This is my favorite nail place I consistently get amazing service and my nails always look fantastic. Fair prices tooThis last visit Dena did these amazing glow nail and literally blew my mind!! she’s truly an artist!

They are always so nice and tell me if something i want to do won’t work and suggest a better way to do it so it looks better. I always love the way my nails turn out and they always check with me throughout the process if it is what i want. This is by fair my favorite nail salon to get mine done at! They look so natural even though they are acrylics!

Mary is the best! She was so kind and made sure I liked how my nails looked. She even offered to change the color of the nails if I didn’t like the shade, but they turned out amazing! Youll definitely be pleased with not only the wonderful service, but the results as well :)

My visit was very pleasant! The owner is an extremely hard worker and appears to care about her clients, going above and beyond, as evidenced by I was given an appointment the very next day, she greeted me when I arrived and she thanked me for the service when I left.My nail tech was named May. She did a fantastic job, very kind, and such a perfectionist. She was also politeand very professional. I will definitely visit them again.

I’ve visited LV nails a handful of times and always have a great experience! Tina was my nail tech today for a fill w/ shellac and they turned out beautiful (color 223 or bubble bath). The salon got very busy and she was answering the phones but that didn’t change the great & detailed service I received! Thank you tina!😊

LV nails always has the most welcoming staff. I’m so happy with their work every time I go. The only time there was an issue with my service, I went back and they quickly fixed it for me. No questions asked!

I have come to this shop several times now. Tina is so hard-working and provides quality skill and service. Ive had some beautiful and long lasting acrylic nails done by Tina and May. May is very kind and detailed. Today I decided to give acrylic a rest and go with a shellac manicure and pedicure. Delaney is a new technician and did a wonderful job with the little nubs I came in with after I took my own acrylics off 😂 She was very caring and made sure I was happy with my color selection and shape. She could tell I didnt want to say that I didnt like the color I picked. Thank you for noticing and helping me! Tina, thank you for running such a great shop. See you next time!

I had signed up for an appointment the day before on their website, choosing Tina because my friend recommender her, saying she was great with acrylics and designs. It was my first time ever getting acrylics, so I was a little nervous, wanting them to be the best they could be. The site then told me it was booked and the cost was $67 for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. (obviously, this did not include any designs). I came in for my appointment the next day and I told them I wanted flowers on my hands and they then told me it would be 40 something for the toes and 50 something for the hands which NOW I realize is outrageous. One thing to note is I was alone, Im barely an adult and I was obviously nervous to be there, even saying It was my first time. Later on, I asked for a simple flower on each big toe and that was it. I realize throughout the process I was not given Tina like the booking said I was, and it was quite evident when the lady could not do the design I asked for on the acrylics. I showed her an exact photo of what I wanted, and it astounds me I see all of these reviews with these very complex nails and yet they could not do flowers. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed I didnt know what I was talking about since it was my first time getting acrylics. Maybe she would clean it up after, right? No. She didnt. They ended up charging $103, which maybe it was for the multiple colors and flowers, but what confuses me is how did they initially charge me $67 dollars, but tell me the toes cost $40? Maybe its a mistake on the website. I really REALLY just want to give the benefit of the doubt and I feel awful even writing this, but it was my birthday and it just added to an already awful week. I dont think Ill be going there again.

I’ve been going there for two years now and it’s my only place ive never gotten a bad manicure they’re clean and my nails come out better then I wanted. They always exceed my expectations best place to go I 100/10 recommend

It was my first visit to this salon. I booked an appointment for a pedicure through their online service, which was very easy. I was greeted when I arrived and serviced immediately. Amy was my technician. She was friendly, conversed easily, and was efficient. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the salon and the individually packaged tools. Amy explained that the products they use are natural and good quality. My pedi turned out great and I plan to book another pedi and mani in another month.

No matter who I go to at LV Nails, they always provide exceptional service and good laughs!

Staff was nice and very accommodating for an appointment. I like their online feature. However the polish lasted 3 days. All my toes have chipped. I wont be back here, unfortunately.

I had been to several other nail salons before I found LV Nails and let me tell you.... their staff are absolutely PHENOMENAL. Tina and Suzi are the absolutely friendliest nail techs I have ever met. And on top of that, their professionalism and skill with nail shape and color is out of this world... Cardi B should be getting her nails done here -theyre THAT good. This business is unrivaled and I will be coming here for the rest of my life.

Use to be my go to, I loved how they always know me. But I am very dissatisfied with how inconsistent the quality of their work is. I had been getting shellac for awhile, in the beginning it was great and would last: 2 weeks looked great, 3 weeks pretty good. Now after about 9 days my nails look like it had been 3+ weeks.Decide to get my nails a break from shellac so I got a regular manicure after about 4 weeks of letting nails breathe and literally the next day they were chipping.My mother stopped going because of repeated poor quality of her manicures, which didnt hear about until I complained about mine.

It’s taken me quite a while to find a nail salon in the area that I was 100% satisfied with. I had my nails done by Celin yesterday and they are PERFECT. She was so sweet and friendly, the salon was very clean and everybody in their made me feel extremely welcome. I’m so thankful to have found Celin, I’ll definitely be back :) wish I could post a picture to show how perfect they are!!

Fantastic service, best manicure I’ve ever had!

I do NOT recommend going here very unprofessional and will complain if you ask to fix anything about your nails. Every time i came here they would cut my fingers and be very rough with my nails and skin

Not even a week after getting a full set spent over 100$ & had a nail broke they repaired it and it broke again plus another nail not even 4 days after. I don’t do any lifting or anything I work at a desk so there’s no excuse as to why they broke. Would never go back!

LV nails is a real gem! I have never been to another nail salon that is so clean and professional. I get the dip powder and every time my nails looks fabulous! I would recommend this place to anyone!

This was my first time coming here and now I will never go anywhere else. I got a gel french manicure by Mary and a pedicure by Tommy. They both did an excellent job, took their time and were super friendly. In addition, I have never been to a salon as clean as this one. I watched both of them open their tools from a sterilized bag in front of me, and the pedicure tub was lined with plastic. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

You either have a really good experience or bad one, Tommy does great work. But unfortunately this past experience was not the greatest. Did not do my nails how I asked, did what they wanted. Every other person that comes in wants Tommy so he will stop doing your nails to go do others. My Shellac cracked after only 3 days, and not to mention I got a text asking for a “tip” when this is the second time I wasn’t satisfied.

Great customer service! They pay Good attention to detail and do quality work. Did Not damage my nails by sanding them down with electric filer to put on gel nail polish.

I have been getting acrylic nails for about 12 years now, usually Im pretty loyal and try to go to the same salon every time. I wandered into LV nails one day because my regular salon was closed and I havent been anywhere else since! I was immediately treated like an old friend and my nails were fabulous. Im very picky about my nails and I have found so many techs that just try to hurry through and dont pay attention to detail...that is NOT the case at LV nails, my nails are always perfectly straight, shaped beautifully and done well as I find I am not able to get my nails done as often as I need to so they grow a lot between fills and I am never disappointed! Love my new nail place!

I have finally found my forever nail salon! I knew something was different the first time I walked in about 6 months ago...welcoming smiles, offered water or coffee, huge selection of colors, and good prices. But here’s the thing...they keep getting better with time—improved appointment process with text/call functionality, menus of their services in the pedicure chairs, and an even wider variety of colors. This salon put me on to the dip process. I have had dip done before at other salons where my nails were left extremely weak afterwards, not here!..just healthy nails underneath. I’m extremely picky when it comes to my nails and they make sure you leave satisfied-no matter what! Excellent customer service like this is really hard to find these days, but at LV Nails you can expect that and more. Thank you for setting the bar high LV Nails :)

The husband and wife duo are very sweet -- and they try all the latest trends. They make you feel like youre their only customer and offer you tea/coffee. Even though their prices are low, you definitely get what you pay for.

My friend told me about this place. I stopped by this place for pedicure. The owner named Amy did a fab job on my feet. The basic pedi includes sugar scrub which is charged 5 bucks extra at some other places. On top of that, I offered water or diet coke and chocolate as well. Tommy, Amys husband, did my ombre dipping powder. It looks natural and healthy for your nails compared to acrylic stuff. I found a place to go. Definitely come back and recommend for every one.

Brand new beautiful salon. Super nice & professional owners. Ive been here twice; the first time I got shellac which lasted close to 3 weeks.

Unfourt I can not reccamend this salon nor would I ever return . The pedicure was mediocre at best, and my dip French manicure took forever, was way too thick, and at the end of it my nails didn’t even look like my own nails and I ended up having her soak it all off . Also, I find it seriously rude that instead of talking to their customers 3 of the nail techs ( also the tech who was working on me ) will all talk and laugh with each other when the shop is full of customers who can’t under stand a word of what they are saying are just sitting at the stations getting their nails / toes done .

I came here for the first time tonight and I am completely impressed! My mani/pedi came out perfect. Salon is brand new, very clean & staff is personable. Most importantly they use freshly wrapped nail utensils & put a plastic wrap in the foot baths. Definitely the best place I have been to yet in Troy. I will definitely be back!

Nice, clean salon, Tom is nice and he makes sure the client is happy . The only thing I would recommend is asking for extra layer while doing shellac manicure. Mine was thin . But overall it was a good experience.

Don’t waste your time and money. I went there for my first time a couple of days ago and i was told that i can have a seat to pick a color so i did, it took Tommy 25 mins to come and get me which is not a big deal but what was a big deal is how rude he was. Never greeted me or said a word to me not even what color i wanted then a couple of mins later as he was putting foil on my nails he goes how are you. Then he leaves me for more than 20 mins and went to go work on someone else and i had to actually ask the owner to go get him( i made two appointments when he was gone hoping to come back and see someone else cause i thought i would give them another chance). Finally he comes back and a couple of more mins go by and i said do u want to see what color i picked he never responds the manager Amy who is siting next to him who was really nice asked the girl at the reception to go grab the color and i also told him that i wanted a design as well as showing them when they were grabbing the polish and i made sure that they knew i wanted a design when i made the appt too. So he started to put on the shellac clear coat and i was like are u going to do the design ? He goes what design ? I’m like the one i showed you remind you they were acting all surprised like i never showed them and they asked me to show them again so i did and they told me that they couldn’t do it because it wasn’t simple which is what they do when it was only a flower with some lines around it ???? I was very irritating at this point and as i was paying i was on the phone and didn’t pay attention that they charged me an extra $5 without telling me why because when i called and made the appt i only wanted to do a color change with shellac plus a design but since i never did the design i didn’t know why they charged me that and i tipped him $10 which he doesn’t deserve. Anyways so i call the salon when i left and they were like well a technician has to look at it to refund ur money back it could be because they filed my nails and remind u my nails are very short it only took him 2 mins to file or even less and one of my nails was thicker than the other once so i had to go to a different salon and pay again to get it fixed what a waste. Never coming back.
