the move), my wife attempts to call several times and spoke to staff and expressed her frustration with the process. After she apologized for thier lack of attention to detail, she insisted she was just waiting for the correspondence from the current apartments. The current apartments faxed and emailed the requested documents only to find out an hour later that the Quinns fax machine was down that day so and the email was sent only to the original staff who helped and not this staffs email. Luckily, we were ccd on the email so the attached paperwork was forwarded to her. At around 3:30p.m., the staff called and stated she had everything and was waiting for the manager to stop by and look over the documents. At 5:21 p.m. my wife received a call stating everything was good EXCEPT the criminal background didnt come through in time so they could not possibly let her move the following day. However, they would make an exception and allow her to cancel and get her deposit back. After a heated conversation with the staff and the manager, she contended she would follow up with when the criminal background was actually processed, refund the deposit and application fee back, but that it is what it is and although they made a huge mistake there was nothing they can do. Nothing they can do about us being homeless the following day, having rented a budget truck for nearly 300.00, having no storage space reserved and might I add, no where to go. Keep in mind, my wife is a probation officer and has an active top secret security clearance with the military. So our assumption was the staff failed to process the background check on that monday, considering the manager stated it takes 5-7 business days and its typically on the later days if they find something. For someone who has never been arrested, Im certain that shouldnt have been an issue. The manager who stated it is what it is after reassuring her staff would be coached from this experience, never followed through with returning the call to us today. This has been by far the worst experience with renting an apartment, especially a luxury apartment where they offer up preferred employer discounts on the deposit for Genentech, Kaiser, Military and Law Enforcement employees.
