Wow! This salon is incredible! I went in on a whim and received the best manicure Ive ever had! Walked in on a Saturday and they immediately sat me. The nail tech was extremely meticulous.and the design I asked for was better than the pictures I brought with me. I will absolutely be a regular customer. Very happy to have found this little gem!

First time I have ever written a review regarding a nail salon. If I could give Bliss Nails Salon 6 stars, I would. Welcoming atmosphere, fair prices, clean space, and friendly staff, and an excellent result. What’s not to like??? It also helps that it’s right near my home, so even better, right? I’m telling all my friends to come here. This place should be the standard! If you want relaxation, comfortable environment and great results this is the place for you!

Everyone at Bliss is so kind and professional!! I always feel so welcomed every time I come in & I’ve never had a bad experience! Especially Van- I always come in with pictures of designs for my nails & always walk out with exactly what I wanted. I love Bliss!!

I had not been to a salon since the pandemic and needed a full set. I was given Van, who was Awesome. Friendly, on time, and she gave me what I wanted. Theyre a little pricey, but it was worth it. They have pedicures that start at $30 and up and full gel sets are like $50 and it was worth every dime I spent.

Bliss is my favorite nail salon in the Annapolis area. It is always immaculate, and the technicians are professional and very skilled. Ask to see Van, she is friendly, gentle, and incredibly skilled with nail design. Overall a great place to relax and pamper yourself!!

I just got tips and dip powder for the first time since before the pandemic. Dena was AMAZING!! She was funny, sweet, and took her time making my nails look perfect. They fit me in as a walk-in. I will be a repeat customer for sure!! Dont bother going anywhere else; this place is the best!!!

Got the zen pedicure with Ali, Van, and Mimi. It was near closing time... I thought they’d rush us but I was wrong. They completely spoiled us and made my grandma feel so cherished.

Woah. 100% disappointed. I didnt get any of the massage or callus service, literally just put my feet in and out of the water and the guy painted my nails for 50 dollars? Go anywhere else and youll get at least a leg massage and a callus scrub.Additionally this one lady worker there who took my payment was super nice to this guy customer talking about drinking in mexico but super rude to me. Literally did not even look me in the face and changed her tone of voice immediately to bland and uninterested. Do not recommend this nail salon at all.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the service i received at this establishment. I visited Bliss Nails & Spa for the first time on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 3pm (appointment) for an SNS (dipping powder manicure and regular pedicure). Upon arrival i was instructed to wash my hands - which is perfectly fine given the circumstances associated with COVID-19. After washing my hands, i had to go back to the front and ask the receptionist where they wanted me to go. The front desk receptionist told me to go to the back and sit at a station. I walked to the back and had to wait to see exactly what station i needed to sit at. After waiting for approximately 3-5 minutes, the nail tech came from the back and told me where to sit. Almost immediately after sitting down and putting my feet in the water, WITHOUT ASKING, the tech began clipping my toe nails. She clipped them way too short for my liking and crooked (see picture). After the pedicure, i moved to a station to get my SNS manicure. The tech rushed through my manicure and cut my cuticle. When i let her know that she cut me, she blew me off and then when i started to bleed, she rushed and put some unknown liquid substance on it which made it worse. With the status of the economy and COVID-19, the last thing someone would want is to be cut in a nail salon to the point where you start bleeding. As she was finishing up my manicure, i expressed all the flaws with my nails and she insisted that it was MY fault because of the way my hand was positioned when she dipped it in the powder. The color was extremely patchy and my index finger was not smoothed out whatsoever (see picture). At this point, i am furious and had other errands to run and did not have time for her to redo my nails - i walked to the front and was quoted $87 and asked to speak with the manager. I expressed to the manager (Nikki) how i felt about the service i received and she was extremely dismissive and did not care EVEN THOUGH she saw and agreed that the manicure was not up to par. I tried negotiating with her and letting her know, i would pay but i was not willing to pay $87 for the service i received. The manager insisted letting the tech try and fix my nails and that it wouldnt take long. I gave her 5 minutes to TRY and fix it and ended up with having 4+ coats on my middle and ring finger of my right hand (see picture) - resulting in my nail looking SUPER BULKY. At this point i was OVER it, the manager did not even bother to check to see if i was satisfied - i paid and left. I am BEYOND disappointed in their lack of professionalism and compassion. I am currently 8 months pregnant and had to literally bend over to pick up my shoes and carry them to the manicure station as well as remove the toe separators and disposable flip flops. The tech watched my struggle and didnt even bother to assist (so disheartening). Im almost certain that there are more flaws with my pedicure but considering i can hardly see my feet, i am unable to leave an accurate review for the pedicure other than my nails being crooked and too short. I feel like i was completely scammed out of my money and I honestly wish i could get a refund.DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND DONT LET THE ATMOSPHERE FOOL YOU LIKE IT DID ME.

I scheduled a mani/pedi based on reviews with the positively reviewed Dena. I was not disappointed!I was greeted and asked to pick my color choice, after washing my hands.Dena was warm and personable which thrills me because I do enjoy pleasant conversation with the nail tech. She’s funny yet focused and Dena was also quite hospitable - offering me water, soda or a mimosa 🥰The massage chair did its job massaging me from head to thighs while Dena cleaned up my cuticles and calluses. The pandemic was long and unforgiving, forced me to do my own mani-pedi, I’m a particular finicky customer and Dena undid all the horrible damage I did to my fingers and toes! Dena is a savior 🙏🏻🕊The ambience is relaxing and friendly, the shop is clean and well-organized and airy for being in a shopping center. I’ll be back soon for another mani-pedi because I enjoyed it so much. Thank you, Dena, Krysta (forgive me if I’m spelling it wrong) and Bliss Nails.

I walked in on Sunday and I believe the nail technician was named Summer but she was great! The place was very clean and all their tools came out of wrappers so I know they were fresh. She offered me a water bottle and asked if I needed anything else. The basic pedicure was $30 which felt very reasonable. I will definitely return.

Hands down the Best place for all services. Clean, Peaceful and the team there is very friendly and courteous. Dena ROCKS !!

The prices here are too high & the man I had seemed to not know what he was doing. He cut me twice while filing and i asked for coffin but the complete opposite & i had to ask him to fix mistakes that he made. I also had to go and buy my own nail file and file my nails to the coffin shape that I wanted. The only thing I really like about these nails are the color. And he had the nerve to still ask me to pay $57. Also my acrylic isn’t even on my whole nail.

I own a business that sold Nikki some equipment for her Salon, and you can just tell how much she truly cares about her clients. Down to the smallest details this Salon has been designed for Bliss

Upon walking in I really wanted to be able to give this place five stars and a raving review. The location is huge and beautifully decorated with a plethora of stations for services . Unfortunately shortly after arriving things immediately begin to go downhill. I was taken back a few moments after coming in for my pedicure. That part was great but then at the end the technician asked me to sit in the drying station and tells me that she has another appointment waiting so she wont be doing my nails. And then she goes to the register and then returns with the receipt asking me to pay for my pedicure portion. That completely caught me off guard as Ive never been anywhere where theyve asked me to pay for my services separately. But fine I did it and tipped her because she did do a great job on the pedicure. Well now here I sit and wait for 30 minutes for someone to finish my services and do my gel fill in. Finally the young lady at the front desk ask me if anyone is helping me and I told her that I had been waiting for someone to do my nails. Which then she responds with oh the other technician didnt tell her. So I continue to wait because I dont want to leave without both Services complete. Finally she escorts me to sit at a station where I waited another 15 minutes for someone to arrive. The woman that sat down to take care of my nails was very sweet however in my opinion not equipped to handle the services. She was someones mother who was there visiting and again Im sure one of the loveliest people Ill ever come across. Nonetheless my nails are horrible. She cut one down so low that you can now see my skin when looking down at the top of my nail. They are all bumpy looking, uneven and oddly shaped. The Polish is not even completely on each of the nails. Some of the sides arent painted.... some arent painted at the bottom.... and oddly enough my fingers on the other side of my nail bed actually have polish on them. Some parts are shiny, some matte. It looks like I had a bad experience finger painting. With all that said the only reason I would go back would be to get a pedicure but thats highly unlikely because I dont want to have to go to multiple places to be serviced. All in all, I spent 3 hours just to leave unhappy.

The man who work there did my nails so messy, they cut my finger deep to where it was burning.charged me $2 for supplies when it came to giving me my money. Still left with polish on my hands. Wouldn’t recommend and they are extremely expensive. The man did them so poorly that the women had to come fix up my nails. I also have proof that my nail is deeply cut on my pinky finger. I have been a long time client at this salon.The staff are very friendly, the spa it’s very clean and customer service are always on point. During this pandemic, the salon follows strict protocols & healthy guidelines, from face shield/table shield/ they really go above & beyond to keep you safe. What a horrible horrible place!!! DO NOT GO HERE especially for the powder nails!!! The reason I pay more for the powder is so it will last longer. During my initial application, I was puzzled when they used the UV lamp throughout the service. They looked great at first but after a week, they started to lift and look terrible. I work full-time and it was hard for me to get in to have them fixed right away. Today, less than 2 weeks later, I go back in and they refuse to fix them.Ive attached pictures for you to see for yourself. Each and every nail is lifting after less than two weeks. This is NOT normal! They clearly were not done properly. I was told they would soak them off for free but Id have to pay to have them redone. I am shocked at such poor customer service!!! They clearly do not stand by their work. Literally the manager refused to help and said she thought they looked good. What??? Each and every nail, its coming off. Because I didnt come back in 7 days they wouldnt fix for free.What a huge disappointment. With SO many other nail salons in the area, please save yourself and do not go here! I got them fixed at another salon and they confirmed that they were put on very bad.*****in response to the owner below*****People work and cant rush to the nail salon. I work Thursday through Sunday and came into your establishment first thing this morning. The nails started lifting last week which is LESS THAN two weeks. I showed my nails to several people and they all agree that they look terrible and should NEVER lift after such a short time.I was very polite and nice when I came in today. I was simply looking to have my nails fixed because they were not done properly the first time. Your technician used a UV lamp which is wrong!! Even your description for this service on your website says no uv light. My new nail technician also said my nails werent filed properly which is why they ALL lifted. You can not treat your customers in such a poor manner and expect to stay in business.I had no problem finding a MUCH BETTER salon so I dont need your luck finding a new one. You however need luck staying in business. Ive had someone else reach out to me today after reading my complaint who also have had problems with your nail services. You clearly need to better train your employees and learn the art of customer service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I had acrylic done on a Tuesday July 28. Before I got home two nails chipped. 3 others have since lifted and the acrylic snapped off. I came back today, August 5 and am being told I have to pay for the repairs. The gentleman took a grinder to my nails to shorten them. MY NAILS ARE RUINED AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY AGAIN

Walk in for service today... the service good but the quality of the product not good... as a new client if I’m asking for something I never had before then I’m relying on the technician la expertise to tell me how product should look... best results doing this way etc... ombré set is not what I see as pictures of it nor what I saw on the live person ... it was done pink and white... & it definitely isn’t the same look I saw ... smudges in polish... looks on pics as a natural set... disappointed for what I paid...

I had an amazing experience! We called an hour in advance and made an appointment. Showed up and were seated within minutes! My nail tech advised me and was patient with me regarding two nail designs I was considering. Once we chose one, she was not rushed. She took her time to ensure it came out PERFECTLY. The pricing was also decent, not too expensive at all!

I came to Bliss last night to get a gel manicure. The technician was very nice but seemed to rush my nails a little bit and didn’t even get the polish on my full nail. They look grown out since she didn’t fully get the bottom or sides of my nails. She pushed back my cuticles but didn’t even paint that part of the nail? The color is nice and the part that is painted is okay, but they just don’t look as great as they usually do when I get them done, and for $35 plus tip, I expected a little better.

Bliss Nails is, by far, the best spa in Annapolis.Ive been a loyal customer from the day they opened, and I highly recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.The staff is wonderful.Friendly, efficient and, most importantly, highly skilled.The atmosphere is not only clean, which is very important to me, but incredibly relaxing.Nikki, the owner, is THE BEST! Shes the asset who makes it all work.

Got a pedicure done at 2pm today, sat in the chair for an hour to dry. Left wearing the disposable flip flops because my toes were still wet. And I figured blowing warm air on my toes while driving would be speed things up. 4 hours later my toes are still wet. I can see the paraffin wax under the polish. I’m currently sitting in the waiting area waiting to be helped while most of the ladies do not have a customer. I won’t be returning.

I randomly stopped in on a Sunday for a pedicure. I was promptly greeted and although there was a bit of a wait which was expected since I did not have an appointment. Summer did the Runner’s pedicure. She was very kind and detailed oriented. The massage was amazing and my feet felt like new! I highly recommend her!

Bliss always does a wonderful job! People love to look for reasons to complain, but I can truly say there is no reason to. I drive 40-50 minutes from my apartment just to come to Bliss. I have tried other salons over the years and no one has been as consistent as them. Worth it! I highly recommend.

Visit 4/13/19Milk & honey pedicure was awesome! The massage was definitely the best part. My only 2 complaints are... there was still some paraffin wax on my feet when I left & the polish seems to be rubbing off already.

Went for a manicure and sat in the dryer for 12 minutes and before I even got home polished was smudged everywhere. Went back the next day to fix it and received an even worse polish. Just not great work unfortunately.

I have been to many spas, and this is, without a doubt, the BEST in the Annapolis area.In particular, Nikki has made my visits to the spa a spectacular experience.All of the employees are very professional, efficient and warm.I recommend you rush out and experience what has made my life far more enjoyable.

My nail tech Crystal had a very unpleasant presence as she did my nails. This was my second time coming to her, I only returned because I did like the way she did my nails. However both times she seemed very irritated (for what reason? no clue! I’m a simple client). She acted as if she was annoyed & disgusted to be doing my nails and even snatched the nail color swatches away from me while I was still looking at them. It was obvious she wanted me in and out. When it was time to pay she asked me if I wanted to tip on the card or in cash, after I paid with card she stood there waiting for a tip in cash. Though I always tip I felt like she was demanding a tip, as if I’m obligated to leave her one. The ONLY upside of this is that the parking is great & the establishment seems to be clean. I will not be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE. This is a long read but if you have ACRYLIC nails its WORTH it! I wouldve gave this place 2 stars because the lady who did my pedicure was sweet. I felt uncomfortable almost the moment I walked in. I asked the lady at the counter about pricing since there was none visibly posted and it was my 1st time there. I was told just go pick your color. Kinda rude I thought but I just did as I was told. The pedicure lady was nice. Then I get to lady whos going to do my acrylic fill. Everything was going good until she used the ROUGHEST brush ever to clean the dust off of my hands. Just straight scraping my hands. She didnt put any oil on my cuticles or ask me to wash my hands. Then she basically throws a ring of gel colors on the table in front of me and walks away. Mind you I already have my color on the table next to me. I tell her that I want to use regular polish and not gel. I had to tell her at least 4 times that I did not want gel. I even told her that I was on a budget and couldnt afford it but she just kept going. She finally gave in and painted my nails with what I wanted. I asked her to please paint all the way to the skin and she said of course thats what Im doing. But she did not. Then when its time to pay she asks if I want to put the Tip on my card as well. I say yes. Then she proceeds to ask me multiple times if I have cash and I kept telling her no I dont! So I leave and ONE DAY LATER my nail breaks! Now its a small chip but when you spend $65 somewhere you expect your nails to last!! So I go back and they offer to fix it. They gave me the SAME LADY! She proceeds to lecture me and say that if I wouldve gotten gel polish my nail wouldnt have broken. Are you kidding me?? 1) you dont lecture the customer 2) it doesnt matter what nail polish you use if the nails are too thin they are going to break. Then she proceeds to shape my nail completely different from the rest of them. Im posting this 6 days later and ANOTHER NAIL HAS BROKEN!! Im a stay at home mom whos currently on vacation. Im not doing ANYTHING that would cause these nails to break! Also my toenail polish is already chipped.

Love this salon, go there all the time. Great techs, very serene. They are not rude at all. I was there getting a pedicure the day the young lady and her group of friends were in the salon. Customers were complaining about how loud they were. Most of the girls in the group were not even being serviced, just hanging out in the chairs in the area customers were being serviced.I dont know about anyone else, but when I go to get a pedicure and pay for that service, I want it to be a relaxing experience. They were being disruptive for a long time before nail tech asked them to quiet down. Customers kept complaining, he didnt do it to be a jerk. Excellent customer service! :)

Cons: she cut me, chem burned me, didnt apologize, used shortcuts such as the drill to tear off polish and cut down nails, switched with someone else at the end with no notice to me, and that person ruined the great design by adding glitter without asking if I wanted it. $30 for an acrylic fill? Then I was still going to leave a tip but there is no option to tip on debit transactions.Pros: daughter loved her pedicure in the kids butterfly chair and he was so gentle with her little fingers and toes. She even had a blister from an incident this morning and never complained that it was touched or hurt.

Been coming here for a few years, and always had a pretty good experience. However, today I got the worst pedicure Ive ever had. The technician was an older lady, who spent just a minute or so on each step and in a very disorganized fashion. She stopped halfway through applying the nail polish to clean the work station. My mother and I were seated at the same time and requested the exact same service. My pedicure was finished a good 15 minutes before hers.Also, the staff was extremely loud talking over each other in different areas of the salon, at one point they were talking to someone on speakerphone. I dont expect silence or total relaxation, but I was getting a headache from all the yelling.In the end, after being left sitting in the chairs when the technicians were done, my mother and I walked up to the desk and asked to pay so we could leave.

Salon is very clean and great staff. One girl did check her phone while doing our nails, I felt was unprofessional. Overall, very good. I have been having a hard time finding a good salon in this area, and have been coming back here several times. I love the atmosphere, prices and service.

Absolutely terrible service! So rude! What nail salon do you go to where talking is not allowed? Not to mention none of the employees were friendly and conversed with the clients! My friends and I were in the pedicure area talking in a group. We were laughing and did let the noise get loud. The man working there told us we had to keep it down, mind you its pretty quite in this place with 3 other customers besides us! So we lower our voices and are still talking and 5 minutes later the man comes back with a extremely bad attitude telling us we really needed to be quiet because a client complained? So why was my service, and my 3 friends service not as valuable as this one woman? A nail salon should be a friendly place for everyone to go to especially for the price spent! The man who worked there continued giving us dirty looks the rest of the time spent there! Rudest nail salon EVER!

They got me and my daughter in right away without an appointment. She lived the butterfly chairs! Price is very reasonable compared to other Annapolis salons. Will definitely be back.

This was my first time going to Bliss Nail and Spa. It has an awesome atmosphere and very friendly staff. I felt so relaxed after leaving. Lee did and awesome job. I will deffinetly be back to get my nails done for my wedding!

Best nail salon ever!!! I have been getting my nails done for years and have hopped around from place to place in the Anne Arundel County area until a friend told me about Bliss. When I went I was so impressed with not only the staff, but the look and the time that they took to make sure that I was happy with my nails. I finally had a good gel manicure for the first time in years. It lasted me over 2 weeks!!! When you do go make sure to ask for Victoria she is absolutely amazing!! She takes her time and makes sure your nails and toes look perfect.

Was in the area on a Friday evening and decided to give this salon a try. I attempted to walk in at 7:30 but the door was locked. I noticed the operating hours posted on the window - closing time 8:00. From the window, I could see an employee was behind the desk and another was cleaning. I mouthed are you closed and the employee nodded her head. Annoyed, I pointed to the posted hours but received no reaction or further eye contact. If your establishment closes at 8:00, close at 8:00 not 30 minutes earlier. Bad business practice and horrible customer service!

Was the first one to arrive here early Sunday morning. They took me immediately however they had to swap out my pedicurist since someone else had booked him. Dont know why they didnt tell me that from the start since there were other professional pedicurist that could have taken me. There was a long wait for the swap. When I finally received service she stopped working on me to attend to another customer in the waxing room. This took about another 5 to 10 minutes. When she finally came back for the second time she started instructing the neighboring pedicurist on how to operate the chair. I signed up for the 40 minute pedicure. When the time reached 45 minutes /with all the interruptions and delays she stopped my extended message. When asked said that she was done. I had only gotten about 5 minutes if that of message. She then quickly painted my toe nails. I opted out of the manicure. She then brought me over to the nail drying area and immediately asked for payment. So much for being a bliss place to visit!

I had my nails done here only a week ago and I assume because I was a walk-in they rushed my nails. I had a full set done by the young lady with brown hair and blonde highlights, pretty slim & young. She seemed to be the owner.My nails color was beautiful however after only a week the acrylic is peeling around the edges & on my right index finger the acrylic nail is lifting already. They are lumpy and uneven around the base.

I usually love coming here but this will be my last visit. The nail technician was obviously in a hurry and kept rushing me. They did take me right away but she wanted me to pick out a color while she started working on my hands. Im trying to flip through the color samples with my left hand. Well that thing was awkward and hard to do. I guess I was taking too long. She didnt ask how I was or anything, just polite conversation would be nice. She had an attitude. Just shoved my hands around. I gave her $4 but she didnt deserve that. Im very disappointed and wont ever be back.

Beautiful and comfortable place. Crystal is the best. Good at accomodating walk ins. But best to have an appt, so as to not get upset when technicians have other clients who called ahead when you just walk in.

My daughter and I went in for gel manicures for her birthday. We both received an upgrade on the type we picked. I had noticed just the next day that the tips of my nails appeared worn. Then within about a week my pinky was getting caught on things and I noticed that I could peal up on the nail. I check a few other nails and noticed the same thing. By the end of the week I went in to the spa, which was today, to see what they would do for me. The lady was polite but stated they would only fix the ones that were peeling. The place was crowed and I decided to leave because I feel that they should have redone all of my nails. Since Ive been home I have easily peeled off the polish on 6 of my nails; with just the tips of them being more difficult to peel. I texted my daughter and she has not had the same problems but is concerned about one of her nails that her lady clipped and now her nail is breaking. I am so disappointed! The only nail spa that I have had great success was in Hilton Head.

The lady who did my nails last week was nice. However, my extensions didnt last. My tips lifted and the polish chipped within the week. I dont mind paying $40 so long as I get what Im paying for.

Dont bother making an appointment. Ive been here am hour and 15 min after my appointment time and still havent been seen. Theyve been sure to accept all walk ins though! Also, employees eating snacks then touching the bail equipment is really gross and completely unprofessional.

The poorest experience here in Annapolis. If you go expect to wait up to 3 hours for a full set and pedicure. The technician I had was visibly rushed, irritated and didn’t communicate at all with me when I sat down. She easily distracted, got up several times during my services, talked on her phone and to the other techs in their native language and then would speak perfect English. The manager seemed powerless and did not do her beat to manage appointment times and walk ins. There were several people waiting just to get manicures. This please has huge staffing issues and the techs where shirts that say “back off” I mean really?I spent $125 dollars here spent 3 hours was treated unkind and rude by the tech and still tipped all of them since I needed three people after complaining to finish my service. Only to go home and realize acrylic is stuck to the bottom of my nails. I went back in the next day to get them fixed and left after twenty minutes. You even wait twenty min for your appointment so what’s the point.I would never go back my pedicure was the milk and honey and the lady next to me came in when I was getting my nails wrapped to soak off and she was just finishing her pedicure when my tech finished mine. Literally it was supposed to be a 40 min pedicure and I was done before the lady who came in right as I was getting my nails wrapped and the tech said to me that I could pay her for all the time she spent on my feet (which would have been 25 min because she talked on her phone, helped other customers pedicure water get started, went to get some water, talked to her neighbor while stopped for what she was doing, going to get color for other people...) awful experience and you can tell they don’t care about their business, their customers and the community.The manager gave me a 10% discount which was nothing to me since I spent three hours there had to rush out I missed my appointment and left with acrylic still stuck under my nails. This shop has some bad energy. The only tech who helped really was Kim I think and she’s new like literally two weeks new...the others seem like they don’t wanna be there. Again I tipped even the lady with the attitude. I will not be returning to this salon and everybody I know knows about this shop already. The management team seems to only respond to “good ratings” and they offer you to “come back in” but for what to wait hours? Clearly there is more- but I’m straight outta time ✌🏾

Website states closes at 7pm on Saturday. I walk in 6pm for pedicure and was turned away stating that they were having a staff meeting while she couldnt get off cell phone. I didnt see any postings on door..This wouldve been my first visit I am on the fence as to whether I will be returning...

This place was awful! My friend and I went there before a big overseas trip. The woman who took care of me cut my cuticles several times and then LIED TO MY FACE ABOUT IT as if i wouldnt notice that I was bleeding. And this was AFTER I told her not to push them back because I have really sensitive cuticles. On top of that 4 of my friends 60 dollar gel manicured nails broke or fell off randomly. One fell off while she was washing her hands gently! All the services were over priced ($15 to soak off nails!) and they wanted to charge my friend to fix her nails when we came back from our trip. The people here are smug and rude.

Wouldn’t go back. It was so blant how they treat guest of color vs. non-color guest. Everyone’s paying the same price but get different treatment. A young black girl came in behind me they offered her water and gave it to her in a small cup. A white lady and her daughter came in next and it seemed like everyone rushed to make them comfortable & provided them with full BOTTLES of water. I didn’t get offered anything . I paid for the signature pedicure, no polish (not my thing) . They had the youngest boy do my feet. He did a very mediocre job. The foot massage was not great as if he was afraid to touch me (my feet not ugly niether! Lol). Although the ambience was nice, I wouldn’t necessarily go back again. Experience & job done was not worth $38 + $5 tip. NEXT.

Took this adorable, excited little girl for a treat to get her nails done with me today and I could not be angrier with how we were treated. The lady who did Zoeys nails was lovely, the one who did mine was demon spawn! Because of the nasty way she talked to Zoey and the dirty looks she kept giving her, this horrible woman not only lost her tip and a new client, she got an earful on our way out. I have never not tipped, but I sure as hell didnt today! If you are in Annapolis, I highly recommend Zuri (our usual); I only tried this place because they opened earlier- dont waste your money or time!

Pedicure was good until it came to the toenail painting. Botched paint job. Overall mediocre

Went and got a gel manicure Wednesday evening. This Friday morning two nails have already chipped. Nail technicians are getting worse. They aren’t payi attention to detail and rushing through the job.

Dont get your brows waxed here. I had to go back to get them to fix it. Not to mention they dont even remove the wax residue. I got in my car and my hair was sticking all over it. Find another place.
