Love this place! The most recent time I was there, I got locked out of my car and Ben and Logan at the Wall Trina location were awesome and so patient with helping me get it back open. The facility is always clean and the workers are so friendly! Would recommend this place to anyone!!

Standard automated car wash with a self-serve, prep station. Nice feature to help you get more grime off your car that the 30 seconds spent at other car washes.It also has a 5-min shine offer ($29 pacakge, includes the $22 bells and whistles wash) where a couple of employees dry off and shine your car. That deal was a little confusing, so I didnt get it, but as I was leaving the car wash it looked like a nice service and I wish I had.

Best car wash anywhere! You can do your own pre-wash, they have lots of towels, gives a great shine, love the air pressure hose that allows you to get into tiny spaces to clear away the dust. All the vacuums work. This place is great!

Awesome place it was worth every penny of the 29 dollars I paid my car came out spotless I would give 10 stars if I couldI would like to add some of the bad reviews on here hardly seem possible I am not sure how this car wash would damage car spoilers and if it still comes out dirty it seems like the car hasn’t even been washed in years I have never seen a better carwash than this one

So this what a happen in this place the worst experience I had . I went to in my off day to wash my car so I went to this place . When we enter the Machine it’s hit my side mirror and it’s broke so my mirror so I call one of the guy and ask him this what happen and I told him I saw it’s when it’s happen . He told be they don’t do that and he scram at me so I told him with loud voice so what you guys do and he told me . Nothing and he say do scram on me I will call the cop and he call them come he went to talk to them in the car me . I just finished clean Ing my car because I pay for that Final they can and told me I have to leave the from this the didn’t listen. What I want to say so I was so mad they didn’t try nothing this crazy the worst place for any were .

Car came out cleaner than any car wash I have been to in a while.

I had parked my car under some trees for a week while I was out of town. I purchased the $22 car wash and the sap was still on the car. After contacting the manager they offered me a free re-wash and polish service. The tree sap remained but the polishing people ran it through again and made sure they monitored the process with extra pre-cleaning. They then polished it and it looks great. Thank you for caring about your customers and unlike other places these days, the management and staff take pride in their work. I recommend this place without reservation.

The blower blew a piece off my truck they said theres nothing they can do about it. Also their machine ate it up. Also while i was there it took another lady mirror off and dented a few other vehicles.

Ill be back to get a membership. Cleaned my van so good.

This place is absolutely awesome and the owner actually cares about his customers and always does right by them! If you have a problem call or go by the location and ask for manager before putting a bad review, theyll fix it immediately! Best car wash hands down and like I said the owner is great and very professional! Hit them up on MONDAYS for the BOGO AND TUESDAYS ARE LADIES DAY HALF OFF!!!! P.S. Clean and organized facility. The Express Polish is pretty cool where they extra hand dry and spray polish wax.

Yesterday your car wash broke my tail fin on 9/5/2020 approx. 7pm. I have a 2014 Chevy Camaro. My tail fin was not loose, broken, or in anyway damaged until I received a car wash from Shine Time Super Wash. Your operations manager felt the need to state my tail fin was not secure and it was not the fault of the car wash. I will obtain an attorney if this situation cannot be handled professionally. My car was NOT DAMAGED before bringing it in for a basic wash. I was a frequent customer and I was treated as though my business meant nothing. I will spread the word of how your company treats women and women of color! I saw another bad review at that location by another woman and she was told the same about her car. I hope to hear from someone or I’ll take it further by sharing with our news stations how you treat your customers giving you their business.Signed Extremely Dissatisfied Customer

The vacuums cut off not even 10 minutes after getting my car washed. GM was there, but only stated to come back and get vacuumed. They should have said that the vacuums cut off early before I paid for a wash. That was the main reason I went, was to vacuum my car out. Not satisfied at all.

I like that you can get out and scrub the bug off your car and windows. Also go on Monday and get bogo .......try the polish out....its 5 minutes of polishing well worth the full wash and polish under $30 bucks. Monday dont forget by one get one!!!

I just came through the wash and was a little confused as it was my first time using one like this. There was a young guy there named bobby that helped me. He was very patient and kind. Super clean, and all the amenities! The drive-through is really pretty and even has a movie (kinda) in it! Mondays are BOGO, head on down and take the kids! Plenty of vacuum machines and mat washers.

Tire shine was terrible and rear window werent clean

Car came decently clean, however it really was not very dirty in the first place. The car wash also etched my paint on the roof of the car along the driver’s side. Did not pay $15 to mess up my paint.

Went to the haunted car wash and it was great! Everyone was super nice and creepy too!

A clean, safe car wash with lots of extras, I especially like the compressed air guns at the vacuum stations and the free floor mat cleaners.

It was a great quick car wash and it cleaned fairly well. But my tires were really muddy and all the dirt wasnt washed off. Other than that it was great.

Only rated 4 Stars because the wash wasnt as good as expected for $22 but it did leave the car shining considering the nature of automatic car washes.My advice to get the best value is to use the bug removal brush for bugs ONLY (saw someone else using it for their entire car which Im sure left scratches), go on Mondays for their BOGO deal, and bring your own microfiber towels as I saw some plant manner in the towels they provide.All in all, this is one of the better car washes at a good price in the city.

Haunted Car Wash! Our family really enjoyed this. Having the suds suddenly wiped off the side window and then a ghoul’s face against the window could get a little unsettling. Considering that the options for scaring you in the confines of an operating car wash are limited, this was well done, and we were chased out of the tunnel while in a freshly cleaned car!

Regular car wash worked well and the polish tunnel makes it easy to have your car polished. The tire washing rollers work much better than most car washes that seem to miss one section of each tire.

I went for the high end wash and shine. It was a great wash and the shine tunnel removed some stubborn spots on my car. My car has never looked better.

Just left this car wash a few hours ago and my windshield got cracked there. I have no idea how but it wasn’t there when I got there. Talked to the manager and he took me to the cameras trying to tell me I had the crack when I came in. He was so rude trying to basically blame me for it. Got the operation managers number and he said there was nothing they could do because they have disclaimers posted. I told him his manager was rude and he said there was no way because he’s known him for 7 years. ? I go to this car wash all the time but I will never return.
