You will not find a better place to get your nails done on the Monterey peninsula! I have known the owners for 30 years and have never had a bad experience for manicure, pedicure and waxing sometimes I go every two weeks they treat me like family and they treat everyone like family. The place is clean and they have all the up-to-date equipment and gel polish. I love coming here its all family run.

Pleasant experience. The gentleman that did my dip nails was very polite, great music, very clean. Screens up for covid, masks required. Will be back.

This place was great. I came in as a walk in and on a really busy day, I was written into the schedule. Everything turned out perfect and everyone was lovely!

Expensive. I got a pedicure and was surprised that they didnt have other packages with it. It was a simple pedicure. I also got a manicure. I paid $90 for a simple pedicure with no color and a 2 manicures with no color. Staff is friendly. I wish they had more options for pedicure.

The lady that dog my pedicure scrubbed my feet too much!!! I have open soars on my feet because she was so rough. I also have a swollen toe from the way sure clipped my toenails. I will not return to this shop.

The mani-pedi I got was great and the technicians were so nice and professional. The quality of my gel nails is good too, I feel it will last a long time. Id Definitely be going back again. Also Ive been to a lot of nail salons but the massage chairs at top nails are the best Ive sat on in a long time :)

*** edit *** one week later and the tip of every nail is chipped and peeling, and I have broken two nails..... Additionally, my pedicure is chipped, too... I write this review because I go to all different nail salons and dipping powder always lasts at least 4 weeks and my nails are always rock solid the whole time. It is only growth that forces me back into a salon, not chips or breaks! So sad that they are all broken and I dont live in the area to get my money back or have them fixed :( hopefully they improve their quality of products because the service was nice.Came here while visiting the area... I was glad I drove away from my hotel to come here-there was plenty of parking and they did a great job. Great place to come if youre in a time crunch but best to call ahead. Also glad they do the dipping powder!

They were great!! Spent a ton of time shaping my nails and making them look how I wanted. The shop was bright and clean and super comfortable.

My husband and I are traveling and I needed to get my nails filled. So I decided to come to this shop, and I wasn’t disappointed. The lady who did my nails was receptive to how I asked for my nails to be done. She listened and was very attentive. I highly recommend this shop. I get a liquid gel French manicure. Thank you for a fabulous job.

Dont believe these 1 star reviews everyone!!! I have been to so many nail salons over many years and this is the only one where my nails NEVER CHIP OR BREAK, they are ALWAYS COURTEOUS, ALWAYS ON TIME WITH APPOINTMENTS, and careful about the job they do. I have been coming here for about 6 years now and its always a good experience. Great atmosphere, quality products used, professional staff, clean and friendly. Dont trust reviews where people dont know what they are talking about. I never review places but I took the time to review this one because they deserved a great review, and definitely do not deserve any bad ones...those people must not have even come to this salon.

They did a lovely job with my pedicure. Ive been there 4 or 5 times and only had to wait for ~10 minutes once before being seen. I easily couldve avoided that short wait had I called ahead to make an appointment. The nail salon is clean and tidy.

Very good pedicure with reasonable prices! I got the luxury spa pedicure with included the regular pedicure, polish, callus removal, scrub and wax all for $40!!!! My polish came out flawless. I did have to wait for about 15 minutes in the pedicure chair since there were only 3 people working. Also they could cut the nail files, buffers and callus scrubbers so each customer uses their own. Some places do this which I prefer because I dont like when they use the same one on every person.

Went in for a two nail repair job and Brow wax. They were polite, prompt, and professional. Grateful and friendly even though I hadn’t been there before, was from out of town, and came in at 6 PM on a Saturday night. Mahalo!

This has been my go to nail salon since moving to pacific grove over a year and a half ago!! I ❤️ the staff, atmosphere and service sooo much! I have brought a couple girlfriends, and even my mother in law in and everyone agreed that the staff was friendly and the place was clean! I love that they play music video’s instead of some random soap opera or news station! They are also very quick and will provide you your mani and pedi at the SAME TIME if you need!!

Ive been coming here for years to see Mui. I am a regular with Mui for my haircuts, color and occasionally waxing and she does it all! I always get compliments on my hair after a color touch up and/or cut. She brings my dead hair back to life!

So this place is normally great. However this time I had made an appointment for 10am the guy was late by 15 minutes, he kept leaving to take calls and he cut my finger with the dremel and did not even say anything or offer a discount. Kinda disappointed in the lack of professionalism today.

I can barely touch my feet anymore because theyve gotten so far away, so a nice pedicure is a welcome treat! THE delightful and friendly staff MAKE it a super experience,

They stayed open late to finish our nails after our pedicures, without feeling rushed or anything. They were very friendly and did an amazing job!

Have used this place occasionally over past few years and managed to get my 10 stamps on the buy 10 get one free card. However when I went to use it after some hem and haw they told me it was just for $15 off. They arent as good as other places and poor business practice has lost this customer.

The younger looking girl who works there and seems to call the shots is beyond rude and unprofessional! I waited for 40 minutes to be seen. Someone walked in and they took her ahead of me. They tried to tell me she had an appointment, which wasnt true as the walkin happened to be my neighbor and told me she did not have an appointment. Plus the look on one of technicians face made it pretty obvious that the girl was lying. I got up and left. I refuse to give my money to people with such low morals.

We were walk ins and had a wonderful experience. Comfy chairs, nice people, and a clean shop.

I walked in yesterday for a fresh gel manicure and removal of my current gels. The salon was very neat and clean and had TONS of OPI colors to choose from. My manicurist was Tuya and she was extremely friendly and very gentle on my nails. She really took her time and paid attention to detail to get my manicure exactly as I showed her in the picture. She did a French ombré with glitter tips which turned out great! I love the look, cute and classy for my style at work. I will definitely be back again.

Ive been here twice, and while the service is top notch, the prices on the site might be different from what they actually charge. Ive gotten fill ins at each visit (site says $19 for regular fill in) and the first time the guy who worked on my nails charged me $28 and I figured it was because he had to fix my nails from the last salon I went to. I just went for another fill and was charged $30. I didnt say anything, though I should have. Ive checked the website twice now, its as though they charged me for a glitter fill in, but I never git glitter. I cant really justify $30 every 2 weeks for a fill in, so Ill probably be finding another nail place. But for those who can afford it, they do great work!UPDATE: I called and asked how much for fill ins with regular polish (I had been getting gel because they never asked if I had a preference) and they said $20.

It was relaxing but not a great job

Usually I am very happy with my visits there.However, today that was not the case.I went to get mani,pedi and my eyebrows done.My manicure is usually done by Tina or Emily (who are great),however, today it was an older woman who work on station number 3. If you care aboit yourself,please AVOID Her at all costs.First of all, she soaked my nails in so much gel polish remover, that it was literally dripping from my nails .Then she asked the girl who was doing my toes what kind of nails I have and how to remove them.Then she proceeded to file my nails so hard, one of them actually broke shortly after leaving the salon. Afterwards, she started putting a gel coat on without completely removing the old one or properly cleaning and preparing my nails. Her own nails are dirty with bits of 100 year old polish on them and signs of fungus infection .What I have as a result : crooked nails, smudged toenails and an eyebrows from which one us longer than the other.I used to spend close to $150 dollars there every month, not anymore .

Horrible manicure. Got a french manicure in gel polish. Polish is lumpy, dotted and paint all over my cuticles. Rounded nails are rough around the edges. I could have done a better job mysel. Very disappointed.

After trying nearly every nail salon in my area, I found Top nails, theyre the best, Ive gotten great service and my nails always look perfect!!

Overpriced for clear polish manicure but good enough for last minute emergency touch up/ fix for before work. I had to fix some file and mails later when I got home to SD.

Horrible will never go back or recommended I went to get a manicure and they rushed threw it and didn’t even trim my nails and filed my skin and the paint clipped two days later and then when I went back they were rude and tried to up charge me $20 for gel polish and then didn’t even do a real manicure and cut my skin and made me bleed and then told me to be careful like really place sucks in customer service

They are clean and they do have a large variety of nail polish selection however they are very very rough with their hands when theyre doing your nails they hurt you they werent like this before this has just been my most last two experiences and the worst part is that they opened up a small cut on my friend finger Ill try and load up a picture
