Went back to the French Quarter store twice because once just wasnt enough! Worked with Haleigh (Hal) and loved every minute. Told her what I needed the shoes for and my size, and she pulled out the perfect pairs for me. They are changing the name to the Orleans Shoe Co. So make sure you find them while you are down here. Thank you Destiny! I usually read several reviews prior to shopping, and or purchasing but seldom write reviews, however I will have to say the service I received today was phenomenal!! She spent 3 hours with me to ensure I was 100% satisfied and I am. The store was clean, neat, and they had every shoe I wanted available in the store which is rare. I learned so much today, I’ve been wearing all the wrong shoes and now know why my feet hurt constantly. Thank you Destiny once again, your professionalism, honesty, and friendliness is very appreciated!

THANK YOU, ERICA. went into the store yesterday to buy a pair of shoes. Found 2 pair I was ready to buy. Walked around store for almost 20 minutes. Was never approached by a salesperson at all. One was chatting with customers about growing up on Mississippi Gulf Coast, and, the other salesperson didnt emerge from back room until at least 10 minutes after I was there. She immediately walked behind the counter. At that point, a couple popped in, obviously friends, and both sales people went over to chat with them. Not once did they make an effort to acknowledge my presence or see if I needed help. Walked put dissatisfied and pretty irked. Not long after this incident, met a couple next door, who had a similar experience. Tourists, she wanted a comfortable pair of shoes, had a pair picked out in her hand, but the same pregnant salesperson was not even on the sales floor when they went into store for at least 5 minutes. After emerging from the back room, she went to the counter, got on her phone, and started talking to her friend about her pregnancy. Id say you lost at least $300 to $400 in sales within an hour yesterday, due to the incompetentcy of your personnel. In reading your reviews here, I see they are all at least a year old. Makes you wonder. I would have sent this as an email, but could not find an address. One star is too many.

Stopped in as they opened, the manager was helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend stopping by for exceptional shoes and great customer service!

While in French Quarter fora few days, my girlfriend and I walked everywhere. A couple days in, our feet were getting pretty sore because we werent wearing the most comfortable shoes. My girlfriend searched shoes stores near us and we found The Good Feet Store and manager Mr. Blake Brupbacher (pronounced BrewBacker). What a hoot he was!! He analyzed our feet with a little machine to determine on what parts of the foot we were having the most pressure and stress. From there, he fitted us into some custom orthotics that changed the outcome of the rest of the trip. Foot pain went away by the next day, and there was also lower back relief. I would recommend this store to anyone about to embark on an action packed weekend in NOLA. You wont be disappointed. Im 28 years old and Im writing this off as preventative health and body maintenance for the future.
