Got my nails done last night, I believe by the owner, she did a wonderful job on them! I got stiletto nails done, they werent able to do ombre like I wanted but they did everything else really well!She was super diligent about getting them all shaped the same which I really appreciated, most salons shape them once & call it good, but she went back and made sure they were all even, both hands matched, etc.She was very patient and made sure they were how I wanted them, and offered to do chrome on a few of the nails as an accent which was only $10 extra, and looks really great!Definitely recommend!

At their recommendation, I tried out the dipped nails, and I am so happy with them. They are supposed be healthier, plus no chemical smell. They also look more natural than acrylics. I told them I usually go every 3 weeks for the acrylics, and they said the dipped are guaranteed for 2 weeks. Its been almost 3 weeks now, and they have held up perfectly!All implements are brand new and in packages! The prices were reasonable, and we left feeling wonderful and with beautiful nails.

The staff is very kind & familiar to me.Mai did such an amazing job. I got a pedicure, she spent a lot of time and worked with a lot of care and a great attitude. She also massaged my legs and feet quite a bit and the price was very low in comparison with all the work she did. Very relaxing experience, I recommend this place.

I am extremely disappointed in the services provided here. This was my first experience at a nail spa, so I was a little confused about the process and had little to no help. When I walked in, I was told to choose a nail color and that someone would be with me shortly. Another woman came in after me, and she was assisted before I was, and I was left to wait for another 20 minutes. Then, the woman who gave me a manicure rushed the process, filed my nails incorrectly, and did an awful job of applying the polish to my nails. My nails are filed unevenly. There are areas of my nail that’s not even painted. The clear polish is very visible all around my fingers, and the colored polish isn’t done properly. It took her a total of 10 minutes to file and paint my nails before she rushed off to someone else. Don’t go here if you’d like a nice manicure.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.I go once a month for gel changes and have been doing so the past 6 months. Everyone is very nice there, and they have a large selection of colors, etc. So great!!!I go to Annie every time. Let me tell you, this girl is THE BOMB. She remembers your name, what you told her last time, previous colors, etc. She really goes above and beyond. I dont want to go anywhere else.

As a recent transplant to the area I have been looking for someone trustworthy who can handle the dry cuticles and skin around my nails and I finally found her at Wynn Nails & SpaAnnie is the best! She takes such care in making sure your nails look their finest and has great tips for taking care of them once you leave the salon. Shes also lovely to chat with, very friendly. The color looks fantastic and my hands havent looked this healthy in quite some time. Cant recommend this place (and Annie ) enough!Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. This is truly the best Wynn Nails & Spa ! I started coming here about two months ago and it only gets better. I get my nails done by the talented Tuyen and she is absolutely incredible she pays so much attention to detail, but she gets the job done swiftly and she is also very gentle! The salon is gorgeous and all the girls that work there are so kind and helpful. It is such a unique nail salon experience; you can order drinks and snacks such as, chocolate covered strawberries and bananas. Even though Im not their regular customer base they are welcoming and accommodating to this getting his All in all, I couldnt imagine a better experience. I made an appointment for a Classic Pedicure as a little treat to myself before I return to work after 12 weeks of maternity leave. My feet definitely needed some loving after months of neglect. Annie did an awesome job! It was relaxing, the atmosphere was wonderful and I will for sure be back!

I called last minute to book an appointment and wasnt really expecting to get in since its the weekend. Sure enough, Clara was booked. I was bummed that I will have to wait another week to do my nails but after 15 minutes I received a call back saying they will be able to take me in! They are always nice and accommodating. So happy and impressed with their customer service and Im sure I will love my holiday nails because Clara is the best!

I walked into Wynn Nails to get a fill-in w/shellac. The woman told me it would be $35 so i said okay.. she started taking the polish off my nails and said that i should get the powder instead. I have never done that so i figured id try something new. She never told me the price which ended up being $45. Ugh!Well ill just say i was there for 2 hours! And by the end she had took 7 phone calls and ran outside 2 times!!!My nails all turned out a different shade of purple and were uneven. So i went back the next day.. which took another 2 hours! She said she forgot a few steps (maybe bc of the phone calls) and redid my nails. They did not seem to care at all about their own misrakes.After 4 hours of getting my nails done they are still not all the same shade, they are peeling off the next day and they did not bother to buff or file my nails!I would Never go back here!

I walked in as an “out of towner”. They took me right in and were very nice. The girl that did my nails was very sweet, and she did a great job. The salon was very clean, and relaxing. If I’m back in town, I will definitely be back!

Im in love. I got a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure, both turned out beautifully and lasted a good while. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a bubbly receptionist who assigned me instantly to my nail tech. I was even 10 minutes late for my appointment and they were still ready for me. They really pay attention to detail here which I appreciate. Both nail techs didnt really speak to me that much but I didnt mind as I wasnt in the mood for small talk that day anyway. Will return next time im in town!

This was my first time here, and service was excellent. I walked in right before 1pm for a nail fill and trim down. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and started on right away. Even with two technicians working, both ladies where very professional, friendly and expeditious with the other clients waiting. My technician did an excellent job. The shop is well maintained, clean and even offers beverages. I will be a regular.

I dont exactly know the woman that did my nails. I just dont think she was having it that day. This was my first an last time at this place. I wanted a design an she gave me attitude. So i got it done on only 4 nails. She went so hard on the filing. My thumb is bleeding an i feel like she constantly would wipe the nail polish remover on it. A few of my nail have stuff glob on them an are crooked. I honestly didnt even care my nails werent dry an i messed up a few of them i just wanted to get the hell out of that place.

I have been coming here for awhile now. Ive been getting a gel fill with shellac. I love their work! I always leave happy! They take there time and make sure your nails are perfect and to your liking! Annie does have a smart mouth, but you just have to let it go. Dont let her attitude get cha, she does great work! And is the owner! Today I went and got my gel fill with shellac, very pleased as always! Then since I had time to waste, and needed the shellac on my toes taken off, I would get a pedicure. I RECEIVED THE BEST PEDICURE TODAY! I had never gotten my feet done there, and it was amazing. My feet are so so smooth. Some places dont take there time when making sure your feet are smooth, but mine are so nice! And the shellac is done perfectly! I am so happy with this place and always happy with the outcome! Of my nails and now toes! They are a bit pricey, but you are paying for good quality work! Go Wynn!

Speaking from a loyal customer at another nail bar, Wynn Nails spa made me feel at home. The place is aesthetically clean and eye pleasing. Soon as I walked in I was sat and accommodated with not one, but two nail techs. One worked on my regular pedi and another on my gel mani. I felt pampered and a bonus, I was out of there within 40 mins. The work done was amazing!

The pedicure started out great, but then the nail technician started to ask really inappropriate questions. By the time we got to my manicure I was so uncomfortable. She kept clipping too close on my cuticles and made me bleed even after I said something. My polish was a light color and two coats looked streaky. When I asked for another coat she didn’t do a very good job. Then it came time to pay, and it was more expensive than my wife thought it would be according to the prices advertised. It turned out she upgraded the pedicure to use more scrubs without asking and insisted we pay the higher price because she used the better products. Didn’t even put a top coat on my manicure and then rushed us out the door, I didn’t even care because I wanted to get out of there. My nails immediately smudged. Will not be going back.

Terrible. Went here for the first time, the place was a mess. Very dirty place. unfriendly people. Wasnt a relaxing experience. and the rude technician murdered my skin with the nail drill even after i told her to stop. All my cuticles burn now to touch. and the nail job doesnt even look good. Left the place near tears. Sorry I gave these people my money. Clean up the place and the attitude!

Painful cuticle removal both hands and feet :-( cut to the point of bleeding in 3 places. Very nice attendant but not skilled at recognizing when theyve gone too far.

My first expirience was great. After that, i noticed they upkeep started to fail, and gave a benefit of the doubt. Went back a few more times, disappointed each time. This time, i called ahead to let them know Id be there, (since they close at 730, and i would arrive for a fill at 6) i sat there for 20 minutes without a greeting, and although i was wondering looking at polish, i was ignored. Bad service, and unclean, I am officially letting this place go. Good luck.

I went here recently for a full acrylic set and I am not happy. Most of the nails are noticeably crooked, thick, and gloopy. The cuticles are a mess, I had to ask for them to clean the edges and even so, she did a terrible job. The tops of the nails are so uneven and the lady that did my nails was just ok, she seemed to rush the process. She was also a little rough with my nails. The nail polish dried very weirdly with dents and air bubbles on it even though I didn’t touch it. Overall disappointed, and would not recommend, especially not for acrylics.

Was very excited to try this new salon. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly. Unfortunately, once I arrived, I found the salon to be very cold and inattentive. The first nail tech I worked with did not speak to me at all and then sat on her phone completely ignoring me. I was then moved to another tech who, though was very friendly, did not do a very nice job on my manicure. Sadly, I am disappointed and do not intend to return to this salon in the future.

Paid for bad service I should not have paid for on account of their mistake, left without complaining, and will never get my nails done here again.
