My wife and daughter go there every time and they always stay satisfied with their nails. Last time they went, they were about to close but they still did their nails. All people works there they are very kind.

Moved to West Carrollton but still make the drive to see Allen. As long as I get my nails done I will be coming here 🙃 staff is great! And even when you miss an appt that you got a reminder text the day before and still missed it they work to get you in before going another week. Love this place!

I’ve had my nails done here twice and both times have been great! They are super accommodating and will fit you in if they can, but no promises! It’s quite a busy place. The facility is clean and friendly and everyone I’ve worked with was very nice!

Im beyond furious as I am writing this. My elderly father came to this nail shop today to get his toe nails cut. The guy told him theyre busy and to go across the street to KB Nails, that hell be able to get in right away because he would have an appointment there now. When my dad went to the other nail shop, he didnt have an appointment there! He was so upset!!! He already has trouble getting around. If you dont want to cut his nails, just tell him youre busy, dont send him away and let him expect that he has an appointment or that the other people can get him in right away! You dont know that! If you dont own the other nail shop, dont make him believe that you do. He is elderly. He is easily confused. He has difficulty getting around. Dont give him false information. Dont treat the elderly that way. Shame on you!

My nail chipped 3 days after but it could have been my fault. Color is pretty.

I did not actually get my nails done here so I cannot give an accurate review on that aspect. I went in on a Sunday to see if they were accepting walk-ins. I had things to do that afternoon so I was willing to go a few places if needed. I had read google reviews and well their pretty accurate. After walking in and no one saying a word to me for 10 minutes I left. Yes I am aware I did not stay long but here is the thing. I work with customers on a daily basis. When someone walks in the door reguardless if you cant help right away, you acknowledge them. Say someone will be with you shortly or something. I was not willing to sit for an hour like others without being acknowledged so I went to nail expo in troy. Sure enough as soon as I walked in they were all busy but they greeted me, I was able to see if they were taking walk ins, and they gave me an expected wait time, all while still attending to their customers nails. I would have waited patiently here if someone would have just let me ask about walk-ins. I did however get looked at several times so they knew I was there.

Wilson was really nice and he made really funny jokes as the usual long nail manicure went on, it made my experience 100 times better and made time go by faster. He was really careful with my nails and took care of them. Also, he was very patient with my requests and was in for my best interests. My nails turned out gorgeously, this will be my to-go nail place from now!!

As someone who has been to tons of nail salons, I absolutely love this one! Everyone is very friendly and will actually sit and have a conversation with you. They have definitely gained a forever customer, I will not be going anywhere else!

A new bar has been set for getting your nails done in Troy! The quality of service is tops in comparison to the other local nail spas. The deluxe pedicure and manicure was amazing! My feet have never felt so soft thanks to 3 different processes to remove dead skin! Obviously each tech is well trained in massage. You won’t be sorry!

Just moved to Troy and needed to find a nail Salon who did colored acrylic powder. I called made a appointment. Walked in early they took me right away. Picked out some colors and ask him to design it. He did great. I highly recommend this salon. I will definitely make this my go to nail salon from now on. I was very satisfied with the service. Tyler did a great job on my pedicure. Pam was the best nail tech that has ever done my gel nails. They ask your opinion before completing any service. I highly recommend them.

We waited for over an hour to even be acknowledged a lady started my nails then went to do an appointment after getting my polish off without even telling me what was happening. A guy came over to finish the service and was beyond rude! First I showed him a picture of the design I wanted and he said he would try but didn’t have a color that I wanted, that’s fine but then he told me just to pick one color because he didn’t want to try the design. I start looking for another color and he keeps asking if I was done really rude. I got up to look at other colors and he told me I already looked at those and I needed to pick one. He rushed me the whole time. I went through 4 colors before finally finding one they had and had to settle. He kept grabbing my wrist when I had it in the gel drying thing and forcing my hand around. He talked so rude to me another lady waiting asked me if he’d been talking like that the whole time. Now two of my nails are crooked and a couple of them don’t even have polish covering the whole thing! Not to mention the price was outrageous for the service I had! Very disappointed!

They are so friendly and always willing to give a suggestion for your nails. Ruby is always so sweet and willing to make small talk. Ive been going there for almost a year and have never had a bad experience. The gel polish always lasts and never chips. I highly recommend them.

I moved to Troy in January and have tried some of the salons around town. I definitely found my new spot. Wilson and Ruby are amazing. Beyond happy with the services I received. I felt welcome, not rushed, and will definitely be back. Competitive pricing, friendly staff, and clean!

I’ve gone a handful of times and I don’t know why I keep going back. Every time I walk in, appointment or not, I feel like a huge inconvenience for them. When I ask for something specific they tell me I need longer nails or the shape that they made is what I asked for. But it looks nothing like the picture I showed them. If I want them more narrow they say, “it is more narrow”. Or if I want them shortened “they are short”. And every single negative review of this place has a response telling the reviewer why they were wrong.I have a friend that goes and loves it, has never had a bad experience. But I’ve never had a good experience. So, I’m not sure what the deal is.

In October, my daughters and I went to Royal Nails & Spa for pedicures and manicures, to celebrate my birthday. My daughters had a great time and were impressed with their techs. My skin was snipped a couple of times, the tech was very apologetic. I ended up with a very sore toe that made it hard to walk; the doctor treated me for Paronychia.As requested, I sent an email with my information to Wilson. He apologized and assured me his tech will be more careful.Today my toe is healing and my daughters are probably planning their next appointments.

I would not recommend this salon. My nails looked really good but the service is subpar. I’ve been 3 times now to try and give it a chance but the staff is just very unfriendly. The wait times are not convenient so be prepared to wait for a decent amount of time without an appointment. I understand appointments come first which is fine, but regardless the wait times are very long as there are not many staff members. The manicure I received was also very painful as well as expensive compared to other salons. I will gladly go back to driving half an hour away to my preferred salon for a much more relaxing experience.

I got a pedicure at Royal nails and spa and it was so nice and relaxing! They got me in right away and are so friendly! I had blisters on my heels and the lady that did mine was so gentle and remembered about them so she didnt hurt them. I will definitely go here from now on!

Wilson takes care of my nails as well as my moms Kevy. He is the best, he takes his time and makes us feel welcome and even jokes with us making us smile! Ive not been getting my nails done as long as my mom has but I enjoy getting them done and I definitely recommend Wilson! He is the best!! :)

Oftentimes when I call, no one will answer the phone which I find extremely odd since it is a business with regular hours. When someone finally answers the phone, they are very rude!!! I am often told that the specific nail technician is either busy or not available which often isn’t true. I reside 25 minutes away which is why making an appointment ahead of time is necessary. It’s much easier to be honest than to lie! It’s really unfortunate, because I often recommend her services to quite a few people. She by far is the absolute best!!!! Not good business in my opinion.

Very nice place. Probably won’t go anywhere else anymore. Any time I get gel nails I cannot get them to last for more then 2 days without chipping or peeling. My gel nails have now been on for almost 2 weeks and they still look like I got them done yesterday. The lady took her time and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Defiantly would recommend this place to everyone! Can’t see myself going anywhere else.

I have been here about 5 times for pedicures and nails (gel and acrylic both) and although they are busy and I sometimes have to wait, they always do a very thorough and beautiful job. They have tons of colors as well. They also offer appointments and should prob take advantage of that myself sometime...

I made an appointment the day before, when I showed up, I wasnt greeted at all! I signed the book and sat down! My appt time was 1 pm, no one acknowledged me until I said I had an appointment, the time was now 1:27. A man said, oh, someone will help you shortly. I left! They had THE NERVE to call and ask was I still coming in?!? They didnt take the time to see my name on the sign in sheet!

I took my handicap sister there to have a pedicure and manicure done no polish first the guy was rude and said i only wanted a nail trim. We spoke back and forths he acted very upset. Then grunted said she is back there. When we left the lady was rude my sister said thank you very much and she just walked away. No response AT ALL. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. And WONT RECOMEND.

I texted and left a voice mail to change my appointment from Thursday to Friday due to a work change. I attempted these contacts early on Wednesday and heard nothing back from them. Hence I show up Friday 10/25/19 at 4:00 p.m. and sign in and check appointment and put time which was 4:00 p.m. per my text and voice message I left with no response. Shortly after I signed in the male owner came to the front of the shop said my name and proceeded to aggressively address me loudly stating I do not have an appointment and as I was trying to explain myself he crossed out my appointment time on the sheet continuing to be loud and rude as he walked away saying something like well you did not hear back from us so no appointment. I continued to sit in the shop after being humiliated for one hour thinking surely even if I was now a walk in someone would tell me something. Shame on me for allowing them to treat me in such a manner all the nail techs which many have done my nails walked to th front to check people out, greeted people etc., with not one speaking to me or telling me any information the entire hour I sat there. I have patronized this shop since they opened and initially with no clientele they were welcoming and friendly. Now they are rude and nasty with no loyalty to their initial customers. I have sat in their shop patiently when I had an appointment and they were running behind, been there for 3 hours for my services because they treated them separately because they were so busy. They want you to be flexible and understanding but they are not when it is reversed. I have fought off feeling like this is a racial issue for awhile but even with them knowing me they have made it clear on other occasions they do not want my business in the way the owner talks to you. I have observed on many occasions when I tried to walk in for service the way he talked to me versus other non minority woman. I really hope this is not the case and culturally they are instead just rude and unprofessional people once their businesses are up and running. I would not treat my dog in the manner I have been treated and my regret is that I not only let him berate me but I sat there for an hour on 10/25/19 before deciding to leave. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone. For the high price you pay go somewhere where they talk to you with respect and have the friendly and professional atmosphere. I am not foolish enough to show up if I had not thought you received my communications. But regardless as a business owner things happen and there is no excuse for the treatment I received on Friday. As an owner you should be mature enough to maintain professionalism at all times. We should have been able to discuss the misunderstanding and move on like you expect your customers to do when you run late. We all have things to do and time is money for all not just you. Your attitude for someone who patronized you and obviously tipped well since you posted an old receipt with all my personal information was still treated like a dog. Wow is all I have to say for your awful attitude and customer service. If we all responded in that manner for a no show due to lack of communication the world would be in trouble. You do not have to worry about me returning and do not send me anymore texts with lies. I had two devices booked in September pedi and mani which is what I always book. You are dishonest and disrespectful regarding your recollection in September where your technician apologized for running late and for me waiting for my nail dip instead of them being done together. I have no respect for your shop.

If it were possible, I would give this establishment zero stars. Admittedly, their work is above par for a non-urban area, but on several occasions that I have attempted to have service there, they have been rude, unfriendly, and inattentive. No conversation, little if any enthusiasm about their customer base… also unapologetic about the situations even occurring after I discussed it with management. I gave this establishment four separate occasions to live up to the ratings, but I left feeling dissatisfied and incredibly unimportant to a business that is supposedly in the service industry. Would not visit again.

I would rate them good but recently I got the acrylics done and usually the last year I had them done they sustained a lot of bangs and jabs and finger getting stuck situations and they still stay on and not bend or break off. BUT this year I got them put on again after a break from having them and 3 weeks ago I got them, not even 2 weeks later my right hand 1st and 2nd finger they peeled off near the cuticle and so I got them fixed for free thanks the manager. Now a week later having those two fixed now its the 1st finger AGAIN and I was only carrying 4 plastic bags of groceries and my finger got stuck so it bent a tad bit, Im sick of It! My previous set last year withstand a lot worse and never have I ever dealt this irritation with them before...never again, a waste of $40 plus sum of money

I got a mani/pedi a last week and it was a great experience. Wilson did a great job at being attentive to the dry skin on my heals. He worked on them once, did something else, and then went back to them. He also did a great job with my gel manicure. He made sure that I liked the length of the nails and also the width of the french tip. It was a great experience!
