The map of the building complex is not set at the entrance. You must get out of the car and walk over to look at the map. The map is small. The building number is not obvious. The room number indication is confusing.

There was nothing luxury about this average apartment complex. They charged us so much money we were for sure we would be happy but we are very dissatisfied. The pool was never heated. The security gate was always open along with the doors. No smoking areas for smokers so they pile up outside the exit gate to the property 😑 This means, You get to enhale cigarette smoke every time you leave the property on foot. After COVID19 this place only got worse. Nothing was open for several months yet the rates did not change. When they open the pool it was for lease tenants only. Weak.

The Apts are really nice but I saw a huge spider running down 2nd floor hallway. This spider was almost the size of a dollar bill.

Beautiful apartments! The office staff are amazing! They are caring and professional. I had a life changing event and moved across the country. They were respectful in answering all my questions and went above and beyond in making the transition a smooth and easy process.

We’ve been here for about a year and a half and absolutely love it! We love the staff, the property and the amenities! My husband and I live in the 1 bedroom unit and feel that it’s a great size for a single bedroom apartment. The bathroom also has jack and jill closets, which is a major plus! The area around the complex is nice, quiet and definitely growing! I definitely recommend this property!

Being this is my first time moving out, I was kinda nervous but all the ladies in the office really were helpful in this life adjustment. They were really patient with me with all of my questions about the lease agreement. The unit was clean, and there was even a present inside when I moved in. Maintenance saw me while I was moving and made sure to stop and introduce themselves. I am confident that I chose the right home.

The staff is so helpful and pleasant. The units are very nice and spacious. Love that every unit has a full size washer and dryer.

My mom lived here for a year. The office/clubhouse/gym/pool area are all very nice and seem to be kept pretty clean. People need to slow down when driving through the parking lot however.

I’ve been here almost 2 years...and the first year was pretty good. I’m into Year 2 and I’m so disappointed in this place mainly because the rent has increased almost 150 dollars and to live here you must be damn near dead. I’m not paying over 2k for someone to tell me too tip toe in my place. Especially when I’m a quiet person to start with just ticks me off. So for the management to always have something to say and they don’t follow through: stairwells dirty, took over 6 months to fix the window in the mailroom and then lastly the office staff needing to be trained in customer service is an understatement. The best thing about living here are the maintenance staff because they greet you with a smile and offer to help if you need it. My least ends in July and I cannot wait! LEASE WITH CAUTION...

DO NOT LIVE HERE. We lived here for less than 3 months (military orders to move) and we were charged over $400 at move out. Prior to this, the only time I had never received my full deposit back was when I broke a stove drip pan. I am a meticulous cleaner to the point of being obsessive about it, especially considering I work from my computer at home. We told them we needed to move out by the 13th and they scheduled the pre-move out inspection for the 18th. I should have fought for it to be moved up but I didnt because the place was spotless save a few things I will list 1. The lining of the drawers were stained and warped when we moved in and it it something the front desk employee pointed out and wrote down at our move in walk-through. 2. There were two small spots on the wall where we had scuffed the wall with furniture. Not enough to warrant $100 in painting. They also reported the dryer lint trap was missing. What in the world would I do with just a dryer lint trap? Doesnt matter because we were charged $50 for it anyway. The only thing that made sense was the charge for water utilities taken out of the deposit because that charge comes the month after usage. We were warned before moving in that this place tries anything they can to squeeze money out of you and we should have believed it. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Such an eyesore. You hang curtains or plants on the railing here and they have a fit... But this is acceptable?

I lived in this place for one year and was mostly bad than good... I have to admit than the amenities are very good like the swimming pool, the business center and the theatre. The apartments are pretty and new but they are made it with cheap stuff and you really can see it while you start to live there.The administration is totally terrible ... is the worst in those apartments. First, they never ever answer you back on time otherwise answer your call. Always was annoying trying to find someone who resolved the problems and they never were there for the situation. Happened to me so many times that I was just exhausted to go and see who could be available to just try to do their jobs. When I came there the ladies were mostly of the times laughing between them... joking and just talking (very professional).. that’s why they never answered the phone.. and at the end they always said “ we’ll do it” but they always do it late or sometimes they just forgot.One inconvenient very bad that showed us how much they lied to us was when my husband got home and a car was in our spot.. was very annoying and we called the number which was in the door of the entrance to ask for help and moved the car and who answer the phone said:” please tell them DONT put our number there WE DONT WORK WITH THEM ANYMORE “ woooow so they put a number of a company that doesn’t work with them ??!! That’s totally fake and nothing serious for this company. What a joke ! This is just one of the kind of things that can happen in those apartments. I don’t recommend live there because the only thing that they want is take your money in every opportunity that they have but they don’t offer the service that people should received, they just leave all the time annoying notes in your door about everything but when they have to deal with their problems ( they won’t be there or at least not as soon as possible how they must to be).

Very rude / unprofessional staffs especially Megan. They have no intention to return deposit at end of lease.Make sure you document and take pictures during walk thru before moving in. They are going charge you for every tiny mark or spot. They don’t consider any normal wear and tear even I’d lived there couple years.
