Service was great! They are super friendly and welcoming. They were busy, so my nail tech Mai kept bouncing back and forth between me and another customer. Which is completely fine! My issue is how she applied the dip powder polish and acrylic tips. They are crooked on my pointer finger. The polish was applied off center to the majority of my nails. The polish reached my skin on the left side of the nail, but there’s a wide gap from my skin on the right. It’s going to look even weirder when they grow out. From afar, the nails look fine, but up close Im pretty disappointed. My natural nails are also peeling up from the acrylic tips. One has already broken off. I got my nails done a week ago. I paid $79 including a 30% tip.

Mai was AMAZING. She took the time to understand what I was asking for, and more!! She made my experience there for the first time a great one! My nails from the shape, to the color, to the design look absolutely beautiful. I will be back here for my nails from here on out. Thank you!!! Worth every penny.

The service’s the offer are top of the line, clean and professional. I walked in for a manicure and pedicure and Niki took care of me. They recommend booking in advance because they do book up- but it was destiny that we met because I will be coming back! I went with a neural color on my nails and she added detail like marble and gold flakes! 5 stars and completely recommend!

Nikki is the most caring and professional nail artist I have worked with. She was upfront about costs to make sure our ideas fit within my budget, she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable with the process, was detail-oriented, and was communicative about the steps she was taking to make sure it was all to my liking. I went to this nail salon today and the lady that did my nails was friendly. But she made a very poorly job (she didn’t cut my cuticles and 3/10 of my nails are not file correctly. I was charged $50 for a ACRYLIC FULL set (plus tip) Mind you they don’t have their prices posted, so I feel that they can take advantage of people and charge different amounts, I have went to multiple nail salons and the most I have paid for a full set is $40. I think they should have their prices posted and don’t tell you your total until you’re almost done and kinda don’t have an option but to pay. They’re definitely taking advantage of people by giving different prices. I was not happy with my service at all.

Saying this place is terrible is an understatement.Love the owner reply. I’ll get a bit more detailed so other people know that you are full of it. Not only did you not tell me that right in the beginning like you should have, you used rubbing alcohol which is just ignorant and painful, and also didn’t comb or trim my brows after “shaping” them like ANY OTHER WAXING PLACE WOULD HAVE DONE.

While the service was amazing and my nails started off great. The polish was not good I waited a long time for them to cure and I was super careful with them for at least an hour after. After waiting a long time and being careful with my hands I had to grab some pizza for me and my friends. I picked up the pizza and the box was hot and part of the nail started to melt. That’s only where the problems started after a few hours of me not doing much making my bed and eating food I looked at my nails again and noticed a lot of them where chipped:/ Maybe it was the polished I had picked. While the color was beautiful and the nails themself stayed on well, the chipping and melting concerned me. I don’t think I will be going back, even though the place was beautiful and service was very good. It was the nails chipping and very problematic, I don’t want my acrylic nails to chip on the first day if I’m going to pay to get them done. No hate against the company or my amazing nail tech it was probably the polish but it still upsets me.

Mai Mo, who did my manicure, was very friendly and gave me a very good manicure. She explained the “dip “ method, which was new to me, very well. A different person did my pedicure and he was very personable and thorough. Happy with the results of both treatments!

What a peaceful experience. This salon is comfortable and clean. No irritating TVs or radios to interrupt relaxation. I appreciate the precision both Mai and Tran used when painting. As I am extremely satisfied with this place, I have been returning for the past 3 years . They always take excellent care of me and I leave with a happy mani-pedi:) Megi and Arlinda never disappoint! You can tell they always take their time to offer the best quality service and I have never had a problem at this salon. Great location and experience. Ive visited a few other places in the area, but this is by far the best one. The inside was very clean, well decorated and even had relaxing music playing. The technician (Mai) was friendly, efficient and skillful. My feet now feel rejuvenated. Will be returning soon!

I came in for the first time and wanted to get a manicure and pedicure and was shocked when i was nickel-ed and dimed for every one thing. extremely slow hard to understand English and will NEVER go there again. Very unhappy with not being told in advance that there are extra changes for every item !!!

Dui (Dewey) is by far the best nail tech I have had in the 20 years Ive been getting my nails done. He is very meticulous and I love my nails when leaving.

They are very nice and the place is clean, but my shellac is peeling after only 5 days. This is not acceptable to me considering another salon I frequent, my shellac never peels. I hate that I paid for a 5 day shellac. Also, the polish was placed too close to the skin so I had to scrape it from between my skin and side of my nail. My appt took 2 hours which is too long for a mani. Im sad to say I wont be returning.

Worst customer service ever! I am a professional young black female that went into this establishment to get a manicure. When i arrived the nail techs just looked at me (like I was an alien) and never said one word to me. I set there waiting for almost 10 minutes, without any one saying a word to me. I was so uncomfortable and felt so bothered by this place, I just got up and left. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Theyll make you feel like you shouldnt be there!

They suck took them 3 hrs todo the worst French set and Pedicure I have ever received the nails are cut uneven and are super thin and all they did was wash and paint my toes paid 73 for something I really hate is the worst feeling .I will not give them another dollar if I could give them less of a star I would please dont waste your Hard earned it money at this place

The owner is very rude lady, quality customer service very poor, she has no clue how to treat a customer, I ask for shellac manicure, she just paint the nails argue that I dont need manicure and charge me the same price, during my time there, she fought and kick out an other customer, she is a person with 0 education, this is not the first time that I see this type of situation in this place, the location is convenient but will not return to this place
