Kim is so amazing! She is patient and knows her craft very well. I never leave unhappy and my nails hold up very well before my next appointment. There’s a lot of team work which is nice to see.

I am so impressed with this salon!!!! I made an appointment on the website I was taken right away. Everyone was so nice! Soak off take a long time and they ask if I was hungry or thirsty. I thought that was excellent customer service! Kim is amazing I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she duplicated it perfectly! And the salon is absolutely beautiful! I felt like I was at a spa in California or Altana! I would 100% recommend! This will be my new go to nail place!!!!

They talk bad about other customers in front of customers. Karen that comes weekly. They speak poorly of you. Dont make an appointment here. They will not be available, make you wait when you return, and the funniest part... yell at you and tell you that you didnt make an appointment . Lack of accountability and very unprofessional. All my friends and family have now changed spas. The meanest people Ive met from a spa. 😔

Worst mani pedi Ive ever gotten! Normally when I get shellac on my nails it last for a long time at least two weeks or longer but I barely made it a week before it started peeling!! And even my pedi with regular nail polish should have lasted longer and should not have peeled off in one piece! Now my nails are in horrible condition so I will never be going here again.

I came in to get my nails done, I dont know the mans name but he was the only man in the shop at the time. He is very fast and my nails look excellent. I will definitely be a regular customer. Their prices are great as well.

Nail tech was very rough during my manicure. 4 of my fingers were bleeding .. 1 was so bad even after washing my hands that I left without getting shellac.

Go here!! Its definitely a hole in the wall salon. Youd never know driving by that it was anything special but it is. Their pedicure includes a scrub, hot stone, hot towel and massage for $30. They take their time and do such a nice job. They do a great job staying up on their sanitation techniques too. Its a very clean salon.

The work was well done and pretty quick! Im definitely happy with my experience but the loss of star comes from the massage part of the manicure. He used only a pinky nail sized dollop of lotion and it lack of d the luscious clean and soft feeling I look forward to after getting my nails done. Im sure he wouldve added more lotion if I had asked but it was rather awkward for me to do so especially when he saw my hands were way drier than they should be.

Me and my daughter have been going there for over a year now. They are such a great family. Kim Randy, Mom and Tata. (I dont usually stay with 1 place very long, bc the outcome changes everytime)....NOT HERE...They are so consistent with their workmanship.....EVERYTIME. They know your name. They know what u like. Ive had everything done there including eyebrows. They massage chairs are to die for and so are the pedicures. YOU WILL LOVE IT! .I promise

I love the people here. And I want to keep going here but unfortunately, they use bad quality acrylic. they lift fast and break quickly, then they charge for repairs.

They got me in darn near at the last minute despite being busy. They are friendly, kept sanitizing things, and even asked me to sanitize my hands, twice! (I consider that a good thing btw)

Went here a few times due to convenience, because it was around the corner from my home. Every time I got an expensive (might I add) shellac manicure my nails would start chipping the following day or shortly after. I never understood why this was the only place that the shellac would start chipping almost immediately. I recently went to a salon and they told me you’re never suppose to soak your nails prior to getting a manicure. When polish is applied to nails in that expanded state, the moisture is trapped. Once the nails begin to dry, they contract, and the trapped moisture that needs to escape will begin to cause the polish to separate from the nail.DO NOT LET THEM SOAK YOUR NAILS PRIOR TO YOUR MANICURE! Any reputable place should know this.

Relaxing place where they do great work and take care of each person quickly. They have SO MANY colors and are extremely talented to do whatever you want. I love this place.

Just got the worst shellac pedicure. After saying they could complete the pedicure with a hologram design on their shellac wheel, she later stated the hologram wasnt working. I was left with a gross blue base color after already wasting an hour of my lunch break. I then asked if she could at least put glitter on it to lessen the hideousness of the blue she picked, and was given thick silver glitter all over my nails...it looks like a 6 year old did it. Not sure if they were having an off-day or what, but I could have painted these myself with a better outcome. very disappointed and will not be returning. If you cant provide the service, dont advertise the design. Pretty simple!

I’ve been coming here for about two years now. Love how they use hot stones during the pedicure and they never seem to rush the service. Prices are reasonable and posted on the wall so no surprises when it comes time to pay. They have a great color selection. There is rarely a long wait and they try to accommodate everyone even if they didn’t have an appointment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails! They prefer cash only tips but if you’re in a bind they’ll do it on the card.

I have been here twice and will definitely be returning. The first time I went was on a Sunday and although we scheduled an appointment it was very busy. They did a great job but you could tell the service was a little rushed. I returned on a Friday afternoon and had a much better experience, they took their time and the massage was great! They autoclave their instruments as they should and they use liners for pedicures. Its a very clean salon. They are priced fairly and provide great service!

Terrible place. Very rude people treating very poorly their costumers! I dont recommend going there at all. They treat you like bag of money. They do it fast and not a good job, before they done with your nails they will ask you to pay first, after you pay they rush pairing your nails within 2 minutes and leave you like this to go home now you are done. You feel like they rush everything to get money from you and goodbye. Not only they screwed up my nails and werent to nice when I told them to fix it. They dont treat their costumes with respect when you tell them they need to fix something plus they talk shirt about you in they language. Unacceptable!!!

I went yesterday for manicure and pedicure for first time to My day nails spa. My experience was very good with them. The lady who did my pedicure and manicure is very sweet and very good. She did 10mins message during the pedicure. Cleaned each and every nail properly. I will go again definitely.

Just finished getting a pedicure. First time to this salon. Very clean, nice employees, and wonderful massage. Very happy!

I made an appointment and told the front desk lady I might be a little late because I’m coming from work and she said okay. I was no more than 5 min late coming in and of course apologized. My nail tech immediately said “you came in late”, so I asked her if she wanted me to reschedule since I didn’t need my nails done urgently. She said since I was already there, she’d take me which I thought was nice at first. Throughout the entire time I was there she brought it up numerous times to me and told me how it’s rude to show up late. I told her again and again that I called to give a heads up and apologized again but she didn’t care. As her next appointment came in when my nails were drying she told the next customer that she had to wait because I came in late...I was shocked. I’ve never been treated like that in my life over being 5 min late especially after apologizing profusely and giving them a heads up.I understand how frustrating it is when people come in late, but I’d really appreciate if she just accepted my offer to reschedule and save me the poor experience.

I recently moved to Michigan from Miami less than a month ago. So, I needed a new nail spot. It was the day before my WEDDING, I found this place on yelp. Decided to give it a try based off the reviews and location. I called before hand to ask if they have time to do 6 girls (mother, aunt, cousin, and sisters). They told me to come in that there will be no problem. We arrive, everything went smooth until the only man in the place didnt want to give my sister what she was asking for. She wanted her nails shorter and more narrow, instead he slammed his desk drawl, my sister being 8 months prego began crying. He was the most arrogant person Ive ever seen. In the meantime I was with a lady, apparently she was the manager, I voiced my concern about how I want my nails, she went on telling me to do powder and than gel over the powder (keep in mind I got acrylic), so I was confused why shes adding powder when Im going to put gel, she told me I needed the powder. I let it be until I got my bill $100, I never ever in my life ever spent $100 on nails. I asked her to break down my bill, she charged me $30 for the extra powder I DID NOT NEED and told her I knew I didnt need it but she was so convinced that it was necessary. The manager began to raise her voice at my and my family stating that were crazy. Yall, I was so livid. My sister asked her to speak to the owner she told us the owner is not in town, we kept insisting she give us a number where we can voice our problems she raised her voice at us to get out, to shut us up she gave us a false number to contact. I then told her I want a refund because of the customer service she said, okay Im going to take off your nails. It was just terrible, everything about this place was terrible, horrible. Its 3 days later and my acrylics are coming off by themselves. I never experienced this before. DO NOT GO HERE, they will treat you like mud.

I dont usually leave negative reviews, but do NOT go here. I got a gel full set (not fill in) 4 days ago. Just now my 7th nail has broken. They are popping off, it doesnt stay on, Ive never had this happen? Last night I was putting moose in my hair and a nail popped off....the place I normally go to in Rochester I never have this happen. Will not be going again.

The staff was very friendly when my girlfriend was here, she is a regular. After she left they were rude, tried to hurry instead of do a good job, and acted annoyed when I asked her to even out my nails. Mgmy fingernails are still jagged but Im going to just suffer because its not worth the arguement. She also did some random color, not the one I picked, and said that they are the exact same color.However, the man that did my pedi did a fabulous job.The prices are higher than my normal salon, but wanted to try something different. Ill come back if I can request him (idk his name, older gentleman with glasses. Otherwise I guess Ill keep searching.
