I absolutely love my apartment complex! I’ve never been able to say that before. But the staff is seriously awesome! Tiffany is the best manager I’ve ever had, she is super sweet and helpful but will be transparent with me on anything I’ve ever brought to her attention. It’s so refreshing and such a cute place to live. definitely recommend

I have lived here for a little over a year and have had nothing but an amazing experience. Management is always on top of everything, and maintenance is always fast and helpful. The apartments themselves are very beautiful and the grounds are well-maintained. I highly recommend these apartments!

The laundry place is very filthy also the machines. I came to the office to complain. They said that is clean everyday. But you can see that is not clean every day. Some places had not clen for ever. A friend of mine offer a house cleaning services and they turn her down. Laundry place have to be clean twice everyday.

Jillian from the office was fast and so helpful!! She helped me get everything ready so I could get my new home. I’m so grateful for her assistance am I’m so happy here. Absolutely Amazing highly recommend

Jill was incredibly accommodating for my wife and I! We had to move in quickly and Jill did exactly that for us! Always helpful and informative! The apartments are fantastic and facilities are well maintained! Love the renovations, giving it a very modern look with a home feel!

Management and Maintenance are very professional and very kind, quick on service and returning phone calls. Love that this is a dog friendly community! Two thumbs up to Management and Maintenance

Laundry rooms are always a mess they usually only clean it once a month. There is garbage all over the property and there is barely any available parking spots. I do not recommend this place to anyone just keeps going downhill

Its almost more than a year, I am living here and I considered these apartments the best in vacaville. Cleanliness and service is what makes me to live here. Everybody is so nice and gives you a warm welcome. Alison and Linn always likes to be friendly with everyone. They helps me a lot even I came from India, I use take help from them and they guys give me the right advice to me. I m happy to be a resident of Creekside Apartments 😊😊

Wee moved here in July of 2016 and loved it! The school across the street is amazing and so convenient. Allison in the office truly made me feel cared for and like my concerns moving from another state were important to her, she was on it! MaintenanceWas always great, wish we didnt get orders to move!

I just moved out due to a job transfer, but I am gonna miss it here so much. I loved the layout of my apartment, it was perfect for me and my kiddos, and the maintenance staff did an awesome job when I needed anything, Richard is very friendly and prompt. The girls in the office are a little bit newer, but are on top of it and extremely friendly. Gonna miss it here!

Well maintained and safe. Creekside Gardens is a good place to live. The community is gated and has recently installed security camera. The grounds are well maintained and clean. The pool and gym areas are nice and well maintained. Maintenance is quick to fix issues and respond on weekends and after hours when they are needed. The new staff is friendly. The only complaints I have are that the prices are too high and rent has gone up over $75 a year for the last 2 years and the apartments on the street side hear a lot of traffic noise. Over all its a good place to live.

To bad all the apartment don’t looked like ones they advertise. If you are lucky enough to get downstairs you have nice wooden floors and patio that you can use without everyone seeing. Down stairs apartments definitely have privacy and are held to a lesser standard the upstairs.Upstairs apartments have cheap off white carpet with no padding. Patio is painted gray metal, you can’t walk on barefoot during the hot months. The wood around it it cracked, paint is old and they are dirty.No one comes around to clean those. Grounds do look nice, they do a great job with that. Be careful not to steep in dog poop, especially from the 50 to 75 pounds dogs they have here.If you have a dog, they aren’t allowed to bark or you get written up. If you have kids they can scream and holler outside all day long and you have to accept that. You do pay pet rent.The management is always pleasant but never really get back to you on questions.I

Luscious landscapes all throughout. Staff is very responsive and helpful from maintenance to payment flexibility. 2bd unit & space is just right. The location is centralized to shopping and eateries. A fairly quiet area - most noise comes from the streets not the complex itself. Only downfall is living downstairs with an upstairs neighbor w/ dog and or young kids is hard to deal with at times, but could be worse I suppose. You can hear EVERYTHING.

RUDE STAFF! These people need to learn basic phone etiquette. I wont be wasting my time with these people. The person who answered their phone refused to give me a price for a two bedroom. Why? Because I have no specific plans to move and no date that I may be moving. What a way to bring in tenants. Refuse to answer basic questions. At least prospective tenants know upfront that the management unprofessional. Dont waste your time with these miserable people.

Very nice and quiet community. The staff are friendly and helpful. All common areas are well kept and clean!

This is my 2nd year living at Creekside Gardens Apts and I would like to give them 5 stars. The leasing office has wonderful people helping any way they can. Every time I need help with something in my apartment the Maintenance people are great. This is a great family community.

The location is pretty good and close to my house I usually come here once a week

4/5/17 So apparently, a response has now popped up, dated from 6 months ago when I have proof by screenshot that a response wasnt visible when I initially posted my statement regarding them not replying to my review a week ago. Over 6 months ago I had a complaint about maintenance looking very suspicious and actually following me to my car! I made a complaint to the office as well as this Google review. But the Google review came after my feelings were never addressed in a personal manner from the rental office. Furthermore, I was never addressed when the apt. manager actually fired and replaced the maintenance guy I complained about, until I lucked up and met the maintenance supervisor! It wasnt until then that the apt. manager asked me to CHANGE MY REVIEW to something positive! Acknowledging that she was aware of my review but not once addressing my concerns directly! 3/31/17 If you look at the other reviews posted, these people have decided that the only important tenants to address are the ones who have something NICE to say! Thats utterly offensive, dismissive and discriminative! But Im pretty sure Ill get a message or something after this update! 12/23/2016 This gated community is not secure at all. Theyre so worried about smokers but not worried about the gates always being wide open! I was robbed of a surprise delivery from Amazon.

Clean and silent property

I love this place. Im not sure if its because of the staff or how clean and quite my surroundings are. My move in date was Aug 8th.... after doing a walk thru of my soon to be apartment I popped up on the 1st. The girls asked if I was ready for the 8th. My answer was no, Im ready right now, I dont want to wait I moved in 8 days early and I couldnt be happier. Im happy with the girls in the office, maintenance and my new neighbors.😎
