Based on a recommendation, I tried this barber for the 1st time. Came in with photos of a new look and was assured I would get that cut. Maybe in a month or more it will grow out but I was scalped! Sides should be 3/4 - 1 but are less than 1/2 leaving no length for body. Maybe they only know how to cut fades and trim beards. I wont be going back.

My experience with this establishment was simply the best in there area.The atmosphere was only topped by the skill of my barber Rich.Good conversation and attitude towards life.His cutting skills unparalleled and I couldnt be happier.I parked in the free parking garage located on the same block as the shop.I will definitely be returning.Thanks for the fade guys.

I called ahead and asked if they felt comfortable cutting my autistic son’s hair. The owner Joe said absolutely bring him in. He has a certificate for a class he took to cut hair of those with autism. It took 4 guys, plus me, to hold Ben safely. They didn’t bat an eye. They put on Elmo for him. They couldn’t have been cooler about it. We got through the haircut. After Joe wouldn’t accept any money. He said “Go do something fun with Ben. Out there he’s your responsibility, and when he’s here, he’s ours, and we take care of him.” Cue the tears through the smile. My husband and father-in-law now go there too. Great groups of guys, and I love the aesthetic and feel of the shop too. 😊

Came here to get my sons hair cut because a friend recommended it. They said no problem for the haircut. The guy was super nice but he obviously didn’t know how to work with my sons hair texture. I should have known when he pulled out a thin tooth comb to comb his very curly hair. I let him do his thing because I know nothing about cutting hair and thought it would still turn out alright besides the comb. I wish I would have stopped him because I’m so disappointed, it looks nothing like the picture I showed him. I would have rather been told they don’t know how to work with his hair & turned away than to be told yes he could do it. I still paid and didn’t complain because I’m shy but it’s really horrible. As soon as I walked out I cried because of how bad it is. I’ve let his hair grow out for so long and finally decided to get it cut just to be so disappointed. Best shop in town! Joe da barber runs a great shop and the whole crew down the line is premium. I see Tommy and he is legit the best out there, coast to coast. I can’t stress it enough how important it is for me to actually enjoy my barber. Tommy is ALWAYS slammed but makes time for everyone, we are all his vip’s. Don’t waste your time at the other shops in town, they treat you like cattle. Barbers Edge treats you like family. On a side note, I am super critical and aware of what’s going on around me. With that being said I read the negative reviews on here and they are BS and laughable. On the other hand I’ve personally seen, more than once, this shop deal with some real characters. They go above and beyond for everyone. Should be 5star across the board.

Ant gives me the best cut Ive ever gotten anywhere. He knows what I want and gets it done right and almost the exact same every time. I know multiple friends who go here and recommend other barbers as well. The place is cool and theres always something going on. It may not be for some people, but Its certainly for me and according to another 200 more reviews, its for a lot of other people as well. The price is reasonable as well, $20 for a regular haircut. Cash only but they have an ATM inside

I contacted Dave at Barbers Edge to see if he would go to a clients home who is sick and cannot get out. Dave went to the clients home and gave the gentleman a wonderful cut. The client and his spouse were so appreciative and thankful for the great service. What a great asset to have in the community!

5 stars really doesnt do Barbers Edge justice. I have been following Joe for years. Hes the only barber my kiddos would let cut their hair when they were little. Now they are 14 and 16 and still refuse to go anywhere else. I love that they can go there and Joe takes great care of them. My husband also goes to Joe and looks terrific after every cut. The shop is always clean and professionally run. All of the guys there are super nice and are fantastic with kids from 1-99. I highly recommend you stop by and give them a try. From the first time I walked through the front door I was treated like family. This barbershop is so much more then just a place to get a haircut. It’s hard to describe the passion that runs through the veins of these gentlemen. The atmosphere is so relaxing and it no doubt has that small neighborhood barbershop feel to it. Everytime I go, I have a different barber, each one has done my hair perfect and exceeded my expectations, I usually have to tell a normal barber what to do with certain parts of my hair after the haircut but barbers edge already knows whats up. Every barber is good.

Found this barbershop while walking in town center. My boyfriend got a great hair cut there and I decided to take our 3 year old son. My son has a speech/behavioral delay and absolutely hates getting his hair cut. I scheduled an early appointment to try and not disturb the other customers. My son screamed, cried & carried on the entire time. He was not the easiest to deal with at 9 in the morning, but the barber was very understanding and patient. It took some time to get his hair cut because my son kept moving and had to have breaks, but the barber made sure to let me know that we are no hassle or a bother. This was very comforting because many places dont want to tolerate children like him which makes me very anxious when we try somewhere new. Even though my son was emotional he still managed to give him a great stylish haircut. Im so glad I chose Barbers Edge and I definitely recommend! I wish I remembered his name ...thank you again if you see this!
